I’ve only had very good hotel experiences in Vietnam so far, but this was definitely the best one yet! My room was incredibly spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC was modern, quiet, and worked perfectly. The pool is also a great size, and the entire property is beautifully designed. I had a room with a balcony facing the street, which was perfectly fine. However, if you prefer a quieter balcony with a view of the pool, I would recommend asking for one. Breakfast was great as well, with different kinds of fresh fruit every day, which made it nice and varied. The hotel’s location is another highlight — it offers the perfect combination of city and nature. It’s situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Ancient Town is only about a 15-minute bicycle ride away, as are the beach and the beautiful rice fields. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Great place to stay. Not too far from Old Town. The rooms are large, very clean and very comfortable. The pool is huge very clean, and plenty of loungers. The staff were wonderful and always very helpful. I'd definitely come back.

Piscine : La piscine est chaude et agréable. Le cadre général quand on y est posé est très joli. Il y a des serviettes à disposition. Boire une boisson fraîche autour ou dans la piscine faisait du bien. Les chambres : Vraiment immenses, nous étions une famille de quatre (2 enfants de 8 ans) dans une chambre triple et nous avons quand même réussi à bien dormir. Deux balcons. Le personnel : Une petite famille gentille et aidante sans être intrusifs. Le ménage est fait tous les jours par une charmante petite dame. Petit dej (payant) : Les fruits du petit déjeuner sont très bons, on peut aussi avoir à la commande des œufs de toutes les façons possibles. Vraiment très très bien préparés. Le plus : Il y a quelques vélos à disposition gratuits. Mes fils ont adoré compter les lézards.

L'établissement est un peu vieillissant. Il faudrait peut-être faire un petit coup de rafraîchissement par ci par là. Mais pour le prix franchement ça va très bien.

Great place great location value for money and decent breakfast 😀 very warm friendly staff would highly recommend . The best hotel I stayed in Hoi An .Room was neat, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was spot on.

Een fijn zwembad.

Het kalk zit dik bovenop de douchekop en is de waterdruk erg laag. Het rolgordijn tussen de badkamer en de kamer is aan beide kanten 2 cm te smal waardoor je vanaf het bed zo de douchecabine in kijkt. Je hebt dus geen privacy als je staat te douchen. Verder zaten er scheuren in de vitrage en is er maar aan 1 kant van het bed een nachtkastje.

I've had two different week-long stays here in 2 different rooms and love everything about this place. Set in the the quiet and peaceful rice fields between the old town and the coast, it's the perfect location to unwind, but still have excellent access to everything Hoi An has to offer. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean (cleaned every morning), bright and functional. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful; available at all times to assist with anything you might need. Lastly, the pool area is absolutely fantastic in all regards. Large enough to do laps, the pool is very clean and the outdoor shower makes it very functional. The yard is full of local fruit trees and flowers, and lanterns beautifully illuminate it at night. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing! thanks to everyone there for the perfect stay~

Dans la piscine des lampes ont été mal enlevés et certaines visses dépassaient ce qui étaient dangereux pour les pieds des enfants.

Het zwembad was echt fantastisch. De locatie is ook echt top en je kan alle kanten op vanuit het hotel. Een scooter is wel handig. De familie is er ook erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

De douche is echt zwaar aan vervanging toe. De druk was echt heel slecht. Het water kwam er druppelend uit. Airco werkte goed, maar maakte zelfs in de laagste stand best wel wat lawaai en dat is ‘s nachts niet comfortabel.

Nagyon kedves vendéglátók. Az omlettjük világbajnok. Mindent intéznek helyben. Robogót kértük pár perc alatt el is intézték. Átmentünk egyik nap Cham szigetre és reggelit is csomagoltak.

We loved our stay at Palmy Villa. The location is out of town a bit so it’s lovely and quiet, the rooms are huge and the bed is really comfortable. The pool is just so lovely. The staff are wonderful, all so friendly and ready to help with anything you need. They have bikes you can borrow. You can go riding through the nearby rice fields. We can’t recommend this place enough.

The property was far enough from hustle and bustle to be quiet, but close enough to get to old town. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

Breakfast was very basic, but not a problem for us. There is significant construction happening behind the villa which is not the fault of the owners but you cannot sit by the pool and relax. Patrons should be warned of this. The bed was rock hard.

Honnêtement ça n’allait pas du tout , la propreté laisse à désirer , les rideaux laissent passer la lumière donc impossible de dormir dès 5 heures du matin , les portes d’entrée sont vitrés sans rideaux, la piscine est chaude pas du tout rafraîchissante , avec les lumières en l’intérieur cassée et décrocher on voit les fils électrique l’emplacement trop éloigné de tout , le petit déjeuner était léger Le point positif est que le personnel était très sympathique heureusement. nous avons pu changer d’hôtel après négociation même si la négociation ne nous a pas semblé adéquat Par ailleurs sachez que beaucoup d hôtels au vietnam vous demande de commenter devant eux en réclamant la meilleure note donc méfiez vous mais je vous conseilles de privilégier le centre de Hoi an

Huge room Amazing pool Great staff

If I could give them more stars, I would! We absolutely love it here. We originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending our stay twice because we just don't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Hoi An. Ms. Lynn, Mr. Ta, Ms. Thúy, and everyone else at Palmy Villa have been incredibly kind and welcoming.🫶🏻 The rooms are bright, spacious, and clean. There’s a great variety of fresh fruit for breakfast, and they even bought avocados for me because they know how much I love them. The pool is amazing and always clean. The free bicycles are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Everything here is just perfect!

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice, the pool area especially is beautiful and well taken care of. The room was very large and comfortable, bed was great and the balcony was huge. Aircon works great, and the rooms were very well sound proofed, we couldnt hear anything going on outside the room!

the rooms are a little older and run down than the photos let on, the bathroom in particular. I was expecting a bit more of a luxurious experience, but it didnt really deliver that. No smart TV. The cleanliness was average, the mirrors were filthy with hand marks and drips down them, and the bathroom was pretty poorly cleaned- shower in particular. I will say though that we arrived at like 6am on a bus and I think they could have been rushing to accomodate an early check in for us as we were so tired we were just sitting aroundf the hotel so this could be why it wasnt as clean as it should have been.

Liked this place so much I stayed here again when passing back through Hoi An, instead of another place I had booked. It's comfortable and pretty (lovely grounds, frangipani trees etc) and the pool is just gorgeous. The staff are exceptional, especially Ms Ahn, who was so kind and welcoming and helpful. It is outside the city centre but I really liked this aspect. It's near to beautiful rice fields - bikes are free to use and I had so much fun biking along the little pathways early morning; and got to watch the rice being harvested. I much prefer staying outside of the touristy craziness, it's more authentic and quiet, and yet only a short and very cheap Grab ride into the centre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à palmy villa. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, l’espace piscine est superbe, le petit déjeuner est top, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche de la ville mais suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que ce soit un « petit hôtel » et le personnel gentil et disponible.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Pool und Hotel sehr sauber. Fahrräder kann man sich umsonst ausleihen, um in die Altstadt oder zum strand zu fahren. Perfekter Ort, um der lauten Stadt zu entfliehen.

Bathroom curtains were too small. Most of main thing like shower and toilet was visible from the room. Because of which, my dad had to stay out of the room entire time when I used to take baths and vice versa.

If you want to be in the middle of things, it can be considered a bit far away. However this is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful staty but still close to Old Town and the rice fields.

Our stay at Palmy Villa was simply perfect. The property is located in a quiet area not too far from the city center, which makes it ideal for relaxing while still being close to everything. Everything was spotless and comfortable, from the room to the pool. The breakfast was outstanding—rich, beautifully presented, and full of fresh seasonal fruit. Easily the best breakfast we had in Vietnam. What truly made the difference, though, was Ms. Anh. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her care and professionalism made us feel genuinely looked after, and she is a big part of why our experience was so memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Personalet var ekstremt hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Især Mrs. Anh og Mrs. Lin, som altid var smilende og klar til at hjælpe med alt, hvad vi havde brug for.🏖️ Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale dette hotel til alle, der søger en hyggelig, nærværende og imødekommende atmosfære. Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities and good sized room. Located just far enough away from the Old Town that it is quiet and relaxing but close enough you can easily get there.

L'hôtel est situé au calme dans un cadre vraiment charmant, de nombreuses fleurs et arbres fruitier viennent décorer la cour intérieur ainsi que la jolie piscine a débordement. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec vous et nous remercions ms. Anh pour sa prévenance lors de notre séjour, toutes nos demandes ont ete comblées. L'hôtel propose en plus gratuitement des vélos qui permettent de rejoindre en 10 minute le centre de la vieille ville. Merci pour ce sejour.

The host Anh was wonderful and so helpful ! We were welcomed with delicious fruit juice and friendly service. She arranged our day out with provided bicycles and called the coconut boat company for reservation. She made our stay so easy. Always helpful to call a taxi when needed and even did my laundry the way I asked (which can be particular 😅) would definitely go back to the palmy villa.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with nice views from both sides—especially the breathtaking sunset from the back window. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The pool area was gorgeous, and the lush plants and flowers created a truly dreamy Vietnamese atmosphere.

On the downside, the hotel is a bit far from the old town. However, if you enjoy walking or cycling, it’s about a 30-minute distance; otherwise, taxis are very convenient, quick, and affordable.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet établissement et cette expérience a été absolument parfaite du début à la fin. Le logement est non seulement impeccable en terme de propreté, mais aussi très bien agencé et décoré avec goût, ce qui le rend à la fois chaleureux et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement des environs tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre calme et reposant. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Superbe grande piscine. Un grand merci également en la personne qui manage cet établissement madame Anh qui sait montré disponible accueillante et attentive à chaque détail. parle parfaitement l'anglais et le français un grand atout pour moi .Le sens de l’hospitalité a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande Palmy Villa sans la moindre hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Ons verblijf in Palmy Villa was werkelijk uitmuntend. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom en helemaal op ons gemak. De accommodatie zelf was prachtig, schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd – echt een plek waar je volledig tot rust kan komen. Wat ons verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was de warme en persoonlijke service. Ms Anh en Ms Linh verdienen een speciale vermelding: zij waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Niets was te veel gevraagd en ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Dankzij hun gastvrijheid voelde het bijna als een tweede thuis. We kijken met heel veel plezier terug op deze ervaring en zouden Palmy Villa zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden. Een absolute aanrader!

We loved the location, the use of the bikes, the staff are so nice the 2 ladies Anh and Linh are the sweetest kindest ladies. The pool and grounds are beautiful, the bed was comfy , we were on the 3 floor and the outside deck faced the road. It wasn't that noisy. The breakfast was great 👍🏻

De kamer was ruim en netjes. Ook het zwembad is een grote meerwaarde. Het personeel was ook steeds erg hartelijk. Zeker ms. Linh en ms. Anh hebben ons warm ontvangen en ons goed geholpen bij vragen of bij boekingen.

Very nice and personal experience. Greeted with fresh juice at the welcome which was a nice touch. Pool was lovely and I enjoyed how there weren't too many units in the property. Hosts did an amazing job at accommodating and hospitality. Thank you Anne!

Everything was really great. The location is good enough ( very quiet ) and I would say this is great value for the money. Ms. Anh welcomed us and took care of everything for us, she really made our stay even more enjoyable ( it was already great anyway ) and I enjoyed talking to her every day. If I'm ever back in Hoi An, this is the place I will visit again.

Friendliest team of people, a welcoming start to our week in Hoi An. Lovely and cosy bedroom, lovely pool area and lovely calm breakfast area. The family really looked after us and our son. A special thank you to Ahn who made our stay extremely enjoyable. Palmy organised our coconut boat trip, airport transfer and really enjoyed the use of the villas bicycles.

It was clean, bright, and very pleasant. The beds were comfortable. It’s easy to get both to the town and the beach. There’s also a short distance to the rice fields, which are lovely to cycle through. The hotel has its own bicycles for guests to use. The staff are very friendly—they greet you and take the time to chat..

Ms. Anh and the rest of the team are the best hosts you can ask for. Not only they are extremely kind, but also the property is a hidden gem and outside of the touristic center of Hoi An - at Palmy Villa we found the sweet spot where getting to the city by bike or bicycle is easy, whilst you can also quickly get to the closest beach in 10-15 min on a moped. In general, the property is very comfortable and the rooms are extremely spacious. The outdoor pool is enjoyable and relaxing, and the breakfast simple but fresh.

The only con is that we didn't stay longer!

Очень уютный отель, напоминает виллы, красивый внутренний дворик с бассейном, атмосфера покоя, рядом кофейня с рисовыми полями. Это наверное один из самых тихих отелей в Хойане, шума с дороги нет вообще. До старого города 30 минут пешком, но есть велосипеды. Не советую селиться ближе к старому городу, если вам нужна тишина - останавливайтесь здесь.

Super Lage (sehr ruhig außerhalb von der vollen Stadt), mit dem Grab ist man sehr schnell und günstig im Zentrum. In der Gegend gibt es nette Cafes und das Personal (Ms. Anh an der Rezeption) war sehr hilfsbereit! Wunderschöner Pool, Zimmer mit Balkon und alles sehr gepflegt!

Nice and clean Amenities. Room were spacious and it was nice that you are a bit outside of town. (7min by scooter) And everything looks like in the pictures. Mrs Anh, our Host, was a sunshine. Always smiling, helpful and just very, very nice!

Ms Anh est adorable et fait tout pour vous aider, le staff de manière générale est aussi très sympathique. Les chambres avec vue sur la piscine sont magnifiques, l’emplacement est top a proximité de quelques restaurants et boutiques mais un peu excentré du centre donc au calme, c’est vraiment plaisant. Les omelettes du petit déjeuner sont effectivement très bonnes. Propose le prêt de vélos gratuitement et la location de scooter pour 150k dong par jour.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié et nous l’avons trouvé un peu cher. Les femmes de ménage passaient un peu trop tôt dans les chambres, nous étions souvent dans notre chambre vers 10h30-11h et plusieurs fois elles sont venues a cette heure la, rien de grave mais elles pourraient passer plus tard selon nous.

We hebben 3 weken genoten van de gastvrijheid van meneer Ta en zijn familie in hun Palmy Villa! Het hotel is geweldig, gezellig, mooi, goed onderhouden met grote kamers, goede bedden, flinke badkamers en ruime balkons met zitje. De kamers zijn brandschoon en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt (er is ook een wasservice). Palmy Villa serveert een uitstekend (keuze-) ontbijt. Een mooi zwembad - met voldoende ligbedden en badhanddoeken - maakt het plaatje compleet. Fietsen zijn gratis beschikbaar en, zeker in het ‘rijstseizoen’, is het geweldig om over smalle betonwegen door de vlakbij gelegen rijstvelden te dwalen met fiets of te voet. De sfeer in het (kleinschalige) hotel is gezellig en familiaal. Mister Ta begroet z’n gasten dagelijks even en is verder bezig met allerlei klussen bij en aan het hotel. De dames/receptionistes Miss Linh en Miss Anh regelen letterlijk alles voor hun gasten, van ontvangst bij aankomst, serveren van het ontbijt tot het regelen van taxi’s en uitstapjes. Niet is hen teveel. Omgeving Vlakbij het hotel liggen de rijstvelden waardoor het prachtig wandelen is. Old Town Hoi An ligt op 20 á 25 minuten wandelafstand langs een rustige weg (met goede restaurantjes) die langs de oevers van de Thu Bon Rivier loopt. Gebruik daarbij vooral de smalle binnenweggetjes! Met de fiets ben je er in een kwartier. Ook het strand met alle voorzieningen die erbij horen is binnen 20 minuten te bereiken met de fiets. Sfeervolle restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten, talloze winkeltjes en een markt zijn er binnen loopafstand van het hotel. Dankjewel, meneer Ta en familie Ta! Un magnifique havre de paix luxuriant loin de l agitation touristique. Nos hôtes Da, Anh,Linh et toute la famille sont adorables et au petits soins. Nous pensons revenir !

What a great little boutique hotel. The staff here is so friendly, greeting you by your name and helpful with everything. The hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable and it is nice and quiet . The pool was so refreshing after a day of exploring with comfy loungers and umbrellas. They had bicycles for us to use and we had so much fun exploring the paddy fields and beach on them. Breakfast was included with our stay and every morning there was fresh juice, coffee and tea, Fresh sliced fruit , bread lettuce and tomato and banh mi bread. They would do and egg anyway you like ( we always ordered the omlet ) it was so good . There are restaurants near by and cute coffee shops. We walked or biked everywhere but you get. grab into old town for 60,000vnd. Fantastic place, would stay here again!

The doors to the rooms are frosted glass and if your neighbours don't turn out their balcony lights it shines in your room at night.

Même si les chambres sont correctes et que les vélos sont gratuits, l’ensemble du séjour nous a laissés une très mauvaise impression. Nous n’y retournerions pas. En revanche la ville est super !

L’hôtel paraît très charmant au premier abord, mais notre expérience a été très décevante. Dès l’arrivée, problème avec la laundry : le prix nous est annoncé clairement à 15 (confirmé plusieurs fois par écrit), puis facturé 50 à notre départ, sans possibilité de discussion et avec un ton déplacé. De plus, le linge a été lavé puis laissé à sécher dans la cour mais à notre retour, une partie était tombée au sol, pleine de poussière, que j’ai dû nettoyer et réétendre moi-même. Le ménage a aussi posé problème : à 10h du matin, on a tambouriné à notre porte et tenté d’entrer malgré nos refus, alors que je me douchais. Présence de cafards dans la salle de bain. La serviette de piscine fournie était très sale, avec une forte odeur de moisissure et des taches noires (photos à l’appui, et encore j'ai mis le côté le plus sale côté transat). Piscine par ailleurs glaciale. Enfin, gros souci avec le taxi pour l’aéroport réservé et payé via l’hôtel : erreur de réservation de l'hôtel, le chauffeur s’est rendu compte en cours de route que ce n’était pas la bonne course et que l’hôtel risquait de ne pas le payer. L’hôtel n’a pas coopéré au téléphone. Le chauffeur a néanmoins été très correct et nous a déposés à l’aéroport de Da Nang. L’hôtel nous a pourtant encaissé 350K pour cette course

The egg omelette was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits everyday, hot pho and fried rice to order. All the tea and coffee and juice. Plus toast, pastries…

There’s a rooster that crows every morning starting around 5am, but after a day or so we got used to it and didn’t hear it anymore. Bathroom could use a shelf to put our stuff on.
