Kaiapoi on Williams Motel

Very nice and helpful

Location it only walk distance to where we have the even.

I like the area..

We had an extremely pleasant three-night stay. The unit was spacious and comfortably accommodated the three of us while attending a football tournament. The location was very convenient and made getting around easy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the heater warmed the room quickly and kept it comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and despite being located on a main road, we found traffic noise was minimal and did not disturb us.

The only downside during our stay was an issue with ants in the unit. We were careful not to leave any food or drinks out, but we still noticed ants during our stay. Also, parking spaces felt a little tight when the motel was full, which made manoeuvring more difficult. Aside from these very minor issues, we had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.

Was warm , clean and comfortable also had great coffee

Warm friendly and great location.

Just check the complimentary cookie as it came with extra protein.

Very comfortable

Traffic noise started st 5.30am

No breakfast but facilities available for cooking Location great for our family visit

Found the room very clean and warm. Enjoyed our stay.

Have been here multiple times Location is great

Nothing

The room was big, very clean and had all the facilities required. The large walkin shower was great and the bed was comfortable. We were made very welcome. Kaiapoi is just outside Christchurch and is very pretty with a lovely river, restaurants and cafes. A nice alternative to the city centre which was a short drive away

N/a

I liked the size of the rooms, and the outdoor area outside of our room also which created more space. The staff were lovely. The rooms and bathrooms were all very clean also.

Nothing - everything was great

conveinent and easy to find

it was a very hot room

Nice, clean motel. Perfect for what we needed.

Nothing

Bathroom was a disappointment. shower was useless. Bathroom fan very noisy

Nice and spacious

Could do with a handrail in shower floor tends to get slippery

Room had a high ceiling, spacious and modern. Fortunately our room was further back from the busy road. Close to supermarket and places to eat.

The mattress was not good- a sore back waking up. Ventilation is poor. A high window could be opened but no other option for air to flow. A fan was appreciated to help move air. With big sliding door open it is very airy but not suitable to have open at night.

Comfortable, fir the picture perfectly

Nothing

Location and privacy

Needs air-conditioning.

Room was a good size had everything we needed.

We had no smoke alarm the bracket was there but the alarm wasn't

Clean and friendly staff

M nothing

my own breakfast. Comfortable bed .Good location

Poor ventilation, room was stuffy. No Air conditioning. If you opened the door for ventilation 'the traffic noise was too much. Manager not talkative

The check in staff were very accommodating of my husband's need for out of sight parking for his motorbike. We were given three options on where to park it.

Nothing comes to mind.

Great location, close by the the nearing tattoo studio

Air con definitely needed for summer months

Location good. Clean

No air conditioning and it was like a sweat box. Little fan given, but didn’t want to open windows incase of bugs, and the road choice as being on a busy main road.

The sky lights really brightened the rooms.

The lack of toiletries. Luckily I pack shampoo etc!

Staff were amazing at accomodating our late check in and everything was very simple to book

Location

We booked for 3 adults and 1 child. The room had 1 double and 1 single bed , No where for other adult to sleep . Rude ex owner phoned and said its bookings.com fault that no other bed was made available 🙄 New owners had no idea what was going on. No refund for extra charged who didn’t stay as he had no bed . Also coffee cups need addressing one was chipped and two stained 🤮 1 pkt of biscuits for 3 paid for and 1 child ??? DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room was very spacious, and gave us all we needed for an extended weekend stay. Really nice having a TV for when I didn't feel like going out, the room was very cosy, bed was very comfy, and I loved that the kitchenette had a hot plate! Appreciated the daily service if needed.

Our room was closest to the road, and the street noise reflected that. It could be pretty loud at night, as we were on a long straight stretch of road and all sorts of vehicles would rev down it at all hours of the night. I brought my earplugs though, and when using these, it wasn't a problem.

Good location and amenities.

The owner was aggressive and tied to tell me some amenities were not available because he had things stored in the room. Had to ask to get the house serviced after 2 days.

Lovely big rooms, clean and warm.

The bathroom fan was on a sensor so came on and off randomly

Everything. Clean, was right in the centre Kaiapoi and quiet.

Nothing

Clean and tidy and comfortable staff was awesome will definitely stay here again thanks

Nice, great location, friendly staff

Handy to shopping and family event

Owner telling me by booking on line he loses 20%

Easy access and comfortable. The owner was friendly and facilities spot on.

Frosty morning.

It was all good.

Room service only every 2 days.

.

Location was great for us. Staff were very friendly

There wasn't a thing we didn't like.

Awesome place to stay. Very conveniently located 15 minutes from Christchurch airport and there's plenty of dinning options in Kaiapoi, all within 5 minute drive. The kitchenette is a stand out feature of these rooms. Great service from the owners as well. Will definitely stay here again

All good, any negatives were very minor.

It was clean and was good for a one night stay.

No wifi codes didn’t work.

All good

All good

Nice and big including bathroom Kitchen had cooking hob which was useful. Outdoor area with table and chairs

It was just as listed. Comfortable, warm accomodation. Only a brief overnight stay.

Nothing.

Great location, friendly staff

Location

Three of us booked only 2 towels provided

This is a wonderful spot and easy to access. The owner if friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are a good size &facilities are all good .

Nothing really

Clean, tidy and conveniently located. All that was required for our short stay

Perfect location for wedding we attended in Kaiapoi. A short(ish) walk to lovely shops, cafes & bars. House is slightly away from the motel units so nice and quiet even though on the main street of Kaiapoi. Good UBER rides if required.

Shower is very low on the wall, not so easy to wash your hair if you are tall. Otherwise, a lovely place, lovely owners, suited all our needs.

Close to everything

Bit of traffic and plane noise

Clean comfortable excellent staff

Friendly staff. Accommodating to our late check in. House was immaculate. Had all the amenities needed and plenty space. Close to Kaiapoi town and everything we needed.

Great location

Not much ventilation in room

super nice host. lovely, well-furnushed apartment.

Bed was very comfortable! Had everything you need and a bit more, including a torch!

Maintenance is needed. Carpets starting to wear, blind on skylight clogged up and would not close. Skylights had bird poo and moss on the outside of them.
