Buona colazione,completa di tutto dal dolce al salato,Ottima posizione, a 2 passi da villa Bellini e da villa Etnea. Camera dalle giuste dimensioni e completa di ogni comfort. Dovessi tornare prenoterei di nuovo qui. Staff gentile

Bello lo stile della struttura, il team molto disponibile e cordiale.

Non ho apprezzato le condizioni della stanza dovrebbero dare una rinfrescata alle pareti e sostituire i sanitari perché molto usurati.Ma per il resto tutto bellissimo.

5 ágy sok egy ilyen kicsi szobában. Én beraknék inkább 2 nagyot. Alig tudtunk a bőröndök miatt közlekedni. És a reggelitől többet vártunk, nekünk kissé igénytelen volt.

We were disappointed with the way the staff handled our gifts. In the morning, when we left our luggage, we also left the gifts in the refrigerator and informed the reception that we would return around 1 p.m. to collect them and take them with us. When we came back, the reception was closed, and our gifts were no longer in the refrigerator. As we understood, the staff had taken them to the reception area. As a result, we were unable to collect our gifts and had to leave without them. We believe that in such a situation, the staff should have informed us or made it possible for us to collect our belongings.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Catania. Everything was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh food. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who was amazing to deal with—very kind, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel truly welcome. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Catania and its attractions. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Location is good and breakfast was decent.

Checkin was difficult even though we sent a request 2 hours before arrival. Our room for 4 ppl had very weak ac the temperature was probably 30 degrees.. We ended up switching to 2 rooms with a good ac.

This hotel is excellent! They allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location too!

This was an amazing place to stay. We were traveling with young children and they accommodated an early check-in, gave us a crib and had a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Obsługa na recepcji, pani bardzo uprzejma! Poleciła nam kilka miejsc, wartych zobaczenia. Niestety podczas naszego pobytu w Katanii lał 5 dni deszcz- już podczas zameldowania dostaliśmy za darmo parasolki do dyspozycji- pozytywne zaskoczenie.

Stan łazienki. Podczas sprzątania ręczniki przez 5 dni nie były ani razu wymienione na czyste… W dodatku ciągły brak papieru toaletowego- mimo prośby o posprzątanie pokoju

Breakfast was excellent. The pistacchio cornetti were delicious. Everyone appreciated the boiled eggs and freshly made individual coffees. Loved the balconies.

Everyone enjoyed breakfast and the balconies. Gave us extra towels and iron when requested.metro was a 10 minute walk. Went to central station and got a bus to Taormina.

The free internet was not always reliable.

The hotel has a very good location – close to the city center, yet it’s still possible to park on a nearby side street (paid like regular city parking). There is an elevator in the building, which is a big plus. The rooms are quite spacious, and it was nice to have access to water and there is a kettle in the room.

Breakfast starts at 7:30, which is later than in many places in Sicily (often from 7:00). Because we had to leave early for our flight, we couldn’t have breakfast despite having paid for it, and no takeaway option was offered. Our room faced the street, which was quite busy and noisy, so it might be bothersome for light sleepers. Rooms facing the courtyard are much quieter.

The room was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Lication was great. The area felt safe ans central.

A szállás a Villa Bellini közelében van, kb 10 perces sétával minden látnivalótól. A reggeli szuper volt, változatos a többi szálláshoz képest. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész.

Kicsit kemény a matrac.

Good location within 20 minutes walk from Catania city centre. Close to food, retail and grocery options without a car. Great breakfast selection daily.

Bed was remade but linens weren't changed. The floor in rooms are NOT cleaned - not even the bathroom. Not comfortable if you like to take your shoes off. There was an occasional smell from the bathroom maybe due to old sewage pipes.

Very nice, modern. Ideal location for walking to the City Center.

Cortesia, disponibilità di tutto il personale per ogni tipo di richiesta. Stanza tripla un po' piccolina ma comoda, calda e accogliente considerando che si tratta di un palazzo storico in centro. Letto e cuscini davvero ottimi, si dorme benissimo ed il riposo è davvero di qualità!Bagno anche se piccolo tutto funzionale e pulito. Le stanze come la nostra collocate all'interno sulla parte del lucernario sono silenziosissime e di notte questo di apprezza particolarmente. Buffet della colazione ricco (dolce e salato) e tutto ben curato. L'angolo gluten free, per chi necessita come me, poteva essere più vario come scelta degli alimenti ma comunque ho potuto fare delle buone colazioni ogni mattina

This is one of the Best hotel I ever stayed during my business travel, near in everything restaurant, tourist spot, store and everything you need. The owner and the staff us really great, accommodating, hospitable plus very kind. The room and bathroom is clean plus the breakfast is specially cooked by the owner that why it’s good.. The room value is very affordable. The environment is good because it is in the city center. Overall experience there is excellent. Thank you to the owner Madam Ribella definitely I will recommend your hotel to my Colleague.

The front desk staff are excellent and very helpful. Room was small but quiet and well maintained. We left our luggage in a locked lounge and could use the facilities until we caught the nearby Alibus at Viale stop. The advantage of being on the edge of the tourist area is access to regular shops and restaurants.

La struttura merita sicuramente un voto alto. Camera e bagno corredate di tutto il necessario e puliti. Presenza della reception. Bar interno alla sala colazione e buffet con salato e dolce.

Great hotel! Clean and cute. Ribella is a very nice person, let us leave our bags after check out for a few hours. The area is good, close to the main street and all the attractions of the city. We had a great time, thank you!!!

Very nice room, well appointed, high ceilings and window.

Had a problem with the front door keypad and got locked out. No staff on site. Amenities were not clear, water? coffee? Question below about the beach, it was not mentioned anywhere on the premises.

Vi savnede et køleskab og kaffe. De snakkede ikke så godt engelsk ved indtjekning. Tidspunktet for indtjekning var ikke så langt - ikke helt så sent som vi kunne have ønsket. Badeværelset var lækkert. Morgenmaden var fin.

A nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and a decent size and the breakfast had a good range of options. It is centrally located at the northern side of the central old area of the city, so you can easily walk to most places. It is pretty much next Via Etnea, which seems to be the main thoroughfare. The reception in not manned all day, so make sure you confirm your arrival time and get your entry codes if necessary.

Staff was extremely helpful. Took a cab there from the airport and paid a lot for the trip. Hotel ordered us a cab for the return and paid a fraction of the price and had a very helpful driver

The rooms were extremely noisy; all the street noise could be heard throughout the night. The rooms are facing a very busy street and the walls are like paper. It was impossible to sleep. Maybe they should offer some earplugs..

We enjoyed our stay at the Ottomood hotel. The check-in was very easy. We were greeted by the hostess.The hostess (Revella?) is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it very much. There is a large variety of choices. The room was nice a little small but we had a comfortable bed and slept well. It wasn’t noisy at all. The hotel is at a very good location very central and walking distance to all the main central area for shopping and the historic buildings, etc. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and that is why we chose it as we enjoyed it the first time a few years ago.

Beautiful suite, difficult getting in at first but it was late 11:30 pm. Very helpful , great sleep loved the shower, made a mess with water. Would stay again

We stayed here for one night to catch our flight home the next morning. Check-in was simple, clear instructions were given. Texts and emails are not always immediately returned, and their information states it could take several days to get a response. The rooms are nice, we had very little air conditioning so we were quite uncomfortable. More road noise than I expected. Close to airport

The staff was very accommodating and helped with all of our needs. They are such wonderful people and go above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

This place was ok. Very small rooms just for 2 people. No safe or mini fridge which we found useful in other accommodations. Staff was pleasant, but are only there in the morning. Make sure if you’re checking in after 12:00 you have to get in touch with them and get instructions for getting into the building and your room. You need a code at 2 doors. Breakfast was good but had mostly sweets and breads. No views from rooms except an alley and adjacent buildings. In close proximity to restaurants, but a good 25 min walk to the old town and square.
