The room is fine but needs to improve the other rooms The staff are great They have Netflix, which we enjoyed Hot and cold shower

Other rooms are not totally fixed like shower and bidet were not functioning properly. The bathroom was still dirty and slippery the last time we checked in (they need to clean the sides of it)

I like the hot pressure water and the design

No window, so no fresh air in the room. Some lamps didn't work.

The bed was extremely comfortable and lovely to have jacuzzi available.

The facilities are very under maintained - paintwork, finishing touches, hot tap is cold with little sticker on to say so, loose tap, etc.

So bad hotel nothing is real all fakes pictures i booked room show pictures what but in real i came totally changed i request to reception to change my room he didn’t and even he took extra money from me take many lie words

The property is ok but disappointed that the main picture is fake, they don’t have that room and that view, apart from that everything was good!

It was very unclean. The towels and room were very unclean. Misleading photos on website to what we stayed in.

All wall plugs didn’t work. So no TV, fridge, and couldn’t charge my devices

There's plenty of cheap food options nearby.

The rooms are ok but dark because there s no windows. There's a lotbof restaurants nearby because it s a student area.

Although it was written that check out is till 12.30, they forced me to pay an extra 40 k for the extra half hour.When I said it was written there they said I still had to pay 40 k extra .Then I said ,why didn't you warn.me at 13 because I was in the room.No answer.

Interesting concept of the room. Nicely decorated. Have a jacuzzi...

... Jacuzzi didn't work properly. It started squirting the water all around the room. The button to switch off jacuzzi didn't work properly. We struggled to switch it off, even with the help of the staff. The bed was not really comfy. The room didn't look very clean and didn't smell nicely. You could feel a mixed smell of cigarettes and dust. Upon check-in, the receptionist didn't give back our passports, until we specifically asked them to give it back.

The room was clean and cleaned daily. The toilet, steam room and bath worked lovely.

Large comfortable room with excellent air conditioning.

Bathroom was small and a bit stinky. Air conditioning didn’t reach in there. No light switch or lamp next to bed.

Water pressure for spa bath very low, need to wait for hours for the bath getting full

It was pretty clean all things considered - and we did like the novelty of the fun rooms. I stayed with a friend for the novelty of it, and the room was definitely fun and interesting!

We asked to bring a friend up to the room so we could be together while we got ready to head out for dinner for only a 20 minute period. We were told it would be 200k dong for my friend to come up to the room even just for a short time! I get that it’s a love hotel but that was a bit inconvenient as my friend then had to wait for us in the lobby :(

Enjoyed the fun side this space offers Real street food experience with locals great!
