Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Muy cómoda y práctica la habitación, impecables los baños y limpieza. Excelente servicio de parte de Wilson de mantenimiento y también la ayuda de Sandra e Isabel en recepción. Muy recomendable.
The staff was amazing, great location and beautiful hotel.
Location is great
Amenities could be better for the price you pay. Bathrobes would have been nice.
Aaron from engineering/maintenance helped me with a water closet problem. He was great!
Very nice lobby, restaurant and bar.
Open bathroom. Toilet slide door very noisy. Going to toilet at night woke us up.
Rooms seemed new and modern and clean. BUT hates the design and lack of function. 1. Bathroom is open to the room. Toilet closet does have a door that closes and shower is good and has opaque door that closes but the rest is open to room. Small sink area but manageable storage space for toiletries. “Closet” cabinet is tiny and open to sink area. No door. Huge ironing board in closet. Two drawers ar floor level below raised hanging space. One bedside table is a hard to use safe. Mini fridge’s ring and open to room on floor under desk. Beds okay. Pillows include very firm and a soft. Okay. Toilet seat is enormous rectangle! Almost fell in it. Annoying hard to push button flusher on top of tank. No robe. No slippers. Full length mirror is smoked glass can’t see. No makeup mirror with magnification. Okay towels. Very small room. King. Crowded
Location is great. Atmosphere is nice. Room we stayed in lacked convenience features... USB, electric outlets, luggage rack or storage, sink and vanity storage and the sinks is essentially in the room. No place to properly hang towels. Had to call for towels and room servicing twice. The value was not there. Could have stayed in same location with more comfort. I don't like that the rooftop bar is open to the public. There should be priority seating and entry for guests. We won't stay again. It doesn't suit our needs but it could yours. Loved the shower.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important for other travelers to be aware of our experience. While the hotel has modern décor, the rooms are quite small and feel cramped. Unfortunately, this was the least of the issues during our stay. Shortly after checking in, we noticed a strong odor in our room and contacted the front desk. We were moved to another room within about 5–10 minutes, which we appreciated. However, after a couple of hours, the same odor returned in the new room. The smell appeared to be coming from the drains and became progressively worse throughout our stay. On Friday evening, the odor on the 19th floor was so strong that it was immediately noticeable when exiting the elevator and was also present in the hallway. We contacted the front desk on multiple occasions over several days. Housekeeping and maintenance attended the room multiple times, confirming the issue was ongoing. At one point, maintenance left a bottle of Ecolab odor-control product in the room for us to use, which is not something one would expect in a hotel stay. By Sunday afternoon, after repeatedly reporting the issue, I requested the General Manager’s contact information from the Front Desk Manager, Lucas, and was told it could not be provided. I also brought the Ecolab product down with me, and it was taken by staff. While staff were responsive in sending assistance, the underlying issue was not resolved at any point during our stay. The experience fell significantly short of expectations for a Le Méridien property and the Marriott brand. I am including a photo of the product provided in the room, as well as an email from Lucas referencing the multiple room odor issues. Based on this stay, I would not choose this property again and would advise others to be aware of the potential for similar issues, particularly on the 19th floor.
Everything was absolutely above and beyond. It was my first time staying at Le Meridien. Well definitely be staying again when I have the opportunity. I had an issue with my bathroom and they were up here fixing it within minutes. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Spent 3 nights during pride weekend. Location to this place is perfectly central. Clean, beautiful lobby and rooms. The atmosphere at the lobby can feel like a party since so many people go to either Corinne or 54thirty (their 1st floor restaurant and rooftop bar.) Noise level was completely doable even though there’s some construction work going on on the roads and adjacent blocks. Service was PRIME. We have to make some honorable mentions: Mini was a rockstar checking us in and checking with us daily when we crossed paths at the lobby. She did an amazing job checking us in, taking care of us, answer all the questions, and made us feel like top notch guests, while know how to be fun and queeny with us for pride weekend. We also would like to give a shout-out to Jose Miguel, our Housekeeper on the 14th floor. He was so mindful of our space. Went beyond what is required to make things look extra tidy and neat. We were always surprised by little details that we know it took some thinking to come up with. We will be coming back for it all.
Aaron was amazing! We appreciated his prompt follow up and $25 dollar certificate for the rooftop lounge during our honeymoon! They also had spa bathroom supplies we loved. Thanks, Marriott.
Aaron came in and expertly fixed our toilet so we could get ready and go about our day enjoying Denver as a family!
So me and my boyfriend went there for the Morgan Wallen concert and for our one year anniversary and so we took a shower and the water would stay warm for like two seconds and then it was freezing so I called and they brought a maintenance man up and he said oh no, it’s fine. It’s hot and we touched it. OK yeah it was hot. Then we went to turn it on again and it was freezing cold and then my boyfriend got in and same thing. He’s like this water is so cold and then that last night I got in again and I said oh my God it’s freezing. I complained about four or five times they never did anything and then our food was always cold. We got like the spicy cauliflower and those were freezing. Just nothing seemed right and it was just a horrible experience and I spent so much money and they didn’t do anything about it.
Very friendly restaurant with excellent service and great value for the price. Paying around $21 for both the buffet and the option to order additional dishes from a menu with many selections felt very reasonable. The variety of food options was impressive, and everything made for a great experience. The staff was very welcoming, and Gita in particular was excellent, attentive, kind, and made us feel very well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
Had a maintenance issue and Arron from maintenance came right up and fix the issue. He was very professional and pleasant.
I stay at Le Méridien Denver Downtown frequently for work and wanted to recognize Sandra and Anai at the front desk for the incredible hospitality they provide. Every time I arrive, they are genuinely warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. They go out of their way to make guests feel cared for, and that level of kindness stands out. Most recently, I flew in very early from the East Coast and had requested ahead of time if there was any possibility of an early check in around 10:00 AM. They did everything they could to make that happen and even upgraded my room to one closer to the elevators after a long travel day. What I appreciate most is that they make the hotel feel personal. It never feels transactional or routine. As someone who stays here often for work, it means a lot to be greeted by people who are consistently so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Sandra and Anai are a huge part of what keeps me coming back to this property whenever I’m in Denver.
We had brunch , and we had drinks, everything was enjoyable, clean and attentive. Even thw Valet
I was expecting a more upscale experience, but Le Meridien Denver felt more like an AC Marriott. Actually, I did not notice any differences between the AC (attached to Le Meridien) and Le Meridien. I have stayed at previous Le Meridien and the experience was much more upscale. I purchased the deluxe king city line (supposedly their best room) and had a view of the side of the building, no city line. Housekeeping was inconsistent. 1/3 of elevators were not working and therefore long waits for elevators. I stayed 4 nights and the elevator was never repaired. For the cost, I’d recommend another hotel.
The location was fabulous. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view. The coffee bar was good. Valet was helpful and cordial.
The rooftop bar was small and crowded. Difficulty to find seating most days. The room was small. Lacked minor amenities like a makeup mirror and nearby ice machine. The young women working the front desk weren’t helpful .
Na
Room was dated, housekeeping had not thoroughly cleaned the bathroom
Location is perfect, especially for exhibition centre. Rooms great, restaurant great, rooftop great , staff great
Nothing
The rooftop bar is great 👍
I dropped my earring down the sink early one morning, Aaron was able to help me retrieve before the work day even began! Very nice hotel, quiet and relaxing. Will be back.
Roid top bar too small bit enough seating
Location
I recently stayed at Le Méridien Denver Downtown and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I had a breakfast voucher, but the reception staff did not allow me to use it at the other restaurant in the hotel and insisted it could only be used at the AC Restaurant. The breakfast there was quite unsatisfactory. On two consecutive days they ran out of Nespresso capsules and even Greek yogurt, which was surprising for a hotel of this level. The breakfast menu was also very limited. Additionally, the sleeping experience was not comfortable. The pillows and blanket were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the service and amenities did not meet expectations for this category of hotel. Personally, I would not choose to stay here again.
So convenient! Just cross the street to Denver Convention Center. Quite a few of nice restaurants (including the hotel's own two) and grocery stores are located in two blocks. The room is clean, large with complementary 2 bottles of water everyday. When the sink was clogged, Aaron came in no time to fix it quickly and gave me reward points for the inconvenience thus caused. It's a nice hotel and a nice staff I enjoyed very much.
Aaron in Maintenance Fixed an issue with toilet and was awesome! Hotel was clean and ready for whatever we needed
Aaron was exceptional! He was polite, courteous, and quick! We truly appreciate his professionalism!
We pulled up to the valet with 7 bags (4 of which weighed 50 lbs each) and received absolutely no help. After my husband got the cart from inside, I watched him struggle to open the door to the hotel while trying to push the cart through as our bags fell over with still absolutely no help. I waited behind six other people before I was able to check in, only one person working at the desk. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. We were told sorry we would’ve upgraded you, but we didn’t- which seemed unnecessary. We would have just accepted the room we were given and didn’t need the insult. Someone has to get the room right next to the elevator, and this time it was us. We can barely fit in our room with all of our bags. At any other Marriott we are treated very differently. Disappointed and would not recommend
Le Méridien Denver Downtown is very well located, right in the heart of downtown, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Service throughout the hotel was very good — professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are relatively small, but well designed, modern, and comfortable. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully arranged, so the room size did not negatively impact the overall stay. One clear downside is parking. It is difficult to find, not well organized, and extremely expensive, which is disappointing for a hotel in this category. The food at the hotel is very good, both in quality and presentation. A real highlight, however, is the rooftop bar — fantastic atmosphere, great views, and absolutely a must-visit when staying at the hotel. Overall, a stylish hotel with strong service and an outstanding rooftop bar, slightly let down by the parking situation.
Me encantó

I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium Elite member, so I base my hotel reviews on both the brand’s standards and my personal experiences. I stayed one night at Le Méridien Denver Downtown. While I don’t believe this property offers suites, I was given a very nice room that met my expectations for the brand. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and suitable for a short business stay. I was recognized as a Titanium Elite member at check-in and received a breakfast credit as part of my benefits. Breakfast was served in the hotel’s restaurant and was ordered from the menu rather than a buffet. The quality of the food was excellent, and I was very happy with my selection. The service at breakfast was friendly and attentive. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and professional, which contributed to a pleasant overall experience. One interesting aspect of this property is that it shares a building with the AC Hotel. Guests have access to amenities across both brands, and I understand breakfast could also be taken at the AC Hotel if preferred. The building also features a very nice rooftop bar. While I didn’t visit in the evening, I did walk through the space during the day, and it’s a very well-designed and inviting area with great views. The location works well for downtown Denver, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. Overall, this was a very solid stay with good elite recognition, a strong breakfast offering, and friendly service. I would stay here again.
Very accommodating with no issues with services.
Cost of Hotel was good but no validating and having to pay extra for Valet.
Location is great
Rooftop bar staff rude. Lobby bar staff rude. Parking cost ridiculous.
This review is about value - and I feel this hotel was below value for the money spent here compared to other hotels at this level downtown Denver. I had 5x annoyances: 1) When trying to talk to a manager by request, I was asked "what is this about" and was denied, which caused me to not extend my stay. 2) Plastic wrapped plastic cups - this is not what I expect in a "4 star" post covid hotel, 3) There's this "open air bathroom" concept that is really a way to "cheapen" the space by bringing the bathroom into the main room space (and lose basic privacy). 4) Crappy towels - worn out and small - bath towels are half the size of normal towels. Come on. 5) Housekeeping not respecting my DND sign even though I specifically asked front desk to tell housekeeping them about my late checkout. Common problem, but another indicator of lack of cohesion between FD and HK. Specifically on #3 - as a business traveler, this is not a big deal if you are alone, but if you are a couple and your wife/partner wants to have some privacy or run her hair dryer or anything that reminds you of why a bathroom with a door matters - I would skip this hotel; there is a tiny sink with no room for your stuffs. The shower door literally just opens up into the hotel room. Some bean counter thought this was a better use of space and labels it "European" to make up for this lame design. For less money there are at least 4x hotels within 2 blocks that are in the same class without *any* of these issues. This design won't change anytime soon, but in the mean time, what can be done: Put some actual glasses, not plastic wrap 2-star style glasses in the room for pete's-sake and how about some decent towels? Come on. And while you're at it, when a guest asks to talk to the manager, let them.
The food and service was great. Ben is a great server. You need to get the bread pudding! We also had the scallops and French onion soup. All were amazing.
Aaron helped me with an issue in my room/bathroom and was wonderful. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
The hotel was very responsive to my needs. I called regarding a television and heat issue in my room. Their technician, Aaron came right away to assess and fix it the issues.
We had a good experience at Le Meridien Denver. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit small. The restaurant, Corrine, was excellent. The 20th floor bar offered great drinks and beautiful views. Hotel is in a great location for events at the Denver Convention Center.
Great location
great downtown location with several dining options within walking distance
Very nice peoperty
Staff friendly and attentive. Corinne restaurant is connected and offers a nice lobby takeaway. There is also amazing rooftop bar with bites on the 20th floor.
Very friendly staff, we will return.
Clean room
Excellent room, great friend staff. Super location for conferences, quick scooter ride to the baseball field.
The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from 16th Street Mall, which makes it perfect for exploring downtown Denver. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, one thing that stood out—in a not-so-great way—was the lack of bottled water in the room. For a four-star hotel, I expected at least a couple of complimentary bottles. Instead, I had to walk to a nearby CVS to grab some. It’s a small detail, but one that makes a difference in comfort and convenience. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend Le Méridien for its location and service, but hopefully they’ll consider adding water to the rooms in the future.
Was nice
Very nice rooms with an exceptional rooftop bar.

Nice downtown location next to the convention center Walkable to lots of nice restaurants. Great bar on rooftop.
Like walking around
Super nice hotel. Service, food, location, everything is perfect
Very Convenient. We attended a week long Expo at the Convention Center and did not need a rental. The location was also just a block over from the 16th street shops which was great for eating out late.
I liked the ombience of the hotel, very classy & trendy. Room as very nice with a great view. Loved the coffee nook on the lobby level, the staff who made my coffee was very kind. One thing I did not like that is on us, was we never made it up to the rooftop bar to check it out! Next time for sure! Other than that, no complaints for the hotel! Will definetley stay again!
Decent 4-star hotel with professional staff that delivers on experience. The restaurant Corinne does great breakfast
Great Hotel
Valet service and check in was exceptional. Nice, clean room. Very convenient to a whole host of restaurants and activities. Would stay there again.
Stayed for one-night while in town for a show at Boettcher Concert Hall. Beautiful lobby and quick check-in with not issues getting into our room early. Our room wasn't very large but was laid out very efficiently. CClean, quiet, comfortable bed and excellent shower. We had dinner at Corinne, which was very convenient, great service and a very nice meal. Definitely recommend making reservations in advance, as it's quite popular. Also had drinks at the rooftop bar, 54Thirty. It was pretty crowded but the beautiful views make it worth visiting for a drink. The hotel is very conveniently located and everything we wanted to do was a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again.
Clean room and good service. Great location. Overall a great experience.
Excellent stay
The surrounding restaurants were nice walking distance.
Our recent stay was actually awful. The first room we were put in had orange stains all over the comforter, and the tv didn’t work. We asked for a new comforter setup and they sent us a sheet with even more yellow staining all over it. After talking to the front they put us in a bigger ‘upgraded’ room. Just to find out that’s what I originally paid for was a more spacious room with a skyline view! In our new room the coffee machine was broken, so when we put water in to brew some it flooded all over. After cleaning that up we decided to go up for a drink at the roof top bar where my partner and I had one drink each and tried to enjoy ourselves. The cocktail waitress charges us for those two drinks. I tipped her out, but my debit card wasn’t in the server book where I signed my receipt. After waiting about ten minutes or more our waitress came up to us with my debit card only to wake up to a 240.19 dollar purchase this morning that I did not approve of or do myself so I’m still waiting for the managers to contact me back from the rooftop bar after talking to the ladies at the front desk about it. We got the worst night sleep as the fitted sheet was so small it wouldn’t fit the mattress and kept coming up and the cushion mat under it kept rolling up and it was just the worst most uncomfortable bedding I’ve ever had. After all of this and sobbing all morning from a purchase I didn’t make and no communication about it yet, it was a pretty awful stay. I am a server myself and I work super hard to afford a night stay at a nice place like this. So to have a bad experience and everything go wrong and have my hard earned money gone it’s a nightmare. Thank you
Nice hotel for a good price. I would definitely stay there again.
We had breakfast at Corinne twice and Mauricio was the perfect host to us We appreciate his cordial hospitality and his service was outstanding. Thanks for this great breakfast experience!
Beautiful!
Hotel location and staff are very pleasant. I had issues getting into my room. After 2 trips to the front desk an engineer named AARON came within a minute and granted me access to my room. He was very pleasant and explained why and how sometimes doors get stuck. Thank you Aaron for your assistance.
This place was an amazing stay. We visit Denver every year and out of all the properties we have stayed at, this has been the best. The ambiance, the staff, the restaurant, the rooftop, and other amenities were spectacular. Perhaps one of the best parts was the location with a short walking distance to the Coors Field and Empower Stadium. We are looking forward to our next stay here!
Must stay, walking distance to many options that suit all members of any party.
We had a great, short stay. The hotel is cute. The room we had was an upgraded double queen and it was lovely, but very small. We had 4 adults and had we known the bathroom wasn’t actually a separate room we wouldn’t have stayed there. However, we managed and had a pleasant stay. Corrine’s breakfast was AMAZING and the service was spectacular. I would recommend this place to my friends.
Very modern and clean. Loved the rooftop bar. Rooms weren't huge, but they were nice. Great atmosphere as well. Would definitely stay again.
We were in Denver for a short 3 day visit for a wedding and decided to stay here. So glad we did, the beds were super comfy, the way burger from Corrine’s restaurant was fantastic and the staff here was so polite and very accommodating. The Barista at the coffee bar was so awesome to talk to as I waited for my food. Would recommend this place. **parking is expensive**
Great area and seevice
Walking distance to the mall, so many dining options from casual to elegant, walking distance to the Convention Center
LOVE this hotel…I stay here often if I’m staying in downtown Denver!
Zero complaints
Love the staff
Front desk staff is the greatest also the housekeepers they are very friendly , I definitely I will come back to this nice and wonderful hotel
Always a great spot to stay in downtown Denver and within walking distance of all the great stops.
The staff was top notch at helping me out as I had never been to Denver before. Hotel was gorgeous & a 3 min walk to the convention center & an 8 min Uber Ride to Coors Field. I also know how the bus & rail transportation goes to & from the airport which is a cheaper option at $10 for the day. The things I personally did not care for was that it was right by one of the rails & I kept hearing it all through the night from my room. Also, the room is nice if you're by yourself, or with a significant other. Unfortunately, the layout isn't the best because there is no bathroom privacy except to use the toilet.
.
Restaurant on Top Floor excellent!! Benjamin L, our server, excellent Beer selection and menu advice. We had Short Rib Tacos, outstanding! Best Tacos in Denver, during our trip. Views from rooftop were outstanding. Large dining area , which filled up fast for Lunch. In middle of Downtown on roof of Hotel building, same level as Fitness Center.
