Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay

Nette, schone en ruime kamer. Robotje op de kamer was leuk, we snapten alleen niet helemaal wat je er mee kon. Hij begon ook een keer midden in de nacht te kletsen! De dino's waren grappig en werkten perfect voor het in en uitchecken, ook de grote bewegende T-rex kop in de hal vonden we een leuke verrassing. We zagen ook een keer een robot zelf de lift bedienen om iets naar een kamer te brengen; we hadden nog nooit zoiets gezien. Veel verrassingen dus in dit hotel! Personeel was ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het ontbijt was ook erg goed; veel verse groenten, soep, vis, vlees, broodjes, etc erg uitgebreid! Ook super fijn dat er een bus naar station Maihama rijdt!

Er viel niets tegen, misschien dat er niet veel in het Engels aangegeven stond maar daar heb je Google Translate voor!

It is conveniently located for catching the bus to Disney and the hotel also offers a shuttle that was helpful on checkout to get us and our luggage to the train station. The dinasours at the counter were fun and there is always a staff member behind the scenes watching in case you struggle with check in, check out.

The beds and pillows are hard and flat and were not very comfortable.

We stayed here to access both Disney parks. It wasn't quite as close as we wanted and the buses were no good because they started too late for us personally. If youre happy to start your day later this is fine but its a fast paced 20/25 min walk to the monorail for Disney sea and Disneyland entrance. We walk a lot as a family but you walk ALLLLL day in Japan and it's exhausting. Topping and tailing your day with this extra walk was a bit much for us. The hotel itself was fine, facilities were great, dino check in was as expected. The rooms were a tad small, we ad 2 rooms as we have 2 teenage girls. It was annoying that there was a kettle to use but no actual tea or coffee without contacting someone but again just a bit annoying to call someone up everytime you want a hot drink so we just didn't bother. The Lawsons and local 7/11 as always are Great for all your food, snack an drink needs so can't complain there. They came and cleaned the room everyday which was nice. Overall for the price it was great but next time I would stay closer to the parks if that's why you're there and pay a bit more.

The hotel is quite close to Disney and they offer the free shuttle bus which was very helpful we loved the dinosaurs

The bed was very hard and they only offered one pillow asked for more but they didn’t have any. The rooms are very small so fitting three people in was very tight

キョロちゃんのお部屋で、子供達大喜びでした!!恐竜のお出迎えは最初怖かったけど、終始楽しめました!!

We came here on the last night of our trip, right before we left Japan and it might have been the best decision we could have made. The dinosaurs were, naturally, amazing, we did use the claw machines and also bought a plushie. The thing that we did not really expect and what made the choice for the end of the trip so amazing is that the room was SO spacious. It was the only stay during our trip where both of us could open our massive suitcases at the same time, on the floor, and also be able to move around to pack and repack everything. There was a washing machine and a dryer, which we didnt use both because it was full the whole time and because we didnt really need them at that point. What really helped us was the vacuum sealer (i am not sure what the correct name is, but it sealed things in a bag without the air), so we could have these compact bricks of clothes and plushies without not being able to close the suitcase. There was a foot massager, which, after weeks of walking 30k steps daily, was very appreciated. The bathroom and toilet being separated was also great. There was also the possibility of late checkout, which we used (not too expensive) because we had to finish some work, and the room was just so much better than looking for a coffee shop. Overall in love and we wish we would be able to stay longer.

The location is a little ambiguous, in my opinion. I am very big on not having to travel far to get to a hotel, so in that sense, this was probably the least convenient of my stays. That in no way means the location was bad, just not “three minutes away from Shibuya Station” kind of great. The main issue is getting to and from the hotel with suitcases. The subway station is a pleasant walk away, or one or two bus stops depending on where you are coming from, which is perfectly fine under normal circumstances. However, the buses were very full at the times we needed them, and having massive suitcases with us made that a pretty awkward situation. We didn’t want to annoy everyone on an already packed bus by squeezing in with all our luggage, so we ended up walking instead. If you are staying for a couple of days and just commuting normally without luggage, I really don’t think the location is a problem at all. They also have a hotel shuttle bus, and I might just be dumb, but I couldn’t really figure out where to find it, so we went on foot, which, with the suitcases, was not particularly fun. The breakast was also just slightly underwhelming, but still good.

It was in a quieter area but still very close to the Disney theme parks and close to public transport. The kids loved the robot dinosaurs!

it was in a very nice location. about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station, but it is a very nice walk so no complaints there. rooms were big enough for us and clean. check in was easy, considering you don’t need to speak to anyone aside from the dinosaurs.

there wasn’t much I can think of. we didn’t get to use many of the facilities due to such a short stay.

Das Konzept des Henn Na Hotels ist auf jeden Fall interessant und beim ersten Betreten haben die Dinosaurier an der Rezeption einen echten Wow-Effekt. Gerade für Kinder ist das spannend und macht den Check-in zu einem kleinen Erlebnis. Ein klarer Vorteil ist außerdem die Nähe zu Tokyo Disneyland, was das Hotel für Familien grundsätzlich attraktiv macht.

Der Wow-Effekt der Dinosaurier verfliegt allerdings relativ schnell, und danach bleibt für uns vor allem ein recht funktionales Hotel. Die Zimmer empfanden wir als sehr eng. Mit mehreren Koffern wird es schnell unübersichtlich und es bleibt nur wenig Bewegungsfreiheit. Gerade als Familie merkt man das deutlich. Der sprechende Assistent im Zimmer war für uns ebenfalls eher unnötig. Er hat keinen wirklichen Mehrwert geboten und nimmt in dem ohnehin kleinen Zimmer zusätzlich Platz weg. Hier wäre weniger Technik aus unserer Sicht tatsächlich mehr gewesen.

Todo muy bien. Check-in y check-out rápido, muy bien las habitaciones y servicios... Recomendable para estar cerca de los parques de Disney. Nosotros usamos la lanzadera a Maihama Station para volver al hotel. Para la ida no porque no nos permitía llegar a primera hora al parque.

布団が少し湿っぽく感じた。部屋が狭かった。脱衣室がなかった。出入り口の扉と棚の隙間が僅かで、動線が動きづらい。もう少し安くないとお得感を感じない。

安かった。某テーマパークに近いので、便利だった。 トイレとお風呂が別だったのに驚いた。 綺麗なホテルでした。

フロントに人がいないので、防犯面が気になった。

朝食ビュッフェ、値段の割に品数が少ないと感じました。

部屋は広いまではいかないけれど狭いと言う程でもなく、朝食付きでの金額としてはとてもお得だったと思います。 受付の恐竜も良かったです。

ロビーの物を買うのに人を呼ばなければいけない点。 清算時等に一緒に支払えるようにするとか、セルフレジを導入するとか何かあるといい(システムとして可能かはわかりませんが) 自販機の物が売り切れが多いのと、新札・新500円玉が使えなかった点(全自販機かはわかりませんが)さすがに今時使えないのは困りました

Nos gustó todo, es un hotel muy original, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación también estaba muy bien. Frente al hotel pasaba un autobús cada 15 minutos que te llevaba a la estación para poder ir a los parques Disney.

It was very close to the Disney parks and had a free shuttle service. There are also two convenience stores within 2 minutes of walking. The dinosaurs were a fun experience for my kids.

We didn’t see any other staff, outside of the bus drivers, so I wondered what would happen if we needed to interact with a real person, but as we didn’t, it wasn’t really an issue.

Very easy to take bus to Maihama station , 5 mins walk to Disneyland. Bus station near the hotel. Self check in and check out, easy and quick! Room is small but considered of the price and location. It’s a wise choice l! Also, they give out free dinosaurs when you book their dinosaur themed room!

I really enjoyed my stay. This was my second time staying at this hotel chain. I had previously stayed at the Asakusa location, which was an amazing experience, and this stay in Maihama was just as excellent. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. I especially think it’s a great choice for families with children. The staff were friendly, and everything exceeded my expectations.

There wasn’t anything I really disliked. The only two small things I missed were a luggage scale to weigh our suitcases before our flight and having a few more washing and drying machines, as they were often busy. However, these were only minor inconveniences and did not affect our stay at all. Overall, everything was excellent.

Run by dinosaurs. Soooo cool. Great location for going to Disneyland

朝食がとても良かった！朝食バイキングはホテルの個性が出るので新しいとこに宿泊するときの楽しみの1つですが、変なホテルの朝食はまともなうえにメニュー豊富で味も良かった。 ロビーや受付に人がいないことの不安はあったけど、分かりやすくなっておりスムーズにチェックインとチェックアウトもできた。変に気を遣わなくて済むのはとても良かった。

ドライヤーが壊れていた。 風速の切り替えができないだけで使えなくはなかったのでとりあえず大丈夫でしたが、気になる人は気になるかも。使用感のチェックはしておいてほしかった

Alojamiento muy recomentable para ir a los parques Disney. Staff muy amable. Camas cómodas. Hay tiendas de conveniencia a la vuelta de la esquina, con lo que te puedes suplir de todo loq ue necesites. Líneas de buses paran delante del hotel también, con loq ue está muy bien conectado. No disfrutamos del desayuno y por lo tanto no lo podemos valorar. Recomiendo sin dudas este alojamiento para familias ya que dispone de habitaciones "jurásicas" y eso puede ser un plus de diversión. Ah! hay a disposición de los clientes un sevicio de bus que te acerca a los parques, pero el horario es algo limitado.

Todo y que el hotel pudo recepcionar nuestras maletas que llegaron con el servico de Yamato Transport desde el aeropuerto, el hotel no ofrecia el servicio de enviarlas a Osaka, y tuvimos que ir a la oficina de Yamato, a 10' caminando. No es un inconveniento muy grande, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta si vas a hacer uso del servicio de envío de maletas. El tamaño de la habitación, para tres personas, un poco justo.

We really liked the hotel and were satisfied with everything. The cleanliness, size of the room and the friendliness of the staff were great. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. The hotel also offers a transfer to Maihama station, where Disney Tokyo Resort is located and other connections to the center of Tokyo. The breakfast was good. There are several supermarkets and also good restaurants near the hotel.

We went specifically for the dinosaurs! And we got what we expected. It is a nice concept-hotel and the breakfast was great! A nice choice if you're travelling with kids or going to Disney

Just the location, it is tricky to arrive and there is not much nearby.

Checking in with Dinosaurs as the concierge was a bit unusual, the kids loved it. The rooms were always going to feel small, as this was a budget hotel. We were there for four nights. I wouldn't set up here for a long stay, but there was everything we needed, vending machines on every floor for drinks, snacks, nappies, as well as claw machines and all incidentals like razors, hairbrush, toothpaste etc were there and readily available to help yourself in lobby. Washer & Dryer facility there also and vacuum sealer for packing assistance, as well as bus running to Maihama station (Disneyland & Disney Sea Station).

other than the small bathroom size where you are in more of a shower/wet room, which we found is common in Japan, this place was great for what it was.

We like the fact the dinosaurs were checking us in but if needed assistance then a real person would come out to help.

Durch Luftzug pfiff es durch einen Luftspalt in der Tür, war zuerst nicht so stark, zeitweise aber nervend laut.

This was a great stay to be close to Disney without being in one of the big hotels. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and quite spacious for Japan. Good location for local restaurants and right by a 711 for quick and cheap brekky.

The dinosaurs were absolutely hilarious. We booked this hotel just for that. The room was pretty standard and quite clean. If ever you have issues (we needed to borrow a luggage scale) the employees will come meet you in the lobby to assist. Very pleasant staff.

The provided pajamas fit a little odd, so we opted for our own. The location is not ideal, unless you are going to Disney. It is quite far from Tokyo (for first time traveller, the map can be deceiving)

It was next to 2 convenient stores, which was great, but just around the corner is a drug store. This was more important when two of our party started having allergic reactions to something. The drug store workers were very helpful in helping me find Claritin. It saved our trip. The complimentary bus to Maihama train station was great, but if needed a city bus also came right there. The staff was friendly and helpful.
