It’s location and the staff. We could walk to what we wanted to see and so many food choices nearby.

El hotel es bastante nuevo. La cama muy cómoda. La piscina ideal. Sin duda nuestro hotel favorito de nuestro viaje a Vietnam.

Había una puerta (obviamente candada) que conectaba con otra habitación, no se podía abrir pero se podia oír a las personas de la otra habitación. Notifiqué la molestia a recepción y dijeron que lo resolverían, de ser así no podría decir nada negativo de la estancia.

great location and very welcoming staff

This hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the Old Town but far enough out of the way that it wasn't super busy. There are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room was huge, very clean and felt new. The pool was also great and the staff were super helpful - would recommend!

To start off with, the staff were lovely and so welcoming! Biggest thing for me was the pool! It was amazing! After a busy day around the shops! Comfortable massive bed! (Shower gel smelt amazing too!) honestly perfect! Thank you!

Wszystko było zgodne z opisem! Bardzo miły personel, czysty i przestronny pokój oraz basen, który pozwalał ochłodzić się podczas południowego upału. Lokalizacja była idealna - blisko głównych atrakcji ale nie na głównej ulicy, przez co hałas nie utrudniał nam snu. Polecam!

Had an amazing stay here! Best value for money I’ve ever had. The staff were so lovely, reception super helpful and the concierge was also a lovely older man, didn’t speak much English but had his translate app ready and was eager to help. Lovely pool nice and refreshing on a warm day. The bikes were a great bonus, we cycled around heaps and they worked well and were maintained. Room was nice and spacious and beds very comfortable for Vietnam

A small, intimate hotel. Staff went out of their way to assist us. They were so kind and friendly. The pool is small but great after a long day in Hoi An.

Breakfast wasn’t available, that would have been great.

Good location, friendly and attentive staff, big bed

We had some issues with our toilet flush (in that it didn’t really flush). Maintenance came to fix it which seemed to resolve it temporarily, until we had the same problem again and so were cautious when using. The shower also leaked into the rest of the bathroom. There was also a considerable amount of black mould in the bathroom.

Goede ligging en heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden voor en gezin van 5, 2 kamers met connecting doors, dat was heel fijn. Lekker koel zwembad om even in te chillen.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, la ducha con mampara (no suelen tener en Vietnam), la piscina perfecta para darte un chapuzón y la atención del personal, muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta y te prestan bicicletas gratuitas para recorrer la ciudad.

Really good location, close to everything but away from the business of the old town. Clean and spacious room. Great pool facilities. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

We had to remind staff to clean our room at one point as it was missed - but not a major issue at all :)

The Hotel was in a great location, and easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and pointed us in a number of good places to eat. Definitely recommend this hotel

Would have been great to be to have breakfast included as indicated on booking.com but there was a great breakfast shop across the road.

Struttura molto bella in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. Il personale è stato eccellente, disponibile anche nel preparare una box della colazione per permetterci di farla anche l'ultimo giorno che andavamo via molto presto. Camera molto ampia e pulita.

The staff were exceptional. July and Kevin could not be more friendly. They were always assisting us in sharing local information, carrying our bags, getting the kids poolside drinks, cooking fresh breakfast and greeting us with the happiest smiles. The location of the hotel is perfect. The 5 minute walk to the ancient town was easy and there were several great places to eat nearby. Spas just across the road for a quick foot massage after big days of shopping. $2 for a taxi anywhere. Could not pick a better location. Close but not too close to all the chaos.

Big reduction in staff and services (restaurant) due to economic times...had a sick 12yr old so frustrating that tv wouldnt work majority of stay due to poor wi-fi and casting from phone only option which would never work due to reception

Outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent pool facilities and beautiful gardens. 5 minutes walk to the old town with great restaurants and bars within a short distance from the accommodation.

The staff is so kind. I loved having a bike to ride and the pool is refreshing in the afternoon. My room was beautiful.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The staff went out of there way to help with bookings, taxis and any information we required. The location is excellent and nearby all facilities and attractions. The rooms were nice and the pool was great.

The location of the property was fantastic. Walking distance to all the main sights. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the pool to cool off in and appreciated the free bikes to explore Hoi An. What makes this place most amazing is the staff. They were so helpful in booking activities for us. Dao (David) was a standout. He always welcomed us with genuine warmth and a fist pump. Highly recommend this accomodation if you’re visiting Hoi An.

Can't recommend enough. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and everything was in fantastic condition. Short walk away from the busy touristy area of Hoi An. Felt right at home.

The staff were really nice and lovely! The room was big and very clean! I like the location it was really easy and fast to get everywhere and a walking distance from the city center.

I enjoyed my stay but i don’t know if the price is 100% worth it. Might be a little expensive for what you get (which is very good but just wasn’t something outstanding). But maybe its the price because of the location and more…

旧市街まで徒歩圏内なのにお手頃だし夜は静かです 自転車も無料で借りられるので行動範囲が広がります 2泊しましたが宿泊中、朝食込みは私だけだったので前日に全てオーダーして準備してもらう形でした そしてスタッフが総出で誕生日のお祝いをしてくれました！本当にありがとう💕 とっても楽しい滞在でした

I requested connecting rooms, and the hotel arranged them exactly as I had asked. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is about 100 meters away from the busy area, which made it peaceful and quiet, yet it only took 2–3 minutes to walk to plenty of restaurants and street food. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially the bellman who assisted us with our luggage—I regret not asking for his name. The hotel also provides complimentary bicycles, and you can book a basket boat tour through them at a very reasonable price, including round-trip transportation, so we decided to use their service. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always smiling, which made our stay even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Hoi An in the future.

La stanza odorava di muffa e polvere, era ben visibile sotto il condizionatore e dentro il bagno, il wc scaricava lentamente e tendeva e si sentiva che caricava sempre l'acqua. Nella stanza c'era la polvere ovunque.
