Je dois remercier á Mme. Houda et son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur écoute active à mes besoins. J'ai complètement aimé mon séjour au Riad. Je dois souligner la déco du riad, le mariage parfait entre traditionnelle et moderne ainsi que la propreté. L'emplacement c'était parfait, on peut tout faire à pied.

Loved everything about this place. The room, staff, facilities, location, breakfast, was all incredible and they were super accommodating to our late check in time.

Ho soggiornato al Riad Zaki di Marrakech dal 17 al 20 agosto e non posso che lasciare una recensione assolutamente positiva. La struttura è semplicemente bellissima, curata e accogliente. Gli ambienti sono davvero suggestivi, puliti e ben tenuti, e l’atmosfera del Riad permette di vivere pienamente il fascino di Marrakech. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall’arrivo fino alla partenza. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mourad della reception, per la sua straordinaria accoglienza. È una persona gentile, disponibile, professionale e molto competente, sempre pronta ad aiutare con il sorriso e a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. La sua attenzione e la sua cordialità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio assolutamente il Riad Zaki a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Marrakech in una struttura bella, tranquilla, curata e con un servizio eccellente. Die Zimmer sind neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Chefin hat uns bei der Parkplatzsuche geholfen und wir konnten direkt vor der Haustüre an der Straße parken. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man wunderbar sitzen und liegen und den Tag im Whirlpool ausklingen lassen.

Beautiful little Riad, location is great and easy to find! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, if you want a quiet and calm stay, it might not be the best option for you especially the rooms downstairs! The rooftop is so nice, breakfast was okay.

Great location with an ATM inside. They arranged our airport pickup, which made our arrival very convenient. The property has a beautiful traditional design and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help, especially Murad, who provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

The only downside was that laundry facilities were not easily accessible.

Très bien situé , tout près de la médina et très calme. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des hôtes et des employés en particulier Mourad qui est aux petits soins. Nous avons apprécié les changes et les partages. Possibilité de dîner , avec un très bon rapport qualité -prix. Nous y reviendrons en cas de nouveau séjour à Marrakech.

A Rijad meglepően csendes és rendezett. Minden nap volt takarítás. Houda, a recepciós és egyben szalloda vezető rendkívül segítőkész, barátságos személyiség. Nem beszéltünk se arabul,se franciául, de ő nagyon sokat segített nekünk. Gondolok itt a reptérről, illetve reptérre transzfer megszervezésében és a figyelmességében!!! Kedvessége példa nélküli volt eddig számomra.:)

A környék, konkrétan Marrakesh Medina része nekem nagyon nem jött be, de ez a szállás ár érték arányából semmit nem von le. Illetve a mindennapos, mentatea és tojás rántotta kombináció egy magyar ember számára sok. Szinte mindenhol ezt kínálják és persze a Rijádban is. Összességében azonban a szállás és a személyzet,,egy nagyon pozitív ajándék volt számunkra egy teljesen idegen, kultúrsokkra emlékeztető környezetben.

Emplacement proche de la koutoubia et de la place j’émanai el fna. Très calme. Climatisation dans les chambres, jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Notre hôte Houda est adorable, prête à aider pour toutes questions.

Petit déjeuner très copieux, avec des fruits ce sera super. Houda nous a précisé qu’il nous aurait suffi de demander.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Riad Zaki! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en deed er alles aan om ons welkom te laten voelen. De kamers waren prachtig ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere ochtend genoten we van een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook de locatie is ideaal: je kunt gratis parkeren in de buurt en het centrum van Marrakech is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. We zouden deze riad zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf in Marrakech!

Room especially beds very comfortable. Some of the staff were really helpful and sociable.

Breakfast was pretty awful. Tea and coffee undrinkable. Spa hadn’t opened yet we weren’t advised. Booked into the spa without realising we’d be sent elsewhere. Treatments were ok but pool too cold to swim and dirty. No changing rooms and pool area was a staff thoroughfare. Misled on other excursions obviously just to get a sale. Don’t get the hotel to arrange airport transfers. You’ll be left at the airport when you arrive and you’ll miss your flight on the way home.

La ubicación es excelente, cercano a todo.

Lovely big room. Air conditioning was on when we arrived and bottled water supplied - both were appreciated. Abdu at reception was welcoming and friendly and super to deal with. Riad was beautiful and clean. Although accommodation was on a busy road it did not disturb our sleep. Lemon cake at breakfast was the best we've eaten during our trip.

The colored glass on the windows added character but did make the room rather dark.

Breakfast was awesome and Mohammed was very helpful.

We are booked in Riad Zaki then on arrival the staff moved us to another hotel dragging our luggage within the Medina and walked long distance around the medina unsure where we are going in the middle of the day after our long trip they did not meet our expectations on what we paid for 3 twin beds for 3 person and with shower room instead they moved us to another hotel that looks like a hostel and gave us a room for 2 person with one queen bed and no shower room.

Ottima colazione tipica locale, posizione perfetta per visitare tutte le cose più belle della zona. Hotel consigliatissimo!

Le riad est très bien situé : 15 mns à pied des souks, accessible en taxi. Riad très propre et très calme si vous avez une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue. Abdu est formidable , il nous a beaucoup aidé, sa présence discrète est vraiment un plus. Momo nous a accueillis à 23 h avec un grand sourire et un grand dynamisme. Ils étaient présents tous les deux pour le petit déjeuner. Merci à eux deux pour leur accueil.

Nous avons réservé via le Riad deux excursions qui n'ont absolument pas respecté nos souhaits ni ce qui avait été convenu. Dommage pour notre première visite au Maroc. Cependant, il nous a été octroyé un remboursement partiel en dédommagement.

La situation, la gérante très sympa, la chambre 'suite' vaste et propre.

Les points d'interrogation par rapport à une activité réservée bien plus tôt, mais qui en fait ne l'était pas alors que nous en avions eu confirmation par courriel!

Todo, nos encantó la atención la higiene la amabilidad y el cuidado de todos los trabajadores. Mi recepcionista preferida. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, nos vamos muy felices y se come de mil maravillas.

We are very pleased with the stay, the help, they are very friendly and familiar at the hotel, it is a safe place and you feel like you are at home, I recommend it 1000 percent. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, serviert oben auf der Terrasse. Der junge Mann Morrakech (Frühstückservice und Nachtconcierge) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er beantwortete all unsere Fragen auf eine sehr nette Art und Weise. Er spricht französisch und englisch und weiss über sein Land sehr gut Bescheid.

Die Chefin Ahlam empfahl uns als Tagestour eine Fahrt ins Ouriaka-Tal mit Besuch der Wasserfälle und Lunch am Bach. Wir haben diese Tour auch im Internet gesehen und sie wurde uns im Zentrum auch als Privatreise für 400 Dirham mit Lunch pro Person angeboten. Sie empfahl uns jedoch die Tour für 800 Dirham pro Person mit besserem Essen, besserem Bus, besserem Guide... und wir bezahlten für diesen teureren Ausflug... komisch, wir erhielten keine Quittung, kein Voucher. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir in eine ganz gewöhnliche Gruppe geschleust, total überfüllter Bus, Massenabfertigung beim Essen.... für 400 Dirham total ok, aber nichts von besonderem Service für 800 Dirham! Der langen Worte kurzer Sinn: Madame Ahlam hat uns betrogen, für 5 Personen kassierte sie 4'000 Dirham, an den Reiseanbieter bezahlte sie 2'000 Dirham und 2'000 Dirham (immerhin 184 Euros) steckte sie vermutlich die eigene Tasche! Hände weg von der Chefin Ahlam, sie ist eine Betrügerin!! Besser bei Morrakech buchen.

Our stay at Riad Zaki was truly enjoyable. The riad combines traditional Moroccan architecture with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, offering a relaxing escape in the heart of Marrakech. Löytyi oikeasti twin (double erotettiin meille) sekä 3n erilllisen sängyn huoneet. Isot ja mainiot sängyt. Rahanvaihtopiste sisääntulon yhteydessä. Jemaa-aukio oli kätevästi monen jännittävän kapean kujan päässä. Poikani osti 20,- koko reissun ajaksi hyvän nettipaketin hotellin työntekijältä, joka myös auttoi sen käynnistämisessä.

Etukäteen tilaamaamme ruokaa 5lle hlölle jouduimme odottamaan useamman tunnin. Henkilökohtaisesti en pitänyt sitä odotuksen ja myöskään 25,- arvoisena. Myös hotellille maksettu 30,- taksikyyti kentältä oli ehkä yläkanttiin, mutta toki helppo.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. La chambre est grande. Il y a suffisamment de rangement. La proximité relative de la place Jemaa El Fna. Les parties communes du Riad sont belles authentiques. Le tout est bien entretenu.

Le personnel au demeurant très aimable pas toujours très efficient en particulier pour le petit-déjeuner. Salle de bain dans son jus. Chambre vizir. Être conscient qu'elle donne sur la rue Fatima Zahra très bruillante de jour comme de nuit. Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, des boulquies seront indispensables. Cela dit, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Très bon accueil par les 3 hôtes. Très disponibles et de très bons moments de partage. Très à l'écoute de nos remarques. Au niveau du petit déjeuner, excellent ! Le personnel s'adapte si toutefois nous devons partir tôt en excursion et pour les départ. Très bon emplacement aux portes de la médina et des sites à visiter.

Il riad è in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla strada principale, ma con la possibilità di arrivarci davanti in macchina, che è un plus comodissimo per andata/ritorno dall’aereoporto e per spostarsi in taxi. Il personale di una gentilezza veramente impareggiabile e genuina, disponibilissimi per qualunque cosa.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, avere la stanza che dava sulla strada la rendeva un po’ rumorosa, perché è piuttosto trafficata. Problema facilmente risolvibile con un paio di tappi

I ragazzi dello staff sono stati semplicemente stupendi: professionali, disponibilissimi e gentilissimi, un vero punto di forza che ha reso il soggiorno piacevole nonostante tutto. La struttura è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione, con la SPA purtroppo non accessibile – un peccato per chi la cercava. La posizione è super comoda, perfetta per esplorare la zona senza sforzi. L'unico grande disagio è stato l'intenso odore non gradevole all'ingresso e nelle aree comuni aperte, che ha un po' guastato l'atmosfera. Le camere, per fortuna, sono pulite e prive di cattivi odori, offrendo un riposo tranquillo.

Riad molto buono e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e genuina servita sul terrazzo. Il personale gentile è di aiuto per prenotare visite ed escursioni varie. Noi siamo andati nel deserto di Agafay ed è stato molto bella. Il plus è la posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dalla piazza e soprattutto facilmente raggiungibile anche di notte in sicurezza perché non dentro la Medina, ma ai suoi margini. Si raggiunge anche in auto. Inoltre la reception è aperta h24. Lo consiglio

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans le Riad Zaki. Tout s’est très bien passé. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le déjeuner était très bon et tout était fait Maison. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le Riad se trouve à proximité de la grande place ainsi que du souk. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Hamza qui a été au top avec nous durant le séjour. Toujours très à l’écoute et à nous conseiller il a été au petit soins avec nous durant notre séjour. Si nous devions revenir à Marrakech, c’est dans ce Riad que je séjournerai une nouvelle fois. Je n’ai aucun point négatif à relever.
