The location was central to everything. It could not have been better.

I could hear the movement of everyone in the rooms around me. It was very frustrating when trying to sleep. The incessant horn honking was also bad because it is on a 4 way intersection

It's not clean at all, showers are plenty of mould.

La ubicación a 3 minutos a pie del casco antiguo y zona de paseo nocturna. La piscina aunque pequeña para refrescarte después de un dia de excursión se agradece. Personal muy atento y agradable. Habitación familiar muy amplia.

A mi no me importó, pero creo que es importante saber que no hay ascensor y las plantas bajas son más tipo hostel, habitaciones compartidas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Only 1 male and 1 female bathroom. So everyone shares the one shower and toilet. Can wait awhile. Quite dirty. No soaps. Pool didn’t look clean and was quite off putting to go in.

Quầy lễ tân không có nhân viên tiếp đón khi đến nhận phòng, khách phải chờ gần 10 phút mới có nhân viên tiếp nhận, nhưng đó cũng không phải là nhân viên lễ tân, mà chỉ là một chú tạp vụ dọn vệ sinh kiêm luôn công việc tiếp nhận khách. Khuôn viên bên ngoài không có mái che để khách đậu xe, trời mưa to làm ướt nón bảo hiểm của khách. Khu vực hồ bơi nước không trong xanh như hình chụp đăng trên trang web Phòng nghỉ nơi cư trú không được sạch sẽ, quá cũ, tường và trần nhà bị thấm nước, ẩm mốc, tạo ra mùi khó chịu. Trong phòng không hỗ trợ thiết bị máy sấy tóc, không đầy đủ tiện nghi, khi tắm gội xong thì khách phải tự liên hệ lễ tân mới lấy được máy sấy. Máy lạnh điều hòa không hoạt động bình thường, cách gió mát không tự động bật lên, phải sử dụng vật khác thay thế để hỗ trợ mới bật cánh lên để tạo độ mát và lạnh trong phòng.

I booked this hotel randomly at first, but it turned out to be a really nice stay. The vibe was peaceful, and the river view was honestly super chill, especially at night after walking around the Ancient Town all day. The room was clean, bright, and felt comfortable without being stuffy. One big plus was the staff — they were really friendly, helpful, and didn’t feel overly formal or robotic. The location was also great, close enough to walk to the Ancient Town but still quiet and relaxing at the same time.

Chuyến đi có ý nghĩa rất lớn đối với mình, nhân viên ở đây còn tổ chức sinh nhật bất ngờ cho mình - khiến mình cảm thấy rất được chào đón và quan tâm tại đây. Nhân viên lịch sự và tôn trọng khách hàng rất nhiều, phòng ốc đẹp rộng và thoáng mát!

Good stay with good assistance from the front desk team with cool suggestion for where to go and what to do here. Room is elegant and it owns a nice view to the river. Good location that's super near to the Hoi An Ancient town!

Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ gia đình mình trong chuyến đi vừa qua. Trở về nước mình rất vui khi chọn đúng khách sạn để lưu trú tại Hội An. Phòng khách sạn hoài cổ và ấm cúng, địa điểm khách sạn rất thuận tiện di chuyển đến phố cổ!

La salle de bain est moisi. Il y a une odeur très désagréable et j'ai l'impression que le nettoyage n'est pas fait très souvent. C'est dommage car tout le reste est super.

je n’ai rien aimé, les sanitaires sont dégoûtants , de la moisissure partout des poils des cheveux c’est répugnant, une odeur nauséabonde immonde vraiment! Des punaises de lit à foison, un gérant qui n’en a rien à faire c’est lamentable !

I stayed here for one night during a business trip and honestly had a pretty good experience. The room was clean, tidy, and felt quite airy, with a nice river view that made the stay more relaxing than I expected. It was peaceful at night, so I could rest well after a long working day. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help whenever needed. The location was also convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was really helpful for a short business stay. Overall, I think the price matched the quality well, and I would consider staying here again next time.

Khách sạn có không gian khá thoáng và yên tĩnh, phòng sạch sẽ, cửa sổ lớn nên nhìn ra sông rất đẹp, đặc biệt buổi tối lên đèn khá chill. Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ khách nhanh và nói chuyện lịch sự. Trải nghiệm nhìn chung ổn, phù hợp nghỉ ngơi hoặc đi công tác.

Mình không có điều gì không hài lòng, chỉ là buổi sáng vì gần phố nên xe cộ di chuyển hơi ồn một chút, còn buổi tối thì khá yên tĩnh và dễ nghỉ ngơi.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Ofrecen servicio de lavandería de un día a otro a buen precio.

La habitación la escogimos por la "vista al río" y no tenía vista. Había más hoteles que la ofrecían y era importante para nosotros por lo que habríamos escogido otra opción de haber sabido. Al hacer el comentario al hotel no hubo ninguna respuesta. No tienen buen servicio al cliente.

After 2 months in Vietnam. This is the worst place I stay in. The staff are disrespectful and mean. They are really unhelpful. I wish i could cancel my booking but I paid in advance. There's no towel or toothbrush...

I slept with bedbugs in my bed the first night I stayed there. As a result, I have many bites on my body. They offered no help, only a refund for the two days I didn't stay, and said nothing else. I had to pay for laundry and pharmacy expenses myself. I thought it would be clean and safe because it was a hotel, but I definitely do not recommend it.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und die zimmer hatten diverse Baumängel (Wasserschaden, Abprökelnder Putz an den Wänden, schimmel an den Wänden). Pool sejr dreckig und Liegen auch kaputt

10 minutes by walk from downtown, so not to much noise but still close enough to enjoy to vibrant city. Beds were clean.

The pool area is so tiny

The hotel is in an ideal location, surrounded by local eateries and street food stalls. It’s also very easy to hail a Grab. It’s surprisingly quiet at night, and only about a 5 to 8-minute walk to the heart of Hoi An Ancient Town.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. When I couldn't find my wallet immediately during check-in, he looked visibly impatient. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough, and there was a strong musty smell the moment I opened the door. To make matters worse, my key card suddenly stopped working, but there was nobody at the front desk. I couldn't find a single staff member until I walked outside the hotel and ran into a passerby who turned out to be the hotel handyman. The bathroom was incredibly smelly! The drainage system is broken—it drains so slowly that the entire bathroom flooded while I was showering. Even after I finished, my feet were still soaking in the water, it was totally unacceptable! Also, they clearly never clean under the bed—the layer of accumulated dust is thick and disgusting!!

Lit confortable et intime, bien situé, un peu à l’extérieur de l’agitation, sécuritaire. Il y a de l’eau à votre disposition pour que vous puissiez remplir votre bouteille.

Malpropre, la douche surtout. Les salles de bain au sous sol sont horrible et remplies de mouches. Piscine avec pas beaucoup d’eau et tu as l’impression d’être dans la rue.

Be aware that there is a hostal on the bottom floor. Pool was not the cleanest so did not use. Not super glam but nice enough for a short stay

The property is so beautiful. Girls dorm has washroom inside the room which was a great relief. Staff is helpful. Location is away from chaos and still close to center.

The location was good. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable in the dorm and the room was cool enough.

The bathroom facilities were very poor. The bathrooms are located in the basement and there is no ventilation at all. There is no air down there and it’s constantly extremely hot so you shower and as soon as you get out you may as well shower again. No ventilation is not good for health either as there is mould growing on the shower screen. The showers are always dirty on the floor with sand. The basement area is tired in general with electrics hanging out of the wall, plaster falling off and paint everywhere.

Het enige goede wat ik kan vermelden is dat de kamer lekker ruim is, en het bed lekker groot is en dat de locatie van het hotel goed is. Verder erg teleurstellend.

Bij inchecken moesten we ineens een opslag van 3,8% betalen boven het bedrag van Booking.com. Smoes was dat het bank opslag was, maar volgens mij gaan zij daar niet over. Eenmaal in de kamer hing er een ongelofelijke schimmelstank. De foto's op booking.com zijn opgepoetst en veel mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Kamer is gedateerd en dat onder de vlekken. Veel aankoekte viezigheid in de badkamer, hygiene is echt ver te zoeken. Barslechte internetsnelheid, kon amper normaal websites laden. Schoonmaakster maakte in nog geen 3 minuten de kamer 'schoon', bestond alleen uit bed opmaken, prullenbak legen, handdoeken vervangen en wc rollen bijvillen. Van schoonmaken dus niet echt sprake. Verder hele grote kier bij de balkondeur, hierdoor kwamen er muggen naar binnen en hadden we last van veel geluid van buiten. Tot slot: reken niet op het zwembad gebruiken, zag er totaal niet schoon uit. Oh ja, en als ze tranfer aanbieden om op te halen vanaf de luchthaven: niet doen. Ze rekenden 350k dong, terwijl we later zagen dat andere vervoeders hier 250k dong voor rekenen.

The room was spacious with a good shower. Comfortable bed.

When we arrived we were told that the included breakfast was no longer available. Traffic noise was loud throughout the night.

静かで過ごしやすかった。 エレベーターがなかったのでスタッフが部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。

地下一Fのトイレを使った友人が中から鍵が開かなくなってパニックになった。 スタッフが2人交替で開けようとしてくれたが無理だった。 30分ぐらいしてようやく自力で鍵を開けて出ることができた。 このトイレは修理したほうがいい。

The pool was not very clean, but we had no plans of using it anyway. Cleanliness of the floors in the room, in particular, could have been better. The shower drain was not functioning, so a shower could only be taken with water flow in spurts otherwise the water covered the entire bathroom floor. TV did not work, but not a huge problem as we were not there to watch TV.. and the supply of toilet paper was minimal..essentially we had rolls that had a day's worth of usage...we managed, but just odd.
