Nice location. Room was large and OK.

After 23.00 lot of noise from the bar (karaoke). We booked several excursions at the guesthouse; some were nice but when going to the rice terraces it turned out we had to pay extra when we got there. The owner paid us back (partly) later but be sure when you book you know what is included and what is excluded.

Not many actuall travellers at the time... it was taken over by Chinese digital nomads... and there was very little service from the staff when you could find them at all.

Un hermoso alojamiento, atendidoo de manera ecwpcional, el personal es muy atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son grandes y .muy cómoda, excelentes colchones, ropa de cama y toallas. Tiene un area común donde te puedes relajar y divertirte con los juegos. La ubicación es excepcional a pocos metros caminando del area escénica, con restaurantes cerca con buena comida y buenos precios. Recomendable 100% si te quieres estar en un bello y encantador lugar en Yangshuo.

Rooms are incredibily small (typical HK) and there was often a tobacco smell coming through the ventilation system. Probably someone in the building smoking, so not the fault of the hotel itself.

The host is super nice, he helped us with borrowing bikes next door, made good breakfast, helped with everything. It is a calm place with lots of activities nearby. Would recommend.

We recently stayed here as a large group of families with complex room requirements, and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, also arranging scooters, taxi transport to and from the train stations and even discounted tickets for the Liu Sanjie show, which made our trip seamless. The location is ideal—tucked just off the main street, offering a peaceful retreat, yet within easy walking distance to countless restaurants and easy biking distance to super busy Yangshuo town. The property itself is lovely and quiet, with good coffee available and a wonderful Western-style breakfast option with croissants and eggs, providing a nice break from traditional breakfast noodles and other typical regional foods. Highly recommended for families or groups visiting Yangshuo!

Good and quiet place to explore Yangshuo. In a small village with a lot of good restaurants. Some tourist places, rafting on walking distance. Host is very helpful.

Nothing severe but when you take a shower, the whole badroom gets wet. A curtain would help. (This is in many hotels in Asia)

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, extrem Stimmig und sehr Schön. Die Zimmer sind hübsch, gut ausgestattet und blitzblank sauber und auch das Wäschen von Wäsche ist möglich. Das Hotel bietet ungefähr 10 Balkone, eine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse. Also genug Platz und Ruhe um die atemberaubende Natur rundherum zu bestaunen. Ebenso gibt es einen Billardtischen und eine kleine Bar. Das grosse Highlight sind aber die Besitzer. Selten habe ich eine solche Herzlichkeit erlebt. Sie helfen einem in einer nicht aufdringlichen und sehr angenehmen Weise bei allen Fragen weiter. Egal ob es sich nun um eine Restaurant Empfehlung, Reisetipps oder Fahrradleihen handelt. Die Unterkunft scheint zu gut um wahr zusein, vor allem, wenn man den Preis noch berücksichtigt.

Negativ Punkte gibt es keinen einzigen. Selten habe ich mich in einer Unterkunft so wohl gefühlt.

Such a lovely and cosy place near the river, with a host who was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a wonderful time here and would absolutely love to come back one day.

Everything was perfect, the room was big and really clean, I’ve been travelling in almost 50 countries and I have to say, the service you get there is outstanding!!! The owners would do anything to help you out and make sure you feel well and happy there. And on the top of that Yangshuo is probably one of the most amazing scenery you can find in China 🇨🇳

Perfect place to stay in Yangshou, comfortable, clean and very authentic. The owners are so so lovely and very helpful in booking outings/shows and guiding guests. They helped make our stay perfect.

Wet shower - bathroom floor was wet after shower, luckily dried up quickly to prevent slippery Staircase - there is no lift, so may not suitable for those with mobility issues or parents with prams.

Lovely property with a beautiful garden and great views over the mountains. Spacious and tastefully decorated room with a comfy bed. The hotel has recently changed hands and the owners are no longer fluent in English, but we got by with the help of translation apps and they were infinitely helpful - showing us to local restaurants, booking taxis - and extremely kind and friendly. We really felt at home at our first stay in China and it was a pleasure to see them everyday. We would recommend the Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel at a nearby restaurant (we didn’t try Western).

Lovely location, great rooms and food, very friendly staff

We loved every minute of our 10-day stay at Eden! The staff were incredibly friendly and the view from the rooms were beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet in this part of Yangshuo, and we were glad we decided to stay out here. There are small markets nearby, and a bunch of restaurants you can walk to. Also a place to rent an e-bike right across the street. Would definitely return again!

There are multiple routers on each floor, but we had some small issues with the Wifi. It was like that for most of our time in China so...

Excellent hotel, absolutely a place where we feel home! It's very clean, and extremely well located (3 mins walk from the field, 7 mins walk from Yulong river). Staff are nice and feel like family, the room is big, matress is very comfortable (not so common for Chinese hotels). The garden is lovely and relaxing, big terrace to enjoy the sun or some reading, free billiard for family to enjoy moments together, the bar with lots of choices to enjoy the evenings. Coffee and the western breakfast are WOWs also in this small town among the karst mountains. Very good value for the money!

We planned one night only, and extended our stay for one more night, but 2 nights are still too short to enjoy all what Yangshuo has to offer.

Everything! Exceptional host! Beautiful location in the middle of the Karst Mountains. Walking distance to Yulong river bamboo rafting. This place is highly recommended and I'm already looking forward to going back there!

Great hospitality. We felt very welcome!

We really liked the personal touch and also the friendly and helpful owner and staff. The quality of the breakfast (option Western or Chinese), as well as the coffee and evening bar is very unique for China - especially for this place. Eric and Sammie were super helpful with everything - including helping us to book the right tours and advising us on what not to do :-) right opposite the hotel you can rent an e-scooter (diandongche in Chinese) which is very cheap and you can get around very easily. The bamboo rafting tour you can reach by foot in around 15'. Dinner options you also have in walking distance - we loved the food right when you leave the hotel, you go left and the first little restaurant on the left side had amazing food. we also did the sunrise tour to Xianggong mountain and the owner helped us to book a private driver. it was worth getting up early but be aware that there are lots of people there also wanting to see the sunset (even in the off-season there were many people). But they make sure you are early enough to get a good spot for watching the sunrise and getting to take great pictures as well. We really enjoyed our time there. The international touch and the friendly hosts made it special!

Our room did not have a view - but that is OK because as soon as you leave the building you are in the middle of a beautiful landscape. it was not easy to find the little hotel as booking.com has not updated the correct location. but if you contact them via WhatsApp or WeChat you get the location and then you find it very easily!

The staff was very kind and so helpful. In my particular case (I’m vegan), they helped me out a lot with food in nearby restaurants.

There is much to like about this place but if I have to pick I’ll go with the outside terrasse and garden, the super comfy bed, the family feel and going cycling at sunrise - peace, quiet and beautiful photo opportunities:):)

The stay at Yang Shuo Eden Inn was absolutely delightful. The hosts are wonderful, offering to take me to try a local delicacy as I was traveling by myself and going out of their way to help with purchasing tickets, renting bikes and giving directions. They also organized a transfer from Yang Shuo railway station and the transfer to Guilin airport, which I recommend booking as it makes your life a lot easier. Since they cater mostly to foreigners, they are aware of the issues foreign tourists face in China sometimes and are very accommodating and ready to help you figure things out if you need. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast - local noodles in a nearby restaurant - is absolutely delicious. The location of the accommodation is very conveniently located near the river and major attractions, but downtown Yang Shuo is also easily reached by either bicycle or scooter. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here, even if you are traveling by yourself, you will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home!

The loveliest family-run property you could imagine! The team there help you with everything to make your trip unforgettable! The hotel is located in the most dreamlike area of Yangshuo in the countryside village. Perfectly clean, delicious snacks and drinks, opposite scooter hire, the scenic river area and restaurants and all activities within easy reach! It really made our holiday perfect.

A very nice hotel. The location is great, away from chaos, very peaceful, yet with easy access to scenic spots in the meantime. People here are very friendly and helpful, sharing a lot of travel information. Their team speaks English, then everything became easier.

The best hotel we have stayed during our trip in so far. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the river. The hotel is extremely clean inside and out, the bed is incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly and joyful, speak good English. Eric, the owner, is French and it's it's very true that that offer a European standard of service. I can't recommend this place enough!

As this was my third stay at Eden Inn Yangshuo, I knew exactly what to expect and I was not dissapointed. On previous visits, I had stayed for much longer than this overnight stay but the welcome and helpfulness was still the same. Plus the cleanliness throughout the hotel is remarkable even through this rainy season. The room was spacious with a large and extremely comfortable bed. Plus the private bathroom with a western toilet is most welcome. I have no doubt that I will return to Eden Inn on my next visit to yangshuo. For me it's an automatic choice.

The only dislike was the rainy weather but that is not in control of Sammie, Eric or Limin.

Yangshuo Eden Inn is an excellent place to explore the natural beauty of Yangshuo. Eric and Sammie helped arrange pick up/drop off at the train station, which allowed for seamless and easy transfer. In Yangshuo they gave me excellent recommendations for biking along the Yulong River and local niche hiking spots. Every night they also took me out for dinner to eat delicious local Guilin cuisine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The communal area had a bar, games, and relaxing spots to unwind after a full day of exploring. They were also kind enough to give me snacks for my travels to my next destination. If you come to Yangshuo, please consider staying here - you won't regret it!

Good hotel , the view is great and the environment is very comfortable for my liking . The state of the hotel is also clean and the assistants are very kind and helpful. It’s perfect for tourists and people who are from many different countries because of the assistants who speak multiple languages including Chinese , English , Spanish and even French. Also the food there is great and the hotel overall fits my aesthetic. Would totally recommend to anyone who is travelling,whether it is a whole family or just travelling alone .

We were a group of 4 friends travelling together, it's not so easy to one find room for 4, and we were super happy to have found a Quadruple Room with Eden Inn which allowed us to stay together. The room was big and clean, mattresses were soft, blankets were comfortable, towels were snow white, and a huge car park free for guests to use. Location of the hotel was very good, electric scooters can be rent right outside the hotel, and Yulong River is just a few mins walk. Bamboo Rafting (strongly recommended!) was in walking distance. We had a very good stay!

February was not the best season to travel to Yangshuo, there are many outdoors activities we hadn't tried because of the weather, but we planned to come again already!

We couldn’t have had a better stay in Yangshuo! Sammie, Eric and Limin were incredibly friendly and helpful - even walking with us to rent scooters and to the restaurant to help us order the best dishes. The room was great and the common area is lovely with outdoor seating and a pool table. Eric also stocks the best italian coffee and Belgian beers. The location in the countryside is beautiful, and much more relaxing than being in town (which is a quick drive away). We wish we could’ve stayed longer, and will definitely be back one day!

I stopped by Eden Inn during my last trip to Yangshuo, found this hotel really cozy, and booked to stay here directly for this trip! Travel in one of the coldest days of the year doesn't necessarily means the trip would be a cold one. There's nearly nobody outside compared to my last visit during summer holidays when people were packed everywhere, and this allowed me to enjoy Yangshuo better. Most importantly, the hotel is warm! Lobby is very comfortable, and looks even more cozy with the sun coming through the window both in the morning and in the afternoon. The hotel is very clean and bed is warm and comfortable, the staff are super attentive (they even prepared some hot pads for us as we left early to watch the sun rise).

We lived on the 3rd floor in Building B and it takes quite a while for the hot water to arrive as the water heater is installed on rooftop of Building A. But the staff had been really considerate and helped to get the cold water in the pipe run by turning on the tap in the bar when they saw us back in the evening. Such attentiveness really wrote-off this small defect!

Eric and his wife are so kind!!! They gave us many suggestions about food and landmark . They help us to planned a route , and helped us rent a car. The driver was very kind and took us to watch the incomparably beautiful sunrise at 5 am. After that he took us to a coffee shop with perfectview and ate local rice noodles. we got a great weekend there. Also have to say the room is so cozy:)) quite and clean . I love the living room ！ When we there the weather was cold and the hostess turned on the warm equipment for us before we came back, it’s so touching T T Ohh and coffee in the morning here is also great. I really suggest someone who want a profound experience but not fancy one come and stay !!

the calm environment, the garden is beautiful and the hosts are great! it's very closed to the Yulong river to visit the zone. and a lot of restaurants just by 1-street-walk. Parking is included, good for the car travelers! nice french breakfast!

This is a real eden! I can’t recommend this place enough!! All the staff is simply amazing. They helped me through so many issues with a welcoming and loving heart. The rooms are huge and magnificent. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the position just behind the river makes it perfect for daily bike trips and sunrise watching :) I will come back here for sure!

It was recommended as a good hostel by a Chinese travel club, so I booked it thinking it was like an average hostel, but the facilities were unexpectedly good. It was just a hostel because there was a dormitory, but the room was as big as any hotel, the ceiling was high, and the bed was good, and I was really surprised. And on the ceiling, there's a chandelier.. Wow! There was a chair in the garden, so it was good to relax. The location was close to the river and it was nice to get to the road between the rice paddies and fields without cars. The staff were all kind. In particular, I would like to thank Limin for catching a taxi cheaply and helping me with the embarrassing situation I experienced at my next lodging. With personnel who can communicate in various languages such as English, Italian, French, and Spanish, Eden Inn has no doubt that it will establish itself as a popular accommodation for foreigners with its strong competitiveness.

Perfect area in Yangshuo, rent a scooter across the street to get into town. The staff are very welcoming and can speak good English. The breakfast they offer at a restaurant next to the place is amazing.

It's low season and there are few people choose to stay in Yulong River area, but it has been a very good choice to have travelled in this period and chose to stay at Eden Inn! The hotel is very clean and calm, the bed is SUPER comfortable, and the staff are very nice. We have been pleasantly surprised by the western breakfast they offered also. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Not about the hotel, but generally speaking, there are lots of mosquitos in Yangshuo!, so don't forget to take some long sleeves clothes and some anti-mosquito spray!

The property is very clean and comfortable, managed by a French gentleman whose wife is Chinese. They both speak English, creating a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Inside the guesthouse, there is also a small bar where you can enjoy drinks and music in the evening. The owner helped us purchase tickets to see the Liu Sanjie performance, which was excellent! (Watch-out: do not buy the tickets online; ask the owner for assistance, as it's much cheaper). We also had the opportunity to experience the bamboo rafting in Yangshuo, and we loved it. Yangshuo is truly beautiful; this is my second visit, and I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Very kind and helpful owners. Nicely located in small village away from the main road. The village itself is situated on one of the prettiest parts amongst the Yulang river. Beautifull rice fields and overlooking scenic karst peaks. From here you can easily raft downstream and or cycle or scooter upstream and explore backcountry such as Moonhill. Recently owned by Chinese woman and French guy and a third partner (Chinese woman who has lived in Argentina for 10 years). So besides Chinese and English, French and Spanish is spoken. We spend 3 nights, appreciated the level of service, enjoyed the countryside, and had surprisingly tasty croissants for breakfast

Wow, Eden Inn. I got lucky choosing this hotel. Eric, Sammie, and Limin took great care of me. They arranged a car to both pick me up and drop me off at the Yangshuo train station. They were always friendly. They gave me the lay of the land, informing me of the nearby places I could visit. The hotel has a great, rustic character to it. The garden is peaceful. It was quite enjoyable sitting on the deck, having an ice-cold beer and chatting with other guests. My room was facing west, with the horizon blanketed with mountain ranges and left a nice impression with me. The hotel was SO quiet and the beds SUPER comfortable. I can't express how much that affected my stay. I was really able to unwind there. The Wi-Fi was strong and the air conditioning was ice cold, so my work never skipped a beat. Breakfast was simple and delicious. And for lunch/dinner, there were several restaurants just meters away, all who use local, sustainable foods. Then just a three minute walk way and I was on a scenic path with great panoramic views. I was so relaxed and so pleased during my stay, that what started out as a 2 day/1 night getaway, turned into a 6 day/5 night vacation. I wanted to stay longer. And the place is so affordable, it wouldn't have been an issue. Before going there, I was a bit weary of not staying directly in the city, but I realized it was the best decision I could have made. Because you can rent a scooter really cheap and get to anywhere of interest within 20 minutes. And to top it off, they had a washing machine where I could do laundry for free! I really can't wait to go back.

Perhaps more food and/or dessert choices would have been nice. Just something basic, like Muffins, Tiramisu, Cheesecake... Because after some delicious Chinese food, I'd like to top it off with some desserts. And then maybe some peanuts or some other snacks to eat while having some beers. But really, this is the only thing I can think of.

The property is located in the center of Yangshuo, making it convenient to go anywhere. West Street, the Ten-Mile Gallery, and the Yulong River bamboo rafting are all accessible. You can also enjoy rock climbing and cycling. The homestay is very clean, and the owner is very friendly, willing to help plan your trip here in the best way!

The room was big and clean when I arrived. The location is amazing, close to the river path 300 meters from there, there is a little shop for noodles for breakfast that is the best.

.The structure seems abandoned, they don't take so much care of it and it's a pity because the villa is very beautiful. There is no breakfast service nor bicycle renting service.There is no cleaning room service if you don't ask for it and for the price, this is ridiculous. They don't have a clue of what there is around, they cannot give you any kind of advice, nothing. And I can speak and read Chinese so no excuses. The location is so good that they don't need to take care of the guests. So use this location to go to another place nearby, for sure you can find a better deal.
