Nice and helpful staff, great restaurant and nice location! They were very thoughtful and organized a little welcome gift as part of our honeymoon

I had the most wonderful stay at Tea Cozy. The location is perfect, surrounded by the beautiful karst mountains and countryside of the Yulong River Scenic Area. It feels peaceful and tucked away from the busier parts of Yangshuo, while still being close to so many places to explore. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and everything about Tea Cozy feels calm, quiet, and comfortable. It was such a lovely place to come back to at the end of each day and simply relax. What made my stay truly special, though, was the people. Rose, Juli, Hana, Suzy, and Mia were all incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They made me feel so cared for during my stay. Every time I came back, it felt less like returning to a hotel and more like coming home. By the end of my stay, I genuinely felt like I was part of the Tea Cozy family. That warmth is what I will remember most. I’m so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to come back someday.

Funcionários muito prestativos e com ótimo inglês, facilitando a comunicação. O hotel cuidou de nosso transfer da estação de trem, passeios, aluguel de bicicleta, e forneceram uma máquina de lavar para nossas roupas. O restaurante é excelente, fizemos todas as nossas refeições no próprio hotel. Foi o melhor hotel em nossa viagem para China.

A lovingly designed hotel in a great location with a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff, as well as excellent food. Our whole family felt very comfortable during our five-day stay.

The welcoming was incredible: Rose and her colleagues were lovely, let us feeling as at home. The room was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The staff created for us a wechat group on which we were able to ask everything (from informations about how a food was prepared to any locations or activities). It was a friendly environment, like within family. Everybody should stay here!

The staff at Tea Cozy was extraordinarily helpful and kind. They supported us in planning several trips and even made sure we always brought everything we might need on the trip - they offered extra snacks, mosquito spray and great advice. They made sure we had a driver to every place we wanted to go and he helped us with finding our ways and getting our tickets. The accommodation itself was stunning and cosy, as was the surrounding area!

Service was very personal, staff was very helpful, specially Rose, Suzy & Hanna. Good breakfast. Location is perfect, not noisy, but still close enough to all atractions, and the view from the balcony is undescribable. Overall, 10 from 10, and very recommended

We loved it all. The wonderful staff makes you feel so welcome and everything else keeps adding to the experience. The comfortable beds, the pool, the great food at the restaurant, and not least the magical surroundings on your doorstep. The landscape right in front of the hotel is spectacular, and you're right in the middle of it. The staff can organise anything you want, from tea ceremonies, to excursions, to show tickets, nothing is much trouble.There are so many things to do, even though you're a little out of town, you're spoilt for choice. From the communication with Suzy beforehand, to the laughs with Rose, the friendly smiles from Julie, the tea ceremony with Hannah, and the wonderful restaurant staff, the people who work here are what makes this place truly special. We were actually sad to leave...

Lo staff innanzitutto: Rose,la manager sempre presente e disponibile con gli ospiti ,Susy , che ci ha fissato prima del nostro arrivo le attività da noi richieste: sarete in ottime mani durante il vostro soggiorno, entrambe parlano inglese . La camera al 2 piano, dava sulla strada, ma i 2 letti alla francese erano comodissimi e hanno conciliato il sonno. È presente un ristorante attiguo all’hotel, ma legato a questo: il menu si adatta ai palati occidentali se voleste cambiare sapori. È presente una piccola piscina. Un consiglio: se pensate di sfruttare la camera spendete qualche euro in più e prendete quella con vista piscina.

ホテルの皆さんが気さくでアットホームな雰囲気に安心しました。お部屋も想像以上に素敵で特にバルコニーからの景色がお気に入りでした！古い建物のようでしたが、ちゃんと手入れされていて水回りもとても綺麗でした。 お部屋にペットボトルの水とフルーツを置いてくれていてとても助かりました。 チェックアウト時にはお土産をいただき、お見送りまでしてもらいました。とても嬉しかったです！ 周辺ものどかで素敵な所だったの次はでゆっくり滞在したいと思います。

La struttura è molto accogliente e situata in un bellissimo contesto naturale. Ci è piaciuta particolarmente l’area sul retro, con uno stagno, un campo di loto e un piccolo gazebo. Camera confortevole e pulita, ottimi i prodotti da bagno.

Le camere che danno sulla strada possono risultare un po’ rumorose, in quanto la strada è molto trafficata durante il giorno. Chiudendo le finestre, comunque, siamo sempre riusciti a dormire bene.

Warm welcoming staff so kind and friendly, great food and location. Big comfortable rooms with beautiful views. Arranged a stunning cake for a birthday treat for a family member during our stay. Loved the decor of the building and the beautiful front garden.

O hotel é lindo e tem esse estilo mais antigo único! Ele é mais afastado do centro mas numa região bem gostosa e mais perto das rotas de passeio do Rio Yulong. O quarto é extremamente confortável e o ponto alto do local é o staff com melhor inglês que tivemos na China até o momento, extremamente carinhosos e prestativos, especialmente Rose e Susie.

Lo staff parla inglese perfettamente e questo ha certamente facilitato la conversazione. Sono disponibili a fornire qualsiasi informazione. La struttura è molto bella e curata. Anche la piscina è pulita e la colazione che servono (non è inclusa) è buona e ha diverse opzioni.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questa struttura posizionata lungo il fiume in una delle scenic area più belle della zona. Molto pulita (anche la piscina) e camere con tutto il necessario, ma il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è lo staff. I ragazzi parlano tutti inglese e sono super disponibili, ci hanno aiutato con le escursioni, con i transfer dall’aeroporto e con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno con una professionalità ed una flessibilità fuori dal comune. Un ringraziamento speciale a Rose per aver fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto.

El hotel es una pasada. Habíamos leído reseñas positivas y, la verdad, es que no exageran. Está super bien ubicado, el ambiente y decoración son mágicos. Tienen un restaurante en el que ofrecen comidas, desayunos y cenas tanto occidentales como chinos, y super ricos. La piscina y sus vistas, rodeados de un jardín de loto son únicos. Sin embargo, lo mejor es la atención de Rose: estuvo super pendiente de que todo saliera a la perfección, nos gestionó los desplazamientos, las visitas a las atracciones cercanas y sin cobrarnos nada por dicha gestión. Sin duda, cualquier persona que desee disfrutar de una experiencia auténtica y no solo alojarse en un hotel, debería venir aquí.

Super séjour à Yangshuo tout était top !

The hostess was exceptional. The staff were all very helpful. Lovely pool. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the painting class. Good variety of food. Aircon was good. They have a washing machine which is not advertised but they let us use. Close to many activities. We were all really happy to be here for four nights.

You need to be fit enough for stairs as there is no elevator. We are in our 60s and on the 3rd level which we managed ok. Toilet bin could have a lid because paper has to be put in it. Some rooms face the road which can be noisy, the ones facing away are much quieter and have better views.

Una struttura bellissima e piena di charme, curata in ogni dettaglio, con un servizio attento e un team di ragazze gentilissime e sempre disponibili. La piscina è stata una vera coccola dopo le giornate trascorse a esplorare Yangshuo, mentre il ristorante interno ci ha conquistati, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e ci siamo tornati addirittura per due sere! Ci hanno inoltre organizzato diverse visite e attività in loco, tutte stupende e perfettamente organizzate. Un grazie di cuore a Suzy e a tutto il team, e in particolare a Mia, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

Esperienza eccezzionale, struttura e staff fastastici.

Echt een heerlijk hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Het zwembad had uitzicht op de rijstvelden en bergen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Willen van alles voor je regelen, maar hier betaal je dan wel voor (bijna dubbelen van wat een bootticket kost). Het eten in het restaurant was erg lekker. Geen ontbijtbuffet helaas. Wij hadden een gezinskamer, deze was erg ruim en prettig. Lekkere bedden. Schone kamer.

Il frigorifero non funzionava e non è stato sistemato,inoltre l' ultima notte ho trovato e ucciso una blatta( non uno scarabeo di campagna)in bagno assolutamente inaccettabile.

Beautiful place, so romantic. The room with a view of the Lotus Garden was so beautiful and big, with a lovely view of nature. My two sons went hiking and they loved it. The staff took care of us all the time. They did everything with a big heart, making our stay unforgettable.

Quel bonheur nous avons eu de séjourner dans cet hôtel, nous regrettons de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps ! Mention spéciale au cadre somptueux, au restaurant de l'hôtel avec des prix très abordables pour le petit déjeuner et déjeuners/dîners et aux excursions proposées. Si trova nella zona del fiume yulong, lungo il percorso da fare in bici o motorini, in una parte non incasinata, ma con vari ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, di fronte a un paio di affitti bici e motorini La struttura è carina, le stanze accoglienti e il ristorante buono C'è anche una piscina illuminata di sera Lavatrice presente. Non c'è l'asciugatrice, ma hanno una zona per stendere dietro ai condizionatori che funziona egregiamente Alcune finestre danno verso la strada (non troppo rumorosa), ma altre hanno una bellissima vista. Il personale parla inglese e sono tutte gentilissime

Unica pecca, ma evitabile, non consiglio di comprare i biglietti per lo spettacolo presso di loro, o almeno non seguire le loro indicazioni: i posti B2 (più economici) sono meglio dei B1 (più cari) Non c'è l'ascensore. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma lo segnalo per chi avesse magari difficoltà

Very nice hotel just outside Yangshuo. Thats actually good because Yangshuo itself is very touristy. Beautiful location, rooms are very spacious and the facilities are really good. The staff was incredibly helpful. Thank you for arranging the cooking class, bike rental and the light show. All was arranged was awesome! Special thanks to Hans for his amazing cooking class with so much humor. Food in the hotel is also very good!

The staff of Yangshuo Tea Cosy hotel is lovely and helped everyday adapting or program to the weather, they always had recommendations. The room was clean, large and beautiful view over the mountains. The restaurant was very good.

If you’re looking for a property that’s a bit away from the downtown area that has a nice scenic area, this is a very good choice. I noticed some families with young kids there that seemed very happy. They also had a beautiful swimming pool with a very scenic mountain scenery as a backdrop. The staff was very nice especially Suzy who was a complete star of the operation. I had a minor issue and she handled it like a pro. You can rent a bike and they can arrange any activity for you. The room and bathroom were clean. The food was very good as well.

It was a bit far from the downtown. Getting a DIdi in the early morning is difficult because of the location but the hotel can set up a driver without any issues . The street in front of the property is one lane in both directions and can be a bit busy at times . To get to the bike path you have to go about a quarter of the mile up the street to where it begins. I went north on the bike path to the end which took me about 30-45 minutes one way on a mountain bike. It was scenic and a nice easy ride . Was wishing it was a bit longer but it was fine for an early morning ride . Going south it was flooded but maybe better if there was less rain.

Great food, it was so good that we didn’t eat anywhere else on our stay. Wonderful location. Most importantly they staff were so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you and offered lots of recommendations plus arranged show tickets and transport. Communication was also seamless as their English language skills were so good. Would definitely recommend.

It was an amazing stay with outstanding staff and a beautiful view! The staff went above and beyond to assist us in booking all kinds of activities and helping us with an injury or two when needed. The restaurant served a variety of delicious food that met all our dietary requirements, and the pool was really nice too after a hot and humid day exploring Yangshuo.

The hotel recommends not to use toilet paper in the toilet.

We had never such a good experience in a hotel as here. The view on the mountains is amazing, it has a nice swimming pool, the food is good and Yangshuo is a great place to visit. But the best of this hotel is the staff. It is very convenient that they speak English. So they can help you booking excursions. We lost something on the train and the staff was very very helpful getting it back. Thank you very much!

Heerlijk zwemhad met het beste uitzicht ooit. Achter het zwembad is ook een vlonder waar we tai chi lessen hebben gehad. Fietsen te huur aan de overkant van de straat waar je een heel mooi rondje langs het water en de rijstvelden kan maken. Hele aardige personeel dat een goed woordje engels spreekt en lekker eten in het restaurant. Het is echt vakantie gevoel hier.

We loved everything

Stanza grande, bella, pulita, in stile tradizionale. Suzy, come tutto il resto dello staff, parla inglese ed è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente! Ci ha aiutati ad organizzare al meglio i nostri giorni di permanenza, sempre con il sorriso e con estrema gentilezza. I prezzi di questa struttura non sono bassi ma, a mio parere, si sono rilevati all'altezza dei servizi che offrono. Sono contenta di aver scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel, lontano dal caos e in mezzo alla natura di Yangshuo.

Very unique and quaint accommodation. Staff were always in hand and full of useful advice and friendly with good English. Kids loved the pool…and probably a bit too noisy! The walk upstream was scenic with 2 official bamboo rafting spots (and plenty of unofficial ones along the way). We didn’t get a chance to take the bikes for a spin but there were heaps of people on them or electric scooters. The kitchen is nice too! We had no problem getting DiDi for everything including the railway station.

It’s very authentic, bamboo furniture, stone sinks and wooden locks on the balcony. We loved it but if that’s not your thing, you might not!

The hotel was gorgeous from the garden in the front to the view from the rooms and the staff were fabulous. So helpful in organising excursions and so friendly. Excellent English as well.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and super nice. They upgraded us for free to a family suite with a great view on the hills. They also helped us book activities and tours. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced.

De locatie is geweldig, in een rustiger dorp buiten het toeristische Yangshuo zelf. Mijn kamer had een balkon en prachtig uitzicht. Daarnaast is het personeel heel gastvrij en helpt je met alles. Handig dat er ook een restaurant bij is waar je altijd wat kan eten en drinken.

A very big thank you to all the wonderful team who welcomed us at The Tea Cosy for 3 nights, we had a wonderful stay in Yangshuo. Our beautiful and very comfortable family room was a real « Room with a view ». We could have spent hours sitting in the armchair looking at it, if there hadn’t been so much to do and see in the area, including beautiful walks, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and incredible views everywhere you look. This small, beautifully designed and decorated hotel, is perfectly located to explore the area, which has so much to offer. Thank you for the time you took to give us a tour on the site of the Liu Sanjie show before it began. What a thoughtful gesture. We strongly advise who ever goes to Yangshuo to see this historical show. It was beautiful. My daughter and I had a little accident on the moped we rented which needed some medical traitement. We couldn’t have been better looked after and cared for by the team! Thank you so much for your advice and for taking us to the local doctor twice during our stay. You were very kind to us and it touched us deeply. We’ll never thank you enough for this. Overall, we only have praise for the Tea Cosy. You can go there without hesitation.

the staff at the Tea Cozy were all exeptionally friendly and helpful. They really help to make our stay comfortable and special. The hotel itself is charming and really lovely, with a rustic and homely feel. A short distance to drive to the town of YangShou in a fabulous area, famous for its countryside charm, coffee shops alongside some beautiful river walks with spectacular Karst mountan views. It was a very peaceful place to be. Food was also really good, with plenty of choices from local cuisine to western. We stuck with the local options which were all excellent and the staff sometimes helped us choose our dishes, based on what was fresh and in season - they were only too happy to give us ideas.

Part of the old world charm of the Tea Cozy Hotel meant that some of the furniture in our room was not in pristine condition, so there were some ring marks from wet glasses, on some surfaces and few stains on floor matting. However, having said this the beds were very comfy and the odd mark didnt detract from the overall experince.
