Location,fair enough for a friendly priced room rate, staff is approachable and friendly, ambiance is good , i like the comfort and bathroom excellent layout and a peaceful neighborhood. Recommendedfor people who like a serene place and not so crowded place

So far i only have good experience considering we go there rainy season understandable that chairs and table at the balcony are wet. But its ok . Understandable

We were disappointed with the condition of the room. The bedding was stained, the towels were old, and it appeared that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival. I also experienced allergy symptoms, which made the stay uncomfortable. But if you are looking for cheap hotels go for it

The value for the hostel, location is away from everyone it’s good and bad at the same time Not to far from City mall, walk there and you can get bikes or Tricycle for transportation

Aircon unit is under size. Pool is under maintenance and is not adviced here in the app.

The property is good for young people. The host is very kind and we really appreciate them.

Not as advertised at all. The photos look colorful, spacious, and inviting, but the actual dorm room was a huge disappointment. The room was small, cramped, chaotic, and nothing like what was shown online. Why not post the real photos of the dorm instead of carefully chosen pictures that set unrealistic expectations? I checked in around 11 AM, and the room was unbearably hot. The bunk beds seemed to be made of rattan or a similar material, and every small movement from another guest could be felt immediately. There were also no lockers or cabinets for personal belongings, so you're basically trusting complete strangers and hoping nothing goes missing. The experience was so bad that I left within an hour and booked another hotel. The following day, I returned and asked if they could at least refund the second night since I never actually stayed there. I understood the non-refundable policy, but I hoped they would show some consideration given that I left almost immediately because the place was not what was advertised. The answer was a flat no. Fine. You can keep my money. I guess customer satisfaction is less important than squeezing every peso out of a booking. Maybe that's why the rooms are heavily discounted on other apps. The location isn't great either—two rides away from D'Mall—and definitely not worth the hassle considering the quality of the accommodation. To make matters worse, they were unwilling to provide any refund but were happy to charge an expensive upgrade fee that was even higher than the rates they were offering online. That's the kind of customer service you can expect here. After leaving, I stayed at another dorm in Station 2 where the owner was incredibly accommodating and even allowed me to extend my stay at a rate lower than the online price. The difference in service was night and day. There are plenty of better dorm-style accommodations in Boracay. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

非常非常便宜，远离人群，幽静，离海滩很近，走几步就到了，且海滩很少人。

1做好爬楼的准备！ 2浴室没有热水！！！且下水非常慢，如果洗澡稍微久一点，就要水漫金山了。 3房间空调非常吵，离得近不仅吵得睡不着，也非常冷（没有被子，只有一层床单可以盖）远离空调的床稍不那么吵，但又会很热。 4好像没有人打扫，厕所的垃圾几天都没有人收。

It’s 3-4 min walk to Diniwid beach.

We had a traumatizing and stressful incident during our stay that we had to move out to another hotel at the middle of the night. We an issue with the cleanliness in our room. And noticed that the property was not maintained well.

The lines are stained and looks dirty. The room was hot as well. Kitchen is dirty. No tissue in the toilet. towels looks dirty as well. Stairs are too steep.

The location is just a few minutes walk to Diniwid beach. Lots of shops and eateries in the vicinity. City Mall and 7-11 at main road junction. Common kitchen and dining area can be used by guests. Small swimming pool and roof deck for guests to use. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Recommended for groups and families.

No hot water for shower. Toilets plumbing needs maintenance and repair.

Too steep for old people. But great for the young once.

Near to the beach. and I really prefer to stay in diniwid beach area. for the price it is unbeatable. aircon is strong too, perfect during hot weather.

Bathroom facilities could have been better. A stronger water pressure and better drain could greatly improve the room as a whole. a doormat in front of the door entrance would also be appreciated.

the room is dirty, full of spider webs, we asked them to clean, we left the unit to do some activities and to give them a time. yes, we informed them before we left, and when we came back the room is still clean, we have to tell them again and that's the time they went to our room to clean. but we have to wait outside until they finished. the staff are not happy and not friendly at all. this place is not recommended for a family or long stay and not for senior citizen. the stairs are too stiff. it's far from the main road. We have to take public transportation whenever we want to go somewhere. it's not value for money. bad experience for us.

The room is very spacious since I am travelling with my family and a walking distance to Diniwid Beach. I feel that I owned the beach since it's not crowded. It's new for me since it's tailored like a trailer truck. Very unique.

I hope that the staff are mindful of the cleanliness of the pantry area.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming, professional,smiley and kind. The hostel itself is nice: an original structure, made of containers with dormitories inside.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning is very noisy (and must always be left on, otherwise it would be too hot inside the iron containers). The bathroom fan makes a lot of noise when the bathroom light is turned on and the shower and bathroom doors are not soundproofed... you can hear everything! The bed it s very short,impossible to extend your legs if you re taller than 175 centimetres.Anyway, it s a nice hostel if you want a cheap n convenient accomodation close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Boracay.

I love the rooftop, and that we can play pingpong, close to diniwid beach, quiet, and the view from the rooftop.

The stairs going up is exhausting and would not be a good place for senior citizens.

la cucina é molto sporca, non credo puliscano neanche i bagni nelle camere, solo i pavimenti. un mucchio di gradini per arrivare nelle stanze o alla reception

Alojamiento muy simple. Habitación sucia con olor a desagüe. Al no tener ventana (solo la puerta de entrada) no se puede ventilar. No nos gustó nada nuestra estancia aquí.

I arrived there my room smelled moldy I thought it was supposed to be a cool hostel where you can make friends and everything but people eat a little cold not very open to talk with the others. Also the space the host provides. It’s not the best to make friends the location of the hostel it’s very far away from older activities, so it’s true that it’s very cheap but you spend the same if you stay in a hostel in the center then staying here because you end up paying tuk tuks or trycicles to go where you have to go so at the end of the day is the same and the place to be honest looks very dirty very cheap. You go there and you can notice why the price if that’s it and I would make a great improvement on the clean of the hostel.

We love the view. The room has more beds for my family. The staff are very accommodating.

As a long-term guest in the hostel, I’ve noticed that the staff are consistently friendly,(Trisha and Liz )approachable, and ready to assist with any concerns. They maintain a welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness of the hostel, which makes the hostel feel like a second home to me. Their polite attitude and prompt responses to requests create a comfortable and pleasant stay. I’m having a little trouble sleeping because the bed isn’t very comfortable need to improve.( I get back pain)
