Nicely decorated. Clean bedding. Towels provided. Good Wi-Fi connection. We really like the location although a walk away from pier but it felt a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle. Also we got collected from the pier with someone to help carry our bags.

We had a 2 night stay and the first night we opted for the room with just the fan (completely our own fault) but it was very hot. The staff were very helpful and we paid to move to a room with A/C which was very good. However, the room with A/C had hundreds of ants on the floor and they got into the bedding, and we woke up with quite a few ant bites on our body. The ants also got all over our food bag which was wrapped up with 5 bags tied shut and hung up high. We only had bread and oats in there but had to throw the entire contents. The ants were already in the room when we got in so it wasn’t like the food attracted them.

Second year back - accommodation is basic but very good value for money - rooms are spacious - great location - nice balcony/terrace to chillax - overall good option for Phi Phi

The receptionist/host was the highlight of the experience. She was really helpful, with giving us directions, suggestions and anything that we needed.

I mean its great value for money, since its super cheap and you get everything you need for a fee days stay.

On avait la Clim un très bon point. En plus on est venu nous chercher à la l’arrivée du ferry, en s’occupant de tous nos pagayes jusqu’à l’hôtel. Le service impeccable, dans une rue calme, proche du marché et du view point.

In our 14-day stay in Thailand, visiting five hotels, this was the worst hotel experience across the five countries I have visited. It felt like a total scam hotel because it was the only hotel in Thailand where I had to pay a 500 baht per room security deposit. We were 3 people, but they provided only two towels, which we didn't check at that time. However, while we were checking out at 10:30 p.m., they said they found only two towels and charged us 200 baht for the missing one. They are the ones who didn't provide us with the towels in the first place, and they took our money. Because we were rushing for the ferry, we couldn't argue and just left the hotel, giving them the money from the deposit. It is about a 15 to 20-minute walk to get there, and our room was changed because the original one was not ready. The room they provided us was on the top floor, and the AC was very, very unbearable and not sufficiently powerful to cool the room. It lacked basic amenities like shower gel, so we had to ask for it at the reception.Also, they said they would provide a helping hand to bring our luggage from the jetty to the hotel. Upon arriving at the jetty, we found a man saying he would help us. But even after waiting for half an hour, we couldn't find him. So we had to take our luggage personally and carry it from the jetty to the hotel, which is very far. It is like a 15 to 20-minute walk, and the view is really awful—you have to cross a very stinky canal to get to the hotel, which will spoil your mood. They didn't provide us with proper water, and there was no water refilling. They didn't even provide us with clothing hangers or anything.The bathroom was also very small; one cannot even sit properly on the commode. Additionally, the water pressure was insufficient, making it tough to clean yourself.

I loved my stay; the property is just like in the photos. The room is clean, comfortable, and has great air conditioning and has a good value for money. It's located near the beginning of the viewpoint, very close to the beach and several restaurants, but it's very silent. For me the biggest highlight are the ladies from the reception. They are very friendly and made my stay even more special.

Chambre propre et avec de la place. Café et thé à disposition le matin. Le logement est un peu excentré ce qui permet d'être au calme tout en restant très proche à pied du centre.

Si vous êtes grand, méfiez vous des portes menant à la salle de bain, je me suis cogné un certains nombre de fois.

Very welcoming staff , cheapest accommodation on the island for travelling in pairs . Cost us £3.88 each per night which is amazing . Offered to clean our room everyday . Got your own private space . Nice location .

Nothing bad to say about it . I wouldn’t say the actual rooms are luxurious at all means but considering the price you pay you get an absolute gem . Can’t ask for much more

Great double en-suite room in a quiet area of Phi Phi Don. The room was great value for money, there was a fan and cold water shower which we knew when booking (these were both sufficient for the weather). The staff were super friendly and on hand to help with any of our needs. We extended by a night with ease. The guest house is located in a quiet area but still within 5 to 10 minutes walk to all amenities, beaches and restaurants. The entrance to the viewpoint is also 1 minute walk.

Good spot, tucked away. Right next to the steps to head for the viewpoint. Plently of shops around.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable and no hot water but you wouldn’t really need it as it’s so humid.

Recomendaría totalmente alojarse en este lugar. La habitación con muy buena relación calidad / precio. Me alojé en una habitación con baño privado con una amiga y estuvimos muy bien. La ubicación es buena porque no hay ruido y ofrecen café gratuito y cereales para el desayuno.

The location was great, 15 minute walk from pier. Nice little balcony along the rooms. Big comfortable beds. Fans. Clean. We were able to extend the room and leave our bags at the reception. Good price. Coffee for free at reception until 10am.

No AC, it grew quite hot. We had two little ant infestations, they made a trail to the bin in the bathroom and to our nightstand next to our bed after we left some oreos out. Didn't really bother us and as long as you don't leave food out it should be fine. It was a little annoying though when they reached our bed. Even after we got rid of the trash and food they would appear in the bed. Cold water only in the shower and 500 deposit for the room that we weren't aware of before booking. However we received the deposit upon check-out after they checked if the room was intact. Also staff was less friendly than in all our other stays and seemed quite indifferent, but it's probably from the high customer turnover and the hot conditions they have to work in all day so you can't blame them.

Lage und freundliches Personal. Von der Lautstärke war es eher ruhig dafür dass es zentral ist.

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer (Bett) und es war extrem heiß im Zimmer. Der Ventilator ist nicht ausreichend.

É perto do centro de Phi Phi mas, ainda sim, em uma área mais silenciosa. O wi-fi funcionava bem, o ar condicionado também.

O banheiro não tinha uma separação do chuveiro, ao tomar banho, molhávamos todo banheiro, inclusive o vaso sanitário e a pia. As camas eram um pouco duras e o piso do quarto era tão oco que, ao pisar, parecia que tínhamos o peso de um elefante. As paredes eram bem finas.

The beds were quite firm but you get what you pay for.

Fairly basic accommodation which was absolutely fine. Bathroom with shower is a bit compact and you’re basically showering over the toilet. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the noisy areas. Friendly staff. I had a shared balcony area which was ideal for a smoke. Air con worked perfectly fine.

Beds in Thailand are generally hard and this was no different. Depending on your location the chances are you’ll hear your neighbours go in and out but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t drown out.

Decent place to stay, we had a room with no air con so it did get hot at times but what can you expect. Good location towards the back of the island so you’re away from all the madness at times.
