Hôtel très vieillissant. Beaucoup de marche à monter. Notre chambre était en hauteur avec un balcon pas du tous sécurisé surtout pour des jeunes enfants . Salle de bain plutôt rustique.

The reception staff were very polite and helpful.

1. The room cleaners need to be re- trained Very lazy and only ever made the bed, they Did not clean the bathroom ever , but apart From this the hotel was very good. 2. This hotel is not built for the elderly, or Anyone who is disabled due to the Bungalows being built on the side of a Mountain, and access to the rooms are Very steep, and many steps, although they Did help me with a bungalow being on a Lower level after my wife told the reception Staff that I was disabled , 3. So the only real problem we had were that The cleaners were very lazy, apart from Access the hotel was ok. And as I have Mentioned the hotel receptionists were Very helpful and friendly.

Not worth the money and was asked for a 1000 baht deposit or wasn’t allowed to stay although mentioned nowhere

Property was very easily found, walking distance to everything you need. Loved the late pool hours were! It was a fun stay. Very lovely and welcoming staff, would stay again!

Didn’t like how steep the walk was from reception/entrance to our rooms. Feel like there wasn’t a clear indication through photos or comments on how steep the incline really was.

the view is beautiful, location is really chill the room is really nice minimal.

it’s not something i dislike i actually didn’t mind, but you are really close to the beach so if you want a quiet night book a different area

כלום. הגענו ולא ישנו בו בכלל- לא החזירו לנו את התשלום אז פשוט כל תזמינו שם מקום.

מלון מזעזע לא להתקרב!! לא הייתי קוראת לו מלון בכלל הגענו ולא היה שום קשר בין התמונות באתר לבין המציאות. כל המתקנים היו ישנים, הברזים היו שבורים וחלודים, החדר היה חם בצורה בלתי סבירה והמזגן לא הצליח לקרר אותו. זה היה סיוט! בנוסף לכל, החדרים ממוקמים על צלע ההר ויש מאות מדרגות כל פעם כדי לעלות לחדר. פקידת הקבלה דיברה אלינו בצורה מזעזעת ולא נתנה מענה לפנייתנו. הבעלים של המקום לא ענה למיילים שלנו (לא הסכימו לתת לנו טלפון). המחיר ששילמנו על מקום הלינה היה יקר לעומת מקומות אחרים ברמה כזו נמוכה באזור (פי 4 לפחות).

Tak twardych łóżek nigdy nie widziałem. Max. 2 cm grubości materaca. Klimatyzacja głośna jak czołg. W nocy jej kawałem spadł. To, że małpy były na terenie hotelu to czasem atrakcja, ale chyba finalnie nie. Przychodziły wszędzie, nawet na basen, rozrzucały rzeczy i były agresywne. Obsługa z tym nic nie robiła.

Lokáció szempontjából nagyon jó volt. Szép volt a kilátás és egyik reggel majmokat is láttunk a szálloda területén.

3 éjszakát voltunk, 2. Nap után elkezdtek kiütések kijönni rajtam majd rájöttünk, hogy ágyi poloska, szóltam a recepción majd felküldött egy csapatot hogy kitakarítsák a szobát, (ilyen esetben ágyneműt, matracot, takarót ki szoktak dobni mivel nem lehet tudni mibe van benne) új szobát nem kaptunk se kártérítést. Eléggé kellemetlen.

Majoitus oli lähellä palveluita. Näköala oli hieno. Huoneet olivat siistejä. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja uloskirjautuminen sujui vaivattomasti.

Toisista asunnoista kuului kävely äänet selvästi. Rannalta tuleva musiikki kuului myös selkeästi. Ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt meitä.

Probably the best view from our room in phi phi. Absolutely amazing. We was put into the top two rooms. Pool only small but mostly had it to ourselves, so was lovely. Also very clean. Rooms were very big and clean. Also an amazing experience with the monkeys one day, but did become a bit scary, as they got slightly aggressive, but the staff helped us by getting them away. Wouldn't change it for the world though!

The climb to the top rooms was very difficult, not suitable for anyone unfit or elderly.

Preis war top, weil wir über ein Jahr zuvor gebucht hatten. Die Häuschen am Hang waren mit top Aussicht.

Der Geruch. Direkt daneben ist das gesamte Abwasser der Insel, so das selbst das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nach Sch.. stinkt.

הדלת לא נסגרה עד הסוף המזגן לא קירר כמו שצריך היה מלוכלך הראו לנו עוד שני חדרים והם היו באותו מצב כמו מה שקיבלנו החלטנו לא להישאר שם וחיפשנו מלון אחר פשוט התנערו מהאחריות ולא הסכימו להחזיר כסף למרות שלא ישנו במלון

Zimmer war leider Schimmelig,Betten waren sehr unbequem,es ist sehr laut,haben nicht jeden tag neue handtücher bekommen,alles sehr runtergekommen , sehr dreckig

Logement insolite, avec une superbe vue et avec les signes à notre porte, super ! Chambres propres et nettoyées tous les jours. Une piscine privée et calme.

le bruit, compliqué pour dormir la nuit… la musique est forte le soir au niveau de la plage et remonte jusqu’au logement. escalier particulièrement raide.

روائح كريهه ومجاري قبل الوصول .لايوجد هاتف او خدمه غرف . لايوجد مصعد وتضطر لاستخدتم الدرج لمسافه طويله جدا جدا . غير مريح والواي فاي لا يعمل جيد والناموس بكميات كبيره .. لايوجد كراسي خارجيه . الغرفه لا يمكن حجب الضوء عنها . لا انصح ابدا

Останавливались в Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel. Самое сильное впечатление — отличный вид с собственного балкона, ради этого место действительно выигрывает. Для 3-звёздочного отеля базовый набор в номере есть: холодильник, фен, чайник, кондиционер. Полотенца — два, по просьбе на ресепшене дают дополнительные. Подушки тоже можно попросить, по умолчанию в номере две. Есть бассейн, он небольшой; людей в нём всё-таки видели, но вода была мутная, поэтому желания купаться не возникло.

В целом “всё необходимое” есть, и это могло бы устроить, но для нас решающими стали нюансы. Домики расположены на разной высоте — наш был почти наверху. Подъём по лестницам занимает несколько минут, в жару это ощутимо и реально утомляет. Плюс из-за высоты и открытого расположения очень хорошо разносится звук с пляжа: ночные гуляния и музыка слышны до 2–3 ночи, шумоизоляция почти нулевая. При этом важно уточнить: внизу, у ресепшена, заметно тише — то есть проблема именно у домиков на высоте, и идея селиться наверху, как оказалось, неудачная. Но даже если забыть про улицу, сам кондиционер в номере настолько шумный, что нормально спать всё равно тяжело: в сумме по звуку получился полный кошмар, без беруш/альтернатив засыпать почти невозможно. К уборке тоже вопросы. Уже при заезде слив в душе был забит (как на фото), и после последующих уборок ничего не менялось. Чашка после кофе оставалась грязной. Кровать после уборки была не заправлена. Понимаю, что доступ к домикам на высоте может усложнять работу персоналу, но для гостя это всё равно минус. Номер в целом “уставший” — это не критично для 3 звёзд, но у нас ещё был наполовину сломан держатель/слот для ключа-карты, который включает электричество в номере (видно на фото). Мы в итоге справились сами, потому что связи с ресепшеном из номера нет: чтобы вызвать мастера или менять номер, нужно спуститься вниз по жаре, потом снова подниматься, что неудобно.

Posto particolare bello da vedere posizione ottima. Il resort di sviluppa in altezza ma niente di infattibile giusto qualche rampa di scale da salire in base al piano assegnato. All’arrivo e quando si va via ci sta il personale che porta i vostri bagagli direttamente al bungalow quindi non è un problema. I bungalow sono un po minimal e vecchi ma con tutto il necessario. Il panorama è molto bello, al mattino abbiamo anche visto le scimmie correre sui terrazzini.

Mi aspettavo i bungalow un po’ più carini. Il Wi-Fi prendeva a tratti. Troppo costoso rispetto alla qualità, ma d’altronde tutta l’isola funziona cosi.

Don’t waste your time staying here.

This was a disaster. We arrived with three rooms booked and intended to stay for 5 nights. We booked through booking.com and had to Pay 3000 Baht in cash as a deposit. My mother has a bad hip so she needed a room close to the ground, they put her up high. The stairs are a trek even with good fitness but dodgy as anything and covered in bird droppings. The rooms were full of bugs. The air-con unit didn’t work and they did not give us one of the deluxe rooms as we had also requested. The pool was green. You get eaten alive by mosquitos on arrival in the foyer and everything just feels dirty. We were at the property for no more than an hour or so. As a result we requested to cancel. We paid the cancellation fee on booking.com which was 1 night each room, which worked out to be $350AUD - customer service advised us that that fee would cover cleaning costs etc, however, they took half of the deposit we paid in cash and continuously tried to say they have nothing to do with booking.com and that our cash was to be used for cleaning although they get paid out cancellation fee through booking.com.

Stairs , not cleaned enough

The views were absolutely amazing from our room. I chose to stay here to see the monkeys coming to our room and I got my wish. It was the highlight of my stay. It is almost like glamping because you only have the very basic facilities but we didn't mind as it was only two nights. People give out about all the steps up to the room but they need to read the hotel description and see the photos because it clearly states it. We didn't mind because the view you get is so worth it. The location was absolutely perfect, one night we heard music from our balcony but it was very quiet all the rest of the time which was lovely and peaceful. The staff Kindy carried our bags to our room the day of check in (thank you for that because we would have died lol) Overall we had a lovely stay and the monkeys were so much fun.

The hairdryer was missing the protector so it was sucking my hair in as I dried my hair. Thankful i discovered it and it did not get caught up. I had a cup of coffee one morning and the cup burst in my hand and I got burned with the hot coffee. Upon check out they asked me about the missing cup but she didn't take money from my deposit once I explained what happened thankfully. The pool was very small but no one uses it so you have it to yourself.

We had not added break fast in our stay as there are many option nearby to eat ,everything is just 5-10 mins away from resort

Estaba bueno, las instalaciones medias viejas. Nuestra habitacion teníamos que subir 92 escalones. Lo bueno que estaba lleno de monos!!

Las vistas desde la habitación

La multitud de escaleras que había que subir hasta la habitación. No hay ascensor ni funicular. Instalaciones muy viejas, poco cuidadas. El grifo del baño estaba sacado de su sitio. Muy ruidoso. El caudal de agua de la ducha es mínimo.

Bardzo duży i czysty pokój z pięknym widokiem. Fajny mały basen z orzeźwiającą wodą. Z rana po terenie obiektu biegają małpki ❤️ (lepiej nic nie zostawiać na tarasie na noc) W ciągu dnia bardzo cicho i spokojnie. W nocy słychać trochę muzykę z klubów ale nie jakoś bardzo mocno, bez problemu da się spać.

Ilość schodów (do naszego domku dokładnie 112, trzeba być na to przygotowanym). Szpary w drzwiach i oknach co na początku przerażało ale przez 3 dni na szczęście w pokoju nie znalazł się żaden lokator.

The monkeys were a bit brutal had to have the staff come and save me at one point as they surrounded my room, not really something they can help with though!

Magnifique hôtel. Attention à la suite Deluxe; 125 marches. Chambre propre à l’arrivée mais ne nettoie pas à tous les jours. Fait demander pour avoir les sachets de cafés même après avoir nettoyer la chambre. Ne nettoie même pas les tasses de café. Moment incroyable: Le matin, les petits singes viennent en grand nombre sur notre galerie. Alors ne rien laisser à l’extérieur et barrer toujours la porte sinon, ils entrent dans la chambre.

The view was amazing. We stayed at the top floor and could see the entire sea from there. Though there were lots of stairs to climb but totally worth it.

The reception was very quiet and lacks the welcoming vibes. However, staff was cordial.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Not too far from the center and not too close. Shower head did not have enough pressure and the bed was the hardest bed ever. For one night, its a good option but wouldnt recommend for more than 2. Also, the room that I got was on the 4th floor and the stairs to get to there were ongoing. Overall, 6/10.
