We chose not have any breakfasts. Room and bed comfortable with a sea view. Parking included in overall price & good.

Decor was a little tired in places. Generally paint work Steep uphill walk from Tenby to Hotel. We are no spring chickens, so a Taxi for a fiver was worth it.

I didn't require breakfast. I liked the layout of the room, with a nice carpet & blackout curtains. The bathroom was a good size & clean. I was able to use the side door as my room was close by.

The pillows were a bit too firm for me

Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good

Didn't like not having ensuite facilities and very small bedroom with nowhere to sit but the bed there was only one bed side table and no where to put clothes away

Cold no heating could not control heating although high temperature in the day it’s a cold old hotel

Convenient car park and great location for our stay. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice large bathroom,with complimentary shower gel. Plenty of drawers and hanging area for clothes.

We never once met or even saw a member of staff, which made the whole experience feel quite unusual. There was also a very intimidating note regarding the use of the towels, warning that we would be charged if anything got on them. The wording made me feel extremely nervous about using the towels at all.

Had a lovely holiday for 3 days away , staff very helpful and always very friendly and happy , nothing was too much trouble . The room was in excellent condition very clean and tidy , the breakfast was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stop and enjoy a holiday in Tenby . Thank you so much.

Great location, about a 15 min walk into main Tenby . The bed was extremely comfy ( room 7 ) And plenty of parking available.

It could do with a lick of paint and a spruce up , the walls were marked and carpet a little stained in places . We did lose water pressure and heat one morning for the shower . For a double room it was quite small to manoeuvre about in .

Breakfast wasn’t available. This meant an earlier walk up into the town Would have liked to have been told before arriving. Only saw the staff in the just before leaving. But. Not on any other of our stay. Who told us the kitchen is unavailable. This would have made a difference to us

It was clean, quiet and a car park on site

The single beds were very small. The stairs were steep and narrow. It felt very tired and in need of some tlc with a nasty musty smell. Very basic bedroom and bathroom with no effort made with decor. No alternative tea and coffee options, no biscuits or water in the room. Plus very annoyingly no breakfast was available despite it being advertised in the room and on the website and we were not warned that this was the situation before we arrived!!

Location and parking and size of bathroom, though a few shelves would have been a benefit.

Being told the kitchen was being refurbished on arrival, so no breakfasts. Bed was uncomfortable, no ambience, bar in darkness, and no outside lighting. Could be much better, with a bit of investment.

Unfortunately breakfast wasn't available during our stay but it was only because the hotel was having a refurbishment done at the time and we knew that this was going to probably be the case during our stay because was told before we travelled

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like everything was excellent and jade the owner was very nice and polite and said if we needed anything just to let her know we even got to leave our car in the car park for 2 hours after we checked out to go shopping in tenby with permission from jade she said no problem at all

The location was good, just ten minutes away from the town. We had a large room with a king size bed. I had the full breakfast which was delicious. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The dining room was bright and spacious.

Perhaps a little more menu choice, such as fruit and yogurt, would have been nice. Otherwise all good!

We had stayed hear before so more or less knew wot to expect, which is why we chose it again, the breakfast was lovely, plenty to chose from. Location was a nice walk to the town, and not to far. Would definitely stay again.

I felt that we had to be very careful not to incure any charges made to my card.

The room matched the photos and description. It was only a short walk into the town centre and wasn’t an issue at all. The hotel was in a quiet location and the free parking was great.

Breakfast was good value for money and excellent service. The honesty bar was a nice touch, with cold drinks. The room was very clean and a comfy bed.

Although the hotel was about 12 minutes walk from the town centre, it was a walk back up hill to the hotel, so u had to be reasonably fit. The room needed a wall mounted mirror, I had to sit on the floor to straighten my hair. A shelf above the sink in the bathroom would have been useful..

We liked every aspect of this hotel. Staff went above and beyond for their guests. Room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was best I've ever had in a hotel .location within walking distance of town centre but bit of a hill on return walk but manageable. Value for money will definitely be returning for another stay

It has everything we wanted. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, parking an added bonus and walkable to Tenby town and beach despite the hill. The photos on their website don't do it justice.

Nothing to dislike. But maybe blinds at the windows. Weather was very hot and we had to shut the curtains because you could be seen and the opened window was then covered. But wouldn't stop us returning

While booking I booked with toilet getting there I was given a room with separate private toilets, also breakfast was only allowed for the first day. I honestly felt disappointed.

The location meant travelling to and from Tenby was a mte difficult if you did not have a car as it is at the top of a rather steep hill. Persons with problems walking will find it very difficult. There is no local bus service and the taxi service can be a bit awkward at times. Appreciate these are beyond control of the hotel but need to be pointed out to avoid disappointment

The location to Tenby town and North beach was excellent.

Only noisey neighbours but the hotel can never help that. It’s just humans, they are annoying lol.

It was clean, in a good location. Jade and Jo were lovely, as was the other lady on Friday serving breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and tea/coffee served very quickly, as was the cooked breakfast.

Walking back up hill from the town

Plenty of car parking - massive bedroom - clean and tidy - freedom to come and go as you like, whenever and friendly!

Only negative would be the hill really. It is only a 5 minute walk but do take that in to consideration if you’re not that mobile.

First I have to praise the staff, so welcoming, and friendly, thank you. Great location, just a short walk to North beach side of Tenby. Onsite parking what a bonus. Clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. Stayed in room 8 and loved the shower, nice and powerful.

Perfect position, within easy walking distance to town and beaches. Very comfortable bedroom. Spacious ensuite. Delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

An alternative to cooked breakfast would have been welcome, eg fruit, yogurt, pastries etc

Cottage court hotel was excellent for value for money, location was very good.

White is ok but needs a bit of colour to brighten the place up. And a few cosmetic repairs need looking at, but overall lovely place.
