The location, breakfast and staff were exceptional

The pillows, good quality pillows but way to plump for neck to be comfortable. (The mrs liked them and I didn't request a change so did not affect my total score)

There was a step up in the room that ypu had to mindful of not to trip up but this did not affect our overall very positive experience of staying at this hotel.

The view of Tenby from the outside seating area is perfect! The location is amazing, as long as you're happy with a little walk in. The bar area is lovely and breakfast is nice too.

Our room (Room 1) was really noisy... we were above the bar and you could hear through the walls from the room next door. The TV channels were poor with about 3 channels to choose from so we ended up watching the news.

We had a lovely room which overlooked the beautiful gardens that are very well cared for the hotel itself is a lovely building with many different rooms with beautiful layouts. The staff were all very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help if you had any concerns. Breakfast you will be spoilt for choice so much to choose from my wife highly recommend s the chef’s special American pancakes 😋 with all the extras.

The view is good but is limited from most rooms. The (included) breakfast had many options and was very good. The dinner choices were also very good and the food was excellent. The serving staff were fantastic! The overall cost was reasonable.

This is an older hotel which gives it charm but the location is not great; a 15+ minute walk into the town. It's located "on" a beach but it requires a trip down a fairly steep path to actually get to the beach. There is no air conditioning and the rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. There is only one small lift so we did a lot of climbing stairs.

A lovely hotel with beautiful views over Tenby. Staff were attentive and friendly and the food was excellent. We will be back. Recommended.

My mum and I visited The Part Hotel in Tenby from 26-30 August to celebrate our birthdays. Tenby is absolutely gorgeous, and The Park hotel was perfect for our stay. The hotel itself is situated on well-kept and very lovely grounds. The Hotel itself is clean and modern and a lovely stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, including at reception, in the Garden Bar, and during breakfast. Check in and check out processes were quick and easy, and staff were really helpful with local recommendations and advice, such as for food and places to see. Our room was on the third floor with a view over the pool and rear of the hotel and it was clean, included two twin beds, and was well kept. The bathroom was also clean and modern. The housekeeping services were exactly as expected and clean towels and bedding were provided each day as requested. The terrace overlooking the beach and harbour is gorgeous for a drink when the weather is nice - definitely recommend sitting here and people watching, and the bar has a great range of drink options.

Minor (likely personal) points: - The restaurant dinner food options were a little 'posh' for us - but if you're a foodie, the menu and options are likely very well suited to you. We had the cod and chips in the Garden Bar one evening for dinner and this was incredible - just like a posh 'chippy tea' so this was very well suited to us and we thought it was great value also. - We could have benefitted from a mini fridge in the room, for example to keep milk for tea to use the tea making facilities provided, however small pods were provided which was really appreciated. - The bathroom has limited free surfaces but making use of the under sink cupboard helped with this.

Fantastic few days stay. Staff was amazing, the location is perfect just a little walk into Tenby and the food in the hotel was lovely highly recommended this hotel will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place to stay. Incredible views over the beach, and a lovely heated pool. The staff are brilliant, with everyone going the extra mile and so kind and friendly. And then the real highlight, the food. Wow!!! Chef Roman makes the most delectable food.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Park Hotel in Tenby and could not recommend it highly enough. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness made our stay even more special. From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent service and attention to detail, everything was simply perfect. It is one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and can truly enjoy your time away. We loved our stay and would happily return. The hotel is beautiful, historic and full of character, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well looked after, which made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived.

Considering it’s a 3 star this place is amazing with an added bonus of a heated pool! as soon as you walk in all rooms were very clean and lovely the decor was fab location was great with parking the staff were so lovely and very very helpful I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tenby My son and I couldn’t make it for breakfast one morning as we were going on a fishing trip they made us our breakfast to go we had a little packed lunch with a breakfast bap which I thought was amazing thanks you

Professional and friendly staff

The breakfast staff were great they were very attentive and because my husband had mobility issues they suggested getting the lift down to the basement. They were exceptional The food selection for breakfast was amazing 👍

Food was exceptional, we had two evening meals which left me speechless the lobster was amazing. As for breakfast just as delicious. The view from the room was lovely looking out at the sea. All in all a fabulous experience.

My only criticism which may only apply to me is the need of a small fridge or drinks fridge. The room are quite compact which makes this unsuitable. But when you have to store things like injections down in the kitchen fridge, that means your up and down throughout the day to collect one.

The telly .We could not get many channels only the shopping channels and bost or car building programmes and then we did find something we liked it kept going off saying no signal.

The staff were extremeley pleasant. Reception staff require more enthuisam. Breakfast was excellent, Views were great. The room was tidy, but given the age of the hotel, showed some signs of wear. Bed was comfortable.

No air conditioning. Had to ask for a fan unit. Low roof banged head, small bathroom. Loose door opposite corridor (store room), banged all night and had no sleep. Had to get somebody to tighten the door catch, in which they did that day. Night two sees me with no further rest as the alarm system went off, not once, but twice. Had to get up and go down to reception, where I was greeted with a 'sensor in the kitchen caused the issue' I was ready to pack up and move to another hotel at this time. I was aware that the hotel was at the top of a hill, but then there were steps up to the hotel, then 3rd floor up in hotel itself. Car parking is shocking, particularly for disabled drivers like myself require a 'wide' parking space. Parked uder a tree, got covered in bird lime. All in all, not on my list to stay again moving forward.

Loved the room overlooking the bay at Tenby En-suite was large and clean as was the room Lovely food and the bar was also great in the evening. Staff were great friendly and knowledgeable about where to go. We love the area so definitely will be back in the future

Parking is limited but we did manage to get parked in the evenings

The Polish husband and wife team in the restaurant were exceptional. Their service was over and above the norm and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, e.g. offered to get the chef out to help with the lobster.

Path down to the beach wasn't suitable for elderly folk, but we managed it going up.

Standard classic room is very small, shower over a bath, would be better with a walk in shower only.

The hotel is located close to the beach and other amenities. I haven’t had to drive at all. The staff is really friendly and kind. Breakfast was really good and organised. The hotel is clean and had everything in working order.

The only thing I could fault was the shower pressure, as the water comes out very slowly. After spending time at the beach, I found it a little difficult to rinse all the sand out of my hair. Apart from that the experience was really good.

Das Hotel befindet sich in 3 Häusern, die zusammengebaut wurden und früher ein Internat waren. Über verschiedene Treppen und Gänge gelangt man zu den Zimmern. Unser Zimmer war etwas eng, aber für 2 Nächte ausreichend und die Betten bequem. Die Lage des Hotels oberhalb von Tenby bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Strand und den Hafen. Zu Fuß dauert es ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und wunderschön. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind vorhanden, was in Tenby selten ist. Es gibt auch einen Pool. Das Frühstück ist - bis auf den angebotenen Kaffee - gut und umfangreich und wird am Tisch serviert. Man muss aber im Voraus entscheiden, zu welcher Zeit man frühstücken möchte. Es gibt zwei Frühstückszeiten, wir haben glücklicherweise unsere präferierte zugeteilt bekommen. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten, denn insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Kaffee, der zum Frühstück serviert wird, ist dünn und hat keinen Geschmack. Gegen extra Bezahlung kann man Espresso etc. bestellen, was m. E. bei dem hohen Preis für eine Übernachtung unverschämt ist. Es gibt in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage und je nach Lage kann es sehr warm werden, wenn es wie während unseres Aufenthalts ungewöhnlich heiß und sonnig ist.
