Access to the top floor is brutal, plus the roof rafters are blocking our room door.

Everything! Location is perfect (near Botanical Garden). Staff were very accommodating. Excellent service! Room is clean. Internet/Wifi is good. Food is amazing. Good spread buffet breakfast. Other days were plated but equally good or better.

Got the Premium Twin room so no view but I knew it upon booking. But the view in the resto and garden is amazing. Baguio feels indeed!

Location is quiet, but entrance was hard to find since we arrived at night and their sign is not lit.

Early closing of restaurant (9PM) on site, including the bar with live music. We were on vacation so we didn't have to go to bed early, and I'm assuming most of the guests were also on vacation, but their schedule is for those who have to work early the following day.

Comfortable, clean, near tourist sites. We really enjoyed the place as well as the filipino buffet breakfast we ended up extending for 1 more night. There is a bar beside the cabin hotel but you cant hear any noise from our room :) The staffs are all nice and accommodating even if we checked out late at 11PM :) Botanical garden is walking distance as well as a nearby pharmacy and supermarket Highly recommended.

We booked a room for 5 adults only 1 key card was given, although we didnt try asking for another one, but because of this everytime we get out to eat for breakfast we can't leave the eco fan running. We also always need to borrow the keys from our assigned key holder.

The place is very instagrammable. The staffs were friendly, the place is clean. Also I like their honesty especially when I left my clothes on our room and we already in the terminal, my husband got text to them that I left my clothes in the room. I thought I cannot get it back, but they brought it to the terminal and gave it to us which I really appreciate most. Thank you so much log cabin staff, you did great job and exceed our expectation.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was generous. They had a nice bar on site. The hunting decorations are a bit eh, but I'm sure some people would like it.

Don't use the laundry service. Half my laundry got shrunk/ruined because they put stuff that is clearly labelled as not machine dryable into a tumble drier. This ruined about 7600php worth of new clothes so double the cost of the stay itself.

The signage/ entrance need to be lighted properly as for taxi drivers can easily see at night. Bathroom facilities needs some improvements. Room key card needs to be at least two.

I like the location, its near dome tourist spots like Botanical Garden, Wright Park, The Mansion and Mines View Park. We also like the breakfast that was served to us. Plus, fresh cut fruits for desserts. The staff were hospitable and accomodating.

We arrived early and they took the initiative to let us check in really early. And we had a tour the next they that wouldn't allow us to avail of our breakfast for tht day, so they gave us an option of availing breakfast on the day we arrived which was terrific customer service!

When we ordered room service, my daughter needed to come back and forth to get our order, it was not delivered to our room bec apparently, that would cost service charge.

The hotel has excellent location. The staff were always helpful. The restaurabt/bar was the truly exceptional feature of this hotel. The food was great. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is pretty basic, you would think it's barely surviving. Amenities were minimal, you have to ask for it like hair dryer,etc. The TV was on and off.

The vibe was cozy. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The room is clean. The area is picturesque. The staff was accomodating about storing my luggage, since I arrived early and couldn't check-in yet.

Only that it's not as accessible by foot from the city centre. It's quite a walk. But it's easy with by car / taxi. I wish there were more options for dinner at the restaurant.

The rooms were very clean. We especially loved the air flow systems they have in the rooms which kept the rooms cool and smelling fresh always.

Some areas gad mosquitoes. Not their fault. Seems to be a Baguio issue now. They do try to add zappers and such. Good thing I had insect repellant spray

Clean , although we are in Baguio we still have ti ipen the balcony door to get some fresh air while sleeping… there is no AC . The staff at the restaurant dinner is not so friendly… only served the plates.

An old beautiful cottage , very clean and the front view is amazing.

Breakfast buffet is great value for the price. Staff from reception like Clydee, were super welcoming and helpful. The rooms are tiptop, beddings and mattress perfect for good rest and sleep. Love the outdoor bonfire. Perfect highland experience. And the location is very accessible.

The room was like a servants quarter converted into a hotel room. No windows that opens. They said they pipe in fresh air every hour through a vent but then I woke up smelling like fried fish. The sheets smelled the same. Apparentky, the exhaust of the kutchennis also thenintake of the vent fresh aor to the room. I reported it to front desk but they just agreed that if does. The shower and bidet has very low pressure due to calcium build up. It's disgusting to go underneath the shower head.

Le coq qui commence son chant à 4h30 du matin et la porte western qui claque. Grâce matinée quasiment impossible.

Excellent value like free daily buffet, variety from day tp day at least one dish is changing and they are even are cooking your eggs as you want it for a special order., Great view over Baguio and very central location like near to Sm Baguio and Botanical garden. Me n my wife highly recommend this hotel. Private own parking with 24 hour guard duty. We had an enjoyable stay when stayed at log cabin for two days. Internet was ok, not the best but alright and I have been working as a network engineer for a decade.

Ok internet, can certainly be improved. A bit hard to find i you dont use GPS and search for the name, Log cabin hotel.

Breakfast is super, we have variety of choices and it's really good especially their salad and fruits. The room is just enough and the bathroom has hot shower. The bed is comfy. the location is great, walking distance from the famous Botanical Garden and sobrang easy to commute, going somewhere.

Wir haben eine Suite („Botanical Suite“) mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne gebucht. Das Hotel ist zentral, aber abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze. Für Suite-Gäste gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz.

Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Mehr Auswahl gab es beim Xtreme Restaurant, das schon um 7 Uhr morgens aufmacht.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us including early chexk in and providing breakfast out of normal hours. The room was comfortable and the hotel itself is very nice. Location is close to botanical gardens and taxis are easy to call. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very accommodating. My parents (senior years) went with their grandkids and they were very comfortable. Staff even packed them breakfast on the last day as they had to leave early. Plus it was very near tourist spots and they got to walk around and enjoy the weather.
