The location is very central plus value for money. Highly recommended and we will definitely book again if we will be coming back to Baguio. Ms. zeny is so accommodating and easy to deal with.

Location wasn’t too bad.

The place need a good cleaning and upgrade, we found some bugs and cockroaches, I have foreigners guests that was disappointed and grossed from it, we had to switch room. The receptionist was late for 20 minutes even though we informed her of our arrival time.

Everything was functional but unit could use some improvements and I don’t think there were any added amenities. I also expected more based on how much we paid for this condo unit.

The host was so kind to us, such a wonderful lady.

The view from the condominium itself was beautiful. Very good quality amenities and very comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The property is well kept needs a little improvements in the kitchen and bathroom. It’s outdated and needs repair

Our stay at this place in Baguio was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful—especially in the morning with the cool breeze. Ate Zenny was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made our experience even better. The location was peaceful but still close to key spots like Session Road, Burnham Park, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Baguio. Highly recommended!

Everything what im looking for is in there.

We arrived at the property much later than planned. However, Zeny, the property manager, graciously made sure that the keys were left with the guard. The unit was just right for our family, with its two rooms with comfy beds and beddings, living room, TV sets, balcony, equipped kitchen, bathrooms with clean towels and strong wifi signal. The clean-up crew was there before check-out time but they courteously waited outside the unit while we packed up.

There were melted candles which should have been removed as they were very unsightly, and it indicates sloppy clean-up after guests have left. No point saving these candles. The artifical flowers/plants on the dining table also seemed dusty as my granddaughter started sneezing when she was eating there. This is Baguio where fresh flowers abound.

We onyl stayed for a night but everything you will ever need for a long stay is available, you just need to bring your clothes and food to eat or cook. Will definitely book again for a longer stay.

Location and size of the room was good.

The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were too hard. The water in the shower was too weak and you could not fix it at the right temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. No toiletries except for rubber slippers. This more of an airbnb not a condotel.

Communication with the host was easy and very accommodating. Senny her name was easy to get in touch with and easy to communicate with her. Great host and punctual. Over all everything was good and almost perfect with the property.

Didn't like anything. It was a family holiday RUINED BY a woman called Zeny. I see my son only rarely and this was to be a family holiday with him. Dreadful!!!!

It was late of checking in. We were there before 3:00 pm for our scheduled 3pm check in time. But we end up checking in @ 3:40 pm. Zeny the care taker still cleaning our room.

Other basic supplies are not available, like shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush

I love this place. Close to market and downntown. Very quiet and secured. Security guard on duty 24hrs. The lady in charge Ms Zeny is very, very nice. Very approachable and accommodating. We would definitly come back.

So far there is nothing that I deslike with this condo.

Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.

A very amazing place to stay in Baguio. Worth every penny. Nice and kind host. Very peaceful and quiet and relaxing exactly what our family was looking for. Mam Zeny and her staff were the friendliest host we've met. We'll definitely be back next time.

A bit hard to find the place at first because we got confused of the one way roads but doesn't really matter afterwards... Still a very relaxing place

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting baguio.

A nice big 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room for parties of 5 . Clean and all necessities are in the unit for a comfortable stay. Unit is very close to central areas but felt safe due to guards roaming and checking people that goes in and out of the gate.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff is courteous, professional and easy to transact with. Location is also very ideal.

The temperature of water heater in the master's room is quite difficult to control. Waterflow in the second bathroom is a little bit weak. Overall stay is pleasant.

If your condo has very little water pressure I expect it to be in the advertisement. Otherwise you are being deceptive. The Wi-Fi also is weak, sign up for a better Wi-Fi plan and stop being cheap.

The place is exceptionally clean and tidy! Very comfortable! We felt like it’s really a home away from home. The manager is excellent and very accommodating! We will surely come. Highly recommended!

I was just very disappointed about the check in process. Which the lady name Zeny was in charge of check in. She was late a hour and we waited and ask the security to call her and she never answer the phone the first few calls🙄. So we waited for her. I’m sorry but she was so unprofessional trying to argue with me at check in. And the security told me that she has done that many times. But overall the place was clean and nice neighborhood. I’ll stay there again.

WiFi did not work 2-days of stay. No hand towels, no soap/shampoo/coffee. Enjoyed the sunset view from the terrace

Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early. We stayed in a one bed apartment in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna. The apartment had everything needed for self catering, including rice cooker, pot's, pans, plate's, cutlery etc. Water was provided as well. Towels were provided along with spare blanket's etc. Wifi was to a good standard. Apartment had 2 X TV's, the main one lagged a little but as we were out exploring Baguio this wasn't an issue. A good location for the botanical gardens, wright park, mansion House and mines view. Also close to city centre and all the attractions located there. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay in bonbel apartments again.

We enjoy our stay here my family loved it it was comfortable and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We will come back for sure next time we’re in Baguio

Property is great and close proximity to tourist destination

We were late to check in at around 9:30 pm. When I informed of our arrival around 8 pm, property manager blamed me for not calling in advance and told me they are not hotel but apartment. It's true but for the price they charged, I would expect a level of professionalism that would make the customer feel welcome. We didn't feel welcome at all. This is the first time to receive such treatment after using over 400 hotel nights with hotels.com

The place was clean and tidy and had a spacious dining and living area. The surroundings were nice and quite. Location was close to the botanical Gardens. If you are seeking an area away from the city's hustle and bustle, this is the perfect Apartement to stay at.

The mattress on the top bunk bed was so hard, you could literally feel the springs dig into your back. Also the blankets that were given were too thin and small. The hot water was just warm The location was abit far far from city centre

The fitness center on the property is dilapidated and outdated. A refresh with more modern equipment would make this a MUST STAY vacation for health buffs as well. There is plenty of workout space...just need better workout equipment.

Pleasant apartment set in quiet area. Everything supplied to cook a basic meal. Clean and tidy with attentive host.

Television reception not good in the living area but okay in the bedroom. Shower pressure very low but passable. Wax candles on table were a nice touch but came with a notice warning of a hefty surcharge if lit. Games room not serviced, pool table cloth torn and no ping pong ball. All small things and certainly not enough to spoil our enjoyment of this well presented apartment.

Six of us (three adults, a 17-year-old, 14-year-old and a seven-year-old) stayed at the property. We did not have a car but there was ample parking at the property. We showed up very early, actually five hours early but we were met promptly by our host Alvin. There was a small fee to check in early but it was worth it. Our unit was clean conveniently located and had everything we needed for our stay; ample bedding, cookware, plates, glassware, silverware, etc. Alvin was extremely helpful and kind.

I love this property, the unit I had before is better than this 2 bedroom unit this trip, elevator is not functioning that is why I am at level 1, good thing as my Mom cannot navigate stairs.

Very clean with facility rating I consider to be 3 out of 5. Patio door is broken, WiFi is erratic and ripped couch seat. Zeny’s patience and outstanding customer service skills are commendable. As prior Navy man… Bravo Zulu!

Good location,close to tourist attractions.Safe and quiet with security guard on site. Master bedroom shower broken but hand shower was working set at warm temp.,better if main shower is working. With furnished kitchen.Electrical sockets esp.for microwave loose,have to hold cord to heat food.Property was clean.We enjoyed our stay in Baguio.

My family were very happy and satisfied with their stayed at this place...and addition for being able to utilized the condos functions kitchen. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and will stay here again

The room was clean and tidy. The standard of finish was upto European standard of 3* + maybe a bit more, there’s no air conditioning but you probably won’t need it as Baguio is up in the hills and it varied from 12-25 degrees during our 5 night stay (mid February). There are 3 fans but we didn’t need them. there’s a water cooler with those big 5l containers that you drop on top and it gives you hot water for a brew as well. There’s 2 bathrooms with heated showers with adequate flow. The balcony is narrow and long and was good enough for me to have a glass of Shiraz and a cigarette during the evening, but it did feel a bit too cool in the evening (12ish) There’s free toiletries (paper) But if you want the bed sheets changed it’s extra cost I think it was 500pasos. There’s 2 flat screen tv ‘s in the apartment, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom both with independent sky feeds. There’s only an electric stove with 2 rings and no oven or grill, and a microwave. We did cook I managed to do bacon egg and beans with fried bread. Also managed to cook spaghetti boll with some extra bits thrown in. So overall it’s quite doable to live in, depending on your length of stay. The taxi from the apartment to the town is around 60 pasos, but we walked it a few times (1.3km)

I contacted the facility twicw to inform them of mu srrival and I was told they will be there when I arrive but nobody showed up until we left. I even asked if someone willche k the room before we left to make sure there will be no issues but novody was there. I made efforts to communicate with the staff but they are not conveniently accessible.
