Ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Nos gustó todo en general, tanto las habitaciones, reformadas, con aire acondicionado y limpias, como las zonas comunes.

La habitacion es geniaal , grande ,comoda y con unas vistas espectaculares tanto del mar como la piscina. Cabe destacar la excelente labor de la chica de la limpieza, adjunto foto con su nombre para que asi conste su excelente trabajo, se nota sus ganas y motovacion

Faltabaa unas pocas plantas en zonas comunes todo es hormigon y crearia que el espacio fuera mas acogedor especialmente zona de recepcion

Tra i punti di forza dell’hotel sicuramente la reception: il personale è stato molto accogliente, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Inoltre, parlano molto bene italiano, quindi è stato semplice comunicare con loro e spiegare eventuali necessità. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema, si sono attivati immediatamente per risolverlo, dimostrando grande professionalità. Anche i camerieri sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, contribuendo a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Un altro aspetto positivo è stato il buffet, abbastanza vario e con proposte diverse ogni giorno. Nel complesso, la qualità del cibo è stata buona e abbiamo apprezzato la varietà delle scelte.

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti che ci sono piaciuti meno, sicuramente i cocktail, che purtroppo non erano dei migliori. 😅 La pulizia è un altro punto che, secondo noi, potrebbe essere migliorato. L’animazione, invece, sulla carta era molto bella e proponeva attività varie sia durante la mattina che nel pomeriggio. Purtroppo, però, abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere spesso “saltati” dagli animatori, probabilmente anche a causa della difficoltà nel parlare italiano. Ci sarebbe piaciuto essere coinvolti maggiormente, o almeno che ci venisse chiesto se volessimo partecipare alle attività. Infine, la posizione non ci è sembrata particolarmente comoda. Per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna camminare circa 15 minuti e per arrivare in centro sono necessari più di 20 minuti a piedi. Inoltre, la spiaggia più vicina non ci è sembrata particolarmente bella, quindi per godersi le zone migliori è necessario spostarsi.

Il buffet internazionale con alla sera una cucina tematica. Possibilità di cibo per ogni esigenza come la mia per il gluten free. Staff gentilissimo e apprensivo a risolvere ogni esigenza o problematica.

Purtroppo non dipende da loro ma la posizione un po’ scomoda per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro circa 30 minuti a piedi.

Los animadores lo unico que valía la pena... gracias a ellos mis hijos se entretuvieron.

La comida muy repetitiva, no tenía variedad. Las temáticas no tenían sentido porque no tenía nada que ver la comida con la temática. Si tocaba mexicano ponían 4 nachos con guacamole y listo. Cuando tocaba italiano , una lasaña y listo. Los postres dejan mucho que desear, pura fruta y 2 postres que repetían todos los días. El platano hoy te lo cortaban y te lo ponína con cholocate por encima y mañan a te lo ponían con caramelo de fresa por encima.... Fatal... repetían todo.

La limpiadora que nos habian asignado solo se limitaba a hacer la cama y pasar el baño por encima.

Nos encantó el hotel, las instalaciones estaban muy bien y la habitación muy cómoda para una familia. Estaba todo muy limpio en general. A los niños les encantó la zona infantil de piscina. Destacar al personal siempre muy amable, tanto los camareros como el personal de limpieza y los de animación.

Que no hubiese hamacas suficientes ya que aunque no está permitido reservarlas mucha gente lo hacía desde primera hora. Y las almohadas de la habitación que eran muy bajitas.

Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y limpias. Los alrededores están muy bien cuidados y está todo muy bonito. Las diferentes zonas para poder estar: pool bar, piscina, salón de fiestas, bar arriba, comedor..

mmm.. no hubo nada en especifico que no me gustara. Había alguna que otra cucaracha en los exteriores, pero algo normal en esta época del año. Los desayunos son todos iguales, podría haber más variedad como en las comidas y cenas.

Het personeel, met name in her restaurant, was top. Keurig allemaal in dezelfde kleding, erg vriendelijk en ze wisten duidelijk wat ze moesten doen.

Dat er erg veel Engelsen waren maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen.

En el restaurante me hubiera gustado más surtidos de frutas y variedad de postres,también quizás en el bar algo de música para el disfrute de las parejas, cuando llegamos me hacía ilusión el Spa no pude disfrutar pues estaba cerrado todo el fin de semana.

Recepcion fatal pago un plus por tener vista a la picina y cuando llego todo el complejo tiene vista a la picina ,pague 2 apartamentos para 4 perosna y me dice la chica que habia cojido 2 apartamento para 2 persona tuve que pagar 400 euro de mas total 1500 euro por 4 dias pesimo mas nunca

The entire place was really clean from the rooms to the pool area to the restaurant. Staff were helpful. Hotel organised a taxi to take us from the hotel to the airport. Really nice market twice a week just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The main part of town is a 25 minute walk from the hotel. Lovely walk and just a quick taxi trip.

El trato del personal tanto del comedor, limpieza, recepción, animación hacia los clientes es de lo mejor.

Quizás viajando con niños se podría tener más animación para ellos, tanto en el miniclub como en las actuaciones de animación.

Hotel and apartments were very nice. We stayed right at the pool which was great for our toddler to people watch and see the action. Plenty of activities at the hotel, even during off peak times. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. The hotel is about 20 min walk from the main street in Corralejo, but you were very close to "popcorn" beach and shopping centre with bars and restaurants close by, also very close to dunes. Food in hotel was good. Different options each day of the week. Staff were brilliant, especially the entertainment staff.

Breakfast was not my favourite as very little healthier options and wasnt keen on the standard sausages/bacon options. Also, very little vegetable options at lunch/dinner other than a cold salad. But still plenty of options to chose from!

It was very clean; plenty of sun beds; the pools were clean; bar staff were very friendly, not so much in the restaurant; pleased they had 0 alcohol larger, a 0 alcohol wine would be an addition

Very nice complex, room was big and spacious. Everything was spotless, cleaning service 10/10. Great location, lovely staff and good selection of food. I would definitely go back!

Room was very comfortable. Staff were great. A choice of bars and restaurant's less than a 10 minute walk away. Staff were very good.

Food, was mediocre, but plentiful. If you didn't eat as soon as restaurant opened, salads & deserts were not refreshed. Breakfast juices were like water. Hotel, had rules, if sunbeds were left for more than 10 mins., no inflatable's in pool, men were not allowed to wear sports shirts in the restaurant in the evening. None of these rules were enforced. Resulting in no beds free and nobody using them. We were a little unfortunate our room was over looking the football court, we had adults and young children screaming and shouting at 11pm. we had an early flight the next morning. Poolside entertainment was in your face, the host loved the sound of his own voice. Don't go here if you want a peaceful holiday.

Room and balcony was lovely, good size and comfortable. Pool area was excellent, and very clean. Food and most drinks were lovely. Overall, a great stay!

There were relatively limited options for vegetarians at some meals, but you shouldn’t struggle if you’re not a fussy eater. Most drinks were good, but a few of the cocktails coming from the machine were only okay. But there are plenty other options, so overall the drinks were very good

L'animazione,se pur poca in termini di ore, è valida. Stefano è davvero instancabile e coinvolgente. Staff della reception molto gentile e cordiale. Al ristorante camerieri tutti gentilissimi!

Lo standard adottato è buono solo per gli inglesi che sono il 98% della clientela. Pulizia camera appena sufficiente,il divano letto scomodo,sporco e arrugginito,sarebbe da cambiare almeno nella 116. Problema blatte in tutta la struttura, servirebbe una disinfestazione. Cucina...appunto,schiaccia l'occhiolino agli inglesi. Non è proprio malaccio ma direi nemmeno pienamente sufficiente. Bar della piscina vetusto e puzzolente,secondo me andrebbe maggiorato il controllo sullo staff che lo gestisco. L'angolo dove cucina hot dog e patatine secondo me non a norma,unto e bisunto anche la vetrinetta con all'interno quei mini croissant salati,non ho mai visto nessuno pulito tutto quel pezzo. Insomma, c'è margine di miglioramento dato il prezzo pagato.

La piscina estaba muy bien, si hacía aire se estaba genial. La ubicación que estaba cerca de las dunas y tenía un paseo muy ameno hasta Corralejo.

La animación que era todo en inglés ya que solo habla medio español un chico que es italiano. Al parecer ese hotel es todo de ingleses,alemanes etc... Ya que los 4 días con el hotel lleno éramos los únicos españoles. Muchísimas cucarachas por los pasillos para ir a los apartamentos. La comida normal para ser buffet con alguna carne en directo que estaba buena y la fruta también está rica. Dato importante y muy feo.. el último día fuimos a cenar a las 20:50 cerrando supuestamente las cenas a las 21:30 y sobre las 21 aproximadamente ya empezaban a quitar comida y poner malas caras a la gente que seguía entrando.. uno de los cocineros no paraba de coger comida de las bandejas y dejaba 4 trozos rollo sobras y si algo se terminaba no se reponía. Me parece una falta de respeto enorme por parte del personal, jamás me había pasado caso igual... De todo el personal solo nos llevamos un buen recuerdo de un camarero gallego super atento con nosotros, de una chica hispana que nos trató super bien también y la otra chica de recepción que llevaba poquito y también fue súper atenta y nos ayudó mucho el primer día. El resto del personal borde y sin educación.

Just the food,we are odd about food and could have done with more plain options without sauces and things!but did enjoy it!

We loved 99% of everything. We loved how bright and clean everything was. The food was lovely and I'm quite fussy you could always find something to eat. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children shout out to Maria who looked after our boys at kids club and included them in games around the pool.

I think the snack cart needs an upgrade. It's quite tired looking, and they close it while lunch is served, which we only figured out when the children didn't want to go inside for lunch and just fancied hotdogs by the pool, I also think they could consider chicken nuggets on the pool bar menu and at dinner as its quite a normal kids meal.

The staff and cleanliness was very good, the all inclusive buffet was fair for what we paid, there was a lot of choices. Lovely pool and a great smaller pool area for kids

People were reserving sunbeds in very big groups early in the morning, although the hotel states no reservation of sunbeds is allowed no action was taken. The larger groups were very noisy and it was a bit chaotic around the pool

El personal muy amable y simpático. Bien ubicado, cerca de las dunas y playas. La comida estaba bien y muy atentos y con muchas opciones para personas celíacas.

La piscina climatizada estaba prácticamente igual que la normal, los días que fui no hacía bueno por lo que no era viable usarla a esa temperatura tan baja.

La chambre n'était pas prête a l'heure puis le second lit n'était pas fait.nous n avons pas eu de couette et d' oreiller pour le second lit. Porte ne fermait pas, tél ne marchait pas, pas très bien entretenu.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Zimmergrösse, und ausreichend Stauraum.

Da schlechtes Wetter war, wäre es angenehm gewesen, wenn die Klimaanlage geheizt hätte. Dies hat während 2 Tagen unseres 2 wöchigen Aufenthalts funktioniert, und hat ansonsten nur zusätzlich gekühlt. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich war ziemlich unbequem. Abendessen war meistens lauwarm.

We visited this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were given our all inclusive wristbands to enjoy the facilities, even though we arrived two hours before check in. Reception staff were lovely. Lunch starts at 1pm so, we took a walk around, using the map given at reception. Swimsuits on and into the heated pool. Pool towels are a €10 deposit. Food was plentiful and lots of variety for a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️. Evenings have themed food but, still with the norm pasta, pizza, chips, for those that don’t like foreign food! Our room was fine, there was a bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. A very comfy bed, loads of hot water. Although bathroom along with other areas of the hotel, could do with some modernising. However what the hotel lacks in modern facilities, the staff make up for in helpfulness and friendliness. The staff are really hardworking but seem to enjoy their work. Entertainment is very much a personal choice. Two evenings there were great singers however, we are not into bingo or Karaoke. We used the spa, both had an enjoyable massage. We also did the spa tour, involving sauna, cold plunge pool and jacuzzi. Sadly the jacuzzi was cold so not very relaxing.

L hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il est très propre et le personnel est très aimable ! C'est notre deuxième séjour : les rangements ont été améliorés ! Ainsi que la serrure de la porte.

Les boissons du all inclusive sont très mauvaises... Et le choix très réduit... C'est vraiment décevant. Pour la nourriture au restaurant, je pense qu'il y a deux équipes : au début du séjour, c'était très bon mais à partir du samedi c'était mauvais... Il faudrait améliorer la qualité. Le snack côté piscine est nul... Aucun choix, pas bon Le canapé lit est inconfortable pour un adulte

Personal und Gäste waren sehr freundlich. Atmosphäre war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Örtlichkeit war sauber, Essen war sehr lecker. Lage ist herausragend und ruhig.

Zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die in der Nacht dauerhaft auseinandergerutscht sind. Service bei Fragen zu Unternehmungen etc. hätte besser sein können. Begrenzung vom All-Inclusive Service auf 23.00 an allen Tagen war etwas schade. Speisen an der Poolbar hätten besser sein können. Ein Burger, der lediglich aus einem Patty und Brot besteht sollte nicht als solcher angepriesen werden. Türen und Fenster der Unterkunft haben kein Gefühl von Sicherheit vermittelt. Dann eine Gebühr für den Tresor zu verlangen scheint nicht gerechtfertigt, auch wenn diese mit 2€ pro Tag noch in Ordnung ist.

hot water wasnt working after 18:00 for a week. No alternative options were offered except from using a service shower. I emailed and was offered a discount on my next stay (I am based in London): after declining the offer and requesting a refund they agreed on a small amount to be refunded. Poor customer service

Le personnel très compétent et accueillant. Repas très varié.

La comida variada y rica. El personal lo mejor,son muy amables y atentos. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de muchas playas, centro, etc...

Lo peor sin duda la limpieza, desfavorece mucho la categoría del hotel. Solo entran a la habitación si dejas el cartel verde, si no dejas ninguno no entran. Los días que dejamos el cartel, cuando nos dimos cuenta de cómo funcionaba porque nadie nos lo había comunicado, entraron para la limpieza pero no limpiaron nada, solo cambio de toallas, reposiciones de papel higiénico y echaron ambientador por un tubo! Nada más, de limpieza 0, ni suelos ni superficies, ni baño,nada de nada. Estuvimos 12 noches y no nos cambiaron las sábanas en ningún momento, ni siquiera la funda de la almohada, aunque fuera para disimular. Se de qué hablo porque soy camarera de pisos y lo que busco con este comentario es ayudar, no tirar por tierra el trabajo de ninguna compañera. También la TV fatal, no sintoniza más que 2 programas

El hotel en general está bien: limpio, buena ubicación y el personal amable. Sin embargo, está claramente orientado al turismo extranjero, tanto en el ambiente como en las actividades. La comida bastante justa, poca variedad y muy enfocada a los gustos de los guiris. Aun así, para unos días no está mal.

L'hôtel est bien situé. 15 min à pieds de la première plage. Début du centre ville à 400m puis 1km pour arriver en plein centre à pieds. Le bus est à 400m. L'appartement est propre et très bien agencé. Nous étions 3 adultes avec 1 chambre lit 180 cm et le canapé lit un vrai lit de 160cm, c'était très confortable. Le personnel est agréable. Je n'ai pas participé aux animations c'était volontaire. Mais chaque soir il y a une soirée. La piscine était bien chauffée à 26 degrés en janvier. Je me suis baignée 2 fois l'eau était douce. La nourriture est bonne, c'est un buffet international. Pour un hotel 3 étoiles cest vraiment bien. Les repas du soir sont par thème de différents pays. Pour avoir déjà fait plusieurs hôtel en 3 étoiles cest celui-ci que je retiendrai en qualité.

Ce que j'ai moi apprécié mais qui m'a pas empêcher de passer un mauvais séjour Ce sont les boissons en tout inclus cest pas ûe grande qualité. Les personnes qui réservent les chaises longues à 8h de matin mais ça l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Cest un hôtel pour les anglais allemands pas de français pdt notre séjour
