Vastes chambres surtout face mer avec belles terrasses. Magnifique piscine . Staff au top. Restaurants corrects. Propreté impeccable.

Pratiquement rien pour accrocher serviettes au sortir de la douche ou du bain. Écoulement des douches très mauvais ( dans 2 chambres 320 et 321) .climatisation compliquée à régler et surtout qui vous tombe dessus dans le lit . Beaucoup de clients toussaient est ce la raison?

Mooie kamers die erg comfortabel waren. Onbijt was uitgebreid. Zwembad was erg mooi.

Cosy place, loved that they had a small kids playroom that entertained my toddler during our stay. The thai restaurant was really good too.

The tables in the rooms had ants, caught them daily. But otherwise room service is decent.

We loved the staff, pool and food. Phu at the Pool Bar was great - so helpful and kind. My and Alice (I think) who seemed to manage the restaurant were also thoughtful, helpful, and engaged with us every day asking about our plans, and providing suggestions. The large infinity pool was awesome. We played in our son there for many, many hours and there was never more than 10 others there at any one time due to the season we travelled. Sunsets here, leaning on the poolside looking out to the sea were superb. BTW - the small beach is 12 ft from end of the pool so super close so you really can get an infinity pool view.

There was a small mistake with our account balance at the end. An overcharge that took 20 mins or so to be rectified. But it was in the end with the help of Mr Lam who was great throughout our 7 day stay.

The facilities were amazing, particularly the pool and pool bar. Staff were attentive, very friendly and helpful. The taxi driver they arranged for us was lovely and we used him throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach and the onsite health spa was a bonus. It is also very close to the airport.

The property was a bit too far to walk from the main town and harbour area, where most of the restaurants and markets were. We would have liked to explore this area more.

The atmosphere throughout the entire resort was amazing, and the service and hospitality were second to none. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful extras made our stay even more enjoyable, such as the afternoon cookies and staff checking whether we needed fresh towels. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, a great swimming pool, and convenient amenities nearby. Having a dedicated staff member at reception to assist with tours and taxi bookings made everything effortless. Overall, our stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. 😊

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The swimming pool is huge and there are ample sunbeds around it and along the beachfront to accommodate the number of guests whilst we were there. Both restaurants (The Palm and Soi 14) offered a good range of dishes to suit all tastes, at reasonable prices, and never seemed crowded. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range to choose from, again to suit all tastes. Booking.com customers also get a discount on food and beverages, which can add up if you stay around the hotel most of the time.

We only wanted a few days rest and relaxation in the hotel, but for those who might want to wander around the area for something to do, there wasn't much around the hotel. There were a few local restaurants and lots of massage shops, but not much else. This wasn't a problem for us, for the reason stated, but this is a review and it may be useful for others to know this. However, the hotel does arrange taxis or tours, for those wanting to explore the island.

I didn’t like the shower area and toilet area as two separate areas.. I would have preferred if they were one..

The staffs were amazing Kamy, Clare, Linh, Victor, the Guest relation lady My, and the Manager we saw on our last day. We felt very comfortable as we stayed 3 weeks, the restaurants came very useful for us, the food were amazing. To be honest, I was not recommended this hotel, I found it myself on booking.com It is a very relaxing hotel for me and my husband, the hotel is safe, we left many important things in the room when we were out and nothing was missing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Phu Quoc Island, to me it is worth it The breakfast is also really nice. Lots of options and the beach bar by the pool. I really like a lot Like I said it was great for us, it rained but it did not bother us.

The staff were very polite - so much so that their over-attentiveness sometimes even made me feel uncomfortable. Breakfast is a buffet - everyone will find something to their liking. Dinner features a varied menu consisting of a starter, soup, main course, and dessert - everything is really tasty. Drinks are not included, but they are reasonably priced and there is a wide selection. The room is cleaned several times a day and is always spotless. It is equipped with everything needed for comfort - shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, towels, a dental kit, and even a comb. Yoga classes are held once a week, I highly recommend attending. It was very comfortable to stay in even in rainy season. The only issue was that we couldn't swim in the sea due to the waves, though we hardly saw any rain. By the way, there are almost no waves on the east coast and the water is cleaner, so you can just take a taxi to Sao Beach.

I didn't quite like the location. If you go for a walk, head towards the night market, not the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort and truly enjoyed our time here. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the shower and the overall design of the room. The entire hotel is well maintained and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, polite, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. The service was fast and professional, and we really appreciated how well we were treated throughout our stay. The beachfront location is excellent, with a lovely beach and a beautiful swimming pool, making it a perfect place to relax.

The only disappointment during our stay was that the hotel was unable to extend our reservation for one additional night. The rate offered for the extra night was much higher than expected, so we had to move to another hotel for just one night. We wish there had been more flexibility or a better option for returning guests. Despite this, we still had a very enjoyable stay and appreciate the excellent service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff.

All facilities were great. I tried the day spa and the attendant was excellent.

Our stay was incredible before our arrival. Bryan messaged us to ensure our airport transfer was smooth and greeted us upon arrival, with My giving us a great tour of the hotel. . Our room was spacious and as advertised. We loved all the small touches from our welcome dessert to our daily turned down service . Breakfast was great and plentiful, evening cocktails were great and the restaurant on site was delicious. There were a few cafes nearby but most restaurants were a short grab away . The best part of the hotel was the staffs dedication to our son, everyone was so attentive especially Ann and Jenny. Overall we had a memorable stay and can’t wait to come back again !

A very beautiful resort where employees go out of their way to provide an exceptional service. The resort has all facilities you need including a much recommended spa facility. Food and drinks are of high quality and presented beautifully.

Just two small suggestions: - maybe you could communicate the availability of a bespoke vegetarian menu in the restaurant proactively. - from our perspective it would have been great if breakfast ends 30-60 minutes later to prevent crowding.

This must be one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay in Phu Quoc, and the property is completely perfect for families. It hits the ultimate sweet spot: parents get to truly relax, and the kids will have an absolute blast. Having the beautiful swimming pool right in the center with the beach just steps away made everything so effortless. What completely blew us away was how the resort took care of us during a challenging situation. We happened to travel during the monsoon season, and two of our family members fell sick consecutively. The resort's two restaurants became our absolute saviors. Because we were exhausted and keeping things low-key, we ended up eating every single one of our meals at the exact same restaurant throughout our entire stay—yet we never once got tired of it! The menu is incredibly diverse and truly has something for everyone. Combined with the excellent on-site spa, we were fully content and satisfied relaxing inside the resort during the occasional rain. And because the location is so ideal, we never missed a chance to hit the beach the moment the weather cleared up. But what elevated our trip from great to unforgettable was the staff. Every single person here is remarkably professional, attentive, and always wearing a genuine smile. This goes for everyone, including the hardworking team maintaining the resort's spotless grounds and those diligently picking up rubbish from the beach to keep it pristine. We are especially fond of two restaurant staff members, Sophia and Helen. They didn't just serve us our meals with flawless, professional hospitality; they showed real, heartfelt care for our family during a tough time and proactively reached out to offer help and great recommendations for our trip. If you are looking for a beautiful, flawlessly clean resort with world-class staff who treat you like family, look no further. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Maybe a bit too far from all of the main tourist attractions but grab made travelling very convenient and easy.
