Very nice hotel, clean and spacious room, big pool, great breakfast, free transport from and to the airport

Nice big room overlooking the sea. Near to airport and town.

Too many noisy residents.( But the hotels fault) Staff at the pool bar and restaurant were rather incompetent.

The breakfast buffet was really nice! A lot of Vietnamese food but also many options for western people. The pool was very cool and super easy access to the beach.

It is very far from the sunset town and turistic places on the island, so if you want to rest and disconnect is amazing, if you want to go to the kiss bridge, kiss of the sea show, the cable car, see the "european" town, is about 40 min ride from the hotel.

Wonderful staff. Very attentive and respectful Beautiful views and private beach access. Very peaceful and quiet which was ideal for mental and physical rest.

Понравилось что в центре, где много хороших кафе и магазинов (кинг-конг и ночной базар), море прямо у отеля - правда вода на море не совсем чистая. Отличный завтрак, правда однообразный. На 3-4 дня проживания самый топ отель. Дольше дети начинают скучать

Everything in this hotel was perfect! The breakfast was scrumptious, our room was huge, and the staff went out of their way to make certain all of our needs were met. My son had a terrible nosebleed and a doctor was called and he came to our room within minutes. He was very thorough in his examination and left several prescriptions,. Later that same evening when my son had another nosebleed, this same doctor ordered a different prescription and had a driver deliver it to us in our hotel. One afternoon, after spending time at the beach, I received a call from the front desk notifying me that one of the staff had found a lipstick where I Had been sitting and returned it to me.. That is only another example how guests are cared for at this fine hotel. I want to come back here and stay for at least a week.

The lack of drawers in the room was the only drawback.

Obsługa mimo, że popełniła kilka błędów i nieporozumień jest naprawdę przemiła i pomocna. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Blisko do morza jest to plus i to by było na tyle.

Zdecydowanie pokoje, które są stare i brudne. Grzyb w łazience. Przed hotelem wysypisko śmieci i unoszący się smród.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Resort. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und bot eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr praktisch, und der Strand ist sauber und wunderschön. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Kinderspielbereich, der das Resort sowohl für Familien als auch für Geschäftsreisende sehr geeignet macht. Wir können dieses Resort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Access to the beach and super friendly staff. It was an absolute value for money. Breakfast spread was great with menu options for vegetarians

Room service was sub par. We offered plates multiple times but at the end we got them ourselves.

너무 친절하고 2층에 마시지샵 엄청 잘해요

Staff, pool, beach, everything were great. Just south of the main city part on Phu Quoc. Pool and beach and restaurant were lovely. Walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars. Staff seem to go above and beyond with anything and everything.

Other guests seemed unpleasant. Lots of smoking everywhere which I did not enjoy. Does not reflect on my review, but a consideration nonetheless.

Sehr feines und vielfältiges Frühstück. Genügend Liegebetten und Tücher am schönen Pool und am Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal . Gepflegte Gartenanlage und prächtige Palmen

Monotone und immer wiederkehrende Musik von der Bar. Am Abend auch laut von den Nachbarhotels. Schade, dass der Strand nicht durchgehend begehbar ist. Richtung Süden kommt man zu einer Lagune, Richtung Norden hat es Hotelruinen und Verbauungen bis ins Meer hinaus.

I absolutely loved it there. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. I would absolutely return there.

The check out process was a little strange. They rang through to get someone to check the room before I was checked out. Not sure why. Maybe to check mini bar or for damage. Maybe this is normal. Haven’t had that happen before.

Locatie was prima . Niet ver van het strand. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Dr lobby is groot en heeft weinig uitstraling. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

The breakfast was huge and had a lot of variety.

I was traveling with kids and we arrived at 12 pm, since we knew that the checkin time at the hotel is 2 pm we requested for an early checkin as we traveled for 9 hours and kids were cranky and we even offered to pay for early checkin, but we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby. this could have been a little better.

Everything. The spa centre was incredible, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The steps by the pool lead onto the beach with the perfect sunset view over the sea, even more beautiful than the pictures looked. The breakfast buffet was the best of anywhere we stayed in Vietnam. The staff were so helpful, free airports transfers. Shops and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Just incredible value for money and would 100% return here!

Nothing :) I genuinely enjoyed every minute of my stay. Me and my partner did joke the lift moves a bit slowly haha but that really is the only possible thing I could critique!

- The room was nice and huge, bed was very comfy. The resort was quite quiet so it was great because you have your own privacy. - Breakfast has nice options for vegetarian/halal too, especially with the variety of local fruits. - Staffs were also very friendly - from receptionist, to doorman, to spa, and to kitchen/breakfast. - The room has a nice and direct view of the ocean, you can see it from your bed and sleep to the sound of waves. - Love that they also provide slippers, + bath and beach robes! - Walking distance to convenient stores - Grab is easily accessible

- I came during the typhoon, hence waves were very strong and it was raining most of the time. The hotel doesnt have a beach where you can walk along the beach as the tides were high (regardless of the typhoon or not, it does not have a walkable beach), but you can just relax and sit near the pool to enjoy sound of waves and sea breeze. - the shower has a weird smell right after you twist the knob, but the smell fades after 1-2 mins - safebox was locked and can’t be reset - location is quite far from vinwonders (1hr+ by grab), but near to town area (many shops nearby)

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. Hotel rooms could be updated but are well kept. Beach area was a little rough.

What a wonderful experience was to stay at this resort hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful to you, some speak very little english, but that's okay. The breakfast is very good, with a wide assortment of fruits and other dishes. Loved the pool with beautiful palm trees. Location is also good, with a few minutes of walking there's a small supermarket and also some restaurants. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope to return here someday.

This hotel is pure aesthetics in every detail. The service is outstanding, and the restaurant is truly deserving of a 10 out of 5 rating. The breakfast selection is vast, and the restaurant's ambiance, coupled with high-quality service, is exceptional. The pool is fantastic, even for those who enjoy competitive swimming. It’s about 23 meters long with a sufficient depth! The atmosphere by the pool is lovely, with relaxing music playing in the background. The bar offers great cocktails and smoothies. It’s truly a pleasure to stay here.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Where do I even start, there is literally nothing good to say about this hotel. For starters it was dirty, loud and staff was pretty rude and not at all helpful. My room smelled like old salami, I asked the reception to sort it out, which they didn’t. The beach was not very nice, tiny and sun chairs packed next to each other and people chain smoking next to you. The pool area I guess was okey, only you could never get a chair there unless you didn’t go up at 06.00 to reserve one. The pool area and beach bar was also playing super loud music, often Russian, which made it very unpleasant to be there, anything but relaxing. The room was dirty and full of dust. The Mountain View that I had booked, really was a view over a dumpster Could I give a negative 10 star I would! My advice book somewhere else, there are much better hotels in same price range nearby. I should also add, I’m not that hard to please so for me to give a bad review, it has to be that bad Gym was okey for being a hotel gym Area is fine though if you like to be in the middle having easy access to the entire island. But if I would go again I would stay up north, less crowded and much nicer beaches

Great little resort in a great location. We had a suite.. huge.. a bit dated..great bed and beach view... Breakfast is amazing sooo much .. Staff 10/10.. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect, the beach and pool as well as the room and the hotel as such were always super clean, the weather was also great, we experienced no rain despite rainy forecast, breakfast had a wide selection of food, staff was very attentive, in the walking distance you have many restaurants and bars, there is a free bus going to the night market with a bus stop next by, the bus goes also to the north and runs every 10-15min, the hotel is close to the airport and offers a free transport, we were also in 5* resort in the north, and Amarin was much nicer with a better location, so I def recommend

Very good and full breakfasts! The staff was polite and caring. clean rooms. convenient location: only 5-7 minutes from the airport. Stunning sea views, you can admire the sunsets.

There are some renovation work going on on the first floor, it can be noisy and dusty. But all the inconveniences are compensated by the care of the staff.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing ! There was everything needed, everything was delicious! Fresh juice, coffee machine, etc.

The staff sometimes looked bored when I asked something. They didn't really help when I needed information about the things we could do (for exemple where I can do scuba diving). Their English skills were quite insufficient, I think. It was hard to communicate well. Also, in the pictures everythings looks bigger than the reality!! And the shampoo/shower gel tiny bottles were annoying to use.

WOW! Amazing stay at the Amarin resort. Beautiful beach front property with fabulous pool. We had an ocean front room on the 7th floor and the views were spectacular! Staff go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember.  From greeting you with a smile at breakfast every morning to moving the sun umbrella throughout the day to keep the sun off you. Beautiful warm people who certainly make you feel special.

Some construction was being done on the exterior of the building each day from around 2pm to 5ish making it a bit noisy

Overwhelming! It was spectacular scenery and place to relax. I loved the variety of items in breakfast everyday is different and so delicious! I enjoyed the lovely pool , beautiful views, peaceful beach and room was big and comfortable with amazing sea view. Housekeeping deserves special praise for their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring my room was always spotless. After this wonderful experience I highly recommend this beautiful hotel ! Had a great stay. Great value for money, in my opinion. Staff is very attentive and genuinely nice.

Some room for improvement in rooms: * add spare toilet paper roll in bathroom * our safe was locked and out of battery (not that we bothered to follow up with the staff)

My wife and I stayed at Amarin for 6 nights. Spacious room with ocean view. The hotel has easy access to different parts of the island by taxi or grab. Big pool located right next to the beach. The breakfast buffet was a very pleasant surprise. Had a lot of variety and options. Hotel staff was excellent in all domains. Friendly, helpful and professional. The area also felt safe. Highly recommended.

Services are good by the amarin team and very helpful..ocean view is superb..

Direct beachside access, close to restaurants and mini markets and also only 10mins grab taxi away to the main town and airport. Great breakfast selections. Friendly staff.

No aircon on common areas such as hotel lobby and hallways.

It felt like a 5star resort and the smorgabord breakfast was the best Friendly staff, good location with n17 free green bus stop right opposite, will comeback again
