Nous avons passé un bon séjour, reposant en fin de vacances au Vietnam. Tout le monde est très accueillant et aidant. Notre chambre familiale était spacieuse, propre avec une literie confortable, une grande salle de bain et un balcon. Les chambres sont faites tous les matins. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Petite superette à côté et un marché en face (nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit le matin), restaurants et commerce à 2 pas. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied (si envie de transats, installez-vous plus à gauche au ladies kitchen moins cher, sympas et bonne carte). Nous sommes allés au centre historique en vélo en 30 minutes mais vu la chaleur nous avons pris des grabs les autres jours. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir opté pour cet hébergement dans ce secteur au calme pour du repos et loin de l'agitation du centre.

Das Homestay liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt sowie von der Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Spas, eine wirklich praktische Lage. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber alles war sauber und gepflegt. Kim, die Besitzerin, hat sich für uns um sämtliche Ausflüge und Fahrten gekümmert und alles super organisiert. Alle im Homestay waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich rundum willkommen gefühlt. Mit dem Grab ist man in etwa 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Hoi An, sodass man die Ruhe am Strand genießen kann, ohne auf die Nähe zur Stadt zu verzichten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder herkommen!

Struttura con piscina a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di An Bang. Camere spaziose e accoglienti, con tutto il necessario: biancheria da letto e da bagno, kit di benvenuto, mini-frigo per tenere acqua o cibo in fresco. Personale accogliente e disponibile, gustosa la colazione che è sempre accompagnata da un piattino di frutta esotica fresca. Durante questo soggiorno in famiglia, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posto che non si dimentica!

Avevamo la c'era al piano terra, e causa ospiti molesti, il sonno era interrotto o disturbato. Ma niente di imputabile al posto o al personale.

Breakfast was delicious. Kim (the manager) vas really friendly, helpfull and also really kind with my children, who played with her child. She helped us organising a lot of trips around and the transport.

This is a cozy homestay within walking distance from the beach. The owners Tuyet and Vui were very helpful and friendly, and had no problem with us borrowing bicycles to take a short ride around town when my kids didn't want to walk. We didn't try the breakfast and the staff had no problem with us eating food from outside in the dining area for breakfast. There is a morning market across the street with fresh fruit; coffee and banh mi sandwiches are just outside the door as well. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids TV channel when they needed to escape the midday sun. The property was clean and guests all respected the shoes off policy. The rooms were reasonably sized for a family of four. We would stay here again!

It was everything that we wanted and Kim and her team were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were great and the accommodation really good value. Everything close by and a few minutes walk to the beach. I’d highly recommend.

The only thing that I didn’t like was having to leave at the end of our holiday!

Really pleasant home stay a short walk to the beach and close to the market. Kim the host was friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, easy access to the beach, Main Street, and Hoi An. The staff were very kind, and happy to help with whatever you need. Breakfast was phenomenal, great variety and lots to choose from. Great value for money!

Majority of the time, there was no hot water. If it was hot, usually early in the morning, it would be boiling. Lots and lots of mosquitoes.

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting An Bang / Hội An. Kim was an exceptional host. She was incredibly friendly and always happy to help, from suggesting great local tours and spas to checking in with us before both our arrival and departure to make sure we had transport organised. It really felt like she genuinely cared that we had a great experience. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including complimentary beach towels, which made our beach visits so much easier. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection of both local Vietnamese dishes and Western favourites. There was plenty of variety each morning, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The homestay also offers a convenient in-house laundry service with same-day turnaround, which was incredibly handy after travelling. One of our favourite things about the location was the bustling morning market right outside the front door. It was the perfect place to pick up fresh tropical fruit and delicious local desserts. The beach is also just a short, pleasant walk straight down the road, leading to a quieter, more peaceful section of the beach that was perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. Overall, this homestay offers genuine hospitality, a fantastic location, and thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. Thank you, Kim, for making us feel so welcome - we’ll be back!

Whilst we didn’t have any issues with this, something to note is that there is no lift.

My room and balcony were amazing - bright, airy, quiet, tasteful and very clean. I loved that the morning market was across the road, and the beach and restaurants were just a very short walk away. Kim and her team were lovely, very friendly and helpful - I couldn't have wished for better hosts. Thank you. So happy I booked Kim's homestay and would definitely stay here again (some of the guests I spoke with come back here regularly).

It was a perfect stay, there wasn't anything thay I didnt like.

The surrounding area has so many places to eat at very reasonable prices. Viet and western foods,italin and indian. Can get any food you want on Grab. Food is cheap and delivery cheap.

Very nice homestay with lovely host. Close to the perfect beach. Shop next door, many good restaurants near by. Very nice pool to cool down. Our kids loved it there. One of the best places we stayed in Vietnam. Great breakfast,fresh and tasty.

Kim and staff always smiling The breakfast is huge and keeps you going all day. Room is large , AC excellent. Cleaned daily. Short walk to restaurants and beach . It was my birthday and Kim surprised me with a cake , such a kind thought, especially being far away from home .

Værten er super sød og hjalp med at arrangere transport og andet for os. Stedet lå i gå afstand til stranden og morgenmaden var god.

Dette var ikke 100% værtens skyld, men den tur til Marble Hills vi bestilte igennem dem var meget langsomt tilrettelagt, og guidens engelsk var svært at forstå.

Kim was absolutely fantastic she is so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back 😊

A very friendly family homestay at a really good price. Just a block away from beach. Lots of restaurants and spas all around it. Home cooked breakfast for you in the morning. Pool was small but good enough for a refresher after a hot day out.

Perfect location, so close to the beach and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. A sports bar with access to all the sports and live music so close as well. Morning market right outside the front door, the pool was very nice and well maintained. The free breakfast was so good, fresh fruit, coffee drinks and a great selection to choose off of the menu. The staff were very kind and helpful, I will definitely come back and stay.

Die Unterkunft ist super geräumig und hell. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht haben, war es angenehm hell im Zimmer. Das Personal ist super freundlich und total herzlich insbesondere Zui ist sehr um unser Wohl bemüht gewesen :). Außerdem war das Frühstück reichlich und wirklich gut. Sogar am Abreisetag bekamen wir Sandwiches, weil wir noch vor dem Frühstück aufbrechen mussten.

This home stay is as expected for the price you pay per room. Pool was good and the free cycles were a bonus( although breaks need checking). Staff were lovely and attentive. 5 minutes walk to the Main Street with plenty of food and bars. The beach is a few more minutes on from the main street. Kai massage and hair shampoo was recommended and was very good. There are nice bakery and coffee/cake options on route to the beach. Breakfast was ok if you want bread! We would probably stay near the beach next time.

Kim on reception was lovely and very helpful with arrangements for trips. We loved the position of the property which was close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach but not in a noisy area. The free bike hire was real bonus.

Fijne locatie omdat het op loopafstand van het strand is. Uit de drukte weg van Hoi An. An Bamg is een leuk plekje om te verblijven; gezellig en sfeervol. Dolphin homestay wordt gerund door een hele lieve gastvrouw Kim. De ontbijtjes waren heerlijk en ze wil graag helpen om een leuk verblijf voor je te organiseren.

The location was good. We enjoyed the local market and it was close to the beach. The host, Kim , made our stay special. She was friendly and welcoming, helpful, and a good communicator.

Wir waren zum 2. mal hier. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten weich. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher für Strand und Bad. Strandliegen und Schirm sind im Preis enthalten. Kim war immer für uns da, hat auch ein Roller organisiert und uns denn Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Sie ist herzlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Location is perfect and easy to access with a short 4 minutes walk to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Directly opposite the daily fresh produce market with double glazing so minimal street noise.

For the nightly rate this is excellent value for money and there is little to dislike.

Kimmy is the star of this homestay. She speaks wonderful English can help you with just about anything you need. Trips, drivers and where everything local is. I felt safe and so very comfortable my bed was great soft but not too soft and pillows too. This little homestay is close to the daily market and Vspa was great for me. I use a mobility walker so my downstairs room was ideal. Short walk to shops and not far to the beach. An bang beach a bit further on. Fully recommend I stayed for 2 weeks solo travelling at 79 yrs old and have never felt safer than here in An bang. Thanks Kim and Co for making my Vietnam experience so very comfortable and memorable.

Die Unterkunft sehr gut das Frühstück super ,.Kim war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie spricht sehr gut englisch. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.der wäschedienst war auch sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

We highly enjoyed our stay here! We had a lovely, very clean and big room where we felt really at home. Also the host Kim is amazing! She can help you out with pretty much everything. The location is perfect and you can visit Hoi An or Da Nang easily without having to stay directly in the busy areas. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely place, our room was big and had a balcony and a really comfortable bed, and nice shower. It was all very clean but homely, and we had the best breakfast here!! Beach is like a 5 minute walk and very beautiful there. Such a shame we could only stay for one night as would have stayed longer. Kim was extremely friendly and helpful- thankyou Kim!

Die Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad zu oldtown nicht weit. Das Fahrrad ist kostenlos. Viele Restaurants, shops, ATM fussläufig erreichbar Das Zimmer groß und komfortabel Kim war sehr nett und hat vieles für mich organisiert. Sogar Blumen von meinem Freund aus Deutschland zu meinem Geburtstag 🙏🏼

Uitstekende ligging en ontzettend lieve hotelmanager Kim. Goed ontbijt ! Handdoeken voor het stand erg fijn

Badkamer zonder raam of ventilatie daardoor erg muf in de slaapkamer . Ook de kast hing schimmellucht dus daar hingen we niets in . Voor het zicht was kamer schoon maar verder mocht er wel wat beter schoongemaakt worden. s morgens vroeg kwam de baklucht van het ontbijt de slaapkamer al binnen Niet prettig samen met muffe lucht. Zwembad is leuk op de foto maar was eigenlijk niet meer dan dat. Verder kon de accommodatie wel flink wat verbeteren aan onderhoud
