Μόνο σκούπισμα σφουγγάρισμα ούτε καν. Τους έδωσα ρούχα να πλύνουν το ένα παντελόνι σκίστηκε κ η μπλούζα από λευκή έγινε κίτρινη κ την ξεχείλωσαν. Εννοείται…. Πληρώθηκαν για αυτό. Το αιρκοντίσιον απαράδεκτο εκτός από θόρυβο δεν υπήρχε κρύος αέρας με θερμοκρασία έξω 44 βαθμούς. Το πρωινό με άριστα το 10 λίαν επιεικώς 3.Τα στρώματα όπως το πάτωμα σκληρά!!!! Ψυγεία κι ούτε για δείγμα . Απαράδεκτα κακό !!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this riad. It was clean, quiet, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The host was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips on how to get around Marrakech and make the most of our visit. Overall, a comfortable stay with warm hospitality—we would happily recommend it.

Estaba al lado del inicio del zoco hacia la plaza Jemma, el personal es super servicial y muy amable. Nos ayudaron el ultimo día a buscar taxi para el aeropuerto y nos dejaron que las maletas se quedaran ahí hasta la hora de salida. Las instalaciones están muy bien y tiene varias zonas de descanso! Tiene aire acondicionado!

Toller Innenhof mit kleinem Pool zur Abkühlung (z.B. für Füße nach langem Tag auf den Beinen) • Jedes Zimmer hat kleinen individuellen (Terrassen)Vorbereich und es gibt einen Dachterrassenkomplex • Bequemes Bett und zusätzliche Couch • Hilfsbereites Personal (gibt gerne Tipps) • Frühstück am Morgen, egal wo im Riad man es einnehmen möchte • Kühler, heller und schön gestalteter Innenhof

Soggiorno fantastico, ci siamo sentiti come a casa in una struttura accogliente, silenziosa e rilassante. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, le colazioni preparate al momento sono varie e molto buone e si può scegliere dove consumarla tra i vari spazi comuni e le terrazze. Le camere sono colorate, curate nei dettagli, con pezzi di arredamento caratteristici…le foto non gli rendono giustizia.

El riad es muy bonito y pintoresco. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas y las almohadas han sido muy cómodas. Hemos estado alojadas en una habitación del segundo piso. El desayuno muy completo y copioso, tradicional marroquí. El personal muy atento y servicial. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la plaza Jemaa El Fna y muy fácil de encontrar.

Todo estuvo muy bien. No tengo nada negativo que señalar.

Camera molto carina e con stile proprio tipico che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La colazione era davvero abbondante e molto varia.

La camera aveva alcune cose da sistemare ad esempio: rubinetti che si muovevano un po’ e porta carta igienica rotto. Un peccato che la terrazza all’ultimo piano, così carina e piacevole, non sai troppo curata.

El desayuno preparado con mucha atención. Estaba muy bueno. Fueron muy amables y serviciales.

Alloggiare in un riad è un’esperienza da non perdere assolutamente. La struttura era accogliente e con molti spazi comuni dove poter rilassarsi. Posizione top se si vuole essere in pochi minuti a piedi nel cuore della Medina. In generale, la struttura è molto tranquilla, anche la sera. Lo staff è molto accogliente, sempre disposto a dare suggerimenti sul viaggio e gentile (il che non guasta mai, anzi). La colazione con the, caffè, msemen e altri prodotti tipici era buonissima. Abdul, Ismael, la cuoca gentilissima, e tutto il team hanno fatto tutto il possibile per farci sentire a casa.

La stanza era pulita, tuttavia le lenzuola avevano qualche macchia e peli.

Il Riad è bellissimo, lo staff è eccellente e la signora Fatima (la cuoca) cucina veramente bene, la struttura è pulita, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa ci hanno coccolato tutti i giorni

Die Unterkunft war in einer super Lage, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und trotz der Lage sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und toll zubereitet.

It was decorated beautifully inside, everything was ornate and more authentic than another Riad we stayed at. The staff were also exceptionally nice, sitting down with us on arrival with a pot of mint tea, allowing us to store luggage there during our day in Marrakesh, and making us a meal even though we arrived slightly later than anticipated. It was also very calm, quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the main street, and with many other guests staying.

C’était le 3e hébergement de notre voyage au Maroc et ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié ici était le petit déjeuner, excellent, et la pression et la qualité de l’eau du robinet (pas de sel, pas de chlore). Le personnel était également très accueillant et a pu répondre rapidement à nos demandes.

La chambre que nous avions était un peu sombre, dommage que les portes n’aient pas été vitrées plutôt que 100% bois, et les rideaux aux fenêtres moins occultants.

Świetna lokalizacja! 5 minut spacerkiem do uliczek Mediny. Łazienka i pokoje czyste, zadbane. Obsługa bardzo pomocna.. śniadania serwowane od godz.8, mieliśmy zaplanową wycieczkę o 7 rano, dostaliśmy zapakowane śniadanie na wynos. Małe, skromne ale miły gest! Bardzo ładny taras. Riad na zdjęciach wydawał sie trochę wiekszy ale mimo wszystko zrobił bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Bardzo polecam!

The Riad was pretty and located conveniently.

The property was not true to the pictures. The room was small with very dim lighting. The breakfast wasn't great. The wifi never connected from the room we stayed in.

Le personnel était très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avons apprecié la localisation qui nous a permis de visiter la ville facilement à pied. Ce riad est vraiment superbe. Notre sejour était vraiment dépaysant! Nous nous sommes régalées.

Great location as away from the noise

Super Lage, direkt in der Innenstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Tolle Dachterasse zum Frühstücken mit Obst, wir konnten sogar vor der Frühstückszeit nach Absprache ein Frühstück bekommen. Schöner Innenhof!

Il Riad è super consigliato per tanti aspetti. Comodità per raggiungerlo in auto (circa 15-20min dall’aeroporto) e vicinanza per visitare/raggiungere le principali attrazioni della Medina a piedi. Ubicato in strada secondaria rispetto a quella centrale e quindi molto silenzioso. Letti molto comodi e stanza ampia e pulita (noi avevamo una tripla con 2 ambienti separati). Colazione top servita in questo momento dell’ anno nella loro sala da pranzo in tipico stile marocchino. Rapporto qualità/prezzo super!! Molto gentile e disponibile sia il proprietario Abdul che il personale. Super super consigliato!

La stanza era un po' buia se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo ma credo sia una caratteristica degli ambienti marocchini.

Very centrally located, in the heart of the Medina in a quiet alley. Everything was easily accessible.

Amenities were a bit old (shower was a bit rustic), the room smelled humidity. Although the staff was doing their best to clean everything, the facilities could have been renovated.

Il riad è centralissimo, molto bello, personale accogliente, gentilissimi. La camera bella, letto super comodo! Le colazioni sono state la cosa più apprezzata, davvero tutto fantastico! in pieno stile marrakech!

Good location and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

City tax for one night was charged 60 dirham here but 50 in another riad we stayed in.

Le Riad est exceptionnel ! Situé entre la place Mellah et de la place Djema El Fna. Les chambres sont très accueillantes, le patio et la terrasse des endroits magnifiques avec énormément de charme. L’établissement est très bien entretenu. Chaque chambre dispose d’un petit coin privatif à l’extérieur où il possible de prendre un thé et se détendre. Le grand salon permet de prendre le pdj ou les repas le tout dans un cadre très typique. Le plus du séjour: tout le personnel a été au petit soin pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Les petits déjeuner et les dîners sont exceptionnels et préparés par Fatima avec son sourire inoubliable ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe également Zachariah qui a été là pour nous accueillir même lors de nos retours tardifs le soir. Enfin des remerciements très particuliers à Abdou qui a été de très bon conseil pour toutes nos visites, sorties et activités et qui a veillé en toutes circonstances à que notre séjours se déroule au mieux. Nous ne pouvons que le remercier. Nous étions 2 couples avec 3 ados qui se souviendront de ce séjour. Un grand Merci ! Je recommande ce Riad sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons.

Tout était parfait !

Nonostante fossimo arrivati tardi ci hanno accolto con un grande sorriso e la cena pronta (su richiesta). Avevamo chiesto il trasferimento dall'aeroporto ed è andato tutto benissimo. Il Riad è un vero gioiellino in un'ottima posizione, camere pulite , letto un pochino scomodo ma tutto sommato siamo trovati molto bene! Grazie per l'accoglienza!

Personale disponibile, bella struttura e soprattutto il miglior pranzo del viaggio. Letto comodo, camera pulita. Buona posizione, in un vicoletto isolato ma tranquillo.

Beautiful riad in an ideal location. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, they really made our visit special. They can also help to arrange day trips and activities. The location is off a side alley from the main crowds so it’s quieter while also easy to access. The breakfast is delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is lovely. They think about every detail and the staff makes you feel at home. Definitely we are coming back !

Das Riad befindet sich direkt in der Medina. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben den Transfer vom Flughafen über das Riad organisiert, das Gepäck wurde uns vom Taxi in die Unterkunft gebracht. Toller Service. Restaurants, Cafés sind genug in der Umgebung. Ein paar mal um die Ecke gelaufen und direkt im Souk. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, gaben uns Tipps und haben einen Termin im Hammam für unser Familie gebucht. Die Zimmer sind so schön, die Dachterrasse sonnig und zum erholen. Den kleinen Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es weiter empfehlen.

The Riad is clean and comfortable. Our room was pretty big and the interior design was amazing.

We came in January and it was a bit cold, the AC is not enough and the humidity is really high. The water was cold in the shower and you need to wait a lot till you have warm water. The location is on a narrow street, and in the night can be pretty scarry.

No toiletries in bathroom. No shower gel etc, soap bar was so tiny finished within few minutes of using it. Towel could be more soft bit rough..

Lugar escondido, riad mal conservado, faltava agua quente para banho no frio, banheiro sujo, zero profissional e nao coerente com as avaliacoes! Fiquei realmente decepcionada e acreditei na nota dada pelos hospedes e me dei super mal. Estranho as avaliacoes nao pontuarem tantos problemas!

The location and the stuff.

Nothing much only thing inside noise can go out and outside noise will come in easily, but this is not a problem as Riad has not many suits and each floor has max e suits I guess.

Large room and comfortable bed

My main problem is setting the price in Euros, then applying an inflated exchange rate, and being charged in local currency. This is obviously intentional to have the supposed price in MAD converted to EUR, and then back to MAD before actually paying. The shower was not good. The breakfast was below average. Using fake orange juice in this country does not make any sense.

Well situated in Medina

Although the check-in time was officially 2pm, our room was not ready until 3pm. We were left in the reception room without any information on how long we need to wait until our room is ready. Also, it was very cold in the room and the heating (AC) run all the time, but didn't heat up the room at all. On my birthday, we asked for eggs for breakfast but they just said, they don't have any. Quite disappointing for a booking in this category. Overall, little service- and customer-orientation.

The position and the lovely staff

Design, hospitality, helpful and welcoming staff especially Abdullah, night guard and kitchen staff.

AC/heater was not working well but the staff was willing to fix it, no garbage basket.

Everything during our stay was perfect. From the room to the staff! The cooking of Fatima was sublime, from breakfast with her sweet cakes, msemmen, to lunch with cous cous. Abdul was absolutely amazing, caring for all his guests, remembering every detail you ask him and helping you around the city. Absolutely a place where you would come back!
