Feeling like I was disturbing the attendant, even if he never made me feel that way. Just a different way of accessing our room.

Nel Riad Andamaure abbiamo pernottato due notti e siamo rimasti stupiti dalla gentilezza di tutto il personale. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa nostra! Grazie a ziki, si vede a prima vista che sei una persona speciale, grazie per l’accoglienza calorosa, per le chiacchere sull’Inter e per averci portato la colazione deliziosa su per la terrazza.. Grazie ad abdullah per averci fatto guardare la partita di calcio anche se non sapevi usare la tv nuova e grazie per il tè pomeridiano! La colazione era super con caffè, succo di frutta, dolcetti, crepes, muffin... La nostra stanza era super pulita ed entrambi i giorni abbiamo avuto asciugamani puliti a disposizione. Il secondo giorno dopo il check out abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie da loro un giorno intero e quando siamo tornati abbiamo potuto riposarci un po e usare il bagno per rinfrescarci prima della partenza. Un trattamento così è davvero una rarità, grazie a tutti voi, alla prossima sicuramente. Grazie da Luisa e Simone!

El trato recibido por el personal del hotel ha sido tan maravilloso que es algo que nunca olvidaremos ya que nunca lo habiamos vivido, muy por encima de lo habitual. Khadija nos trató como si fueramos de su propia familia, Zine exactamente igual de la misma manera, Samira y Souad son maravillosas al igual que Abdellah, atentos siempre para agradar nuestra experiencia. Ha sido una atención espectacular, han estado en todo momento pendientes de nosotros y de como podian mejorar nuestra estancia y darnos un mejor servicio, incluso implicándose y solucionando unos problemas personales que tuvimos, y accediendo gustosamente a cualquier petición que les realizamos, no tenemos palabras suficientes para agradecerles como se han portado con nosotros, nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, y de verdad que nos han hecho sentir como su propia familia. GRACIAS. El hotel es precioso, comodo, super limpio, muy tranquilo y en una zona muy tranquila, muy bien situado y muy cerquita de todo. Nos gestionaron todo, los taxis, las excursiones, los restaurantes, nos orientaron para visitar lo mejor de la ciudad. Cuando volvamos a Marrakech, sin duda ninguna que no buscaremos nada, nos alojaremos directamente alli, son maravillosas personas.

Nada, rotundamente nada en absoluto, es maravilloso, no puedo poner nada negativo, porque no lo ha habido,he estado pensando en algo que no nos gustara pero no lo hay, por lo que muchas felicidades a todas las personas que forrman el equipo humano ese hotel.

We loved everything about the property right from the time we were picked up at the airport at the beginning of our day and when we were returned to the airport at the end of our day. The location in the Medina was excellent, handy to the Souks and a great variety of local food stalls. We had one of the smaller rooms at the property which was perfectly adequate for our needs. The daily breakfast was delivered on the terrace at the top of the Riad which had exceptional views over the city itself. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Khadija (the manager) who responded to any request in such a helpful and friendly way - nothing was too much bother. Abdullah, Samira and Souad were also very helpful in providing service, cleaning and kitchen duties. The new owners, Jerome and Asmaa were also lovely and made sure that we were not disturbed too much by the renovations that were going on. We wish them well in their new venture and are sure that the new renovations will enhance and already awesome property. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay right in the centre of the action of the Medina.

I didn’t enjoy their breakfast. I felt that they didn’t give me any options and I don’t like sugary things or cakes or oversweetened pastries for breakfast. They didn’t have a huge option. The fruit was nice. The yoghurt was nice. I did complain after the second day cause I was tired of sugary bread for breakfast. You did have an option for omelette or scrambled eggs but I don’t eat eggs. I did ask them if I could just have a croissant in the morning which they did the following day but then they revert it back to their own ways which I didn’t enjoy so that was for me what I didn’t I do not like sugary things. but if you do the. this place would suit you in future they should allow there guest to choose not them choosing for you

We’re really going to miss this amazing riad. It is close to the main square, and all the main attractions, but surprising quiet and relaxing. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, as it wasn’t peak tourist season. Our room was lovely, and the A/C worked well, providing a welcome break from the heat of Marrakech. The best part was how attentive the team were. Always making sure we were okay, making us mint tea, and offering to organise tours and transfers for us. The view from the terrace is incredible, especially at sunset. The breakfasts were exceptional, and there are small birds to pick up the crumbs from the floor. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a unique experience in Marrakech.

Our stay at Dar Andamaure was amazing. We loved the beautiful, peaceful riad, as well as the incredible staff and service. Marie, Herve, Zine and Abdullah were all so attentive and welcoming - we were and are enamoured by all their efforts. The breakfast was equally as charming, with a variety of delicious fruits, yoghurts, eggs, breads, pastries, juices, teas, and coffees served on the rooftop daily. We also booked a private dinner, which was the tastiest of our entire trip! We can’t recommend staying at Dar Andamaure enough.

Absolument TOUT. Un grand merci pour l’accueil, nous ne rencontrons pas tous les jours des personnes aussi serviables, souriantes et généreuses. Marie, Hervé, Zine, Abdou, Samira et Khadija sont des gens adorables! Un grand Bravo pour votre professionnalisme! Le petit déjeuner est divin, la terrasse splendide (surtout le soir au coucher) Les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées. L’odeur de Fleur d’oranger embaume le Riad et c’est vrai plaisir olfactif. Nous allons vous recommander à beaucoup de monde!! El hotel es un oasis a 10 minutos de la Plaza principal de Marrakech. Es tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y todo el personal (y los dueños) hacen que en todo momento te sientas en casa. Los desayunos son fantásticos y el trato es genial. Lo recomendaría a todo el mundo que quiera pasar unos días en esta bulliciosa pero maravillosa ciudad.

Such a beautiful riad. Owners and staff so friendly and welcoming. Thank you. Rooftop was stunning day and night, spacious with spectacular views. The breakfast was scrumptious and so well presented. Our room was cute and clean.

The only small negative was the location- it was great being so close to the square and souks but it did involve a few hundred meter walk along very quiet unlit alleys. Just felt slightly edgy at night.

L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche des commodités et des principaux points d’intérêt et notamment de la Place Jemaa El Fna. L’accueil a été incroyable et très chaleureux. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Hervé pour son accueil et nous donnerions une mention spéciale à Abdullah et Zine qui ont été deux hôtes absolument parfaits du fait de leur disponibilité, leur attention et leur extrême gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. 😃 Nous recommandons cet établissement sans aucune hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour. The service by both owners and staff was excellent. We immediately felt welcome. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed. The Riad itself is in a great location, minutes from restaurants and the markets .

Nydelig frokost på takterrassen; alt ferskt og hjemmelaget, og med utsikt til Atlasfjellene. Takk for bursdagssang og kake ved første frokosten! Kan sterkt anbefale middag også på terrassen; svært stemningsfullt.

The staff’s attention to its guest far exceeds the Four Seasons. They are very friendly and will reply to any request immediately. Beautiful Riad and location. The value is very, very good. I would give it the highest recommendation. The food is 100% homemade and is of the highest quality and variety.

Gorgeous Riad with wonderful staff. So helpful, warm and friendly. Rooms were lovely. Loved the additional tea and coffee making facilities in the suite. Great for the 2am wake up for aussies when they first arrive and trying to adapt to the jet lag. Delicious breakfast. Great location.

Nous ne nous attendions pas à trouver un havre de paix aussi proche des souks. Mais le lieu n’est rien sans son personnel toujours souriant (même à 5h30 du matin avant de partir en excursion), toujours au petit soin, toujours de bon conseil. On ne s’est jamais aussi bien occupé de nous et on a passé un séjour incroyable grâce à vous 🙏🏽 ! Merci également à nos hôtes dont la passion a donnée ce lieu incroyable et pour leur gentillesse. Had the most amazing time in Marrakech made perfect by Abdullah, Zine and all the team at Dar Andamaure. What a gem of a place - tucked away but great location and only a short walk to the main square and souks. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant. Thank you!

Tanto Abdulá como Zine y el resto del equipo han hecho que nos sintiéramos como en casa, atentos en todo momento a nuestras necesidades. Las habitaciones están limpísimas y el desayuno en la terraza estupendo. El hotel está dentro de la medina, pero a pesar de ello es bastante tranquilo.

No hay nada de lo que nos podamos quejar, todo fue muy bien.

Everything, Marie and Here’ve arranged all our transport. The location is situated right in the heart of the medina. The hospitality provided by Zein, Marie and Herve is unmatched. The breakfast is homemade in house daily. The riad is spotlessly clean and comfortable, you are made to feel right at home.

Abdoula and Zine took such good care of us during our stay. They made sure our arrival & departure were stress free & we had everything we needed throughout. The Riad is beautiful with a peaceful, cosy atmosphere, even though it is located right in the medina. The breakfasts are also great. It was a brilliant end to our trip to Morocco.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail und einer sehr zentralen Lage. In keiner Unterkunft auf dieser Erde wurde so herzlich mit uns umgegangen wie in diesem Riad. Das gesamte Personal und das Ehepaar, welches dieses Riad besitzt, waren immer für uns da und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich, welches wir auf der sonnigen Dachterrasse genießen konnten. 24/7 hat man vor Ort einen freundlichen Ansprechpartner, der dir zu jeder Zeit die Tür öffnet. Somit haben wir uns auch sicher gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und super ruhig. Wir wurden von zwitschernden Vögeln und dem Gebetsruf geweckt - was schöneres gibt es nicht. Das Riad ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Jemaa el Fna entfernt. Verlässt man die Gasse der Unterkunft landet man direkt in den Straßen wo die ganzen Händler sind. Dort befindet sich auch ein größeres Restaurant, wo man gut und günstig lokales Essen genießen kann. Wir würden wieder diese Unterkunft wählen, wenn wir in Marrakesch sind.

The staff was amazing. Zine, Abdullah, and the other staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was very comfortable. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Also, breakfast was delicious. We had a very large spread to choose from.

The streets to get there can be a bit confusing and Google maps is not great with navigating the allies. This isn't the hotels fault of course, but I would recommend if you're lost asking for help at a cafe, etc. If people on the street offer to help they are likely scammers and will demand money for helping you. Do not trust them even if they say they don't want money. They'll pass you off to another person to "help" who will demand money.

I loved everything about this beautiful property, especially the staff. They are all so kind and helpful. The location was perfect, the breakfast delicious and the rooms beautiful

Die Lage ist perfekt - sehr gut zu erreichen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Jemaa El Fna Platz und trotzdem eine absolute Ruheoase. Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Auch die Dachterasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und wurde frisch zubereitet. Wir wurden von den Besitzern und den Mitarbeitern sehr herzlich empfangen - wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt!

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία, οι άνθρωποι ειναι όλοι πολυ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι. Η τοποθεσία πολυ βολική, παρόλο που ειναι στο κέντρο ειναι ήσυχα. Στο πρωινό ηταν όλα φρέσκα και χειροποίητα. . Καθαρό και πολυ όμορφο δωμάτιο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

This is a truly beautiful Dar in an ideal location close to the main square of Marrakesh where all the action happens. The staff were amazing, so helpful, accommodating and very friendly. We felt like we left family when we went home. A special shout out to Adbullah and Zini who looked after us so well. The rooms are beautiful and the chill out areas every where are so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked bread, cakes, biscuits and eggs. Also lots of different fruits with yoghurt each day. The ladies who did the cooking and cleaning also need a mention as they were so lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here you would not be disappointed.

We've just returned from a four night stay at Dar Andamaure. I can only echo all the previous glowing reviews the property has already received. It's an oasis of calm, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Marie & Herve are so friendly and helpful, and the staff are a real credit to them - particularly Zine, such a kind and caring man.

Die Lage des Dar Andamaure ist perfekt für die Erkundung von Stadt und ist gleichzeitig ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marie und Herve empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts von ihnen und ihrem Team bestes betreut. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl.

L'esperienza presso il Riad Andamaure è stata stupenda, l'attenzione ai dettagli nella cura del Riad, l'attenzione da parte dello staff a qualunque ora del giorno e della notte, sempre disponibili e pronti ad accoglierti con il tipico tè, sono proprio un toccasana dalla frenesia della medina di Marrakech. La colazione in terrazza è il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l'accortezza del servizio e le piccole differenze tra una colazione e l'altra, cambiando il tipo di frutta e il dolce finale. Il prezzo è totalmente giustificato da tutto il pacchetto offerto dalla struttura, stanza piccolina ma estremamente pulita (ogni giorno come fosse il primo) e curata nei minimi particolari.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima: la signora ci ha subito messe a nostro agio offrendoci una colazione meravigliosa, abbondante, cucinata sul momento, servita sulla terrazza. Le camere, pulitissime e curate in ogni minimo particolare, come tutta la struttura, rendono piacevole il rientro dopo una giornata trascorsa nel caos della Median. Lo staff è sinceramente gentile, attento ad ogni esigenza e pronto rispondere ad ogni domanda. Il silenzio e il relax che si gode entrando al Dar Andamaure è impagabile: il canto degli uccelli, le piante, l'acqua che scorre danno la sensazione di essere in un altro mondo. E' facilmente raggiungibile dal centro della Medina, anche se all'arrivo sembra di perdersi nel labirinto del suk. Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista a 360° sulla città e sul Monte Atlante. Nel caso di mal tempo la colazione viene servita all'interno, bellissimo e confortevole. Si percepisce un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, davvero un ottimo soggiorno! Grazie ai proprietari e a tutto lo staff :)

Beautifully restored, calm and peaceful. We loved returning here after a day in the hustle and bustle of the city. There were several relaxing seating areas and a log fire to sit by on chilly days. Breakfast on the roof terrace with views of the snow-capped Atlas mountains was unforgettable. Our room was also very comfortable and well appointed. The evening meal we had there on our first night was delicious and better than our other meals in nearby restaurants. The established team at Dar Andamaure could not have done more to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. Lovely people.

Nuestra estancia en este riad fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, cercano y siempre atento a cada detalle, cuidando de que no nos faltara absolutamente nada durante toda la estancia. El riad es precioso, con un ambiente encantador y lleno de detalles que lo hacen muy especial. La habitación era fantástica: cómoda, cuidada al máximo y decorada con muchísimo gusto. Cada rincón del lugar transmite tranquilidad y belleza. El desayuno fue otro de los grandes momentos del día: abundante, delicioso y preparado con mucho cariño. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que ponen en todo. Queremos agradecer de corazón a todo el equipo por su hospitalidad, su profesionalidad y por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que visite Marrakech.

Fantastic location, only a short walk to the main square. Inside it was calm and serene with a great rooftop! The staff were lovely; Herve and Marie always had time to discuss recommendations on food and drink, and we were well looked after by Zinn and Abdullah no matter the time of day. They were always willing to discuss local culture which added greatly to our stay. Oh, and the breakfast was always varied and fresh. We would 100% recommend!

Great location. Near everything but quiet. Beautifully restored with lovely decorative touches, old world charm. Super comfortable and the nicest owners and staff. Rooftop perfect for breakfast and relaxing.

Our five-day stay at this Riad was absolutely perfect. Its central location, right in the heart of the Medina, allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture and energy of Marrakech. The hospitality was the highlight of our trip. The owners and the entire staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like part of the family from day one. We want to give a special mention to Zine, who was wonderful: he was always there to greet us with a warm welcome in the morning and upon our return each evening, consistently remembering our personal tastes and preferences at breakfast. The food was excellent—the breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a fantastic, traditional Moroccan couscous for dinner. The rooms are beautiful and kept spotlessly clean with daily service. We also loved the large terrace, which is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy breakfast outdoors. Logistics were seamless as the owners organized our airport taxis for both arrival and departure. A truly complete and exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Alles! Super gemütliches Bett, schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (jeden Tag frisches, abwechselndes Obst z.B.) nettes Personal, top Lage! Das Riad ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten gut schlafen, toller Kaffee! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und unglaublich lieb. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder!

Riad molto bello e ben curato. Personale molto cordiale e attento sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste. La colazione è completa con frutta, yogurt, omelette e the o caffè consumata in terrazza con vista. Abbiamo anche cenato 2 volte all'interno del Riad e la qualità del cibo è molto buona, spesso decisamente migliore rispetto a ciò che si trova nei ristoranti in strada. La camera l'aziza è molto bella e spaziosa. Le foto del sito non le rendono giustizia. Il letto è estremamente comodo

Exceptional Riad with exceptional staff. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. If you have an early start for the airport or a trip they will try and sort you an early breakfast. Near all that Marrakesh has to offer but tucked away so you can find peace and quiet. Marie and her team are always on hand to give advice and recommend places to go. The upper terrace provides lovely views and a great place to relax of an evening.

Exceptional stay 🤩 Our stay at Riad Andamaure was absolutely wonderful. The riad is beautiful, full of authentic Moroccan charm and stunning details. The staff was outstanding — extremely friendly, supportive, and always available to help. They truly made our stay special. Everything was impeccably clean, and the room was a real delight — immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb — fresh, varied, and delicious. I couldn’t recommend it more!

It was located a 6 min walk from the main square and a true hidden riad. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was so sweet and accommodating, would highly recommend.

Todo! Trato perfecto incluso antes de llegar ya que nos proporcionaron un transfer gratuito desde el aeropuerto. El trato tanto de Marie como de Abdulá fue perfecto y atento desde el primer minuto. Habitación confortable y limpia. Mención especial a los desayunos que eran exquisitos y abundantes. Repetiremos sin duda
