la zona de alrededor esta muy fea mucho indigente y muy sucias las calles, esta cerca de la terminal, pero hubiera preferido estar mas retirado que soportar los alrededores, sucios, banquetas orinadas con mucha basura, si daba miedo caminar, nos apresurabamos a llegar para entrar en el hotel porque alrededores muy desagradables, no regresaria solo por eso.

Mi problema fue por servicio de mantenimiento, tuve problemas con la ducha y el último día, solo agua fría. Solicité un auto en recepción para ir al aeropuerto, lo esperé casi 1/2 hora y no llegó. Otro comentario, el uso del ascensor por personal del hotel ( con toallas y elementos de limpieza ) en el horario del desayuno.
El servicio de mantenimiento, por mi experiencia personal. El día de la tormenta, necesitaba una ducha caliente, pero, solo salía agua fría. Reclamé a recepción y el Sr. que vino me dijo “ espere 10 minutos “, lo que, no sirvió para que viniera el agua caliente.

Eau froide tout le long du séjour dans la chambre mais quand je dis froide c’est glacée. Chambre côté rue très bruyante toute la nuit il y a du bruits en plus des travaux en bas de l’hotel …. heureusement que nous étions en famille et que nous avions deux chambres nous prenions la douche dans l’autre chambre où il y avait de l’eau chaude .

USB A & C would be helpful bedside for travellers.

But the food was still OK Staff were friendly and the hotel was in a great location for both the train terminal and hop on hop off bus so it suited us perfectly

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026A localização é excelente, perto do transporte para qualquer lugar. Tem elevador, o que é um ponto importante. O quarto é limpo, com ar condicionado, cama confortável, frigobar. O café da manhã é muito bom.
Por ser no centro da cidade e próximo da rodoviária, a rua é barulhenta e é um lugar que exige atenção contra pickpockets.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Excellent location. Large room, large bed, fair amount of hanging space, large ensuite, good water pressure in the shower, clean. Good bar fridge. Breakfast room and breakfasts very good. Larger than usual lifts.
Toilet had very poor flushing ability - couldn’t work out whether it was the design or a water pressure issue. The light switches were confusing as to which switch turned what lights on and off. We worked it out after a couple of days, maybe.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία. Ακριβώς κάτω από το Roma Termini. Τα πάντα δίπλα ή/και σε απόσταση βολής. Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές κ ψυγείο καλό που είναι δυσεύρετο στην Ρώμη γενικά.
Πρώτον η αντιμετώπιση του προσωπικού ήταν διεκπεραιωτικη. Την περίμενα πιο φιλική κ ζέστη. Δεύτερον υπήρχε θέμα με την ροή του νερού στο καζανάκι. Τρίτον το νερό στο ντουζ ήταν καυτό. Υπήρχε σοβαρό θέμα στην επαναφορά του στο κρύο. Κ πέσαμε σε ημέρες καύσωνα..

Desde el primer dia no funcionaba la tele. La ducha salia solo por un lado y quemando siempre. No se podia regular. El vater se atascaba todo el rato y tardan mucho en arreglar todo. Para nada un 4 estrellas. Sobrevalorado No lo recomiendo a nadie.

O único ponto negativo na nossa estadia foi o ar condicionado que não funcionou bem.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026This hotel is great! The AC was an issue and they changed our rooms. It is very close to train station and good food. It is very touristy area so lots of places to buy snacks and supplies. Great breakfast, friendly staff! This is the second time we stayed here.
Probably better to not come during Jul-August. It is too hot anywhere you go!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Localização, apesar de as redondezas haver população de rua, conseguimos nos locomover bem para todos os pontos turísticos, sem intercorrências. O fato de ser perto da estação Roma Termini foi muito positivo para o deslocamento. Café da manhã estava excelente, com muitas variedades. O quarto era bem espaçoso. Elevador ajuda com as malas. Ar condicionado funcionou bem. E os amenities era um grande diferencial, pensam em tudo, até em esponja para limpar o tênis, que fica sujo depois de caminhar pelo Monte Palatino e Foro Romano.
Banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Faz uma molhadeira horrível. A banheira só atrapalha para quem usa o chuveiro. Após caminhar o dia inteiro, suar e chegar ao hotel à noite para tomar banho, em todos os dias da estadia só havia água gelada no chuveiro o que foi um ponto extremamente negativo, pois não paguei hotel para tomar banho gelado. Ao contatar os funcionários, nada resolveram sobre isso, só disseram que a água quente voltaria durante a madrugada. Precisei esperar até 2h da manhã para conseguir tomar banho quente. O hotel é ótimo, mas isso foi algo muito desagradável e que me chateou.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Wir waren sehr zufrieden: das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam, das ganze Hotel sauber und die Lage für uns perfekt (Bahnhofsgegend ist natürlich etwas "lebhafter", aber uns war die Nähe zu Termini wichtig - unwohl oder unsicher haben wir uns jedoch nicht gefühlt).
Wir hatten um ein Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten gebeten - leider waren es 2 Doppelbetten mit je nur einer großen Decke. Fanden unsere Kinder nicht ganz so prickelnd 😉 Allerdings waren die Beiden abends so platt, dass sie trotzdem gut geschlafen haben...

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to Roma Termini, which provided convenient access to local and regional transport. The station also has a shopping mall, restaurants, cafés and a supermarket, while the surrounding area offered plenty of additional dining options. This was particularly convenient during our stay, as temperatures reached around 40°C and it was preferable to remain close to the hotel. The room was spacious, with a comfortable large bed. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature despite the extreme heat outside. The bathroom was clean and everything was in good working order. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel operates a 24-hour reception desk, which was particularly useful as we checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 3:30am. The reception staff were always happy to assist with any issues and answered all our questions. The breakfast staff were equally friendly and helpful.
We couldn’t understand why there were lightbulbs in some places but no switches for them or why the thermostat for the air conditioning did not work.

Si me apuras, y por decir algo, el entorno de la ubicación del hotel está bastante dejado, pero algo habitual el Roma, que exceptuando el centro histórico suele ser bastante sucia.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Even if the location was not the best with the surroundings didn't seem very safe it worked perfectly for us since we needed to be close to the train station which was right across the street. Room and bathroom was specious.
The bathroom tub was leaking water from the bottom left. The AC was not acting quick enough to adjustments. The location didn't seem very safe for families especially at nighttime. Staff was ok but not very attentive to questions.

Niente, non ho trovato pecche da segnalare a parte che nel bagno c'è la vasca e per farsi la doccia si deve scavallare...una persona poco agile o con i piedi bagnati magari ha un pochino di difficoltà...magari se ci saranno dei lavori da fare sostituire la vasca con una doccia

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Lo modernas que eran las habitaciones. Pedimos una habitación interior por ir con un bebé y cumplieron nuestra petición.
No había microondas, lo cual es incomodo si viajas con bebés… Luego el barrio. Definitivamente los hoteles y restaurantes tienen que ponerse serios y hacer que las autoridades hagan algo con los mendigos y delincuentes. La gente no puede vivir en ese estado ni se puede consentir que te persiga un carterista, que además se les nota a leguas que lo son.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026L'emplacement est excellent, juste à côté de la gare. On a un accès très pratique au métro, aux trains et au train direct pour l'aéroport. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. L'établissement est propre et bien entretenu. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement, la qualité de son personnel et sa facilité d'accès aux transports.
Malheureusement, le quartier est assez mal fréquenté, avec de nombreuses personnes sans-abri et des personnes semblant consommer des drogues, ce qui peut être désagréable, surtout le soir. De plus, le joint de la douche, au bord de la baignoire dans ma chambre, laissait passer l'eau, ce qui provoquait une fuite sur le sol de la salle de bain.

Location is next to a very busy intersection with many outside vendors, so there is noise outside as they set up in early morning. Also, our shower did not work but we were there for only one night so I presume they fixed that as we mentioned it to them on our way out.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The reception staff were really ok. We wanted twin beds,but the bed was made up as a double . Reception provided single sheets for us for the first night until housekeeping remade the beds.
The aircon didn't work very well and the lighting switches were strange. There was no logic over how they worked! One day the water was being turned off after breakfast and the following day there was no hot water

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026היתרון המרכזי של המלון הוא המיקום המצוין, בסמוך לתחנת הרכבת. מעבר לכך, חוויית השהייה הייתה סבירה בלבד. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה ולא מגוונת, ובחדר האוכל היה ריח לא נעים שפגע בחוויית הארוחה. הריח היה כה משמעותי, שביום השני לשהותנו החלטנו שלא להיכנס כלל לחדר האוכל.
ביום הראשון להגעתנו קיבלנו חדר שבו המזגן לא פעל, לא היו מים חמים במקלחת והכספת לא הייתה תקינה. לצערנו, נאלצנו להישאר בתנאים אלו במהלך הלילה הראשון, ורק ביום למחרת הועברנו לחדר חלופי. בעקבות כך שלחתי מכתב תלונה להנהלת המלון, אך עד לרגע זה לא קיבלתי כל מענה או התייחסות לנושא. אשמח לקבל את התייחסותכם ולוודא שהמקרה יטופל בהקדם.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Localização estratégica, junto a estação Roma Termini, embora a zona esteja caótica pela presença de vendedores ambulantes. Bom pequeno-almoço almoço. Quarto climatizado, bem insonorizado e com cofre.
Zona do duche mal vedada, a água escorre pelo pavimento. Ocorreram falhas de energia pontuais.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα από τον κεντρικό σταθμό Termini αλλά υπήρχε τεράστιος συνωστισμός στην περιοχή και φασαρία εξαιτίας αυτού,
Ακριβώς έξω και δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν υπαίθρια σταντ που πουλούσαν ρούχα και μικρά αντικείμενα αλλά υπήρχε πολλή ακαθαρσία λόγω του μεγάλου συνωστισμού και των fast food.Το δωμάτιο που μας δώσανε αρχικά δεν δούλευε καλά το air conditioning και μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο αναβαθμίζοντας μας σε σουίτα. Παρόλα αυτά και στο 2ο δωμάτιο πάλι το ένα από τα 2 air conditioning δεν δούλευε με αποτέλεσμα και πάλι να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο. Ευτυχώς τα air conditioning δούλευαν κανονικά στο τρίτο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν αλλά δυστυχώς το νερό δεν ήταν ζεστό στο ένα από τα 2 bathrooms.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Amazing location. Minutes from transportation hub for bus,and train. Plenty of restaurants in and shops in walking distance. Free breakfast.
Stains on carpet, a.c. barely kept up with heat wave. Noisy from street late at night. Area is sketchy with lots of homeless, but they are everywhere Rome. Be alert for pick pockets. Toilet did not flush well and wobbled when you sat on it. The free breakfast was good but identical every day so after 5 nights we were over it.

Booked two rooms, one was perfectly ok. The second room had some electricity and air-conditioning issues (during heat wave) which was raised with the staff on several occasions. Electricity was fixed, air-conditioning questions were never attended to and no solutions offered.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Very close to Roma Termini. I was a little concerned about that because I had read reviews about the noise bad neighborhood. We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear anything.
The shower was extremely difficult to figure out how to turn on. Took me and husband 10 minutes and had to go to son’s room and help them with theirs! Door knob came off in my hand from the inside. But they quickly sent someone up to fix it
