La habitación muy grande. La cama tiene un tamaño muy grande KING SIZE. La ducha de la habitación muy cómoda y agradable. Vistas espectaculares. Proximidad a la playa. Desayuno buffet con todo lo que puedes imaginar.

Parking un poco caro, no hicimos uso de él. Aparcamos lejos y no utilizamos el coche. El Sky Bar no es de acceso libre, se debe realizar una consumición mínima de unos 9€

Desayuno de lujo super variado. Calidad excelente de los productos. Vistas magníficas de la habitación 2301. Terraza enorme. Habitación super grande. Piscina grande. Servicios un 10 en todo el personal y la estancia. Cuidan mucho al cliente.

Refrigeración inexistente en zonas comunes y comedor.

La atención recibida por parte de todo el personal del hotel en todos los ámbitos, muy educados y profesionales, con una mención especial a Elena de recepción, una mujer atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en lo necesario. Las vistas de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama y la limpieza y poder desayunar en tu propia terraza. En el Skybar tienen una carta exquisita de cócteles (recomiendo el Piruleta Sour si te gusta dulce).

La piscina tiene las hamacas muy juntas y la piscina de "adultos" es algo pequeña ya que el hotel está como más ambientador para familias con lo que la piscina grande está pensada para los niños.

El alojamiento es espectacular. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso 27 Las vistas son increíbles. Pasamos una semana estupenda allí

The pool never felt like a relaxed space. Often windy, exposed, a bit cramped. But the kids loved the bouncy play pool and pool party events.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were modern and well appointed- and our balcony on level 21 - had a beautiful view and was very spacious. The mini kitchen area was superb ! The staff were very approachable and well trained in customer service . Couldn’t fault anything in the main facility at all . Only small criticism was that the children’s entertainment was in a separate wing adjoined to the hotel - meaning the show , mini disco etc were in a small windowless room, with rowed folding seating, and no facilities or bar service etc. It really made you feel that if you had children- you were segregated off from the rest of the hotel. Normally we stay in hotels where the entertainment is at the heart/ hub of the entire facility - which unfortunately was not the case in Suitopia . We didn’t go there much - as what parent wants to spend their holiday evening in a dismal room . One of us took our kids when their was something on they wanted to see - then we left

Es un hotel lleno de niños con sus padres .Con mucha gente .En el comedor al desayuno … colas para todo y niños corriendo. La piscina a rebosar de gente y niños . El agua regular y cierran pronto. Los chicos te echan. También han mandado a las 12 una camarera para avisar de q era hora de irse.

It is a hotel that goes above your expectations. Never have I been to a hotel three times and still wishing to go back. Besides.comfy beds and lots.of activities for kids, what is special are the little details they prepare in order to make you feel welcome.and special. This.time I went there on my birthday and found a pleasant surprise in my room. The hotel staff was great as well!

Everything was perfect

We went with our 7 year old and 4 year old for a week and had the best time. As soon as we walked into the room at 3am we were all pretty shocked at how big and nice it was. We immediately felt comfortable and like we were somewhere special with all of the little extras in the room such as pillow menus, pillow spray, fruit juice, fruit and toiletries. The balcony was massive with 2 comfy loungers and a table and a stunning view, even from floor 8! We were in room 805 and could see the big rock off to the side, along with the beach right in front of us. Room was very clean. Large double shower and a bath. The bed was also very big and the black out blinds made it possible to get lots of long lies. The room had netflix, Disney etc which was ideal when needing a bit of a chill with kids. I wouldn't take toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, shower gel or shampoo as all provided and of high quality. The pool area is great for kids but also for a couple wanting to just relax in a nice pool area. Strangely, the pool was never busy and no matter what time we went there was loads of sun loungers. Possibly as we went at the start of the Scottish school holidays. The bouncy pillow was a hit with our kids and the two slides in the water park were really good too. I loved that the pool area was not tiled. It felt very safe. People had previously wrote reviews about not enough parasols, however, if you ask they will put one up for you. The pool bar was fab too with lovely staff. A must try is the patatas bravas! Our only fault on our whole stay was that the main pool was shut on 2 occasions and the bouncy pillow on another due to someone being sick in the pool (and not telling anyone) and a baby having an accident in the pool. Unsure why the bouncy pillow was closed, we didn't want to know. We however felt that this was parents being irresponsible, rather than the staffs fault. Saying that, we did feel that after these incidents the pool staff were constantly round the pool monitoring it more which was great to see. The buffet was very nice and comfortable. Lovely decor. The food and selection was really good and we had absolutely no complaints about the food at all. Breakfast had lots of choice, fresh fruit and pastries were more our choice, along with nice fresh health juices. Dinner was always different and again really nice. The staff were all very helpful and removed your plates quickly. Only slight downfall was dinner not starting until 8pm which is quite late for kids but this could be a culture thing so we just adapted to it. I can't comment on the kids club or entertainment as we didn't use them. Seemed like a good kids programme but mine didn't fancy going. Entertainment in the evening wasn't on until 1030 so I would say if you usually enjoy that then be prepared for nothing until then. We preferred to go a walk along the promenade which was 2mins outside the hotel. Ideal location! The whole feeling of the hotel was just lovely. Water and sweets available in reception was a nice touch. We went to the sky bar most nights and it was beautiful! Would highly recommend the tropical daiquiri. The views were amazing and the interior felt special. The spa was also a hit for us. Over 4s are allowed to go in the morning so we booked a morning for the 4 of us to use the facilities and it was so good. The kids loved the novelty of it and it got us out the sun for a morning too. It wasn't too busy and obviously if you want to go and not risk having any kids in then book the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to go back

A quality hotel fully loving up to its four star rating. Rooms are spacious with good air con and massive comfy beds. The double shower was a cool touch too. The sky bar was epic. High prices but that’s to be expected you’re paying for the view! Pool was brilliant and our daughter loved the jumping pillow. Some people have said the pool and pool area was cold. There seems to be some kind of wind tunnel created by the high buildings. We loved it as it made it comfortable to sit in the full sun in the full heat of July but I can see in autumn or spring it might be chilly. The hotel staff were all friendly and provided a great service. Lots of nice touches like pillow spray, early evening snacks at the bar and early check out breakfast laid out. Will be coming back

We are staying at this hotel as enjoining every single mili second. After 2 unsuccessful all inclusive holidays, me and my partner decided to try bed and breakfast. The first look at our room, took our breathe out, and once we got out to the balcony, the views hypnotised us completely. The 24th floor opens all Calpe from the right and left. You forgetting all your troubles, needs, desires, you just live in the moment. Th3 staff are amazing, good is 5 star hotel worth. After 9 days staying here still dont understand why hotel starred only 4 stars. Room service is stunning, the hair conditioner what they leave you in the room makes your hair is 100 times slkier than any professional treatments. Should I come back here again ? Surely YES. Should I recommend this hotel in Calpe ? The only one and nothing else Yes !!!! I never leave the reviews, but this stay was just too great, not to leave my word in. With love Viktorija & Eugen

We are here now, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are luxurious & can’t be faulted, the pool perfect for families with babies like ours or couples alike. We wondered about the “kitchen facilities” To clarify there is a kitchen area with a sink, cooker/microwave, fridge/freezer & dishwasher. The sink is usable but everting else is locked unless you pay the supplement. Worth it if you have kids. Great location, the beach is a stones throw away. Drinks expensive at the pool bar but we expected this with such a high quality hotel. All In all a fab hotel

The hotel really was impressive. Our room had a fantastic balcony and sea view. Food was really good and staff friendly and hardworking. lovely extra touches like the free jellies and the games room. The main pool was lovely but cold. Great location near to shops, restaurants and beach. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the infinity pool. It really was a lovely pool and heated but needs to have an age restriction. It was like an unsupervised creche. Full of very young kids squealing and splashing and not being supervised at all. We just avoided in the end as was unbearable. Such a shame

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came as a family of 3 our daughter is 5 and it was her first time abroad. The hotel is stunning, clean, really think about the small things like the fresh water and sweets by reception. The room was probably the nicest we've ever stayed in. Very spacious, big balcony with 2 loungers and a table & chairs. Bed was huge and very comfortable! Double shower in the bathroom was great for getting the little one showered. The sea view was a bonus we hadnt paid for and really got lucky there. Ive never stayed in a hotel that provides water bottles and pineapple juice daily, usually just get the ones provided first day but these were topped up daily. Along with the nibbles and dominoes game on arrival in the room. Robes and slippers. Couldnt have asked for more. Plenty to choose from food wise, brilliant service from all the staff. Right by the beach with plenty of nice places to eat and shops along the promenade. The ONLY thing we had issue with was the amount of umbrellas in comparison to the beds. No problem at all getting a sun lounger even though it was half term. But getting an umbrella there was barely any. Which isnt great when youve got kids with you. And the pool was far too cold. The smaller pool is warmer so that was nice but its small and everyone gravitates there due to the main one being so cold. More umbrellas and trying to warm the main pool up a bit would make a huge difference and go from a 9/10 to a 10/10. That said, already planning our next holiday there!

We stayed at ESTIMAR Suitopia and overall had a good experience. The hotel is modern and well maintained, with high-quality furnishings throughout. We had a sea-view suite, which was spacious, comfortable and offered excellent views. The staff were helpful and professional throughout our stay, and the rooms were of a very good standard. My main criticism concerns the smaller pool near the bar. In my view, this pool should be adults-only, particularly given the drop down to the road at one end. While there is a larger main pool available, adults also need a quieter space to relax. During our stay, the smaller pool was often crowded with children, likely because the water was warmer, which made it difficult for adults to enjoy the area. This would be a significant factor in deciding whether to return. The hotel has many positive features, but I would be more inclined to book again if the smaller pool were designated as an adults-only area. Overall, a good hotel with helpful staff, excellent rooms and suites, but the pool arrangements could be improved.

Freezing cold pool ruined an otherwise lovely stay . We booked this hotel mainly for the pool facilities as they would be perfect for our 6 and 8 year old. Unfortunately the main pool and the water feeding the bounce mat, and slide zone was freezing cold. I don’t mean a bit chilly, I mean my 6 year old came out blue after 10 minutes cold. Luckily, there was one other small pool that benefitted from full sun all day long and this was slightly warmer. However, this also meant the entire hotel was trying to use it, making it rather packed. All in all, this highly impacted the fun we were able to have on holiday. Yes, we went the beach but we booked this hotel for the pool facilities and the cost of the holiday was a reflection of the supposedly superior pool arrangements. A huge disappointment for all. Numerous complaints were made to staff, understandably there wasn’t anything they could do. I hope the hotel decides to invest in some technology to warm the pool up - if they want any repeat business or word of mouth recommendations.

We came to this hotel as a family with children aged 14, 6, and 6 months old. The hotel itself is very good. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms are excellent, particularly when travelling with a baby, and we found them spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the main disappointment for us was the pool area. The large pool on the first floor is poorly designed and can become extremely windy. The main swimming pool takes up around 50% of the space, but it is so cold that hardly anyone uses it. There is a smaller pool near the pool bar which is much warmer, but it becomes overcrowded because everyone gravitates towards it. The pool rules are also very restrictive. The lifeguards seem more focused on enforcing rules than creating a family-friendly atmosphere. There is no jumping into the pools, no ball games (even with small balls), no inflatables, no music, and no organised activities such as water polo or aqua aerobics. For our family, spending time around the pool is a major part of our holiday, and we are used to hotels where the entertainment team helps create a fun and lively atmosphere. The hotel does not offer an all-inclusive option. Drinks are reasonably priced, with a beer and cocktail costing around €18, but this can quickly add up. One issue that particularly disappointed us was the kitchen facilities. When booking through Jet2, the photos clearly showed a kitchen area, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel as we were travelling with a baby. However, upon arrival we were informed that use of the kitchen came at an additional charge. We therefore had to pay an extra €170 to access facilities we believed were included. The kitchen operates on a separate electrical supply from the room, allowing the hotel to activate or deactivate the appliances as required. Overall, this is a good-quality hotel with excellent staff and accommodation. However, I would recommend it more to adults or couples looking for a quiet, upmarket, and relaxing holiday. Families with children who enjoy a fun and lively pool environment may find it less suitable.

La Suite y sus vistas.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with sea view. Outstanding views! We were on the 26th floor which felt so high, but the views were excellent. The rooms are like an apartment with separate bedroom, lounge room, kitchenette, small dining area and a bathroom with large shower, tub and a separate toilet. The balcony is huge with a table and 2 chairs. The breakfast was great with so much variety, but don't go too late or you may encounter a line-up. Car park is underneath with entrance right beside the hotel and the hotel give you a voucher for cheaper parking. Easy to get in and out of. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the location was great, handy to the promenade and walkable to the Old Town - would highly recommend this hotel.

They say that all super heroes don't wear capes, never a truer word when it comes to Ablaye and Emma from this hotel! we arrived at this hotel 3.30 am on the 14th of May having had our flight delayed and unable to access our Airbnb rental, we were due to attend my nephews wedding that day 14.00hrs. I was so stressed and upset, Ablaye tried to ring my host to no avail. They were nearly fully booked. But Ablaye found a room to accommodate us and Emma went up and prepared it for us. You could not have been kinder to us and for that we are forever grateful, even the staff when we were checking out the next day were so lovely. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and I really hope I can revisit this hotel in a less stressful manner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Just returned from holiday for a week. Hotel is very clean and the staff were so nice, especially the pool bar staff. Our room was amazing as we were on the 28 floor and the view was spectacular. The breakfast has so much choice we had something different every day. The location is great for the beach and all the restaurants. There are two pools and a children’s area. The infinity pool is heated and is amazing. If you want to visit Calpe stay at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Again an amazing stay. The perfect location for a celebration.

We stayed here for a 6 night break as a family of 2 adults and 3 children ages 11,11&15. The hotel decor was fresh, nice scent and calming interiors. The room itself had a sea view, large balcony, one large room with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and a camp bed. We used the kitchen area at extra cost mainly for the fridge. Breakfast was delicious with ample variety of fruit, breads, cheeses, eggs, fresh orange juice and more. The kids enjoyed the pool area and popped into the kids club briefly a couple of times. Location is close to town centre, sea and plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. Housekeeping daily was immaculate. Husband and daughter brought their bikes and found plenty of nice routes with climbing nearby. Plenty of space to store bikes in room or on balcony. The Sky bar was a nice experience one evening for the views, cocktails & atmosphere. All in all a great trip!

A little bit too child friendly, but that's just a personal choice - the hotel was excellent.

Very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Nice staff, good pool area, short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Big balcony with seating area and sun beds. I also tried the spa, it was a little expensive for the value of the massage I had. It was not the best. Either way I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Voor onze twee kinderen stond er drinken, wat lekkers, fruit en een spelletje klaar, echt leuk geregeld. De kamer is ruim, balkon is top en de dubbele douche is ook erg fijn. Ontbijt is wel druk, maar wordt goed bijgehouden dus je grijpt nergens mis. Locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum

Buena atención en el check-in y check-out, agradezco el upgrade que me ofrecieron, desayuno espectacular con surtido y calidades altas además de un personal agradable y eficiente, camas, almohadas, sábanas , toallas geniales, hotel silencioso, y en general cumple si te gusta el tipo de hotel grande y sin mucha alma. El gym bastante bien para ser un hotel.

Es algo particular y subjetivo pero la decoración (yo le doy mucha importancia) me pareció horrorosa, las habitaciones al puro estilo middle east, las luces de todo blancas, lacas blancas en carpinteria, simil piel en sofás cabeceros, paredes de espejos ...ufffff, detalles de acabados muy justos por falta de mantenimiento, como juntas en aseos, puertas de armarios que rozan por no ajustar, etc, etc.... La zona de piscina aunque no la usamos me pareció muy fea sin sombras, inhóspita, cesped artificial de colores imposibles. Ya digo que es subjetivo y que habrá gente que le parezca maravilloso, pero en mi opinión al decorador, asesor o quien fuese que para la próxima no lo llamen más. Pedí un calentador de agua y me pidieron un depósito de 20 euros (en serio !!!), la pequeña cocina que venía en la habitación no tenía ninguna dotación cosa que no entiendo.

Pyszne śniadania i bardzo przestronna restauracja - nie było tłumów i można było spokojnie zacząć dzień. Pokoje są bardzo duże - spora sypialnia i salon połączony z aneksem kuchennym. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze z dużym balkonem, na którym był stolik z krzesłami i dwa leżaki. Bardzo fajny zestaw do odpoczynku w słońcu. Hotel jest położony w drugiej linii brzegowej, przy plaży i wokół sporej liczby restauracji.

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z aneksem kuchennym, ale okazało się, że za prąd do podłączenia lodówki czy zmywarki trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić. Basen wewnętrzny był dostępny tylko w ramach pakietu Spa – dodatkowo płatny. Na zewnątrz tylko 1 mały basen miał wodę podgrzewaną – w kwietniu tylko odporne na zimno dzieci pływały w tym basenie, bo woda mimo wszystko była dość chłodna. Wokół basenu było może kilkanaście leżaków, więc, jak na tak duży hotel, było to niewystarczająco.

Piekny apartament. Super widok, wszystko na najwyzszym poziomie, sniadanie przepyszne minusza to ze trzeba placic za basen, wlaczenie lodowki.
