Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The hotel is amazing, beuatiful, spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and landmarks.
Breakfast was good, but for a hotel of this standard, we felt that it could have been better. We also missed having a gym at the hotel, or alternatively an arrangement with a nearby fitness center for guests.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026I put 4 stars because they lost 2of my tshirts in the laundry. It was the last day, I didn’t open the very nice package they send me and I notice in Venice. I call them and they say I didn’t send them. It was very frustrating. I wait until the last day to continue traveling with clean clothes and I continue with less clothes .

Broneeringut tehes andsin teada, et meil on 7.07 20-nes pulma-aastapäev ja 5* tasemega hotelli juures oleks oodanud, et seda ka hotelli poolt meele peetakse. Meil oli broneeritud 2 Deluxe sviiti ja selle toa pildid on kodulehel ja Bookingus eksitavad, ses piltidel on see tuba rõduga, aga meie reaalsus oli see, et kardinaid eest ei saanud tõmmata, sest vastasmaja aknad vaatasid otse tuppa ning puudus igasugune privaatsus. See rikkus kogu üldmulje ja pigem ei soovinud toas rohkem olla, kui ainult magada. Sellise tasemega hotellis peaks hommikusöögil a’la carte menüüvalikud kuuluma hommmikusöögiga majutushinna sisse, mitte olema lisatasu eest.

Would have liked another chair in the room as one of us had to sit on the bed. It took 4 days to finally got a second chair. Have dinner there once only as they charged 10 Euros for a plain glass of water

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026First of all, I would like to thank the staff for letting us check in much earlier. Amazing room, spotlessly clean. The staff's behavior was also excellent.Not to forget to say that it is in a very good location with all the options very close by.
The breakfast was very poor in options considering the overall quality of the hotel and the cost.

Świetna lokalizacja – w samym sercu miasta, a jednocześnie przy spokojnej ulicy, co pozwala naprawdę odpocząć po intensywnym dniu zwiedzania. Atmosfera miejsca jest elegancka, ale naturalna i niewymuszona, a obsługa bardzo pomocna i profesjonalna. To jedno z tych miejsc, które sprawiają, że pobyt w Rzymie staje się jeszcze przyjemniejszy – zdecydowanie mój ulubiony hotel w tym mieście. Przy okazji gorąco polecam pobliską restaurację EMME Restaurant – doskonała kuchnia, świetna atmosfera i bardzo dobry poziom kulinarny. Idealne miejsce na kolację po dniu spędzonym w Rzymie.

We arrived at 2 PM and were asked to wait until 3 PM for check-in. When we came back at 3 PM, the room was still not ready and we were asked to wait another 30 minutes. On our checkout day, we received several calls before 12 PM asking us to check out, without any consideration of the delay we faced during check-in. Additionally, the checkout bill was incorrect.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025The location was excellent. Near to the Spanish Steps, 2 metro lines and shopping area of Rome yet far enough away to steer clear of the crowds. Suites were beautiful and large for Rome. Attention to detail everywhere you turn.
The porter service needs to be improved.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025The hotel is beautiful and the materials in the rooms of extremely high quality. The suite we had was spacious and luxurious and half the price of the other hotels we considered. Location is perfect. I stay in some of the best hotels in the world with work and pleasure and this exceeded all my expectations.
I could not fault the hotel at all.

The room we took (104) is a great room but there is a staff room right next to our door. We kept hearing them talking and closing and opening the door. A little noisy during the evening but at midnight everything was quiet and good

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Honestly would stay at this hotel a million times over. I loved the location, good walking distance to all the stores and Spanish steps. I also think it was manageable to walk to all the main attractions. The little guide book that the owner made for recommendations was so lovely! And the room was perfect! The restaurant was also great, one of my favourite dinners of our whole trip. The carbonara is amazing!
