We had a wonderful room with a big terrace and a sea view. Location is great on a quiet street, but within a few min to a city center. Breakfast was included and was quite good. It was very quiet this time. There is an elevator. Room looks very stylish and new. I would definitely return.

The room was awful. It felt like sleeping in a garage rather than staying in a proper hotel room. The space was extremely small, barely larger than a parking space. To make matters worse, the room was on the ground floor, with the window facing directly onto the street. There was virtually no privacy, and having cars and people right outside the window made the room feel more like a converted parking facility than accommodation.

This is not a hotel, it is something closer to an apartment building offering breakfast. The reception is open until 10:00 p.m. and there is no staff in the building after this time. The common area in the reception gets locked and the entrance looks desolate. In the room there were many lights from devices that was impossible to turn off and there was a persistent smell of room deodorant which presumably covers a nasty smell?

Ho apprezzato la struttura moderna e pulita, nonché la cortesia del personale.

La posizione è centrale, comoda per la visita a città, tuttavia l''ingresso si trova in un dedalo di viette non molto illuminate e maps si incarta. La città ha parti turistiche curate, il resto è, passatemi il termine. Consiglio il posizionamento di un'insegna che guidi nell'accesso e maggiore illuminazione e decoro nell'area circostante.

Staff was amazing and helpful, especially Stevali (i think thats how its spelt). Location was on point, near a supermarket and the old town but far enough from the bar noise. Breakfast was standard

シャワーの衝立が短く、浅すぎて、シャワーを浴びると全部水が飛び散ってしまう。ヨーロッパスタイルによく見かけるシャワー施設だけれど、この設備は掃除が後で大変。

Hôtel propre, moderne et relativement confortable pour une courte étape dans le centre-ville.

Mais pas de personnel à la réception à l’arrivée, tout est automatisé. Salle de bain assez petite. Petit déjeuner basique. Emplacement dans une ruelle et balcon dans la chambre, certes, mais qui donne directement sur l’immeuble voisin. Pratique si besoin d’y passer une nuit pour une étape.

В номере 502 полночи очень громко работал холодильник!! причём так громко, что беруши не помогали. Было бы неплохо класть тапочки гостям.

Был тихий и чистый номер , отличное расположение в порту. Завтрак входил в стоимость, но мы не кушали в отеле думаю, что что неплохой завтрак .

Έχω μείνει και στο παρελθόν στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Μου άρεσε πολύ το σημείο, το προσωπικό, η καθαριότητα και η αισθητική του χώρου.

Αυτή τη φορά έμεινα στο νέο παρακείμενο ακίνητο στο οποίο έχει επεκταθεί η μονάδα. Δεν μου άρεσε ότι το δωμάτιο είχε μόνο ένα παράθυρο που έβλεπε στον δρόμο, συγκεκριμένα στο πεζοδρόμιο. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος να απλώσει κάποιος την πετσέτα ή το μαγιό του να στεγνώσει. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος να βάλει κάποιος τη βαλίτσα του για να βγάλει τα ρούχα του, παρά μόνο στο πάτωμα. Νομίζω χρειάζεται να προστεθεί στο δωμάτιο ένα μικροέπιπλο γι αυτόν τον σκοπό.

Hotelul este modern, camerele spațioase, cu balcon de unde puteai să admiri marea. Este amplasat foarte comod, aproape de Gară, de mare. Micul dejun era acceptabil.

Non si può definire un albergo a 4 stelle perché non ha nessuna caratteristica delle 4 stelle. Sembra di stare in un motel e anche la colazione è scarsa

The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Heraklion, with the port just a 15-minute walk downhill. The staff were kind and welcoming, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Posizione comoda, ci si può spostare sempre a piedi, ma leggermente defilata dalle zone con più confusione. Struttura accogliente, stanze moderne, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Πήγαμε Ιουλιο 2026, το ξενοδοχείο ηταν ανακαινισμενο, ειχε ωραία άνετα δωμάτια. Είναι σε πολυ κεντρικό σημείο του Ηρακλείου και μπορείς να βγεις βόλτα στο κέντρο με τα πόδια. Και κοντά στο λιμάνι.Το πρωινό ήταν ωραίο. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό.

Το μόνο θέμα που υπήρξε ηταν οτι ο μηχανισμός της πόρτας του δωματίου ειχε πρόβλημα και δεν έκλεινε σωστά η πορτα απο μόνη της και έπρεπε να την τραβήξεις για να κλείσει Ετσι μια μερα γυρίζοντας βρήκαμετο δωμάτιο ανοιχτό.... Φυσικά ενημέρωσα την reception και θεώρησα πως δεν θα ξαναγινοταν το ίδιο. Μου είπαν πως η καθαρίστρια δεν την έκλεισε καλά. Την επόμενη ημέρα δυστυχώς ξαναέγινε. Είναι κ ατι που με δυσαρεστήσε αρκετά.

Les ubicación es perfecta, el hotel es súper céntrico. No fuimos en coche con lo cual no tuvimos problema de aparcamiento. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Buen colchón. El baño cómodo con una gran ducha. El desayuno espectacular.

Struttura nuovissima, arredata con stile e gusto contemporaneo. Camera piccola ma funzionale e dotata di comfort inusuali e di design. La doccia il punto forte. Colazione ricca ed abbondante e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Posizione buona per chi deve vivere il centro della città vecchia o ha necessità del porto. Fatto auto check-in, tramite codici forniti il giorno stesso. Questa libertà ci è piaciuta moltissimo. Livello molto alto di concept e di dotazioni.

The Working Staff were very Kind, Especially Maria at the reception was so Nice and extremely helpful, she guided me to many great locations to visit and spend great time , she was excellent, Also the Chef was so sweet and the breakfast was very nice and very fresh. Nothing , all went well

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth. No physical cards/keys , just codes for both the main entrance and the room, that's efficient! They helped us store our luggage after check out too. Although it was fairly basic, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, The breakfast spread and area both were good. Just 10-15 ride from the airport the location was decent, and most of Heraklion's main attractions, including Lion Square, the Central Market, the Venetian Harbour, and the KTEL bus station, are all within walking distance. However, it is a longer walk than expected, and during the hotter parts of the day it can feel quite tiring. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially if you don't mind walking a little to reach the main sights.

The bathroom was very tiny and the sliding glass door for the shower wont close, it was annoying. And there's a washbasin near the entrance in the room, weird! So you gave to go into the bathroom to shower etc but brush your teeth outside in the room! No long mirror except for a round one with the washbasin at like 5 ft. from the floor.

The single bed was not as comfortable and was narrow for me, as I was trying to not fall down during the night. My room was near the lobby and cafeteria, so lobby noise was present in my room alwaysl. And in the mornings it was challenging to sleep bit more, cause your here the voices of people who starting their breakfast in cafeteria.

We’ve stayed here before, and we’re planning to come back again! The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The bathroom and shower are great. Now, let’s discuss the hotel’s color design. The predominant colors are green and dusty pink (terracotta). It’s everywhere, and it’s absolutely fabulous.

Infinity City Boutique Hotel – Love at First Sight There are hotels where you simply spend the night, and there are hotels that become part of your journey. For me, Infinity City Boutique Hotel was exactly that. I fell in love with it the moment I saw the photos. They reflected elegance, great taste, and a deep respect for the city’s historic architecture. When I finally arrived, I realized that reality was even better than my expectations. The hotel is compact, charming, and beautifully integrated into the old town. Although it is brand new, it feels as though it has always belonged there. To me, this is exactly what a true boutique hotel should be. The very first thing that impressed me was the people. I was welcomed by one of the most educated, professional, and genuinely positive concierges I have ever met. We had a wonderful conversation, and within minutes I felt sincerely welcomed rather than simply checked in. I was planning to stay for two nights. Although I had booked a different room category, the team kindly upgraded my reservation. They immediately gave me a spacious Triple Room so I wouldn’t have to move the following day. After a long journey, when all you want is a hot shower and a good night’s sleep, this level of thoughtfulness means a great deal. The moment I opened the door, I was just as impressed as I had been by the hotel itself. The room has everything you could possibly need, even for a longer stay. A built-in wardrobe cleverly hides a mini refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, beautiful thick porcelain cups, elegant glasses, an ironing board, extra blankets, a safe, and plenty of storage space. The interior is designed in warm coffee and natural wood tones. The flooring has a beautiful wood finish, while the simple round tables and minimalist furniture create an atmosphere of effortless elegance. Nothing feels excessive, yet every detail has been carefully considered. The bathroom deserves special praise.

Unfortunately the person on reception we asked to book a very early morning taxi to the airport forgot to do so which was stressful. Another staff member kindly intervened and sorted it out at 4.30am but this was the only negative experience from an otherwise perfect stay

Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bis 22.00 Uhr ist die Rezeption besetzt, danach bekommen Spätanreisende einen Keycode für die Eingangstür und Zimmer zugesendet. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Von allem was da. Zimmer super, direkten Blick auf das Meer. Zum Glück mit Klimaanlage. Super! Danke nochmal.

Kopfkissen waren für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, nicht sehr bequem

The staff was kind.

The room was nothing like the picture. I have stayed in many hotels in Heraklion, this was not up to par. My husband had to clean their drains. They tried to offer a new room and wine, but our romantic weekend in town was already ruined.

Alles prima. Nah zu Hafen und zum Busbahnhof. Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir hatten einen Zimmer oben mit Blick auf den Hafen. Frühstück war überraschend reichhaltig.

το πρωινό ειδικά αν κάποιος μείνει αρκετές ημέρες γίνεται αρκετά μονότονο γιατί δεν υπάρχουν πολλές διαφορετικές επιλογές. η καθαριότητα ήταν σχετικά καλή, αλλά θα μπορούσε πολύ καλύτερα. δεν μου άλλαξαν καθόλου πετσέτες τις 4 ημέρες που έμεινα εκεί.

Al momento del check in,in orario notturno non era presente nessuno alla reception. Dopo ripetute chiamate e messaggi, solo dopo un’ora e’arrivato qualcuno della struttura nonostante il servizio fosse 24h su 24.

Un faux contact au niveau de la porte de la terrasse empêche la climatisation de démarrer. La coupure de la climatisation est également intervenue en pleine nuit sans explication. La porte de la chambre est mal isolée. Du coup, on entend bien les voisins (et les femmes de chambre) aller et venir à toute heure .

The room was clean. The bed cofrotable, the staff was very helpful and kind both before our arrival and during our stay. The location was very close to the port and old city. There is also a highly interesting ancient technological Museum for kids that we enjoyed during our stay.

Breakfast could have been tastier, but was quite alright. Nice that it was included in the price.

La situation géographique était vraiment au top. Nous n'avons eu aucune mauvais surprise, l'annonce correspond parfaitement à l'établissement.

Il n'y a pas grand chose à dire, seul le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas vraiment à nos habitudes.

Room was great. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very nice and helpful.

There is no ocean view even though pictures show a view. So balcony was not worth sitting on because it just looked into an adjoining building.

Excellent choice. I felt so welcomed and attended to, particularly by Mr. Stelios at the reception. As a solo traveler, it made me feel cozy with a more personal feel. The level of cleanliness is outstanding, daily change of towels. Comfi bed, good shower, good AC and wifi and breakfast. Very quiet, yet 5 minutes walk from the bustling pedestrian center and 10 minutes down to the port. Highly recommended.

I didn't read on the instructions' sheet I was given, that the AC doesn't work if the door to the balcony isn't completely closed. I sweated figuring this out on my own. I think it should be said at the reception!

La vicinanza al centro. L’arredamento moderno della camera (con terrazzino comodo) e il suo isolamento dai rumori. La colazione, abbastanza ricca sia per chi preferisce il dolce che il salato. La disponibilità del personale.

Il bagno leggermente piccolo (senza finestra), soprattutto la doccia. Il materasso abbastanza morbido. Nel complesso, nulla di insuperabile!

All perfect. Comfortable beds, luxury quality of towels, nicely designed rooms. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast. This place pays attention to details and we loved it!

It was all perfect, but if something to mention, the balcony faced the courtyard with not so nice view with lots of pigeons.
