毛巾不够柔软。露台上的家具有灰尘。

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Germäumige, schön eingerichtete Zimmer mitten in der Stadt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und perfekt für einen Besuch in der Altstadt von Heraklion. Die Umgebung istam Abend relativ laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kannman aber problemlos schlafen.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto e ci hanno innanzitutto messo a disposizione una suite fantastica al quarto piano con vista e servizi meravigliosi. Letti comodissimi, suite molto spaziosa. La struttura ha una convenzione con un parcheggio a pochi metri di distanza.

Mediocre reception when checking in. The area where the hotel is located was OK, but depending on where your room is, your ocean view might be obstructed. The room condition was fair/good. The temp remained warm even after I requested a/c assistance.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well located, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. We especially appreciated the convenient parking arrangement, with the “Central Parking Heraklion” garage directly underneath the hotel. Parking costs 12 € for 24 hours and is paid conveniently at the hotel. As we stayed on a Friday night, we did hear some noise from the nearby restaurants and bars when we went to bed. This was to be expected given the central location and did not bother us too much.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Hotel centralissimo ad Heraklion. Molto comodo (e assolutamente fondamentale) il parcheggio sotterraneo ad un prezzo convenzionato se si è in auto. La zona pedonale è praticamente attaccata. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole in stile moderno. Lo staff molto cortese. Molto bello il bar della terrazza all'ultimo paino con vista sul porto!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wir waren nur eine nacht dort. Das Hotel lag zentral und wir konnten abends in der nähe essen gehen und den Hafen am Morgen gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem.
Kein wirkliches manko aber unser Fester ging zur Straße raus und so war es recht dunkel.

Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom, particularly the shower. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of choice and was well stocked. Not too far from the city. A quick taxi ride from the airport. Near the Archeological Museum and walking distance to the bus station albeit down a steep hill. Good choice of places to eat nearby. A sizeable supermarket next door was very handy

The shower setup was open/unprotected without a curtain or full glass panel, so water easily splashed across the bathroom floor during a shower.

Bettwäsche war fleckig (vermutlich sauber, einfach alte Flecken), Schnipsel auf dem Boden, Mitten in der Nacht 30 min sehr laute Lüftung angegangen. Kaffee beim Frühstück war für uns ungenießbar.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και την αγορά, αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε ήσυχο σημείο. Υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και καφέ σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή ιδιαίτερα βολική. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο και το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.
Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό parking ακριβώς δίπλα, με το οποίο συνεργάζεται το ξενοδοχείο αλλά η στάθμευση χρεώνεται 12€ ανά βράδυ. Θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει κάποια πιο προνομιακή τιμή για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου.

היה קצת קשה למצוא את המקום כי אי אפשר ממש עם המונית להוריד מול הכניסה.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Lokalizacja hotelu jest naprawdę ogromnym plusem, jeśli twoim celem jest zwiedzanie, do najbliższych ładnych plaż niestety jest daleko. Pokoje mają duże balkony, jest klimatyzacja i ogólnie pokój jest przestronny. Jedzenie jest smaczne, a obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel entrance is not very easy to spot from the street, so first-time visitors should pay a little extra attention when arriving.

La camera era favolosa e molto ampia e i letti comodissimi, ma la sorpresa migliore è stata la colazione della mattina dopo: un buffet ricchissimo, ogni opzione era contemplata. L’unico motivo per cui dò 9 e non 10 è la pulizia non proprio eccellente del pavimento ma, al di là di questo, siamo stati davvero bene e tornando indietro avremmo considerato di prenotare qualche notte in più

Nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassés d’une chambre standard en une meilleure chambre avec un très grand balcon. Chambre avec literie très confortable, bouteilles d’eau et café/thé à disposition. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel très aimable. Le parking est juste en-dessous de l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique - il suffit de laisser les clés contre un ticket - le personnel se charge de parquer la voiture. Le paiement se fait à l’hôtel pour avoir un rabais (12 euros par jour)

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Excelente estadía en Heraklion. Asistí por trabajo a una conferencia y me alojé en el hotel. El personal es muy profesional y amable. Las instalaciones, son modernas, cómodas y con buen aire acondicionado que es esencial. La habitación muy cómoda, grande, e incluso con balcón. El desayuno muy abundante y variado con alimentos de buena calidad. La ubicación es excelente en la ciudad. Volvería sin duda.
El único aspecto negativo fue que las murallas y algunas partes del suelo de la habitación estaban bastante sucias por el uso. Es algo que se puede arreglar fácilmente, pero afecta un poco el ambiente para un hotel tan profesional.

Breakfast with very rich selection, tasty (could use some fish, though). Room, balcony spotless, friendly and helpful staff, spotless check-in and -out.

אין פרטיות בחדר הרחצה. היינו עם הבן המתבגר והיינו צריכים להתלבש בתוך המקלחת כי הכל פתוח (השירותים נפרדים מהמקלחת). בנוסף, המיטה הנוספת של הבן שלי לא הייתה נוחה. בערב רצינו לשבת ברוף טופ אחרי נסיעה ארוכה שהייתה לנו באותו היום ולמרות שהיה ריק לא נתנו לנו לשבת שם אלא אם מזמינים משהו מהבר.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, ses yalıtımı ve temizlik yeterliydi. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitliydi.
Yatak çift kişilik değil iki tek kişilik birleştirilmesinden oluşmuştu, kısa konaklamalarda sorun değil ancak uzun konaklamaklarda konforsuz olabilir.

La chambre manque d insonorisation, j entendaisles bruits du dehors. Une machine à café serait un plus

I didn't understand the parking process quite confusing. you need to come to the centeral parking and sometimes there's a huge line and you need to go around for a few times. Otherwise once I understood the system it is fine.

חדרים מיושנים, רמת נקיון בינונית, תפוסה מלאה ולכן לא היה מקום בחדר אוכל בבוקר. מזל שיש בית קפה מעולה מתחת למלון.
