La proximité avec le centre ville et le confort de la chambre.

Nous étions dans une chambre avec douche PMR sans paroi de douche. L'eau éclaboussait les toilettes à proximité et le sol de la salle de bain était trempé.

We really liked: - wonderful location - right in the center, close to the shopping street and a café; - comfortable bed; - Nespresso coffee machine; - quiet air conditioning; - variety at breakfast, was realy delicious; delicious coffee. - very helpful staff, who quickly addressed any issues; - nearby car park (the hotel provides a voucher for €15/day).

- Both irons had burnt Teflon coatings, so we couldn't iron our clothes. - The bathroom door opened the wrong way; you had to step into the shower just to enter the bathroom. - There was a balcony, but no way to hang up towels or swimwear.

Blick aus dem Zimmer ( Hauswand/anderer Balkon) Sehr beengt. Frühstück war erschreckend klein und eher mäßig. Bin danach noch woanders frühstücken gewesen. Bilder sehen auf keinen Fall so aus wie im Web. Im ersten Zimmer stank es fürchterlich nach Abfluss, bekamen dann zum Glück direkr ein neues Zimmer. Bad war bereits rantzig an bestimmten Ecken. Hatten gehofft einen perfekten Abschluss für unsere Honeymoon, wurden aber iwi enttäuscht

Primero de todo, la gente era súper amable! Muy serviciales y amables! Las instalaciones muy bonitas renovadas y todo muy limpio! Todas las estancias están igual que en las fotos! El desayuno también fue buenísimo con mucha variedad! Además los recepcionistas nos han ayudado mucho con unas reuniones profesionales que tuvimos que hacer y nos han prestado la sala Business. Ha sido una gran ayuda y estamos muy agradecidos!!!

We had an amazing stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated that they arranged our late check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, exactly as pictured, and very well equipped - we especially liked the unique light switches. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection and a particularly great Greek section. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located in the very central part of town and car parking is avaliable on the opposite of the hotel with a daily parking fee Breakfast is really good and satisfactory. Hotel rooms are cosy and confortable. Good choice regarding the price.

Only the last night before our leave, the whole electricity system of the room was down and unable to fix at the late time. So staff provided us another room to sleep and we spent the night at the other room without moving our personal things. And in the morning we left the hotel due to our holiday was over. Technical problems might arise everywhere so it was not a big issue for us and staff tried their best to solve the issue.

Es war sehr sauber, und mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Kann man nur empfehlen. Wenn man sich einen Leihwagen ausleiht, ist direkt gegenüber ein Parkhaus sehr komfortabel.

1 van de kamers was voor mindervaliden waardoor douche niet afgeschermd was en heel badkamer nat, we hadden deze kamer niet gevraagd. Ontbijt viel tegen na veelbelovende reviews.

Bon hôtel très bien placé, propre et récent. Il est moderne et le personnel très agréable et souriant. Cependant la vue n’est pas incroyable mais il se situe tout proche du parking de la ville (avec coupon de réduction en partenariat avec l’hôtel).

L’insonorisation est à revoir, beaucoup de bruit avec les occupants de la chambre du dessus une partie de la nuit.

Pessima gestione e scarsa trasparenza: un'esperienza deludente. Abbiamo prenotato due camere doppie per una notte all'Hotel Dom di Heraklion. Purtroppo, a causa di un grave problema di salute, abbiamo dovuto chiedere cancellazione di una delle due camere e lo abbiamo fatto qualche giorno prima in modo da consentire al DOM di eventualmente utilizzare lo stesso la camera non utilizzata. Trattandosi di una tariffa non rimborsabile la struttura ha rifiutato il rimborso, applicando rigidamente la propria politica. La risposta alla nostra richiesta è arrivata in ritardo, e solo dopo un sollecito tramite Booking; pur essendo formale e gentile nei toni, non ha mostrato alcuna flessibilità. Il vero problema è emerso all'arrivo dei miei amici per la seconda camera. Abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel ha avuto guasto elettrico e le stanze originarie non erano comunque disponibili. Loro sono stati spostati in una stanza per portatori di handicap, diversa da quella riservata, dove tra l'altro lo scarico della doccia non funzionava correttamente. Trovo inaccettabile aver pagato per intero una camera che la struttura non era comunque in grado di fornirci. Mi aspettavo molta più onestà, trasparenza e la rinomata ospitalità greca, che stavolta è mancata del tutto. Struttura sconsigliata.

Ottima colazione, una delle più buone mai provate e comodità di avere un parcheggio di fronte, se pur a pagamento e convenzionato con la struttura al costo di 15 euro al giorno. Parcheggiare ad Heraklion può rivelarsi un incubo. La posizione top

Le stanze non corrispondono minimamente alle foto presenti su booking, almeno la mia, arredamento vecchio, vista su palazzi fatiscenti, bagno minuscolo, doccia che si allaga, pulizia scarsa. Nel micro balcone assenza totale di uno stendino o di qualcosa sulla quale appoggiare teli e costumi, siamo pur sempre al mare ..! per fortuna ci siamo stati solo una notte

Hotel in posizione strategica, vicino al porticciolo e al centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura nuova, moderna e molto pulita. Comodo perché è anche vicino all' aeroporto. Consigliatissimo.

El desayuno era genial. Tenías todo lo que quisieras, dulce, salado, para todos los gustos. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy cerca de la parte historica y al lado de la zona de ocio. La habitación está muy bien. Te ponen café y agua cada dia. Las ventanas son insonorizadas, así que una vez cerrada ya no se oye nada. La iluminación también nos gustó mucho.

La ducha está muy bien pero se sale el agua por los lados y hacia fuera. La cama no está mal, pero podría ser un poco más cómoda. El parquin público es caro (15€/dia) pero por lo menos tienes esa opción, que de otra forma, seria misión imposible.

We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant hotel. It’s in a quiet location but close to all the main streets. City parking (GTA) is available nearby for €18 per day. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Locatia hotelului este la maxim 5 min de mers pe jos fata de centru, dar intr-o zona linistita, nu am avut probleme cu zgomotul. Camere spatioase. Micul dejun a fost extraordinar, mai rar am vazut un bufet atat de bine pus la punct, felicitari!! Parcare fix vis-a-vis de hotel, cu plata, dar primiti discount de la receptie. Personal foarte prietenos.

Faptul ca baia este despartita de dormitor de un geam. De fiecare data cand foloseam chiuveta de la baie, in camera mirosea a canalizare. Polita pe care erau depozitate prosoapele era plina de praf in prima zi cand am ajuns.

Booked the suite with jacuzzi on rooftop. Great space, very big and best comfy bed in all Crete. Breakfast included and was okay, they knew it was my fiances bday and surprised him cake and candles ! Super nice. Breakfast staff and bar staff were really great. As well as the receptionist we had on arrival on august 7th evening.

Careful with your personal belongings, store them always in the safe. By the time we came back from breakfast, my purse had been stolen… Had to ask Reception to check cameras to prove I had it when coming back the night before. The cleaning crew was called and my bag had miraculously appeared under the sheets on the bed ? LOL

L’hotel è nuovo e posizionato al centro di Heraklion, vicinissimo ad un parcheggio convenzionato, ad un supermercato e ai locali più belli della città.

Se devo trovare un difetto riguarda il frigo bar. Non raffreddava bene.

The breakfast had a variety of choices with a combination of local traditional pies and a typical continental. The staff was friendly, polite and always smiling. The young lady at the reception in the evening shifts was a perfect example of a warm welcome of the guests.

Perfect location. Breakfast was also very good. The staff was nice and helpful. It has parking right across the hotel entrance, and it's very close to all of the excellent restaurants of Heraklion. Also, the room was clean and in great condition. We also really liked Agia Pelagia Bay, which is a 30-minute drive away.

Un hotel absolut fain, modern și amenajat cu un gust impecabil! Camera a fost foarte curată, primitoare și confortabilă. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent la toate detaliile, iar atmosfera generală a fost super relaxantă.

Excellent stay, even though it was a short one. We were upgraded to a higher-category room upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and well organized. Since we had an early flight, they kindly allowed us access to the breakfast room before the regular opening time, which we greatly appreciated.

The only minor drawback was the very small elevator. It was barely large enough for two people with their luggage.

We were absolutely delighted with this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy, and perfectly organized. The breakfast was delicious. The amazing terrace with a jacuzzi and a stunning view was definitely a highlight. A huge plus is the garage right across the street, which is essential for parking. Our only minor suggestion would be to add a secure spot to dry towels, as it gets quite windy. Overall, highly recommended—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!!

One of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is always so accommodating and the location can’t be beat. We were set to leave before breakfast officially started so they set it up early for us. I will definitely book again when in Heraklion.

Πάρα πολύ καλό πρωινό που καλύπτει όλα τα γούστα με φρέσκα προϊόντα. Η τοποθεσία είναι στο κέντρο όπου μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό, φιλικό και γενικά άψογο, ιδιαίτερα το παιδί στο πρόγευμα (δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα του) επίσης ο Νίκος και ο Αντώνης στην υποδοχή που μιλήσαμε λίγο περισσότερο ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί βοηθώντας μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε! Ευχαριστούμε όλους που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε την Κρητική φιλοξενία! Το DOM Boutique Hotel είναι σίγουρα το κατάλυμα που θα επιλέγω σε όλα τα μελλοντικά μου ταξίδια στο Ηράκλειο!

Personale gentilissimo, hotel elegante e raffinato. Colazione abbondante e varia, pulizia impeccabile e posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro.

L'unico suggerimento riguarda la colazione: sarebbe apprezzabile una maggiore disponibilità di prodotti dedicati agli ospiti con intolleranze al lattosio, senza la necessità di comunicarlo preventivamente.

Dom was an excellent home base in Heraklion for visiting surrounding areas (and the city itself too). It was just small enough so it still felt personable but large enough to have good services (full breakfast selection, bar, gym, etc.). Its location is superb--it's only a short walk to the old town and harbor, and the many restaurants nearby. On the inside it is a modern hotel and very functional, spacious and comfortable. It was good value overall. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
