The restaurants were phenomenal, the customs suits I got were a bargain and they shipped them to my home in Japan, the room was nice, clean, quiet, and had an amazing view.

Great for air travel as a five minute walk. The nice lady picked me up and helped me with luggage. Room was good we could not figure out how to get ac to work.

The hotel is opposite of the airport. You can walk to the airport like 10 mins. There is 7-eleven close by as well, just like 3 mins walk. The hotel offers airport shuttle. Just need to contact the hotel via WhatsApp and let them know what date and time you will be landing and then you can call them again when you arrive and they will pick you up.

This is such a great hotel with a very large and clean room - perfect for those early morning flights and need to get to the airport easily. Staff is friendly and the hotel is even nicer in person - will definitely book again

Excellent shuttle service

The overall stay was what I would expect for the price, however when I tried to check in there was a large dog in the reception, that was not friendly. The staff spoke to me from the door and asked if I had a reservation and could they have the number. I asked that they remove the dog, and I could come in and check in. They refused. They asked to see my passport, and again I asked if they would remove the dog, and again they refused. So, check in was done outside!

Staff was friendly and helpful with any needs you might have !! Would not hesitate to stay there again !!

The hotel is tugged into a mix of residential and commercial buildings. No fancy restaurant or swimming pool. It is 5-10 minutes from the airport. It is perfect if you have an early departure or late arrival. The room has a bare minimum of amenities but is clean. I would stay there if I had an early departure. A restaurant across from the hotel serves breakfast at 8 am and stays open till 9 pm

Loved the staff, and the hotel. We used it as a place to freshen up and prepare for our flight. It was clean, lots of space, good aircon and relaxing. The airport drive was easy as well. What a delightful hotel

I contacted the property numerous times without any response even days later. My arrival was scheduled for 11:42 pm and the residence is across the street. I asked if I could have until 12:15 a.m. at the very very latest to check in so I'd have enough time to get my bags and make the 10 min walk. Nope. No response. No one to let me in. I was a stranded solo female traveler for hours until I finally found a place that would let me check in at 2:30 am and check out that afternoon. Never again will I book here. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Yellow stains on sheets. Someone tried to break into room about 1:30am. Door has one lock that is controlled by key which guy on outside must have had similar key bc lock was turning a bit. No top lock. I did rookie mistake of booking room under 1 traveler and traveled alone as a young female for less than 12hrs. Airport shuttle guy drove reckless (compared to every driver I had around Thailand and Malaysia for last 2 weeks). Thank god the drive was only a couple minutes from airport.

You're definitely getting the most basic with this hotel. Not bad but nothing amazing either. It's close to the airport so that's a plus. Across the street actually. You aren't getting much more than a bed though and it smells slightly old and awkward inside the room. I might have given it an extra star if not for the first room they gave me having not ben cleaned yet and having to get a different room. Only stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport.

I liked having a restaurant right across the street.

The David Residence is just minutes from Phuket international Airport and they will finish the car hire paperwork instead of having to drop it off at the airport. Much better.

3rd time stay when late night arrival into Phuket before transfer to islands. Great airport pickup service and friendly helpful staff.

Too much trash

It’s well known that you pay 500 baht if you have someone stay the night when you only requested for 1 person. I was very disappointed when they made me pay 300 just to have my mother (82yrs)relax for 3 hours before she had to catch her flight back to USA. Then charged an extra 200 baht to take her to airport. Owner is not nice, mean and a thief. Look the room was 500 baht a day through Expedia so the owner (a lady) made us pay for an extra room just for 3 hours of my mom waiting in my room for her flight. Building is great but the owner needs to learn customer service and needs an attitude change.

As our flight arrived very late at night it was the perfect accommodation for an overnight stay. So close to airport. Staff very friendly, picked us up from airport. Room clean, well priced and suitable for our purpose. Restaurant attached to David Residennce offered great breakfast at reasonable price.

This hotel can be seen from the airport and is very easy to get to. The management and staff are very helpful and the kitchen staff make good meals. And although my flight was several hours after checking out time, I was allowed to stay on site and have a meal and a few beers to kill the time.

This is such a great hotel, only 5 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, although they do have their own restaurant, quite unique, 2 floors with the top floor with sliding glass doors opening up totally 3 of the walls, nice and cool. Great friendly staff and professional. There are quite a few hotels in this area but we reckon David Residence is the best.

Very clean spacious room .Pleasantly surprised . Nice little balcony too Airport noise not a problem at all which was a nice surprise Difficult to find anywhere to have evening meal . Restaurant immediately across road stated it opened till 8pm but actually did not open in the evening we stayed. Thank goodness for Louis restaurant close by ! Come out of Hotel and turn right and pass the 2 local supermarkets and immediately down the side of the second supermarket is Louis restaurant There is a red neon sign in window of building on corner but position of restaurant is still not easy to see Look down side street and walk about 20 metres Louis is up flight of stairs . So pleased to find this ! We had been resigned to a supermarket snack or food from a small street stall . Had a lovely meal . Several locals eating there too. He serves beers but no wine . Lovely food and amazing value for money Very welcoming too ! Wi fi in hotel Room very poor. 2 options but both bad . Went down to reception and noticed 3rd log in option . Logged into this successfully . Good connection but wouldn’t work when we went back to our room . Booked shuttle to airport in morning . Very efficient service and very helpful . And only short 5 min journey . Overall brilliant for overnight airport transfers.

Stayed here for a quick overnight after flying into Phuket. Was completely fine for that — very close to the airport, free airport shuttle, clean, comfortable bed, good AC. The front desk attendant was very helpful in the morning to connect us with the ferry service. Would stay again if going through that airport.

The property is close to the airport and has a nice cafe attached. The food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. If using the property prior to leaving for the airport it is exceptionally affordable for the morning or overnight stay. Highly recommended.

Booked as we had a very early morning flight back to Manchester, a great hotel & restaurant across the way. An excellent choice if you have flights which are at awkward times.

Fine for lay over to catch morning flight They offer clean beds in a basic setting No toiletries etc And we had to go down to set coffee sachets even though there was a kettle in the room Even though it is a hop from the airport it is difficult to walk there The rooms are nicely soundproofed there was no airplane noise The pick up was quick and check in efficient Make sure u insist on the transport In the morning and be on time Because they tried to get us to get a cab because we were the only ones going But in the end one of the receptionists drove us

We stayed here 1 night before our early morning flight. We arrived late & there's nothing in this area in terms of restaurants or other places. They have a cafe/restaurant across from the hotel which was sufficient. For the price & for what it offered, this hotel met our needs, a clean comfortable place to sleep only prior to our flight.

We were picked up and taken back to the airport with no problem. the room was large with a wonderful bathroom and shower and a little balcony. There was water in the room fridge and a nice restaurant for breakfast across the parking lot and a 7/11 on the corner.

Very convenient hotel near the Phuket airport. Quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to beach, food across the road. Good for a short stay to fit in with your other transport requirements.

Perfect place to stay, within a few minutes of the airport. My plane came in very late and I stayed there overnight before continuing my travels. Someone picked me up at the airport and took me back the next day. The room was clean, perfectly fine for a short stay. The little restaurant across the street is terrific. I had a great cup of coffee and a banana pancake cooked to order. Both were delicious!

CONVENIENT - CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT

If you need a hotel for one night close to the Phuket airport, this one is a good choice. Hotel is really close, transfer from/to the airport is for free, wifi too, room was big enough and clean and the price was ok. There is no breakfast offered but just in front of the hotel they have a nice restaurant. Prices are normal, it´s Thailand. :) I can only recommend it.

there are so many bed bugs and mosquitoes, it is impossible to sleep. they bit my face and my eyes were terribly swollen.

Check in was quick, but wasn’t what I would call a ‘warm welcome!’ The room was large and spotlessly clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than one night. Food prices were very reasonable, but I didn’t try anything. I would say it was overpriced, for what was offered.

This was as expected - room was nice, clean. Service was good except the airport shuttle took almost 30 minutes to get us and missed us when we were departing (need to be in the lobby 10 mins prior to shuttle departure, which we only found out about after it had left)! Also allow plenty of time if you’re eating at their restaurant, food was good but service was slow.

Awesome location. Conveniently located near the airport and so when I wanted a place to stay near the airport when my travel plans changed, this turned out to be a good option. Nice clean rooms and a nice restaurant. They picked me up and dropped me back, so high five for that. If they had provided a chair in the room and had air-freshener in the bathrooms, it would have been real nice. Other than that perfect place.

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be very convenient (located directly opposite the airport and they offer free airport transfer). There's a cozy restaurant at the hotel which serves vegetarian-friendly options, and while the restaurant officially opens till 8pm the staff keep it running till late to make sure all guests can order a meal if they arrive late. There are a few really friendly resident cats that belong to the hotel which my daughter really enjoyed playing with. Rooms are basic but clean, pillows are not as comfortable but overall it's great value for money and the staff are superb.

There is a restaurant across the hotel and a free shuttle if you book it. Best to book by phone direct to hotel as text may be ignored. The restaurant does close early and has reasonable value good food. There is not anything within the area except the 7/ 11 outside airport exit 5, or the food court. The hotel is clean and a come dating staff. Very convient for overnight stays with flights connections.

First room, the bed was full of ants, room was changed

Close to airport, great size rooms and clean and comfortable. Extra bonus that you get picked up from the airport for free and they are very quick.

Had one night here as we came from phi phi and the ferry/flight times didn’t fit. Had a very comfortable stay and there is a (basic!) nice restaurant across the road which makes food easy as the surrounding area isn’t all that exciting (you’re staying here for the airport.) fab free transfer to the airport and very comfy rooms. Only one thing that could be improved which would be the WiFi connection. Other than that a great place.

Location is perfect however I had put my flight details in my booking form and nobody came to collect me, only a 5min walk so no issues anyway but was strange that collection was advertised. My bedsheets were dirty but staff were incredible and changed them immediately, WiFi in the room doesn’t work so needed to go to the lobby. Toilet appeared to be leaking slightly. Room service was lovely. All in all I was there overnight to catch an early morning flight so this did the job, staff were excellent.

Perfect to check in after a long flight food is cheap and grest. Make sure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

I went to Thailand for a 2 day business trip. For the price, the hotel is an amazing bargain. There's a restaurant right across the hotel that offers tasty breakfast and dinner. It also offers room service late into the night, which was really nice arriving on a late flight. The room itself was huge. There was a lounge area, a nice bathroom that connected to the bed room, and a king sized bed. My room also had a balcony that overlooked the neighborhood. In terms of location, it's conveniently located across from the airport and offers an airport shuttle pickup 24/7. The only downside was the wifi didn't always connect to my devices, and the front desk is occasionally unattended. I think the airport shuttle takes up a lot of the front desk person's time, so there were several moments (including when I needed to check out and make an urgent appointment) that there was no one to talk to. Overall however, the place is great, and I would definitely stay again if I need to stay in Phuket for a few nights.

We had an excellent stay. For an overnight stay at the airport they provided everything we could have wanted. Clean and well presented. We arrived late at night at the airport, were picked up with a simple phone call, 5 minutes later they were there. They dropped us off the next morning back at the airport. The breakfast wasn't included but was well prepared and reasonable. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels. We depend on others honest reviews to select our hotels. We would certainly stay here again, without hesitation.

This was a nice comfort for the night. While there is not much around it is very clean and comfortable when you come into town at 1am.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is figuratively across the street from the phuket airport. I could see the domestic terminal from our balcony. They have quick free pickup and drop off to the airport. They don't have 24 hour room service, but the night attendant was kind enough to make a late night snack for us. The facilities look fairly new. Not a lot to see or do near the airport. The main reason we stayed 1 night is because we arrived quite late and needed a place to deposit our 2 suitcases for 2 weeks while we took another island hopping flight.

Lovely hotel, ver you clean and staff we're very friendly. Restaurant down stairs was great too.
