Overall is good, very quiet place, nearby beach and airplane viewing point, walking about 20mins, tuktuk is faster, Yum Yum restaurant is very close and good to try

The kids swimming pool is very dirty and can’t use, I choose here one of the important reason is you can provide the kids swimming pool, but in the end can’t use at all for one whole week

I didn't like that it didn't have a massage place. You had to leave the resort to have one.

Very disappointing experience. We originally booked six nights, but after seeing the actual condition of the property, we decided we could not stay and requested a refund. The pool was extremely dirty, the building had a very unpleasant smell, and there were hardly any facilities. The whole property felt abandoned and neglected, and the surrounding area felt isolated and unsettling. There are no restaurants, shops, or convenient places nearby. The hotel also advertises access to a beach, but the nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, which was another major disappointment. We stayed for only one night before deciding to leave. However, when processing the refund, the hotel deducted the cost of two nights even though we only stayed for one. This made an already disappointing experience even worse. Overall, the property was very different from what we expected based on the listing. Between the cleanliness, smell, lack of facilities, isolated location, non-swimmable beach, and the way our refund was handled, I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing to like in this hotel.

Where do I even start. The cleanliness at this hotel was very poor throughout our stay. At breakfast, dirty cups and plates with lipstick marks were left on the tables. Even worse, I found hair in my food, which I immediately reported at reception. The staff did not handle my complaint properly the first time, and I had to go back a second time to insist that I needed to check out. Despite leaving after just one night due to their poor service, the manager charged us for two nights. Given how upset I was with the overall experience, staying any longer was not an option, yet they still tried to bill us unfairly. The location itself feels very secluded, more like a jail than a resort. The beach is difficult to access and once you get there, there's genuinely nothing — no facilities, just stray dogs and dirt. If you want a clean, accessible beach, you're much better off heading further south. The in-house restaurant is overpriced for the quality it delivers. On our first night, we ordered food and were served cold, stale rice. The only guests we saw during our stay were Aeroflot crew members — this did not feel like a place set up for families or leisure travellers at all. Overall: Poor hygiene, poor service, unfair billing, and a location that feels isolating rather than relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially not for a family holiday.

Where do I begin?? We got the pool access room. The staff is so nice and accommodating, everyone wearing their pro smile from the front desk to the driver. You get picked up and dropped off at your room. The room was clean, and better in person than the photo. It sits right across the street from Mai Khoa beach where it is quiet and clear of vendors. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary. We borrowed bikes and went for a ride down the beach to the airport. We could also smoke on our patio. A real diamond in the rough.

The water level of the massive river pool was a bit low so the filters couldn't do their jobs to keep the pool crystal clean. It wasn't dirty, just leaves and flowers mostly.

Wir wurden upgegraded und hatten traumhafte Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und den Urwald! Der lange Pool ist ein Traum! Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel sieht aus wie Tempel.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ab vom Schuss und wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte, sollte man sich einen Mietwagen nehmen, sonst gibt man viel Geld für Taxen aus. Dafür wunderschön ruhig gelegen (Nebensaison)

Het hotel ligt dichtbij het vliegveld en kamer was heel prettig. Luxe uitstraling, wij hadden erg ruime familiekamer met fijne bedden. Ook vlakbij strand en het hotel heeft een fijn zwembad. Ontbijt ook lekker en uitgebreid.

In de periode dat wij er waren (begin aug) waren er weinig gasten wat niet erg is maar omdat het een groot complex is, geeft het een verlaten indruk

we verbleven hier 1 nacht op doorreis. De kamer was ruim en luxe badkamer. Erg schoon. Ontbijt was goed.

Restaurant was erg duur en westerse gerechten waren niet lekker. Onderhoud is nodig aan het terrein. Waren ze ook mee bezig toen wij er waren. Peuterbad was troebel. We waren er in het laagseizoen. Treurige verlaten bedoeling, maargoed wij kwamen er alleen om te slapen.

Very large pool, pool bar and restaurant, large rooms, large bath and shower. Great breakfast selection.

Need to take a bike taxi to 7/11. Lots of insects make sure to keep balcony doors closed. Beach sand was dirty (packets, bottles, etc). Unable to swim in the beach during off peak season. Toilet is far from the restaurant.

The staff was absolutly wonderfull, friendly and super helpfull 10 out of 10.

The beds and linnen was clean however the bathroom, the elevevators and overall rest of the facility is in need of a deep clean. Unfortunedly this did not live up to expectations or pictures.

Персонал не довольный, не клиентоориентированный. Уборка в номере -только подметают кухня не съедобная, даже в спагетти нашли волос, а падтай был почему -то кислый. еще при выселении нам сказали, что пропал шампунь из номера,хотя я им мылась накануне вечером, и заставили его оплатить.

Rien c'était une horrible expérience. Première fois que je fui un hôtel pour ne pas être sur place. Je suis rentré à 2 h du matin et j'ai quitté l'hôtel à 6 h 30

Dès l’ouverture de la porte de la chambre, une odeur de moisi nous a surpris, je précise qu’il s’agit de la chambre la plus chère de cet hôtel. Les toilettes étaient sales, et la piscine (car oui, j’avais pris l’option accès piscine) était sale également. J’ai téléphoné pour qu’elle soit nettoyée, mais à notre retour c’était pareil. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, je quitte la Thaïlande déçu de cette dernière nuit. Pendant tout mon séjour, j’ai payé des hôtels au même prix, et la différence est vraiment incroyable. Honnêtement, n’y allez pas !

From start to finish, the experience was great. Staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and cool (thanks to good AC). Loved the pool and the swim in/out room.

I know it is a quieter time when I was there with not as many guests but I noticed the pool bar was not manned a lot of the time. I saw past maybe 5 times to possibly get a drink and no one was there on all 5 occasions but not a major as I could have waited.

Nice hotel for short term stay. We really enjoy a very long pool and breakfast was décent too. Great option to stay one or two night upon late arrival as it’s very close to the airport, and then move to your permanent resort.

Pool was amazingggggggg and people were so nice. Also, the hotel was really close to the beach and a great restaurant, so that was a bonus. Rooms were massssssive and beds were comfy (although pillow was much too big/hard)

Prices of food were quite expensive compared to the restaurant just a 5min walk away. So, we didn't eat at the hotel. Drink prices for beer were also really high. Would be nice to have a happy hour. This is the first place I've been at in Thailand with no happy hour.

This was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It's close to the airport and fabulous having a pool access room. The hotel is also going through an upgrade, so it looks more polished. The surrounding area provides more services, ie restaurants and massages. It's still quiet, but great if quiet is what you are after.

The pool access room was by far the best we’ve experienced compared to other resorts in Phuket. What really stood out was the layout — the loungers in front of the pool are positioned in a way that gives you a nice sense of privacy, unlike many other pool access setups. They’re also very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the pool is huge — there’s something for everyone, both adults and kids. You can literally swim for ages and still not cover the whole loop, which makes it a standout feature of the hotel.

I had a generally positive stay, but I think there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. The breakfast area could benefit from a more thoughtful design and warmer, more inviting decoration. In addition, the walkway from the central part of the resort to the rooms could be made more scenic by adding more plants and greenery. This would create a more pleasant, green and visually appealing atmosphere throughout the property.

The size of the room was amazing, we loved the balcony. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in our room and it was great that the kids had a bed each. And the layout of the room was really good with the kids having their own space but still part of the same room. The pool was great

The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. Other than the water park, it felt like there wasn't anything around to do. We didn't see many shopping or restaurant options. It would be great to be shown where some of these things may be

Das Hotel war für uns genau das Richtige, Geplant war es als kurzer Zwischenstopp in der Nähe des Flughafen und wir waren überrascht davon, was es alles bietet. Das Beste war der riesige Pool. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Access und haben es genossen. Frühstück war gut, für jeden Geschmack etwas vorhanden. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen, hat man von Fluglärm nichts gemerkt. Zum Strand waren es ca. 50m über die Strasse. Der Strand ist schön und einsam, es ist nichts geboten. Das kam uns entgegen. Wer Party und Aktivitäten sucht, ist hier am falschen Platz. Hier ist relaxen angesagt. Es gibt auch ein klimatisiertes Gym. Ausstattung limitiert, aber man kommt damit gut klar.

Der Strand (Mai Khao Beach) ist eigentlich ganz schön, aber es wird halt, wie oft in Thailand, viel Plastikmüll angeschwemmt, den niemand wegräumt. Das schmälert den Gesamteindruck vom Strand doch deutlich..

Die Lage ist schlecht, aber da ich es nur für 2 Nächte aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht habe war es ok. Unverschämt war der Preis des Taxis vom Hotel zum Flughafen ... 600 THB für knapp 15 Minuten Fahrt .... im Vergleich, ich habe am Vortag für eine 1.5 stündige Fahrt via Bolt nur 800 THB bezahlt!

Perfect location, directly across from the beach. The room was very nice and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. This is the perfect place to stay if you want somewhere a bit quieter than other areas in Phuket. Great pools too and very well maintained.

The only negative I found was the shower temperature would not get very hot, even when on the hottest setting. But not a big deal, everything else was perfect.

Pool was exceptional, very big, with slides, water park, very fun for children. Got extra pool towels. Room design and comfort was amazing. Big room, big bath, porch, bed side lights, fridge. Very clean. Loved the table tennis in the fitness centre and the kids room. Food- Dinner buffet had lots of options. We paid 500baht per person and thought it was good value for money. The fruit, veg and deserts were great. Pancakes in the morning were good.

Air con! We had some issues with the aircon not working on our first day. It was fixed after calling the front desk a few times and complaining. No aircon in the fitness centre. It was 35 degrees by 10am and it was too hot to use. Also very dirty with puddles of sweat from other users. Food- all meat, chicken and fish options were very dry. Either over cooked or reheated. Morning eggs cooked in soy bean oil (yuck), sorry for being fussy.

The pool timings should be increased from upto 7PM to atleast 8 PM.. There should be 2 buggie carts to ferry Guest to their rooms as the distance from reception to far end rooms is a lot as sometimes u have to wait for 10 mins for buggy .

There are two great places for food and drinks around the corner and with a short tuk tuk ride we could reach the main road where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Schönes Hotel mit 800 m langem Pool. Grande Delux Room war sehr groß mit grosser Terrasse aber leider ohne Liegen nur mit Sesseln und einem grossen runden Korb mit Blick vom Bett aufs Meer Wir hatten unsere Badewanne im Vorraum viele haben dies aber am Balkon gehabt, Regenbrause guter Strahl. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Hilfsbereit bei Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Im Grunde war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt auch wenn manches nicht so OK war.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war unterdurchschnittlich. Ein Fleck im Vorraum vor dem WC vom Vorgänger blieb die ganze Zeit. Fussboden wurde anscheinend nie aufgewischt. Die Betten standen vor einen Sideboard dass aber nicht befestigt war so dass man sich sitzend im Bett nicht ablehnen konnte. Das kleine Pool beim Speisesaal war von 10 Tagen 8 Tage nicht im Betrieb nur für Fußbad hat ständig Wasser verloren und war geschlossen so dass man den Buggy in Anspruch nehmen musste um zum großen Pool bzw. Liegen zu fahren. Bücherei bei Rezeption zu erfragen die haben in vielen Sprachen Bücher aber versteckt unter dem Tisch. Lunchpakete kann man vergessen nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Supermarkt und Massagesalon mit tuck tuck 60 Baht. Da wir zeitig in der früh abgereist sind und Taxi brauchten verlangte das Hotel für 15 Minuten bis zum Flughafen 600 Baht. Wir haben als wir ankamen quer durch Phuket fast bis zum Ende für 1,5 Stunden in der Nacht vom Flughafen aus nur 800 Baht bezahlt. So gesehen war bei der Zufahrt zum Flughafen ein unverschämter Preis.

Riesiges Schwimmbad und die Nähe zum Flughafen. Der Lärm der Flugzeuge war im Hotel aber nicht störend.

Fahrradverleih max nur 3 Stunden.

Grote kamer en badkamer. Veel ruimte om al je spullen kwijt te kunnen. Ontbijt was prima, voor ieder wat wils. We verbleven twee nachten, strand was aan de overkant van de straat en er zijn 3 lekkere restaurants op loopafstand. Voor een langere periode zouden we hier niet willen blijven.

Het bed en kussen waren beide hard. De airco maakte erg veel lawaai, leek net alsof je in een vliegtuig lag. Door de grootte van de kamer kreeg de airco niet alles koel.

The rooms were incredibly spacious. The main pool area was lovely. The beach is right across the road. The staff in the hotel restaurant were amazing, so friendly and welcoming.

It was a very long walk to our room. There is not much around the hotel. Some of the sunbeds were broken and found for the size of the hotel there wasn’t enough sunbeds.
