The location of the guest house is perfect, close to a mall, Engen convenience centre, and fast food outlets. My room was very clean. I booked in the winter season and I had told the staff that I won't spend time in the afternoon of my 2nd day there, but I will be back in the evening. On arrival around 8pm from my afternoon errands, I found the aircon on with the room already warmed up. I truly found that to be a lovely gesture given that when I came back I was really cold. I recommend this guesthouse, you definitely get your value for money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent location, across from the Dihlabeng Mall and casino. It's probably ok value for money but I wouldn't stay there again. See negatives..

In one room the basin was leaking. We had to point it out to the staff, otherwise it was just cleaned and they moved on. However, it did get fixed when we told them. The same in the other room, toilet leaking, just cleaned and moved on. Once it was pointed out to the staff, they did make attempts to fix it. Paint peeling off walls from water damage and mould. The room was not entirely clean. Some cupboard shelves hadn't been wiped in weeks - see photo of wet wipes I used to clean the shelf. We moved temporarily into the largest room due to the toilet leak, but it was noisy with the proximity to the road. It also had a bad smell in the evening, perhaps with cooking happening in the kitchen nearby. It was not pleasant and we couldn't sleep there. Water damage in ceiling. The owners are clearly trying to milk the property with doing as little maintenance as possible. It could be that my expectations were too high and you get what you pay for, but I wouldn't consider it 3 star and definitely won't be going back.

I booked here but decided not to stay over. The place is not as advertised and is in a poor condition. Had a look at the room and decided that it was not value for money.

I love everything about this guesthouse, it is closer to the mall, very clean, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location of the property is convenient, as the property is closer to the main road.

Shower was blocked and water pushed up showering. I had to stand with my feet in someone's dirty water pushing up. My motorcycle indicator was broken off by someone staff/guest Mold on bedroom wall made my sinuses bad Bed very hard

Well funny story😂: The ladder that one has to climb to get into the pool wasn't stable enough, I'm on the heavier side so it couldn't support my weight, the staff was kind enough to provide an alternative.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly. We asked for an extra blanket as it was freezing and we were assisted with a smile. Wifi was good.

Unfortunately, there were other noisy guests, but the staff tried their best. The beds are okay, but the family room was only set up for 2 guests, yet it accommodates 4 guests. Parking was an issue due to limited space. The TV did not work in our room. The bathroom window does not have any curtains or cover, even though the glass was blurred, but there is quite a lot of visibility from the inside and outside.

The location is ok, I did not take breakfast. The room I had, had it's own parking garage which is very convenient.

There was no soap in the shower, the warm water flow is very poor. I have to admit I only booked at night which could have been the cause of the soap etc.

The property is situated across the road from the mall, and is easily accessible. The family room is very spacious, with comfortable beds. Our neighbours were a bit noisy, but the guesthouse has quiet time from 21:00 to 7:00, so the staff was very strict and did not allow loud music after that time, and we had a quiet night further.

Even though we booked for four people, the family unit only has two of everything (plates, cups, glasses). The staff was quick to fix the request for two extra towels, however, I think they need to plan before arrival of guests. The property is situated on the N5, so it can be a bit noisy from busses parking close by.

The location was great and easy to find. The room was large and comfortable and I liked the mini kitchen in the room and microwave.

Parking on site was good although when the guesthouse is full the parking is tight.

There was a bit of a drain smell coming from the bathroom. The LEd lights under the facias and the room does not have "Block out" curtains so the lights at night disturbed my sleep a bit. Other than that, the place is fine

The room is next to the parking and the room does'nt have lace curtains, so you cant open main curtains. You then get feel clostrophobic in the room. No, kitchen towels or paper, you're expected to use same towels on the bed in the bathroom. The facility is next to the National road N5. The sound of trucks and cars is disturbing, coupled with the outside Lighting which is too much you don't sleep, but wake up feeling very tired and sickly
