Super professional, super efficient well well well placed. Not sure it’s of my interest to provide too many compliment as it will be busy on my next arrival smiling face.

Chambre petite, décoration nulle, rapport qualité prix très mauvais, hôtel max 3 étoiles. prix incompréhensible, 5 étoiles incompréhensibles

L’emplacement est top, calme tout en étant près de rues très animées. La déco est jolie. On avait une très belle terrasse avec notre suite familiale. Ils ont été plutôt arrangeants pour mettre un lit supplémentaire payant. Généreux sur les bouteilles d’eau et produits de toilette.

Quasi aucun rangement. Un tout petit placard penderie ( les cintres faces à nous), genre placard à balais. Étonnant pour une chambre pour 4. Résultat toutes les valises ouvertes par terre. Pas de place non plus au niveau des lits superposés. Éclairage pas fonctionnel, on était obligé de se lever pour éteindre même pour les lampes de chevet. Juste une lampe sur la terrasse.qui doit faire 30/40m2, donc vraiment très tamisée le soir pour y dîner. Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas bon, peu de choix et vraiment pas généreux. Système de menu ( un plat + une boisson), les plats n’ont aucun intérêt et sont sans saveur, les verres de jus d’orange rempli au tiers quant au thé, peu de choix et juste une petite tasse, pas de théière. Sans parler de tous les suppléments, pour avoir un jus pressé , du saumon avec les œufs brouillés etc. Nous avons trouvé que ce n’était ni bon et ni généreux pour le prix et le standing de l’hôtel. Nous l’avons dit au personnel qui n’y pouvait pas grand chose, mais qui s’est mis en quatre le jour d’après ( double dose de sirop pour les pancakes ! ). On a aussi voulu essayer le room service pour le dernier soir, peu de choix sur la carte et pas de basique, le burger par exemple n’est pas servi le soir. C’était notre dernier hôtel après un périple de 3 semaines au Japon, le plus cher et celui que nous avons le moins aimé. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon.

The room was damp and had a stale smell to it even with the AC on. The fan of the AC was not really changable so it was either hot or windy and cold.

Super chic and clean, the room was a good size. Drinks at the bar were delicious and breakfast was amazing!

TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET is now one of our favorite places in the world. We loved everything from the room, its amenities, our breakfast sets in the café, evening snacks and drinks in the lounge, and the overall location. It's a beautifully designed space with exceptional hospitality. We felt incredibly cared for and welcome. We are already dreaming about returning!

Great location at the top of Shibuya, easy to walk to Harajuku village, Omotesando and Aoyama. Choice is limited at breakfast, but it is a good breakfast. Staff are really nice, but very hit and miss depending who you get.

Punishingly underwhelming hotel, clever photography and staging hide a dated, tired and basic space that is wildly over-priced for what it is - even by Tokyo standards. Dark rooms are cramped and full of furniture. We could not open both bags on the floor at the same time. Bathroom was maybe 1.4 x 1.6m so only one person could go in there at a time. Feels a bit like you are staying in a teenagers bedroom Loud event space next door Despite having the space for it, the bed is pushed up against the wall, so you have to shuffle down the bed to get in and out waking your partner every time

It was tucked away in a quiet street just steps away from main areas such as Shibuya Crossing. Also around the hotel provide unique little shops.

This is a beautiful hotel that is staffed by very professional, pleasant and helpful staff. Everything we asked for was arranged easily and with a helpful attitude. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. Even the standard room, which is not big, is very well stocked and organized. The lounge/bar/ lobby area is a great place to hang out, with comfortable seating and plenty of space.

Really, everything was perfect. Maybe I would like it better if it was a bit closer to the metro stop, but that is not something that can be changed.

Walk to town in city but quiet enough at night

Breakfast was surprisingly awful; tried avocado toast & eggs benny; cluttered plate w/ god-awful sausage, which took an inordinately long time. No regular granola; only yogurt, which we had to pay for. Better a simple buffet....

The hotel is at the intersection of hipsterville & a railway platform. The owner has figured out how to sweat every asset of the hotel (entrance leads to two pvt-function halls) & a Wework-like lobby; all of this is great for his biz, but not so nice for hotel residents, where just navigating the lobby can give you a headache. Poorly designed rooms: no closet space nor place for bags; a bed pushed up against a wall and a needlessly long desk, which itself has to be navigated by stepping over an extended bed platform?!

Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön und auch gut ausgestattet, das Bett war allerdings leider etwas klein.

The Trunk experience has spoilt any future hotel stay forever. We received a very unexpected upgrade to the most amazing room with every facility imaginable. It has set a new benchmark.

Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were significantly smaller than advertised in the Booking.com photos. The pictures are misleading compared to the reality upon arrival. We left after 3 hours.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Tokyo. The location is perfect — quiet, stylish, and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood that feels both local and modern. The team’s hospitality was outstanding; everyone was incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful, especially with planning parts of my trip inside Japan. My room was amazing. The design, atmosphere, and little details created this chilled, home-like vibe that made it easy to relax after long days. Even though I stayed only one night, it left a strong impression, and I’m already planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommended

Fantastic location. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. It was my birthday trip and they made me feel very special for it. Beds were super comfy. The turn-down service included fresh flowers and sleep oil. We stayed for two nights (wish we had booked earlier so more of our trip could be there).

The room smelt a little musty, could do with airing but no way to open any windows. Also the bed was tiny compared to the living space - more like a queen size mattress. Also 9 weddings on each of the Saturday and Sunday we were there meant a constantly packed lobby/bar area for the entire day/evening

Th staff was super friendly and helpful. The smell, ambience and breakfast was amazing! We also loved the attention to details in the room: the relax scent oil, flowers, pijamas and mini bar selection.
