La stanza è virtualmente senza finestra - c'è una piccola finestra ricavata nella porta d'ingresso che non è possibile tenere aperta perché vi è passaggio di persone davanti. L'acqua della doccia al mattino non era calda.

Единственное неудобство с которым мы столкнулись - в "часы пик" горячая вода была достаточно прохладной.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026We were happy with the place overall. It has a convenient location, is well-maintained and colorful. The breakfast is well organized and, for a place like this, there is something for everyone. Their coffee is also good. The Wi-Fi connection was good. There are additional receivers in the rooms, so it seems to have been improved, as I had read previous reviews mentioning that the Internet connection was weak. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. There is a hairdryer, toiletries, disposable cups and a mini fridge. An iron is also available upon request, and it works quite well.The staff are kind and helpful. There is 24/7 reception and near Metro and Bus station.
We had a small issue with the air conditioning. We set it to a very low temperature, but it constantly showed around 27°C on the display, and it didn't blow sufficiently cold air — it felt more like a fan. A technician came and tried to fix it, but in the end we came to the conclusion that the temperature shown on the AC display (27°C) did not correspond to the actual temperature in the room. It was probably closer to 25°C, but the room could not be cooled below that. Another thing worth mentioning is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the neighbors.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Di questo Hotel abbiamo apprezzato molto gli allestimenti esterni curati e ben pensati, la pulizia della camera e la gentilezza del personale: tutti sono stati estremamente cordiali e gentili. Posizione molto interessante: stazione della metro vicina che porta direttamente a Termini/ Colosseo
La nostra camera seppur molto spaziosa si trovava alla fine del fabbricato in corrispondenza della strada. Per quanto gli infissi attutivano il rumore, non riuscivano ad eliminarlo del tutto. Ultima cosa il materasso del letto a castello (bellissimo perché si crea da un divano) era un po' sfondato.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Wir durften den überwachten Parkplatz bereits vor dem Checkin und am nächsten Tag auch noch nach dem Checkout benutzen. Das war für uns sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, aber mit der nahe gelegenen Metro ist man in 20 Minuten am Kolosseum. Hilfreich war auch, dass wir immer wieder Wasserflaschen bekommen haben.
Das Hotel liegt nah an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

No merece la pena este hotel, no repetiría. Está muy muy lejos del centro, te gastas mucho dinero en transporte. Además tuvimos problemas con la limpieza de las habitaciones (cuando ya estás allí alojado te dicen que las habitaciones las limpian de tarde de 17 a 19H, por lo que si vais a mediodía a descansar todavía no estará y mientras descansáis os molestaran insistentemente para limpiarla), tuvimos problemas también con el límite de horas de descanso. Había gente fuera en el jardín que de a la puerta hablando muy alto, riendo, bebiendo y fumando y no hacían absolutamente nada. Tuvimos que quejarnos hacia las 23,30H y sobre las 00H dijeron que pederían que bajaran la voz. ¿De verdad bajar la voz es asegurar un desacanso? Fue Horrible. El desayuno muy escueto, muy poca variedad, lo probamos un día y no repetimos. Y ahora contesten lo que contesten, que sepan todos que esto es 100% verdad.

I reserved 3 rooms for the wrong day, that's on me. I tried to get some credit when I booked the correct night but they flat out said "no". Again, booking the wrong night was my fault but after giving them $500 for nothing I had hoped they could work with me a bit. On the other hand, I could only get 1 room on the night it was needed but they did help me reserve 2 rooms at another hotel. Outside of those issues, the room was nice but a bit out of the way. It would be tough for those with mobility issues.

Il parcheggio era aperto e accessibile senza barriere. Sono finito in una struttura nuova dove su due piani, solo quello sottostante aveva le camere, mentre sopra era una struttura diroccata in fase di pseudo costruzione. Televisore non funzionante o telecomando scarico. In stanza non era presente ne the ne caffè malgrado il bollitore.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Das Hotel war in der Nähe der Metrostation. Das Bett war okay. Es gab einen Parkplatz.
Das Zimmer war in einem Gebäude, das nur zu 1/4 renoviert war. Der Rest war eine Fensterlose Bauruine. Im Bad gab es nur eine Wanne ohne Duschvorhang, duschen war also ein Abenteuer. Dann lief aber das Wasser nicht ab und wir mussten im stehenden Wasser duschen. Als wir das Personal informiert haben, reagierten sie sehr unhöflich. Als wir nachts nach Hause kamen, stellten wir fest, dass zwar jemand da war, um das zu reparieren, er ließ das Bad aber schmutzig und nass zurück. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl ich das Schild zum reinigen rausgehängt hatte. Abends war das Schild dann auf „nicht stören“ gedreht. Das Personal reagierte auf meine Beschwerde mit der Aussage, ich hätte das Schild selbst aufgehängt und wäre selbst schuld. Entschuldigung Fehlanzeige. Der Abfluss der Wanne funktionierte trotz der vermeintlichen Reparatur nicht. Auch die Klobrille war locker, so dass man ständig aufpassen musste, sich nicht weh zu tun. Schade, ich hatte mir von einem neu renovierten Zimmer mehr erwartet.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Struttura molto accogliente, con ampio giardino esterno, che ti permette anche di cenare ordinando da fuori, grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff che ci ha permesso questo extra. Posizione perfetta a 300 metri dalla metro. Stanza pulita. Colazione a buffet normale, altrimenti servizio bar a parte. Parcheggio ampio riservato e video sorvegliato.

Localizado perto de estrada movimentada e com mau isolamento sonoro. Blackouts não funcionam bem, o que torna impossível dormir sem luz. Vários equipamentos com problemas na casa de banho, incluindo o chuveiro. Limpeza insuficiente.

Ho avuto un piccolissimo “ problema “ con l’acqua calda risolta immediatamente, sicuramente la prenderò in considerazione per il mio prossimo soggiorno, grazie😊

Reviewed May 26, 2026L'Urban Garden Hotel è strutturato come un motel americano, con le camere accessibili dall'esterno della struttura, indipendenti dalla reception/sala colazioni. Situato in posizione periferica e tranquilla ma vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, metro incluso. La colazione offre un'ampia scelta di prodotti, la pulizia di camere e ambienti comuni è ottima e il parcheggio gratuito e spazioso, proprio di fronte all'hotel, è un servizio utilissimo e gradito. Grande gentilezza e cordialità da parte di proprietari e personale di servizio. Reception e bar aperti e disponibili 24 ore al giorno. Bellissimo anche il giardino che circonda la struttura.
Le dimensioni delle camere sono piuttosto ridotte, la porta d'ingresso e la finestra sono dotate di tende per garantire la privacy, dato che affacciano sull'esterno, e questo rende l'interno un po' buio. I bagni sono ciechi e proporzionati alle stanze, ma comunque fruibili. Fra le caratteristiche delle camere è segnalata l'insonorizzazione, ma il concetto è più che discutibile in entrambi i sensi (esterno/interno).
