A charming boutique hotel in one of the best spots in Piazza Spagna. Most worth of mentioning is the team of the hotel. They welcome you so friendly, with finger food,drinks and sandwiches on your arrival, and the rooms are excellent. They even leave a mini bottle of Aperol Spritz on your bed with chocolates. Amazing hospitality. Bedroom and bathroom are well designed and comfortable.

Camera un po' piccola: mancanza di una vera e propria postazione/scrivania come punto di appoggio, presenza esclusiva del soffione in doccia senza il doccino.

מיקום מושלם, שירות מעולה וצוות מקסים! מלון בוטיק מקסים, המלון ממוקם בלב ליבה של רומא, במרחק הליכה קצרצר מכל האטרקציות המרכזיות (כמו מזרקת טרווי, הפנתאן או המדרגות הספרדיות). זה פשוט תענוג לא להצטרך תחבורה ציבורית, פשוט יוצאים מהדלת ונוחתים ישר בתוך הקסם של העיר. בסביבה יש המון מסעדות מעולות, בתי קפה וגלידריות. לקחנו חדר עם יציאה לטרסה יפה, החדר היה נקי מאוד, כל יום סדרו את החדר והחליפו מגבות. הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב, מסביר פנים ועזר לנו בכל בקשה. מלון מומלץ בחום למי שרוצה להיות במרכז העניינים. ברור שנחזור למלון בביקור הבא שלנו ברומא!

Perfect place very safe, quiet, close to city center.

En general todo bien, el desayuno es muy bueno y casi todo el personal con quien tratamos fue amable. Destaco los snacks y nevera con agua embotellada, sin embargo nos tocó una de las habitaciones del edificio que no es el principal, que no tiene las mismas comodidades.

Hay varias cosas de estado físico o reparaciones de la habitación que tienen oportunidad de mejora. La cafetera de la habitación estaba mal lavada y en la ducha había pelos en la pared.

למרות שבחדר שקיבלנו היו שני מזגנים- הם לא קיררו כמו שצריך. ביקשנו סיוע - אבל לצערנו זה לא עבד. היה די חם בחדר.

I did not like breakfast. There were very few gluten-free options.

Location is perfect for first time travelers, a taxi stand near by, and walkable to all key attractions. The rooms were small, but very comfortable. There were nice cooking and pastries available for breakfast at no cost. Ice machine, sparkling and still water. They have a lovely outdoor patio for a diff vibe, (no major view from the patio though)

just the rooms could have a place to keep the luggage and be a bit larger. More a preference than, I did'nt like.

The ladies at the reception desk spoke English and Were friendly and very helpful!! Our room was ready early for our needs and The older gentleman In the very early morning was kind and carried our bags down the stairs. It was only an over night trip, wish we would have stayed there longer.

We loved this boutique hotel. The breakfast area was so cute except don’t get the room near there. Too noisy too early. Our sons got that room. I liked that they had drinks and snacks available all day. It was nice after a long day. They also had champagne waiting in the room on our arrival. Everyone there were friendly. It was in the perfect location to roam around. We would definitely return.

The location was great. Super short 2-3 min walk to both the Spanish steps (and the very charming/posh Spagna neighborhood), Trevi Fountain, and cute restaurants (both touristy/American friendly and more authentic). It was a reasonable 20 min walk to the Coliseum area (only felt long for us because of 100 degree heat). Short 5 min walk to the Metro, which got us to the Vatican area in about 20 mins total (and could have gotten us to the Coliseum faster). The staff was very friendly. The room was well appointed for the price point. A little tricky to find at first, but once we had, that was more a feature than a bug. FWIW, if you have kids/food sensitivities that make authentic restaurants a challenge, or are pressed for time, it's also super close to a McDonalds, a delightfully upscale KFC, and a Starbucks. Overall... location, location, location.

Only real complaint was the shower water temperature. The bathroom/shower itself was great - clean, nicely appointed, heated tile (!), great water pressure. But the water temperature was all over the place. First day it went cold in minutes. I mentioned it at the front desk and to the staff's credit (again, they were fantastic), they had maintenance on it immediately and it seemed solved. Next morning went cold quickly again. I guess that's the nature of older buildings, but it was a bit frustrating since everything else was so nice.

We came here for my husbands birthday and we were shocked at how gorgeous this little boutique hotel was. We'd never been to Rome before and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is so lovely. The staff are so friendly and always offer to help in any way. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is in the perfect location in the city to walk to anywhere and everywhere. We even walked to the colosseum and Vatican City as the hotel is central to everything. Perfect hotel for a perfect few days away. Definitely recommend. 5* from us.

A fabulous hotel perfectly located for all attractions. We spent 4 days and were able to walk to every tourist spot easily. The room has everything you need including complimentary waters, sodas and beer. There is even a complimentary tea/coffee area with snacks. The staff are all very helpful and met all our needs (including a sewing box for a dress malfunction!)

We did not get the notification about staying in the annex, which was in a completely different building (not actually annex). I know it stated “annex” in the booking, but we did not expect it to be in a completely different place. The standard room in the annex was very small and crammed and dull and dated and nothing like the pictures, really. When we confronted the front desk, after trying to persuade us that the forementioned room is similar to the one in the pictures, they offered to show us another room, which was unfortunately unavailable, due to a flood issue..another alternative was to change rooms every 2 days. We decided to opt for another place entirely and lose the price charged for the first night, because they would not agree to offer a full refund. Very disappointing, very far from the concept of a hotel.

Stood here for 6 nights . may 3 - 9 , 2026. Location is great . Walking distance to pretty much every site . Trevi fountain , Spanish steeps , Pantheon , Piazza Navona , Colosseum . Staff was great also . No complaints except 1 night . Wednesday night try to take a shower and there was no hot water .

The staff who helped me was great. He was very kind and helped us with our suitcases. The location is excellent and close to restaurants an shops. The room was spacious and clean. I forgot my pjs and had to contact the property. they were very helpful and gave me instructions on how to recover. Staff were very responsive via wass up.

The building has an elevator, but it doesn’t stop on every floor. this is communicated by the hotel; we didn't understand. My room was on the second floor, but to us it was on the fourth floor. In Italy, half floors are counted. We had to walk down 2 flights of stairs with luggage (one to access the elevator and one to access the street), which was difficult (depends on your age and fitness level).

A recepção e o ânimo dos funcionários todos em simpatia; todos eram solícitos. A localização é o ponto forte. Como se diz: "mão na roda" porque dá para conhecer muitas atrações turísticas a pé, além do que a estação de metrô Spagna é perto.

O edifício é antigo. Há um grande esforço em torná-lo confortável com mobílias novas e funcional. Há opção de glúten free no café da manhã. Ainda sobre o café da manhã: não compromete, é bom, mas não é surpreendente. É muito rigoroso entrar no acesso do edifício antigo, pois é preciso de uma senha para entrar na principal e posteriormente preencher com outra senha ou o cartão de acesso para ir até o quarto.

Good location

We asked for a double bed but we got two single beds joined together which meant at night the beds separated leaving this gap between the two beds. Did not make for a great sleep. As well our final day the bathroom door frame came apart.

Central Location helps a lot to come and rest afternoon before evening dinner. We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was great also. Coffee free at all hours. Fresh drinks in mini bar for free הכל כתוב למעלה באנגלית. מלון מומלץ ביותר.

All was great

The biggest advantage of this place is definitely the location. It is very central, within walking distance of major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made exploring Rome very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I especially want to highlight the reception team, who were kind and accommodating. On our departure day, they stored our luggage, offered us coffee, and kept us informed while we waited for our transfer. They also arranged a very comfortable and reliable airport transfer for us, which we really appreciated, even though it was slightly more expensive than a regular taxi (€ 65). There were also some nice touches like the minibar being included and refilled daily, as well as coffee and basic refreshments being available during the day. Breakfast was decent, not exceptional but perfectly fine.

Considering the price, the overall quality of the accommodation did not meet expectations. The property feels more like converted apartments than a proper hotel. The room itself was quite basic and somewhat worn down. Cleanliness was totally acceptable, however the equipment did not feel up to the standard one would expect at this price point (even considering the location and in comparison to other European capitals). The comfort and overall quality of the accommodation fall short for the price. If location is your top priority, it may still be a suitable choice, otherwise there are likely better value options in Rome.

Ce n est pas vraiment un hôtel, l accueil était dans un immeuble et notre chambre dans un autre immeuble. Les photos laissent penser à des grandes chambres spacieuses, la notre était minuscule et donnait sur la rue et donc très bruyante. De la même manière le petit déjeuner se fait dans un espace exiguë, la courette est étroite, et le petit déjeuner n a vraiment rien de délicieux… J ai du mal à comprendre comment c est possible autant de commentaires positifs..

È una struttura in pieno centro, con un ingresso indipendente. Ha tutto e anche più di quello che ci si aspetta. Spritz di benvenuto, buona dotazione di caffè e te e un frigo bar gratuito e ben fornito. La pulizia è impeccabile.

The location was perfect - walking distance to all the main attractions. Nice room, bed was really comfortable. Complimentary drink in our room on arrival. Pretty courtyard with outdoor heaters where we ate breakfast. Plentiful choice at breakfast. Coffee machine, biscuits and cake/pastries available in the breakfast room throughout the day to help yourself to.

Amazing location between Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A cute little boutique hotel in an old apartment block. Our room was a good size and very comfortable! Staff all lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Having access to machine coffee and snacks was an added bonus.

The only thing we weren't too keen on was the bfast. Apart from the area being quite small which is acceptable, the hot food like eggs sausages and bacon were cold. Would be ideal to have the coffee served once being in Italy, the Italians are known for their coffee. Otherwise all perfect!

The water pressure was super low. The hot water was coming and going. I went in the shower and with a hair damped with shampoo the water became cold I had to wash my hair with cold water with very low pressure.

Genialna lokalizacja. Łatwy dostęp, polecam pokoje w aneksie - spokojniej niż w głównej części hotelu. Fajna opcja mini bufetu w korytarzu przy pokojach. Dobre śniadania z fajną opcja patio - ogrzewane nawet w chłodniejsze miesiące.

Sprzątanie pokoi zaczynało się po 08:00 i obsługa robiła to bardzo bardzo głośno. Wyciszenie pokoi też takie sobie - słychać telewizor sąsiada lub przesuwanie krzeseł.

Ottima posizione, staff disponibilissimo (ho lasciato i bagagli in anticipo e poi li ho trovati in camera al check-in, aperitivo di benvenuto offerto in camera, mini bar incluso, infissi ottimi per cui anche se la zona è centrale e movimentata e la camera affaccia su strada era molto silenziosa, punto snack e ristoro sempre a disposizione gratuitamente, ottima e abbondante colazione con possibilità di sedersi in un bel patio all, aperto

El desayuno muy variado y completo, además tiene un patio precioso para desayunar en él. El personal muy amable y servicial, siempre con una sonrisa. A destacar el hecho de que tienen una sala con café, té, agua y snacks para que puedas tomar lo que quieras en cualquier momento del día. Nos pareció todo un acierto muy necesario y un gran detalle para los huéspedes. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir. Nos ha encantado en todos los sentidos!!

Location, perfect! The room was basic but perfect for our stopping we were hardly in the room to be honest - as there were so many sites we wished to view in Rome. The reception ladies were sensational! Provided some good tips for going round the city & provided a very warm welcome! Our bags were brought to the room very nice touch! Breakfast wasn’t bad but we opted for day two to eat out. Confusing that you had to go to a different building and we’re not in the main one check before booking! I possibly wouldn’t book again there but a perfect pit stop / over night stay if you like basic.
