Very good breakfast and attached restaurant (Sprigs). All staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping did a good job. The room safe was nice.

The bedside lights were horrible. Way too bright and glaring. The walls were not very sound-proof. We could often hear the people in neighboring rooms talking. In fairness, sometimes that was families with children who seemed to feel the need to yell every word they said. There were at least a couple of rooms near us who had dogs that were left alone in the rooms and barked incessantly for long periods of time. I thought $40/night for parking was extremely high. That said, the lot was nice and there was plenty of room. Mattresses were marginal as far as comfort. Stayed here to avoid the crowding of Waikiki/downtown Honolulu. We didn’t anticipate how many hours of the day H-1 is very congested with stop-and-go traffic. We met some relatives for breakfast at a restaurant just off H-1 on the other side of Honolulu at 8:30 a.m., about 26 miles away. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get there - almost all on interstates!

None shampoo and conditioner we been asking no one refills it and shower curtain not great always leak on the floor not totally cover up and tub slippery . Swimming pool to cold to swim , tub to hot .

Autóval érkeztünk és könnyen találtunk is parkolót a környéken, de a hotelnek is van sajátja. A szoba felszerelése a minőséghez igazodott, kényelmesnek és tisztának mondom.

A szállás pontosan megfelel a leírásnak. Semmi rosszat nem tudok mondani róla. A szálloda medencével is rendelkezik, azonban nagyon kicsi a szálloda méretéhez képest.

Room was great love how the bathroom had 2 ways of getting in was easy for my mom who was on a wheelchair.

It was a little pricey. I wish as a kamaina we would get a better deal. The only thing we got was a discount on parking.

The extra snacks and drinks were a great unexpected perk. Especially with kids. I also liked the location, and the staff were all friendly and great!

If you are expecting an adult (even children) to sleep on the sofa bed, don't. Make sure you have enough actual beds for everyone. The couch bed mattress was so thin, you could feel everywhere the metal was. It might as well have been a comforter. Also, the entrance door and bathroom doors stuck. We really had to put our shoulders into it to get them open and closed.

The staff are polite and courteous, and the environment is clean.

There were roaches in the room in our food. Bathroom. Definitely disappointed!!

The staff at the front desk and the ladies in the kitchen are really kind. The egg breakfasts were awesome, literally they did the best omlettes and fried eggs. The room was spacious, clean, in style. The location was amazing for us: it was calm, clean, organized, was easy to reach Honolulu and other parts of the island.

We have really tried to enjoy our stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, we have had several issues during our time here. When we arrived after a 30-hour journey from Hungary, Europe, the room was only set up for 2 people, even though we booked for 3. There were only two towels, the shower head wasn't working properly and it needed to be changed right away. My blanket was taken twice during housekeeping. We also had trouble with the lights in the back of the room, which took three requests to get checked. And the shampoo and conditioner weren't refilled until the third time we asked. Actually the breakfast itself was extremely poor. There was no vegetables, the only way we could eat some, it was in the omlettes. The fruits, which was apples and melons, once bananas, were emptied out fast and wasn't reloaded. We expected some local fruits like pineapples, more bananas, mangos... There were no fresh juices. Also, there weren't any cold cuts like cheeses and cold meats. No gluten free options.

Out of Waikiki and on the Leeward side. Very nice hotel with a great hot breakfast buffet that comes with your stay and very clean.

The evening reception was a bit disappointing. The drinks are nice, don't get me wrong, but the "snacks" were only goldfish crackers, some kind of wheat crackers, potato chips, broccoli, and ranch dressing. The room is not soundproof - we could hear the kids in the room next door as well as airplanes. The pool is quite a bit smaller than it appears in photos, and there are no grounds to relax in outside. So good enough, but not for the price. Also, there's no good place to put on makeup. The lighting is terrible.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was great and priced reasonably. The complimentary drinks added to the hospitality. Location is very convenient. Room was spacious. Parking is good. Family friendly.

The open shower was messy. Our floor was so wet and we felt cold with the AC draft. Our pull out coach didn’t fit the room space. We had to move the heavy entertainment table under the TV to open the hide away.

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 방에 전자레인지와 개수대가 있어서 유용하기 사용했습니다. 체크아웃 하던날 TV를 새것으로 교체하고 있었습니다. 북적이지 않는 동네라 좋고 근처에 식당과 대형마트도 있습니다. 다음에 하와이를 가면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Loved the friendly staff and fellow guests. Because it is not a huge property, we found it very easy to get acclimated and enjoy the facilities and surrounding businesses. The room rate was great. The Saturday cocktails at Spriggs Grill was super fun.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

If I had to say one thing it was the lighting in the bathroom. We were there for a wedding and it was hard to see while putting on my makeup.

It's a very nice and comfortable hotel but the first morning I was there I went to get some breakfast at their breakfast buffet and saw a cockroach on their soda machine. Fifteen minutes later I see a lady step on a different roach. That would be the only complaint I have from that the hotel is great.

We like having free breakfast downstairs to start our day. Like having microwave, fridge and snacks with drinks.

Not at the busy tourist area but still drivable to anywhere on the island. If you don’t want to stay in Waikiki then this is where it’s at.

This is a very nice hotel. I had a easy check in process, the staff was very friendly. The rooms are very clean. I traveled with children and we were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

I give this hotel a 5-star rating. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Breakfast wasn't that special, but for people on the go, it will do. We just have a few issues with the guest next door; they have 6 kids in the room, and they were playing, yelling, and banging the room divider, so we had to call the front desk. Coming from the mainland and the time difference, we needed to be in bed by 10 pm, and that would be 1 am in california. Also the 2nd day we were there, we tried to check the pool and got locked out tried calling the hotel, but it went straight to the automated system, and tried the phone by the pool it was not working. My daughter has to go over the fence to go all the way around and open the door for us.

This hotel was amazing! We loved everything about it! Breakfast and social hour were amazing. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed the early morning coffee and daily breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic breakfast offering included in our booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large and aesthetic room, very clean and luxurious feel. Pool and jacuzzi were great, and we could borrow towels. A few food options within walking distance but not great quality. I felt that the neighbourhood was a bit eerie. Only 20min from the airport in good traffic which was convenient for us.

Hotel aesthetic, nicely appointed with contemporary decor. Rooms were comfy. The hotel is inland, located in the "green zone", protected from Tsunami. We were checking into our room during the Tsunami alerts for evacuation. Luckily, all was well, and there was no damage along the coastal areas.

Hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. Must leave the hotel for lunch options nearby. Pool area is small, but you're in paradise... go to the beach!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Overall, it was a nice experience but with some pros and cons. Parking was the biggest downside—$40/day for valet or trying your luck with street parking, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the hotel gave us two free drinks per night at their restaurant, which was a thoughtful touch. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out easy. The pool area was clean but on the smaller side, so it got a little crowded at times. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, especially the omelet station which was fresh and tasty. All in all, a decent stay with good amenities, though parking could definitely be improved.
