La ubicación de los apartamentos es extraordinaria, queda cerca caminando de los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad, y muy próxima a la estación de metro de Covent Garden, que te comunica perfectamente con toda la ciudad. En cuanto a su diseño es muy práctico, bonito y funcional, y el personal es muy amable en todo momento. Recomendaremos el alojamiento y repetiremos a nuestra vuelta a Londres.

Por poner un 'pero' no nos gustó que no limpiaran el apartamento cada día, no estamos acostumbrados a hacernos las camas de vacaciones, pero entendemos que es un tipo de alojamiento distinto al de un hotel, y a cambio de mejores instalaciones en la habitación, con su cocinita y mesa por si quieres comer allí, está esta medida buscada para ofrecer más independencia a los huéspedes, así que muy bien.

The room was very well equipped and modern. bed and pillows comfortable . staff very welcoming and helpful. liked the little milk bottles in fridge rather than the uht pods you normally encounter

the only issue we had was the bed was very high and whilst wonderfully positioned for the fantastic view of the strand you couldn't get to the other side of the bed so meant climbing across which is a bit of an issue when you need to get up in the middle of the night and the far side of the bed had no side table / plinth. we will stay again but will request a different room layout

Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch, überall kommt man in kürzester Zeit hin, es gibt viele Bahn- und Busverbindungen und die meisten Ziele erreicht man sogar zu Fuss recht schnell. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und modern eingerichtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Etwas eng, aber das wussten wir zum Voraus und hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer und sonst immer unterwegs.

Die Zimmer könnten etwas Ablage / Stauraum für die Kleidung vertragen. Aber wir sind auch so gut zurecht gekommen.

The studio room was very very very tight with not much room to swing a cat. The person on one side of the bed had to wake the other if they wanted to get out.

The room was very small. Barely any room to open your luggage. Also no safe but then there wasn’t room service daily so it wasn’t a problem.

There was no mirror in the shower room also no wardrobes . The sink was near the bed . Not in bathroom . No problem for a 2 night stay . Maybe would have been if it was a longer stay ? There was a mistake with the room allocated but it was rectified instantly. A blood pressure machine was accidently left in the first room we were given . We were given the wrong room as I booked a studio with kitchenette . Our issue was resolved immediately . We stayed another 2 nights but the machine wasn’t returned . It was something we did t notice until we left the hotel and returned home . The room we were eventually given was perfect . A kitchenette . A very very comfortable bed . A huge tv . Just a strange lay out .

Es coqueto, fui con mi hijo de 6 años y le encantó. Está bien ubicado, el personal atento con recepcion 24 horas, cualquier problema te lo resuelven rapido. Edificio alto y moderno estuve en un sexto. Tiene mesa de comedor plegable y sillas aunque no se vea en las fotos, importante! Muy util el lavabajillas. Cama enorme y comoda. Subir o bajar persiana y encender luces electrico. Muy silencioso, no se escucha nada de fuera. La cama tiene abajo un cajon enorme para guardar cosas. El secador!! La ventana es enorme, aunque abre poco. Hay un espejo donde poder verte de cuerpo entero. La presion del agua en la ducha. Hay acondicionador, gel y body milk.

El microhondas no funcionaba, tuve que pedir pastillas de lavabajillas y estropajo, el lavabo con el tubo de abajo roto chorreando agua con un charco en el suelo y tuve que pedir toallas porque se habian empapado al estar abajo. No tiene horno ni tijeras de cocina. Frigorifico mini mini, no coge nada. Un pelo en la paleta de cocina. Cuarto de baño muy estrecho, poco sitio para poner la ropa. La luz no es muy potente. No limpian la habitacion ni cambian toallas a menos que las pidas y esque no hay ni artculos de limpieza para poder barrer por ejemplo.

Second time staying in a Wilde apartment love the attention to detail and design. 2 minute walk to Covent Garden couldn’t be closer.

L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima e vicino a 2 stazione metropolitane ed una fermata bus proprio davanti.Le attrazioni principali ed i teatri sono comunque raggiungibili a piedi con passeggiate fino a 15/20 minuti, quindi comodissime. Se prendete l'appartamento ci sono anche diversi supermercati nella zona. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile

Aparthotel nel pieno centro di Londra, a pochi passi da Covent Garden e Leicester Square. Struttura pulita, accogliente e confortevole, atmosfera piacevole e poco rumorosa. Dotata di tutti i comfort, sia in bagno sia nel cucinino. Staff molto gentile e sempre presente in reception.

The hotel was in a good location and very modern. Having a kitchen was also very useful during our stay.

1. Rooms facing the street could be noisy at night. Sound proofing of this hotel is better than most hotels in London but it is a busy street. 2. There is no proper lobby area to sit down on ground floor, but not a deal breaker

The location and the staff is perfect.

The room is very small. There is no place to take out your stuff from the luggage. It is good for one person not for one. The window can not be opened.

The staff are friendly, the location is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and there is air conditioning (which is very important in summer) and good soundproofing.

The trash was collected but no new trash bags were provided, so I hope more trash bags can be stocked in the room. The kitchen sink is too narrow, and the response to messages is not timely enough.

Fantastic location. Every member off staff was welcoming and friendly. We stayed for my Best friend’s 40th Birthday and while we were out at the theatre Fernando put snacks, a bottle of fizz and a lovely card in our room for her. Such a lovely personal touch that made her so happy. The room is very comfortable with the A/C being a big bonus. Lovely and quiet considering the central London location. We both had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend, thank you so much.

On the first two nights there was horrible noise which made it difficult to sleep. After moving to another room (as I requested) the window didn't open, which made it a bit airless and stifling

Rooms were clean and comfortable.There are a kitchen and some tableware, so I ate breakfast and had coffee.

The building had curb appeal - which my husband who didn't know we was staying there said straight away - and then when you walk in and the smell hits you! Beautiful. We was so pleased to find out when we checked in that we had been upgraded free of charge for my husband's 40th, which we was incredibly grateful for. The apartment was fabulous - thank you!

The only thing that I could say was all the cases and luggage in the reception made it a bit tight/messy, as it's only small it's tight to then get through to the lift/stairs - however it did not affect our stay at all and it's great that you offer the service to hang on to peoples luggage whilst go around the city.

Gorgeous hotel in great location. Option to cook was a great bonus. Staff great. Hot showers, comfortable beds. Staff willingly moved us rooms as twin room not suitable for relative with mobility issues. Wouldn't ordinarily need an accessible room but on this occasion did.

My own fault for not researching but no lounge area. Have stayed in Wilde Cambridge and expected similar set up.

Handige en leuke locatie: vlakbij The Strand, dichtbij metrostations Covent Garden, Embankment, Charing Cross én bij de River Boat want vlakbij Victoria Embankment Gardens. Dat parkje is overigens een fijn streepje groen in de stad. In onze Superior Studio leek de kitchenette ons te klein om volop te kokerellen maar het keukentje is zeker geschikt voor een lichte of makkelijke maaltijd, zoals een ontbijt. Er zijn voldoende winkels en afhaalmogelijkheden in de buurt, zoals M&S Food. De kamer was erg net en smaakvol ingericht, met handige domotica. De temperatuur van de kamer regelen, wat heel handig was, zeker omdat we er tijdens een hittegolf waren. Het bed met pocketveren was ruimer dan een standaard 2-persoonsbed (180cm), dat was voor Londen erg ruim. We zaten op de hoek en keken via grote ramen uit op The Strand maar hoorden heel weinig van de stad of van de buren. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, de communicatie via WhatsApp gaat ook heel makkelijk. Je kan er je bagage ook gratis en met een gerust hart laten bij start en einde van je verblijf.

Kleine minpuntjes waren "wear and tear" van een studio die al even in gebruikt is: zo sloot de deur van onze douche niet goed af waardoor het water uit de douche liep en de grond behoorlijk nat werd. Ook was de buitendeur van de koelkast niet goed bevestigd aan de binnendeur. De binnendeur sloot wél goed af, waardoor alles vers bleef. We hebben de mankementen via WhatsApp gemeld en kregen snel respons. Voor ons stoorde het niet zo, maar voor de prijs die we betaalden voor dit duurdere verblijf, vonden we dat zaken als deze wel goed opgevolgd horen te worden.

Review The Wilde apartments London We recently stayed at Wilde Apartments in London. The apartment itself was compact but functional, and overall, it met our basic accommodation needs. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very distressing incident. During our stay, we requested that tea and milk be replenished, which was done while we were out of the apartment. Before leaving, I had placed my Italian bank book and a quantity of euros inside my suitcase. Although the suitcase was closed, I had not locked it, and I did not realize there was a safe available in the apartment. When we arrived at our next destination and I went to deposit the euros into my Italian bank account, I discovered that both my bank book and the cash were missing from where I had left them. This has caused significant stress and inconvenience, particularly because I live in South Africa and the missing bank book is for an Italian bank account. My husband immediately notified the property that my bank book and euros were missing. While I cannot say with certainty what happened to these items, discovering they were gone after housekeeping had accessed the apartment has left me feeling deeply unsettled and concerned about the security of personal belongings during our stay. I hope the management takes reports like this seriously, investigates them thoroughly, and reviews its security and housekeeping procedures so that future guests can have greater confidence when leaving their belongings in the apartment.

I stayed at Wilde Aparthotels London, Covent Garden, and my experience was truly excellent. The location is perfect for exploring London, with many of the city's main attractions within walking distance. The room was modern, spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything we needed. A special thank you to the manager, Martina, who stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. She made our stay even more enjoyable, making us feel welcome from the very beginning and showing genuine care and attention to every guest. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of London. I will definitely be back!

Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig und man hört nichts von draussen.

Es war ein kleines Zimmer, aber total gut eingerichtet. Es war perfekt für unseren Städtetrip.

My room had no real window. At check-ou Ihad asked for an invoice copy by mail which the lady said she had sent already. After not having received the invoice ai again asked for it by email. I have not received anything to date.

Firstly, the positive about this experience: -The staff is amazing and thoughtful and really kind and helpful thorough the stay. -The location is incredible, right on a side street off the strand, near Charring Cross and Embankment stations. We basically were able to walk everywhere quickly and not spend too much time on buses/underground which was incredible. -Beds were comfortable and slept very well overall -AC worked well -Nice to have a fully stocked kitchenette to store breakfast, snack and leftovers -Very quiet overall; some sounds now and then from the hall and rooms above us, but outside noise non-existent -Auto blackout curtains are a great touch; made sleeping in easy The things that are ok, but could be better: -There's no shared lounge area for guests, just a narrow lobby that the staff also works out of. It would be nice to have some more of a shared space, but understand that's not possible based on the location. -Not enough storage for clothing/toiletries/food; all the kitchen shelves/spaces are taken with items so there isn't anywere to put the food items we bought; it would have been good to have dedicated shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, and some more clothing specific shelving; but there was sufficient under bed storage where I put all my clothing which was great until I realized ("the bad" below) The bad: -We had bed bugs which I discovered about half-way through the stay. I had one big bug bite after the first night, but didn't realize that it was from a bed bug. I then proceeded to get about 6 bites overall on my arms, neck, hands. My friend discovered the actually bug and we shared with the hotel staff. The staff was super helpful and responded immediately with concern, offered to change our rooms, send all of our clothes to be washed/dry cleaned at the correct temperatures. The hotel staff was super apologetic; and went above and beyond to help where they could. -In our first room the in unit dishwasher was moldy/smelled terrible; I had to call down and request cleaning multiple times; so it was un-usuable and made the whole room smell bad

Location for theatreland exceptional! The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Hotel was looking tired and well used, scuffed walls, scrapes, wood and paint chipped. Floor scuffed with marks. The room was tiny and for anyone over 6' tall would find it difficult to live with for more than 1 nights stay. The mattress was very hard and after just the 1 uncomfortable night my back suffered the next day. Air con hardly worked and with the fan on max you still couldn't feel cold air and it didn't chill the room on the top floor. Overall the experience wasn't great for the £280.00 paid for just one night - you get a room at the Hub by Premier Inn for £140.00 per night which is newer, still small but bigger bathrooms and just for the 1 night then savings probably worth it considering half the price - location, location, location is this properties USP. That's nailed!

Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, die Betten bequem, die Lage ist perfekt, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Ganzkörperspiegel und schöne Aussicht, Verdunklungsmöflichkeiten in Form von Rollläden

Die Klimaanlage könnte noch etwas leistungsstärker sein, aber es war trotzdem sehr gut und angenehm im Zimmer. Die Badezimmeramaturen sind nicht sonderlich stabil, aber auch das ist vollkommen ertragbar.

The female receptionist was rude and despite paying for a late checkout the cleaners knocked and woke us up.

Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Fernando, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il a été incroyablement gentil, attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de le revoir avant notre départ pour le remercier en personne, mais nous tenions à lui adresser un grand merci ici. Des personnes comme Fernando font vraiment la différence et laissent un souvenir mémorable de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

The location is fantastic for the theatre and Covent Garden. Near to the tube and quiet. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfy.

I'm not sure why but we ended up in an accessible studio which we didn't book. It was quite small with a wet room which was very slippery after a shower. We had to put a towel on the floor to walk across the bathroom. The sink was tiny and extremely low which would be ideal for wheelchair access but we had to bend double to use it. There was a small table in front of the door and no room to manoeuvre on one side of the bed. The only mirror was behind the table, so unusable or in the bathroom so no access to a plugs. The apartment was also very dark with very little lighting. The room looked out at a large chimney.
