The apartment is big and has kitchen amenities. The living room is quite spacious. Bonus points from me for not being located on top floor with no lift which is often the case with the older flats in central Lisbon that also have a terrace. There was ample storage space in the bedrooms which is nice if you stay longer like us.

The terrace is quite large however one of the sides is covered with air conditioners blowing hot air which in 30 degrees C is not ideal but to be fair to hosts this was shown clearly on the pictures. The street the apartment is on has one of the steepest inclines I have ever seen and while it is historic it is difficult to reach by car so be aware in case you plan to arrive on foot as it might be challenging with a lot of heavy luggage. The biggest issue we had is that there were bedbugs in our bedroom. My wife was quite badly impacted by bites all over her body. I was also impacted but less so. It took us few days to find out what they are as initially we thought it was an allergic reaction to a medicine she was taking. The presence of bedbugs is probably not surprising given that the cleanliness of the flat was generally quite poor from the start and we even bought a mop to clean ourselves which we've never had to do before. Once we discovered what we are dealing with we contacted the property and they initially tried to shift the blame on us. They did however to their credit moved us to another property few hours later which was also not very clean however at least it did not have bedbugs. What it did have were small cockroaches in the kitchen. I also contacted booking.com who responded quickly however at the end they basically told me that I should take it with the property and there is not much they can do. Overall this experience kind of ruined our holiday and while we love Lisbon and have been there 4 times, we will think hard before we come back. I will also think before booking any more trips on booking.com who seem to not be able to vet well the properties they have on their platform.

Apartment war sehr groß und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war gut.

Bett war unbequem, Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und zu "dünn". Zumindest in dem Raum mit dem großem Bett. Es war freitags und samstags sehr laut durch ein Straßenfest.

Nothing to dislike about the property, only downside is it’s on a steep hill if you aren’t mobile but so is everywhere else in Lisbon!

foi meio dificil de achar pois o uber não conseguiu parar na rua exata e nem sabia explicar direito onde era, a viela era bem ingreme e meio chato de chegar até ela, mas nada muito comprometedor, só que não é acessivel pra quem tem dificuldades de locomoção

Localização e espaço

A reserva foi feita em meu nome para um grupo de 6 rapazes. Após uma semana, pois também me encontrava fora, foi-me comunicado o seguinte: - casa tinha pingos de sangue (?); - não havia toalhas para todos (e as que haviam tinham alguma nódoas castanhas); - a reserva foi feita para 6- 2 quartos e supostamente sofá cama o que não correspondeu à realidade, um dos rapazes teve que dormir no chão; Tirando estes contras, que acho um pouco mau, o apartamento tem boa localização e é espaçoso.

Lejligheden havde en lugt at skimmelsvamp, som de prøvede at “dække” med duftfriskere i skabe og stikkontakter. Derudover var der kun to ruller toiletpapir til fire mennesker som havde fem overnatninger, samt flere af deres ophængte ting såsom bruser, toiletpapirsholder og håndklædeholder hængte halvvejs ude af væggen og var på vej ned. Beliggenheden var fin, dog var væggene ikke særlig godt isoleret så man kunne nemt høre naboer samt folk udenfor.

Superó nuestras expectativas, éramos 10 chicas y estuvimos muy cómodas con las instalaciones y el espacio, que nos permitió hacer vida fuera y dentro del alojamiento. La ubicación es absolutamente inmejorable.

Las toallas no nos parecieron limpias del todo, es lo único.

Appartamento in posizione ottima, comodo per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente le principali zone della città. Perfetto per grandi gruppi grazie agli spazi ben organizzati e confortevoli. Pulizia impeccabile e ambienti curati nei dettagli. Wi-Fi veloce e stabile, ideale anche per utilizzo continuo. Tutti i servizi della casa funzionano perfettamente, rendendo il soggiorno pratico e senza problemi. Esperienza complessivamente eccellente.

Durante il soggiorno siamo rimasti senza acqua calda, probabilmente perché l’impianto non è adeguato al numero di persone. Consiglierei alla struttura di aumentare la capacità o la potenza per evitare questo tipo di inconvenienti, soprattutto per gruppi numerosi. Inoltre, i tempi di risposta del personale potrebbero essere più rapidi: una comunicazione più veloce renderebbe l’esperienza ancora migliore.

The interior of the apartment

Lots of stairs to climb, far from shops and restaurants. The location is very bad because neither Uber nor taxis reach the place; you have to carry your luggage down many stairs. After two people shower with hot water, the third person has to wait for the water to heat up because it gets cold.

El departamento estaba impecable, es muy amplio, tiene bastantes closets y la zona de family room es ideal para disfrutar en familia. Las vistas a la bahía son fantásticas y la calle de Bica de Duarte Belo es una postal. Muy lindo apartamento. disfrutamos mucho de los restaurantes en la zona, Mafalda fue una increíble anfitriona, sus recomendaciones fueron geniales, especialmente el restaurante Santa Bica.

Podrían poner la cama doble en la habitación principal, habían puesto camas separadas. Pero todo muy bien y muy cómodo el apartamento.

Apartment clean and good size for group of Friends.

We had a small problem on arrival but the customer service team were quick at resolving. Good communication.

Location was great. Space is gorg and worked well for 4 adults. Having a kitchen was amazing

No kettle for tea (we used a pot). Could have been a bit cleaner and at least one more roll of toilet paper would have been great. We had to buy some from the mercado

The location is AMAZING!!!!! It could not be better. Everything is very nice and the gost is super kind. We got lost finding the apartment because Google maps for some reason don't lead you correctly to the apartment so we face timed the owner late in the evening and she helped us.

Property was not as described. Nothing like pictures. Bathroom moldy. Small appliances dirty. Needs a good clean. Customer support was not accessible. Took a long time to respond.

Clean and comfortable apartment.

Bed was too firm. Property street and nearby streets are not suitable for Families with young children, seniors, elderly or people with physical disabilities. The street has many steep stairs to climb up and down including surrounding streets. There are 10 bars in the street that are open till 1am. The noise from the young drunk people makes it hard to sleep even with double glazed windows.

La localisation est excellente pour celles et ceux qui veulent profiter du nightlife. La personne responsable (Mafalda) a été d’une bonne aide pour nous donner des indications claires et utiles.

L’arrivée et le départ ont été quelque peu chaotiques étant donné que l’endroit n’est pas accessible en voiture. Les endroits les plus proches pour faire le (dé)chargement nécessitent la montée et la descente de nombreux escaliers; moins indiqués pour les jeunes enfants ou personnes moins en forme, surtout quand il faut porter les (nombreux) bagages. Egalement, l’endroit n’était pas propre; beaucoup de poussières sur les meubles, les planchers laissaient à désirer et il y avait des taches de moisissures dans la douche. Les draps et serviettes auraient aussi besoin d’être rafraîchis. De plus, je trouve qu’il est un peu ordinaire de ne pas laisser un minimum de produits ménagers (sacs de poubelle, papiers hygiéniques, etc.) pour que nous puissions maintenir l’appartement dans un bon état, particulièrement pour les clients qui voyagent d’outre-mer. Ce n’est pas super de devoir acheter des sacs de poubelle quand nous restons seulement quelques jours. Je peux comprendre pour quelques semaines/ mois, mais quelques jours, il faudrait faire la part des choses.

Por ponerle algo negativo diría que los sofás son un poco incómodos cuando tienes que dormir más de tres noches.

Loved everything about the property was in a great location and was very spacious for our big group. Enough bathroom space and room for everywhere and loved the big common space where we could all sit.

The property is located in a safe a quiet enough area with cozy bars, mini mart, and view points near by. The apartment is super safe with double security entrance. It was clean when we entered. And it’s fit for two couples or a really small group but I probably wouldn’t recommend for 6 people.

When we reached out to the accommodation owner about checking in early because all of the guests were arriving from different parts of the world we were told it probably could be accommodated or at the least that we could drop our luggage inside while house keeping completed their tasks but we were baited till the last minute and charged for early check in because we were left with no other choice. We weren’t directed well about the best way of entry to get to the room as the apartment is located down a steep hill so we all carried our luggage down a lot of steps to find the place. The apartment was not set up with soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent or anything, everything we used in the apartment was bought by us. Even toilet paper! A lot of fixtures were broken or coming loose which was a huge safety risk. The towel rod fell over me when I went to hang it which was not the best experience. The dining table has a loose leg that was barely holding on. The bathroom is barely ventilated so you best believe that if you’re staying with more than 3 guests the apartment will smell damp or of toilet in general. We stayed for five days and were only offered 1 towel each guest for the whole stay. For the first time in the country it felt like a super unwelcoming experience. I think the apartments only appeal is the restaurants and sights surrounding it but the communication with the host and the facilities promised did not live Upto our expectations. I would advise looking for something else at this price point.

Apartment needs to be freshened up. Mattress was dreadful and pillows were awful. Over used and not hygienic. Towels need to be replaced. It would be good if a few washing tablets and dishwasher tablets - not just 1 - were left as courtesy. New rail for hanging wet clothes- not one that is so cheap it keep collapsing…

House location and air conditioning. Property was very responsive and helpful

Bathroom sinks drain slowly, the hallway bathroom stinks. Problem with the door key and kitchen drain was clogged.

The location is really good, close to the city center and on an iconic spot in the city. It was quiet and comfortable. Really easy entry to the building and apartment.
