Caribbean Presidential Suite Ocean View

The communication was excellent but I would not stay here again for the price I would rather stay somewhere that is more updated and has a pool and more amenities. The beds were not that comfortable

I love staying at the property the only thing I didn’t like is it doesn’t have a pool.

A self check in timeshare style apartment building is in rundown or constant construction conditions. The pool is not working for at least half year( as warned by management). Lots lots of rules written on the wall in the room. A big screen tv but no connection to either cable or any tv network.

Tv never worked properly and I couldn’t get on the internet to check work e mails. Place nice for a large group but for two people it’s a lot of wasted space. Overall it needs a make over. Everything very old.

Room was very pretty and comfortable, very modern. The property manager was amazing. Very accompanying with us. Room was very clean and love that there was a washer and dryer. The view of the beach was great.

This hotel was exactly what I expected. At first I was afraid because the hallways weren’t nice looking so u thought my room wasn’t going to meet my expectations, but I must say the room beautiful completely different from what yonder when you first arrive at the hotel. I had the 2ned 2bath suite with an ocean view and it was clean and well decorated. I felt at home. The only down side to this hotel was the pool was closed. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon.

The room and view was amazing

The staff are very accommodating and professional. The property is very clean. Downside, no vent in the room and the shower glass door is not complete.

Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The communication with the staff is excellent . we did not have to check in when we came in. We were contacted by email and text which was very convenient. The view is absolutely amazing from the room. The rooms are spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It would have been a great plus if the pool was also open but I think they are working on it. The hotel itself looked empty for the most part. On the whole we had a great time. Will definetly come stay again.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED ...THE POOL WAS CLOSED. Upon talking to the locals, It has been closed for at least 2 years. The air conditioning on the roof of the building next door was so loud you could hardly hear the ocean. The suite was beautiful and clean. The building itself was a bit crumbly.

This was very nice 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. It was right on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was checking in and only cause it was the day we were traveling. Had lay over and had to arrange for check in, would have been easier before the trip started. Every thing else was great. Thank you.

We loved our stay here! This is the first rental that we’ve done here in PR and we absolutely loved it! The view from the balcony was breathtaking; the accommodations were clean and convenient; the area nearby was easy to walk with great dining options and easy shopping (we picked up a bottle of wine for our room). My sister and I both loved this location! Right on the beach next door to Fairmont El San Juan which is twice the price!

Amazing view

We had a lovely time at this property! It was spacious, clean, and very modern. The location is extremely convenient and we felt safe getting around at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked great. We also enjoyed the huge TVs in every room. The beach access is also great! We all recommend this suite.

My stay at this property was great the view was beautiful and the property was clean. This property gave a secluded yet intimate feel about it and i highly recommend this property.

Did not look like the pictures Oversold

Our stay was great, the bed were comfortable. The apartment was clean and the private beach access was great. One thing that I did not like was that the private beach access closed early at 7pm. Aside from that everything else was great.

The property is located in a good area. We didn't have to spend a lot of money on Ubers because everything was in walking distance from the condo. One of the things that I love most about the property is the easy beach access! The property also had a bar & cafe that severals great drinks & food. A lot of the water sports activities like jet skis, parasailing & the banana boat ride was right there near the property too.

Our family of 4, two adults two teens, really enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment. The kitchen is small, but has a sink, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Lovely balcony from which you can see and hear the ocean. Helpful staff, nice coffee shop, beautiful beach. Keep in mind you do need to rent beach umbrellas and chairs, but it's not expensive for a full day's use. The hotel lobby is very clean. The hallways are a little beat up, but that's no big deal. Easy walk to pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants.

We had THE best time here! It's a perfect location and spot. I brought 3 of my closest girlfriends for a 5 day girls' trip and it was so well situated. The pool and bar there were great, the beach it perfect and quiet as well which is nice. There are little cabanas you can get drinks or go jet skiing, etc. and the water was perfect. The host is great to communicate and the place is even better in person. We loved that it had 2 full bathrooms, a very welcomed surprise! Right down the road is a market and a CVS and if you want/need more groceries there's a larger store just around the corner. We walked to dinner at beautiful resorts nextdoor most nights and it was super safe and easy. The food next door is AWESOME! We also were able to easily get ubers to Old San Juan and other areas around the area. Airport is 7 minutes away, it's all so easy!

First of all, the location of this apartment/hotel is so convenient to the airport and many sights that we were really happy we decided to book this rental. We loved the modern, minimalist decor which was true to the photos on the listing. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of good quality utensils and extras. We were so appreciative of the washer/dryer that was conveniently located in the hallway. The pool area was recently renovated so it was super clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious, and perfect for a large family like ours. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and communication with the host was so easy and they responded so quickly. This is rare and we appreciated this the most. We highly recommend this lovely apartment/hotel.

On hotels.com where we rented the room, they did not tell us it let us know that we needed a ref number and not a hotels.com confirmation Number. And hotels.com did not provide us with a room number. So we had some trouble checking in. They could not find my reservation. After 45 minutiae we called hotels.com they did not have a room number and we finally got a hold of the owner who gave us a room number. It was not an easy check in process

Owner and property was amazing. I highly recommend this location and will definitely stay again.

The stay was great.

The views were spectacular. The property was fully stocked with washer dryer, toiletries. It was so clean and close to everything. Definitely staying again.

When we walked into our Presidential Suite, we couldn't have been happier to be spending the week there. The view of the beach was breathtaking and included sunset views as well as skyline views. The room decor was very tasteful and modern and it was sparkling clean. Everything we needed for light cooking was available as well as coffee maker and tea kettle. It was nice to have the laundry right inside the entryway so we could drop our towels into the machine after a day on the beach. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand and I'm sure some other reviewers have probably mentioned that beach and pool access both close at 6pm. So if you're looking to take a sunset stroll on the beach, you will have to walk down the main road and over a few blocks to get there and back. And if you want to go in the pool or jacuzzi, you'll have to do it before 6pm. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Great communication regarding check-in and check-out, parking, etc. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to stay here again.

On top of the place being really nice the location was EVERYTHING!

The location of the property is in walking distance to many bars and eateries. Walmart is 10 minutes away and CVS is 3 minutes away. Old San Juan is 10-15 minutes away. The airport is 5-10 minutes away. The property owner is only a text or phone call away. He responds quickly, within minutes. The apartment is very clean with a side view of the beach from the balcony. The only issue we had during our stay was with the wifi. One minute you're connected and then you're not. We will definitely look for this property whenever we return.

Very clean and comfortable room. COVID restrictions were a bit inconvenient. Pool reservations and no food/drink service at pool. The building itself is older, a few of the Uber drivers mentioned it being one the first tall buildings in the area. The outside does reflect the age. All in all it met our needs.

This property was very clean and beautiful . Right on the beach and the owner has great open line of communication and gets right back to you. I will be staying here again . The washer and dryer is a plus especially with the beach and kids ....no need to travel back home with sandy dirty clothes .

Close to beach, close to stores and close to SJ. Not top notch but good value for money. Clean and safe. Would recommend.

Upon arriving I found out that the pool was closed bar was closed and the restaurant was closed. All amenities that were included in price I paid. The only thing offered was $100. Also we didn’t have a working fridge for 4 out of 7 days. A defective cooler was provided only after I suggested it. There was hair and beach sand in the bed when we first pulled sheets back first night. Mold in ceiling we cleaned off. A complementary dinner was offered we never received it. Beautiful beach and view, but room was not the one pictured on Expedia website. The whole experience was horrible from lack of communication to false advertising of property. Right next to the place is hotel San Juan pool lit up and people swimming as we watched from our room but they claimed due to covid facilities were closed but come to find out by staff they aren’t reopening it until December. The only reason our vacation was made memorable was because we turned all our bad experiences and turned them into a nice vacation no thanks to anyone at Expedia or the people that own this unit. Oh and by the way, get a new cleaning lady.. We left that place better then how we received it. Anyone really contemplating renting this unit by these mismanaged owners as well as management who were incompetent in resolving any of my issues rather yet was told by owner on first day “if we didn’t like it we can leave” should run. I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism or lack thereof for just common decency.

Excellent and consistent communication from this Super Host! Kept us informed every step of the way. The unit was very easy to find, super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything needed was provided and then some! This is a perfect unit to have for weeks or months at a time. A full assortment of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and even a toaster were included! The large washer/dryer was near silent and there were even supplies for laundry! The luxury of this unit is top-notch. Upgraded dimming lighting controls (The light above the stove and sink has a little sensor under the cabinet, pass your hand across it and the lights turn on or off), a fresh, modern interior design, and the ocean beach view make this one of the best units I've been in! Parking was great too. Straight into the *free* parking garage, up one ramp, make a left, middle parking spot. From there, a short walk up a ramp, go through 2 doors, and you're at the check-in desk and elevators. I could write much more... but I'll sum it up with a 5-Star rating across the board! If you are looking for a unit in this area, this is the one!

Everything about the property was fantastic close to everything will definitely come back!!!

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, great ocean view, large balcony, nice bed. Everything you need is there: cooking facilities, air conditioning, TV with large number of movies, washer/drier, fridge, great coffee at the cafeteria in the lobby, refurbished swimming pool area, garage space for your car. We would not call this accommodation 'PRESIDENTIAL SUITE', it is a large studio apartment (50m2). Also WiFi is not very reliable and the building itself needs some repairs.

HOSTPR was an extremely hospitable host! The modern design of the unit was inviting and when we were not at the beach or the pool, we were entertained by all of the TV viewing options available (Netflix, Hulu, etc. as well as easy WIFI access). My family and I had such a delightful time while in Puerto Rico and really enjoyed ourselves.

The place was comfortable and cozy. Very clean and modern. I like the fact that I was able to wash my clothes. The best part was the amazing view it was priceless. I would definitely rent again.

Deceptive. Ocean view shown is not taken from this room. Room has a city view only. Also, deceptive in that listing doesn’t say that this room is in an old hotel named Mare St. Clair which an old, run down hotel with old rooms and old dirty, stained carpet in hallways. This hotel has very low Google ratings and poor reviews. Look it up for yourself. Hotel floor did not feel safe and hotel room door did not have privacy lock. Be aware of listings that say non refundable like this one. When you figure out that you have been had, you stick as we were.

Our stay was wonderful! Our apartment/condo had all modern and updated amenities and very spacious and clean. It was the perfect place for a small family vacation or a romantic getaway. Everything was easily accessible including the pool and the beaches with lots of water entertainment. The property owner/manager, HOSTPR, had the best customer service. HOSTPR had open communication with me before, during, and after the stay to ensure all of our needs were met. I have stayed at other properties during previous visits to San Juan and this was by far the best accommodations for a great price. HOSTPR, thank you for such an amazing stay!

This was my family of 6 spring break. The room had plenty of space. There was a large tv in the bedrooms and den which was great. Communication at check in and during stay was excellent. The property had a nice pool and quick access to the beach. Everything thing was clean. We enjoyed the property.

This unit was perfect for our stay, it has a beautiful view of the beach, was great to be able to cook some of our meals and a balcony to enjoy the view and warm breeze. The property also has a tour desk where you can book excursions, a shop for basics and coffee and a place to enjoy the beach.

The property host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Just an FYI this is not a good spring break location for college students, it’s mainly older people staying here but would be great for families or couples! Right on the beach, with access to a pool, etc. overall the experience was excellent!

We had a lovely stay here! The condo is super clean and modern. Tastefully decorated. The beach is just steps away, and we also had a great view. Close to restaurants and nightlife. It is a great value.

The condo was very nice. All modern and we'll kept, spacious and very comfortable,. HostPR was very pleasant and always available. He accommodated us with an early check-in and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was ok. I definitely recommend if you are going to San Juan to look into staying at this location.

My family (2 adult children and their partners) stayed here from 12/29/17 to 1/5/18. It was an amazing experience. The owners kept us informed of the status of the location and our trip throughout the Hurricane Maria disaster, assuring us that all was well, and our trip was going to be ok.They contacted us immediately on arrival in San Juan and walked us through the whole week from check in to questions to check out and so on. The condo was beautiful, clean and well done, its setup was perfect for our family. The washer/dryer was a help and the kitchen well stocked and very usable. The beach access was perfect and the location a great "jumping off' point for our other activities in the area. The hotel bar and lobby was beautiful. We stayed at the hotel bar and enjoyed the live music one evening and the staff staff was fun to interact with. We attended the New Year's Eve party it was well done and fun. We used the game room for a family ping pong tournament and worked out in the gym s well. I would return anytime, and highly encourage you to check it out! Great location, kind staff, great condo!!
