Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Well the room wasn’t small, for the price we paid we got something pretty decent, it got pool and all the basic things you need for staying in Hoi An, close to night market and some iconic places. Overall it’s clean, comfy and cheap, worth the money if your base it’s Hoi An and plan to stay most of the time outside.
Well we didn’t realise the place didn’t have a lift till we arrived, we were assigned the third floor so it wasn’t that great carrying our luggage all the way up

Ko chủ động gọi cho khách để hướng dẫn gửi vị trí định vị. Mang theo trẻ em mới 11 tuổi mà lại bảo là bé 12 tuổi, tính thêm tiền thêm 50k. Lên cho nhân viên đó xuống cấp 1 học lại 1 năm lớp 1.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026This is our third time staying at Dream City. We love how it’s far from the crazy streets BUT still walking distance from the river. The pricing is also really good, the staff has always been accommodating to adding additional days and giving items we need.
The bed. The last two times we’ve stayed, the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. We’ve stayed in the same room so it has been the same bed, I wish they gave more than just 2 pillows. We always have to ask for 2 more.

Poor wiring, giving safety concerns. To lock the room door, you needed to remove the key from its slot, making the lights go out. Therefore to see to lock the room door after dark, you needed a torch. The bottles of water were not sealed.

Le personnel est vraiment agréable, aux petits soins et efficace (notamment service pressing en quelques heures pour un prix bas). Pour notre départ très matinal, ils ont géré la réservation de taxi pour l'aéroport, et nous ont préparé une box petit-déjeuner à emporter.

Gia đình tôi muốn gửi lời cám ơn tới bạn Diễm - Quản lý Nhà hàng của hệ thống khách sạn đã hỗ trợ gia đình tôi rất nhiệt tình Chúng tôi hài lòng về mọi thứ ở đây, trừ một điểm do cống trong nhà tắm bị tắc thợ đã lên sửa nhiều lần mà không khắc phục được

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Bữa sáng cũng bình thường ko có gì đặc sắc, cũng có thực đơn cho trẻ nhỏ nhưng nếu được thì mọi người hãy ra ngoài ăn sẽ nhiều lựa chọn hơn. Khách sạn đi bộ khoảng 800m vào tới phố cổ nhưng nếu có trẻ con bế ẵm đi cùng thì cũng ko phải là lựa chọn hợp lý lắm
Khách sạn nhỏ, ko có thang máy. Khuyên mọi người ĐỪNG BAO GIỜ THUÊ XE MÁY TẠI CỬA HÀNG ĐỐI DIỆN NHA. GIÁ CAO và Cảm giác có vẻ chặt chém và lươn khươn, xe ko có xăng và đi đổ hộ 50k nhưng đi ko thể hết nổi 50k trong 1 ngày :)

Thiết bị nội thất đã cũ ( tivi cũ bị hỏng, khăm tắm cũ ....). Phòng không được dọn và vệ sinh sạch, sopha và ghế bẩn, khăn tăm cũ đen có mùi như khăn lau chân...

Pues que no tenía bar... pero enfrente hay una tienda...

L'esmorzar és "raro" i en el bar del hotel on no hi ha a/c i fa molta calor! La piscina és lletja però fa el fet. L'habitació te vistes a la paret.

The bathroom had lots of tiny bugs/ants going up and down from the window in the bathroom in the shower.

The room was a good size, clean and beds were comfortable. Lovely bathroom and shower. Fresh towels and water daily as well as housekeeping. Very generous breakfast included, fantastic value for money. The pool looked nice, it had the sun in the morning, we didn't use it as so much more to see!
