Good value and very clean and comfortable room. Staffs were very friendly and very good service they provided and we stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed it.

I did cancel the hotel because i have booked the single bed for couple but they told me the room was already occupied so they offer me 2 small beds so I cancelled my booking

No elevator. Bed smell everywhere and cigarettes smell. Very dirty. In the bathroom waste totally dirty. Very noisy: songs, people, music. It was awful experience

This hotel is located in the downtown area. The room was renovated and clean. I like it, and all the staff are friendly and help us. Price with good all facility room. Definitely, I will come again.

Door is a bit wobbly and only 1 charging point, but nothing much apart from that it was a really good stay

The room was so smelly I had to literally lit incense to get rid of the smell

The room had a very unpleasant smell of decaying & dampness it was quite uncomfortable to sit in the room then I had to literally go to the market to buy incense sticks to get rid of that unpleasant smell

These guys could not have been nicer to my friend who has autism. I am very grateful to all of them in this hotel for being so sweet and kind and for letting us leave bags with them. We were so happy to stay with you and will definitely be back.

The rooftop is under maintenance, but that's the only thing! No restaurant, just be aware, but there's loads of places on that same street, so don't worry!

Brilliant location,super friendly,extremely helpful staff! I’ve had an emergency situation,had to turn back from half way to the mountains,cause of a landslide,back to the same room in a blink of an eye in high season.Fast help to get the next available flight to Lukla.All sorted in minutes.Perfect service!Thank You guys!

The hosts & staff were all incredibly welcoming! They helped our stay feel like a home away from home. I loved being able to go up to the terrace and have complimentary tea/coffee at any time of the day. Not only will I stay here again my next time I’m in Kathmandu, I will also be recommending this hotel to any friends traveling in the area!

My stay at Hotel Himalayan Oasis was okay, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The location in Thamel is convenient, but the overall experience felt average. The room was decent, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would have made a big difference. Some amenities felt basic, and a few small details were missing that could have made the stay more comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, but the service was inconsistent at times. While the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere compared to the busy streets outside, it still didn’t feel as relaxing as I had hoped. Overall, Hotel Himalayan Oasis is fine for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience

Opposite there is a coffee with live music so it's to loud to sleep if you're tired after the flight or trekking. Otherwise might be a good budget option.

The room is clean and tidy, you can drink hot tea and take a hot bath, it is very comfortable, and the terrace has a nice view.

De locatie van het hotel was goed gelegen, midden thamel in kathmandu. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam.

De hygiëne in de kamer was niet top, er zaten vlekken op de lakens en de handdoeken roken muf.

Good room comfortable and clean

It was very very noisy. Karaoke bar nearby which went on until 2am groups singing and shouting. Street noise went on until after midnight. The morning was quiet so best aim to stay there after a night out and time to sleep in the next day.

Bad heruntergrkommen. Dicke Staubschicht und Farbsprenkler auf den Armaturen. Lage mitten in Thamel eigentlich gut, aber doch sehr laut.

Fijne plek midden in de Thamel, we werden erg hartelijk ontvangen en de airport service was top. Het duurde best lang voordat we alle bagage hadden en daarom erg fijn dat we naar ons verblijf werden gebracht

De badkamer zou een update mogen krijgen maar ze zijn erg druk met renoveren. Alles werkt naar tevredenheid

The location was very convenient, in the tourist district and close to location of an appointment that I had. Friendly and helpful staff that helped with luggage and arranged for a taxi. The rooftop patio was nice. Very reasonable priced.

The rooftop is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The staff is so awesome, they welcome you like family and help you with all your needs. Best location in Kathmandu for short or long stays. The rooms are spacious, you have a kettle to boil water, in the room and on the rooftop, coffee and tee is free.

This is a dirty place with a terrible bathroom. The room had cigarette butts in it so it was not fully cleaned and the towels were disgusting.

This was my 2nd stay in this property, so I think it's sufficient for the review. In fact if I go back again to Katmandu, I'll only stay in this property.

I recently had a 2 week stay here and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are clean, secure, in a great location with loads of restaurants/bars shops nearby, the rooftop is very nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They can also organise treks/excursions for you
