Perfekt in der Innenstadt, Preis Leistung absolut top. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, jeden Tag Zimmerservice mit Wasser, Handtüchern und toller Reinigung. Wenn sie Kathmandu besuchen ein guter Tipp ist diese Unterkunft. Ein Speiselokal ist auch gleich im Hotel und genau gegenüber eine tolle günstige Rooftop Bar mit sehr lieben Personal.

タメル地区にあり、周囲には飲食店や土産物店が充実していて、観光にも買い物にも便利な立地です。空港からホテルへの送迎が宿泊プランに含まれており、到着の約3時間前という直前の連絡にもかかわらず、快く対応してくださいました。帰りは配車アプリのinDriveを利用し、空港まで約25分、400ネパールルピー（≒400円）ほどでした。 到着時には、日本語をかなり話せる男性スタッフが温かく迎えてくださいました。部屋は2階、日本でいう3階でしたが、重いスーツケースを運んで案内してくださり、助かりました。 部屋は一人で泊まるには十分すぎるほど広く、快適でした。シャワーは独立したブースで仕切られており、トイレ側が濡れにくい点も良かったです。 総合的には非常にコストパフォーマンスが良く、おすすめできるホテルです。

空港送迎の案内役から、20米ドルのチップを求められた点は残念でした。高額な要求に戸惑いましたが、手伝ってくれたことへのお礼として1米ドルを渡しました。なお、この方がホテルのスタッフだったかどうかは分かりません。 エレベーターがないため、上の階に泊まる方や重い荷物のある方は不便に感じるかもしれません。チェックイン時にはスタッフが荷物を運んでくださいました。 予約時に見た部屋の写真にはバスタブが写っていましたが、実際の部屋にはありませんでした。また、備え付けのシャンプーは私の髪質には合わなかったようで、使用後に髪がパサついたため、気になる方は持参するとよいと思います。ドライヤーもあると、さらに嬉しかったです。 WiFiについて、部屋からはやや不安定でした。全く使えないわけではないです。部屋によって変わるかと思います。

Location is perfect.. In the heart of thamel.. Staffs are really helpful & kind. The girl working in restaurant I don't remember her name. She's a gem. Very kind person. Room is very comfortable big.. And bed is comfy. Hot water shower🚿. I'll definitely come back

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kathmandu. The location is excellent and very convenient, with shopping areas and many attractions nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back again!

Absoluut heel behulpzame en gastvrije mensen. Van de pick-up aan de luchthaven, Suszmita aan de receptie die me hielp met taxi, het veilig kunnen achterlaten van mijn backpack na check-out, een koffietje/theetje, tot de restaurantmedewerkers die een gezellig babbeltje kwamen slaan. Aangenaam, correct en lekker eten. Kortom geweldig eerste verblijfje hier in Nepal!

The staff, particularly Sushmita Baral, we're so helpful and informative. They helped me with airport transfers, booking bus tickets, excursions, and letting me know how much taxis should cost.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s central location made it very convenient to explore the area. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery, adding to the overall experience.

There is no lift facility available, and the room does not include a balcony.

Place is good and comfortable. The receptionist Sumita is so nice and well behaved.

Raj was an absolute legends for letting me store my stuff at the Eco hotel after I'd finished my stay. I was greeted Sushmita on arrival who was incredibly helpful with my questions and directions all around Kathmandu. Santoss and Niraj were super happy to tell me about Kathmandu pointing out all the key locations to visit. No elevator but the rooms themselves are very spacious for the price you pay! Can highly recommend this place for the price and location as the Bhabati temple is right down the road so you're in the heart of Kathmandu.

I was not collected at the airport . The kitchen did not have all menu food. Some dishes had no price. Being pressured into doing a Hotel tour. Stayed in a hotel with no running water. NO RUNNING WATER

Excellent service by the staff right from a smooth and timely airport pick up to a smooth check-in and assistance with currency conversion. The eco hotel felt like a warm welcome to Nepali hospitality and set the tone for a pleasant start to the trip. Thanks to Shrabya from the front desk and rest of the team in making it a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great location. It's possible to store luggage if you're off do some trekking in the Himalayas. I also stayed here after my trek was finished. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is excellent, and they welcome customers with a lot of hospitality. It’s the best stay experience I’ve had in Kathmandu.

Rooms & staffs were very good. Dont book bus ticket to go pokhara from the pokhara. Book it from online. They look extra money for booking bus ticket

Flughafentransfair funktionierte einwandfrei. Mir wurde bei der Ankunft etwas zu trinken angeboten. Gute Lage, Zimmer sauber, immer genügend Trinkwasser und Klopapier :-) Tolle Dachterrasse. Heißes Wasser in der Dusche, mir wurde zum Glück erklärt, dass ich etwas warten muss, bis es da ist.

Die zweite Nacht hat es nach Abgasen gestunken und es war etwas laut. Aber das geht einher mit der guten Lage in der Innenstadt.

The hotel is located in Thamel Marg which is full of souvenir, jewellery and hiking stores and so E restaurants and convenience stores. The staff are very friendly. The shower worked well

The tap water was brown and no cable TV shows worked (an apology was displayed on the screen).

Everything, it was very clean, great value for money, the staff were so friendly and kind and I got a great sleep.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were on the third floor and the WiFi wasn’t working properly. We had to rely mostly on the mobile data plan but I do have to say that the hotel helped us get the Nepali SIM card.

The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job every day—everything was spotless and perfectly organized. Overall, my experience was excellent. The combination of great service, comfortable facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay memorable. Excellent location, a bit old furniture but staff is the greatest asset. Very helpful in anything you need (including laundry service) and always with a smile.

WiFi is weak at the higher floors but I was moved to a lower one where it was OK.

I had a wonderful stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel and would happily give it five stars. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. I am especially thankful to the check in team, the breakfast team, and Bimal for making me feel so welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start each day. Due to some unexpected changes in my trip, I had to cancel part of my stay, and the team handled everything with understanding and professionalism. A special thank you to Bimal for making a stressful situation much easier. Thank you again to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu.
