Rosy Suites Hotel

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der lieben Hündin Caramel begrüßt. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich und das gesamte Team war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Gehminuten vom Ladies Beach entfernt. Die Studios sind gut ausgestattet und verfügen über eine Küchenzeile, sodass man sich auch selbst versorgen kann. Dadurch sind sie auch ideal für Familien geeignet. Ein großes Danke an die Damen an der Rezeption. Sie waren super freundlich und haben uns bei unseren Fragen weitergeholfen. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Zeer slecht onderhouden kamer en badkamer. Meubilair ook zwaar verouderd. Badkamer plafond verroest, douchekop lekt, kranen volledig verweerd. Etc etc etc.

All was excellent

We went towards the end of October and had a wonderful holiday. Six of us, three couples, were touring Turkey and had the chance to stay at Rosy Suites Hotel for two days. Booked Airbnb.All the rooms and bathrooms were newly renovated and very spacious. The sheets and towels were spotless. All the hallways smelled clean, like soap. The terrace pool and restaurant were unique. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

We had good experience at this hotel. The reception Amina (Ameena) she is extremely friendly lovely professional helpful. Najatey was fine a smily but can't speak English. Our breakfast same over ten days should have some variety and quantity too. Our big help was Ameena's brother Rustam and his wife. Rustam have silver jewellery shop next to Rozy and his wife runs store two shops away.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Everything worked from the lift to the key card, the safe, the reliably hot shower and the little kitchen area had all that we needed. The location is brilliant surrounded by market style shops, a bakery cafe, restaurants, two small supermarkets and Emil across the way to book trips. (Ephesus, boat trips or jeep safari outings etc) Everyone is friendly. Each morning we had a delicious Turkish breakfast of omelette, olives, different cheeses, bread, honey, jam and coffee. This was all served to us on the sunny rooftop with its stunning coastal views. (There was no bun fight around a buffet thank goodness.) The staff were smiling and helpful. The rooftop pool was small but great to cool off in after relaxing on the sundeck. Ladies beach promenade was an easy walk and had more shops and restaurants which were good value. The sea was clear with a nice sandy seabed and lots of people sat on the sandy beach. You can catch a dolmus from the back door of the hotel. It’s 50 p for any journey. We went into Kusadasi and also in the other direction round to Green beach, which is also walkable. Green beach has a lovely beach cafe too. We had a second floor room with a balcony looking out over the busy shops and down to the sea. We enjoyed people watching from the nice bistro table and chairs. If you want a quieter room, then have one at the back. Having said that, our room wasn’t noisy at night and our sleep wasn’t disturbed. We did find the king sized mattress quite firm though but then we like a soft mattress. On the whole this was a great value holiday. We flew with Pegasus. They were good value, on time and clean etc.

We arrived in the early hours to a lovely night reception man whom took our cases and showed us to our room. First impression the room was very dated ,hotel basic and room that badly needs a refurb, it’s falling apart and not the cleanest . It is however a 3 star but I would expect the standard to be better. We slept for a couple of hours and woke up at around 6:30am We didn’t have any water so my husband popped out to try and find a shop open.I sat on the balcony awaiting his return it’s was then I heard an almighty crash and ran into the room to find part of the shower door had completely shattered and the panel had fallen out.. I ran down to reception straight away to tell them. The receptionist man was lovely and came and cleaned the bulk up and told us there was no spare rooms to move us too and it would take time to fix. We accepted this and figured it would only be a day or two without a shower. I’m so glad we hadn’t used the shower yet as i can’t even imagine the injury we would have sustained if it happened while using. We then Went out to explore the sea front for 2 hours and returned. There was a lady at reception and she asked us what room we were in and proceeded angrily/ rudely to tell us as we broke the shower we would be paying for it. I very calmly explained the situation again to her and told her we didn’t damage anything. She was so rude , had an argumentative approach to the point arguing about past guests who have done things and paid for it. Sorry but none of this was my problem. We are good honest people. If we would have broken anything we gladly would have reimbursed however this incident was genuinely not our fault. A short while later we received a scathing email from our holiday company saying if we caused anymore damages or disruption we would be removed from the hotel. We actually couldn’t believe this was happening to us. We then waited for our rep to come (that’s a whole different story) in the end we were stuck there with no care or consideration to our safety with a broken shower and reception staff/cleaning teams whom ignored us and looked at us in disgust anytime we walked in and out of the hotel. It was absolutely awful and In the end we paid for the broken shower in the hopes that we may get a more friendly reception and less ostracised and hopefully claim back via the holiday company. The owner still ignored us and we were made to feel so unwelcome. However there was one lovely reception lady and the night manager who made us feel a bit better and less stressed by saying hello etc.

I stayed for 5 days. On arrival, I was asked to pay an extra fee for the air conditioning (£5 per day). This was not mentioned in the booking, but due to the heat, I had no choice but to pay. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were hairs in the shower, breakfast was poor for the price, and I even found hair in my plate (photo attached). Hygiene did not feel reliable at all. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Apart from the location, I honestly couldn’t find any positive aspect of this hotel. I strongly recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere better.

Clean and comfortable room.The location is great with a few minutes walking distance to the beach ,supermarkets and shops.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here,staff are so friendly & always there to help,Great little rooftop pool to cool down & plenty of sun loungers with parasols to get out of the baking sun,Had a room with sea view which was amazing,cant fault the place & would highly recommend,we will definitely return but probably get a 1 bedroom apt next time for a little more space than a studio apt,cant wait for our return. Rooms are clean and tidy. I’ve stay here many times over the past 10 years and always had a good time. Pool on the roof is so nice and great views. Staff are very helpful

Çok ilgili ve profesyonel bir ekip. Odalar çok temiz ve otelin lokasyonu mükemmel. Sabah teras manzarasında kahve ve kahvaltı da nefisti. Bir daha giderim.

İlk gün biraz değişik oldu odada hiç olmaması gereken şeyler vardı ama odayı değiştirdiler onun haricinde gerek havuzu olsun gerek oda olsun gayet güzeldi ilk günkü olay yüzünden temizlikten puan kırdım ama oda temizliği onun dışında güzeldi herkese tavsiye ederim ortalama bir yer arıyorsanız size göre

We stayed in a garden view one-bedroom apartment mid May for a few nights. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, bathroom very nice, everything looked new apart from the fridge which had seen better days but worked fine. We got toilet rolls replenished but as these are self catering studios and apartments I was fully prepared to nip to one of the 3 supermarkets across the road to buy some. The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned, corridors rooms reception terrace dining area etc. From the photos online I wasn’t expecting such a big rooftop area - it’s fabulous. You have the outdoor terrace dining area with easily seats for 40 or more, and the terrace bar. Up a few steps to the pool with room around it for a dozen sunloungers, then up another few steps to a deck where there are another dozen sunloungers, 2 big padded daybeds, and some padded chairs. We spent our afternoons up there and it was bliss, lots of little birds around chirping. The view from the terrace is beautiful. We slept well in both the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area, and enjoyed our little balcony at the back of the hotel, lots of trees and flowers in the neighbouring gardens, and several cats come to visit, we had a mum and kitten who’d made their home under a log in the garden and we spent ages watching the kittens antics. There was a bit of daytime noise from the hotel next door which is being refurbished. The family who own rosys could not be more helpful, reception is like being in their living room, complete with framed photos of their gorgeous little dog. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and in May anyway I would definitely recommend, lots of room for everyone.

My daughter and I spent a week here in a sea view room . The room was nice and so was the staff . We really enjoyed our stay here . The view from the roof was amazing and location was great . We had no problems and would definitely return. Thank you hotel rosys

Otel sahipleri otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren çok ilgillilerdi. Tatlı yaklaşımları ve hoş sohbetleri sayesinde keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Odalar çok temizdi. Manzara harikaydı. Kendi odamızda yemek yapabilme imkanı olması bizim için çok keyifli oldu. Denize çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde olması en büyük artısı. Tekrar Kuşadası’na gelsem yine Rosy’de kalırım:) Gönülden tavsiyedir.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is Location. When we arrived at the hotel we where given a sheet of paper with rules on it and extra charges like 45e for air conditioning , the tolit paper that's in your room on arrival is all your getting witch was 3 for 9 days so you have to buy your own witch we did . Rooms are very old fashioned and dirty, If you have Garden view it's not a garden and if you have see view you won't get any sleep , cars ,motorbikes people talking because the patio doors have to be single glazed also you could not leave them opened because there was cats everywhere and they would come in to your room.i came home needing a rest from that holiday . NEVER AGAIN would I stay there

Asked me to leave my room before check out time. “Because other guests are waiting” Are we not guests? I Paid 110$ also as a guest. and can stay in my room till my paid check out time. Check in time is 14, new guests must wait but not me leave at 10.

Beautiful place! Clean, tidy, comfortable and staff were absolutely excellent friendly and inviting.

Firstly I'd like to mention this booking was done through a third party provider back in February 2024, and with such I emailed the hotel in advance back in early April. At the time of booking we had 5 people booked over 2 rooms. When I emailed in April I wish to confirm our booking and that we would like to add an additional person onto the booking so it would be 4 adults and 2 children in total over 2 rooms I received back an email that simply stated no problem from the hotel manager. So we arrive July 19th at 1am after being extremely delayed and driver unable to locate this hotel ( this is a frequent issued with alot of drivers btw) we were met by the night staff who did not speak a single word of English and was trying to inform us of our 2 rooms, only one was available. After enlisting a friend near by we were able to find out the hotel was full and half our party had to stay in a nearby hotel. So myself, my partner and my child went to the room. It was like a prison cell my daughter cried on viewing it. There was a dead and moldy plant in the corner of the room and a considerable amount of bugs. My daughter could not sleep there even the fold out bed collapsed when any time of pressure was placed on it. So she spent the night in main hotel in the other room with the other half of our party. Myself and my Partner did not sleep as room was very unsecured and just plain dirty. We had to wait until the manager arrived in the next morning to explain to us. 11/12  the next day the manager arrived and didn't even apologise about the situation and said they couldn't give us a room the night before as the toilet was broken. We waiting until after 12 to secure a room - which so happened to be one people weer checking out of? I never once saw a repair person. In addition to this manager informed us as we had an extra person we had to pay an additional 20e a night for my partner to stay for the remainder of our stay 9days, I showed the email I had from April where it didnt mention costs - and was met with repsonse ah i just thought you were confirming booking. We also had to settle costs for air-conditioning (45e for 2 weeks fyi) tired and exhausted we paid the bill and recieved our keys for our room. It was filthy despite house keeping had just left the room. There was bugs all smashed into every wall in the room and bathroom. There wasn't a surface without it. This stayed like this for the duration of our stay even tho we requested it to be cleaned. On top of that, over the 9 days our bedding didn't appear to be changed at all. Usually house keeping would just make beds, replace towels and occasionally wash the floors. Every single day we had to ask to replace our toilet paper. We were informed this wasn't included as part of our booking and we had to pay extra for it! Not a chance. The pool was just as bad. It was filthy and never cleaned the whole stay. Everyone in our party was eventually sick and we believe it was due to the pool. There was a big ball of hair in the pool from day 1 and even the day we left I checked and it was still there. We actually decided to leave this hotel and go to another during the day to avail of a pool in the last week of our stay. We did this a few times and went to the water park close by another day. The only positive of this hotel is the location it is just a 2min walk to ladies beach. I would add I recently spoke with another couple who had stayed before us and mentioned the exact same situation with rooms and pool. They all ended up with ear infections

The people working at rosy's suite are so kind and friendly. From day 1 they know my name and say my name correct. The location was perfect for us since we are beach people, and shops are nearby. The only thing that was a bit dissapointed was the housekeeping we stayed 28 days but we could barely tell when the room was cleaned or when we got fresh bedsheets and towels.

The lady operatinf the hotel is awesome!! We had a minor problem and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. It is very close to the veach and veach shops. If you are cinsidering the area for a hikiday you wont go wring with Rosy. ISON (SPELLING) IS AWESOME AND HOTEL IS GREAT. JUNE 2024

Great stay!

The hotel is situated on a nice part of the town, with many cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy yourself for at least a couple of days. The stuff is friendly, and they like talking to you. We needed extra blankets and some extra kitchen utensils and they arranged it for us. They are pet-friendly; the pool is amazing and the rooftop views are breath-taking. They serve some food and the there are also some sunbathing chairs and family lounges on the roof. The rooms are clean and water gets warm properly.

The beds aren't the most comfortable, especially sofa beds. The 4-person rooms are too tiny for 4 people and the kitchen is not made for cooking but simply for making coffee\tea. There is no coffee table or sth to put your stuff on in the room, the rooms are a bit dark. We had a sea-view room, which is more expensive, but we barely could see the sea. Upper floor rooms are probably better. All in all, better to go for 2-person rooms.

Location is near to the beachfront

Paid for Seaview room but did not have any Seaview in the room. On the first floor, thus unable to have any view. So no point to pay extra. The second room with Seaview was given garden view. Only because the lights and electricity not working then given another better room.

Konaklama tesisi çok iyi yerde fakat ses izolasyonu sıfıra yakın. Sezon dışında gitmemize rağmen yoldan geçen araba, insanlar, dinlenen müzikler vs hepsi sanki odadaydı. Onun dışında bir de havlular kirliydi fakat ilk talepte yenisi verildi. Konum, manzara, resepsiyonist iyiydi. Uykunuz hafifse başka sakin yerleri tercih etmeniz iyi olur.

Rooms were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly there was hair everywhere in the bathroom and they out the room and mould in the shower. The kettle hadn’t been cleaned and the bedsheets were questionable..

Very dirty and noisy around the hotel. The beach is terribly dirty, narrow and overcrowded

The apartment was very dirty. Old soaps and trash from previous customers in the apartment were not thrown away. The glasses and dishes were very dirty. An old and worn-out refrigerator. The elevator is old and worn and very dirty, covered in coffee and other liquids, the elevator buttons are sticky with dirt. Three people stay in the apartment, we pay for three people, and there are only two chairs on the terrace and one person washes himself. I would never go back and would not recommend this place. Make the reservation, with the condition of a parking space in a private parking lot. In reality, no one guarantees this from the hotel, as well as whether you will find a place if you decide to drive around and go back to the hotel.

Very charming and quaint boutique hotel located within a short walk to Ladies' Beach boardwalk. Very clean and updated facility with friendly and helpful staff and owners. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Stayed here for my secound time in two years with my fiancé. This is an amazing hotle with beautiful views all around from the top of hotle where you can sit out or lie out on the sun chairs and the fabulous sun beds with beautiful shelter where you can relax in comfort and peace and not to mention fabulous clean pool. The staff are very friendly and the hygiene and room service is very good. Bedroom was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels and toiletries. We will definitely be back for our third year. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay in rosy suite hotle until next year take care. Recommend this hotle 100%.

Stayed here 20 to 27 April 2023. This is a clean and well run hotel. Five minutes walk to Ladies Beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. We caught the Dolmus minibus to Centrum which is the main bit of Kusadasi. 4km away. Bus ticket 30 pence each. Very efficient and reliable bus service. There is a castle there and we took a boat trip from near the castle (2 quid each.....yesteryear prices). The receptionist at Rosy Suites is a lovely lady and very helpful. The place has been all done up recently with new beds, new kitchens and bathrooms. Fairly small swimming pool on the roof. Nice sun trap area on the roof. New sun loungers. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again. Facilities: There is a hairdryer on the wall in the bathroom. The kitchenette comprises a fridge, two electric rings and an electric kettle. No microwave and no toaster. We managed OK with it. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet apart from the wild cats singing occasionally. A water pistol was a good investment. The cleaning ladies work hard and keep the place spotless. Our room was cleaned regularly and to a good standard. Beer: The excellent Efes Pilsner lager sold most places. From the shop between 35 to 40 Turkish Lira for a 500ml can. In bars anything between 65 to 80 TL for a 500ml bottle. The Tuborg is a bit rough and is better suited to cleaning car wheels with. They do their version of Carsberg which is more expensive but I think Efes is better quality. Food: It's a shame because Turkey has some amazing cuisine. The local restaurants are geared up to tourists so it's all kebabs, burgers, pizzas and pasta. There is a restaurant on the waterfront 5 minutes walk from the hotel called Kalikarnas. They do a reasonable full English breakfast for 150 TL including a cuppa tea. I had the Ottoman style kebab one evening which was tasty. Conclusion: Good quality accommodation for the price. We recommend it.

We are a wife husband guest with our little cat stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a sea view room and 2 nights in garden view room, both rooms were very clean which is the most important thing for us. There is a small kitchen equiped with necessary items ie minibar fridge, kettle, stove with 2 hot plate electric eyes, glasses, plates, pans, forks, spoons .. ets so we could prepare our food. Ideal location, two steps to the beach, market and restaurants. Pet friendly hotel. car parking available. Friendly staff always smile and help. We really enjoied our stay in Rosy and we strongly recommend it to travelers who look for clean pet friendly with reasonable price hotel.

Keine Decken. Dein Bettbezug. Kein Klopapier. Keine Handtücher. Eingangstür defekt. Fenster gehen nicht zu Auf der Straße schlafen kommt den Hotel nahe, nur der unterschied. Die Straße kostet nix.

that we had to ask 3 times for toilet paper, once from the maid who told us it was finished!!! asked the owner on our way out and when we got back at 8pm, had to ask the night Reception. this happened in may too, we were told to buy our own!!!!

De voorzieningen waren goed, elke dag worden de beddegoed en handdoeken vervangen. Ontbijt was ook goed, alles was in kleine porties. Als je meer wilde kreeg je die ook.

Konumu çok iyi.Plaj ve çarşının dibinde sayılır.Kahvaltısı da yeterli. Diğer odaları bilemem ama kaldığımız odanın konumu kötüydü sadece.Gece giriş yapıp sabah çıktığımız için çok önemli olmadı ama gün içinde kalınacak bir oda değildi.

Nicely situated hotel near ladies beach, dolmus stop outside door. Lovely pool on roof and updated bar and seating area for breakfast. I had room only. Recommend room at back unless like noise of shops, cars etc, but that's my personal choice. Stayed here few years ago but rooms updated now with new bathroom. Comfortable 1 bed apartment, clean and more than enough room, I'm having studio later in August as just myself. Staff are nice and the owners. Someone always around when needed. Good laundry service. Supermarkets on doorstep for room essentials. Look forward to stay again in August. Great hotel, good price.

breakfast was served in a kind of slowdown manner while kids are kind of hungry, and was with only few variety of food.

Cleaning was perfect. Breakfast wasn't good enough. If you want to book this hotel just because it has breakfast option then don't raise your expectations.not only portion wasn't enough, it was repetitive. Pool was small, we didn't use it. Breakfast was bad we just used 2 times during 4 nights. There were 2 good sides of staying at hotel. Location (because it was close to the beach) and cleaning (it was really good) Negativity of hotel, It was written that they charge extra for AC. It was like paying 70 euros per night wasn't enough. For your stay, They only provide one roll of toilet paper. Good side of it, There is mini kitchen that you can cook your food. It is better to eat outside. Quality of food in restaurants are not nice and so expensive for the food they serve. These are several things that we had experienced in there. Fiyat performans açısından son derece güzeldi. Havuz ve kahvaltısını kullanmadık ama konum, oda, temizlik olarak çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gidersek kalırız.

I would definately recommend this Hotel Practicly on the beach. Surrounded by shops Variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. Cleanliness, friendly staff, and good food
