Burada geçirdiğim konaklama gerçekten hayatımdaki en güzel deneyimlerden biri oldu ❤️ Her şey başından sonuna kadar harikaydı. Konumu gerçekten çok güzel, mekan tertemiz, düzenli ve çok rahat. Kendimi burada adeta evimde gibi hissettim. Mekanın sahiplerine özellikle çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Karşılamaları, güler yüzleri, nazik ve saygılı davranışları, cömertlikleri gerçekten çok güzeldi. Her konuda kendilerini çok iyi hissettirdiler ve bu da konaklamamı daha güzel ve keyifli hale getirdi. Burada geçirdiğim zamandan gerçekten çok keyif aldım. Çok güzel bir deneyimdi ve kesinlikle tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer. Her şeyiyle çok güzel bir mekan ve gönülden tavsiye ediyorum ❤️ Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. The three Memmet brothers were very kind and ensured an excellent stay. Always ready to help and provide information, they were a real highlight of this vacation. Cleanliness, fresh and frequently changed linens, and attention to detail give this hotel a positive rating.

Une belle découverte ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Petite pension familiale très agréable. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la propreté, le confort et surtout la gentillesse du propriétaire et de tout le personnel. On s’y sent vraiment bien, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. L appartement était grand, un immense balcon où étendre son linge. Un petit déjeuner très copieux. Gultepe Apartments exceed my expectations, even though they are pretty high. I absolutely love the place and will recommend to everybody. Room, cleanliness, atmosphere, courtyard, everything is great! The breakfast was the best I every tried in Türkiye! Location is the best possible for leisure stay - quiet but almost near the beach. And the most memorable are the hosts—three brothers who run the hotel and will make your stay the most comfortable and perfectly enjoyable!

A very belated review of our exceptional stay at Gultepe Apartments in July. Our room was very comfortable, large with a functioning kitchen where we cooked many meals during our weeklong stay. Beautiful garden with fruit trees in the back, strong A/C and fantastic location (close to Ladies beach, super markets and Dolmus bus). Delicious breakfast everyday - with the brothers open to small changes each morning depending on how we wanted our eggs, fruit, etc. However, the stand out is the exceptional service provided by Oktay, Mehmet and the third who’s name I never got. They were so welcoming and accommodating, helped call the local gym for us to check pricing, offered a very affordable quick ride to the bus station. We would be very happy to return to their wonderful property!

Забронировали по отзывам . А в итоге ожидание и реальность . Старый и антисанитарийный отель , на телевизоре метр пыли , от пыльных вонючих штор аллергия , запах старья и сырости в номерах ! Три агрессивных брата , один из них так орал на ребенка что он играет в мяч , что у него началась истерика и слёзы . На следующий день принёс , старый маленький водный пистолет своего сына с извинением !!!!!! Не буду много писать … НО НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ . Атмосфера жуткая .. Как и эти три брата уставших от своей не любимой работы !!!

Абсолютно ничего не понравилось , не могли съехать …так как не нашли нормального и лучшего отеля , в моменте ..везде было забито .!!!

È un posto che ti fa sentire subito a casa. È gestito da tre fratelli gentilissimi. Le camere sono spaziose e la struttura è molto bella e accogliente. Sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti e a risolvere qualsiasi problema con grande gentilezza. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e familiare.

Не е лукс, но собствениците правят това място уникално. Бях посрещната така все едно съм у дома и през цялото време се чувствах така. Храната беше много вкусна, басейна беше чист, мястото спокойно, а плажа на 150 метра.

Absolutely great apartments. Mehmet and his brothers are so nice. We enjoyed every moment spent in this hidden gem. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The brothers are very communicative and really nice to talk to. You'll feel like you're in your own home. Breakfast was to die for. Prepared and served by three brothers, a wide selection of lovely Turkish delight food. I truly recommend this accommodation 🔝 Thank you Mehmet and brothers, we'll be definitely back✅

Die drei Brüder waren alle sehr nett, gesprächig und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und ausreichend. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und ausreichend. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt voll und ganz. Kann ich nur weiter emphehlen.

Завтрак был очень сытный. Расположение по отношению к женскому пляжу хорошее, рядом проходят маршрутки 5, 2 и 2/10, которыми удобно добираться до автовокзала, торгового комплекса AVM и морского порта. Рядом по дороге в морю недорогие точки питания и Коррефур. Кровати очень удобные, кондиционер работает корректно. Очень душевные хозяева.Для общения нужен английский, которым хозяева владеют хорошо. Или гугл переводчик, который работает как в оффлайн режиме так и с вайфаем. По субботам местный небольшой рынок распологается прямо в непосредственной близости на улице.

Людям привыкшим к всевключено не сюда, это для аскетов.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Unser Motorrad hatte einen exklusiven Parkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Great hotel with great hosts, Location is wonderful very near to the beautiful beach,they have also pool which i didn't use and also breakfast was delicious. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Nearby restaurants and markets. Many thanks to mr.Mehmet and two of his brothers i wish them all the best in the future.

Se fosse per la gentilezza e simpatia dei proprietari gli avrei dato 10. Disponibili anche a farci la colazione fuori orario (causa volo al mattino). Tutto molto pulito e la parte esterna era molto bella.

La stanza era decisamente da rinnovare così come il bagno. Suggerisco di aumentare un pochino i prezzi e rifare le camere (nel bagno serve la doccia vera).

We really appreciated the personal touch from the tesorts management (3 brothers).They gave us tiipps worth knowing about the area and we enjoyed our evening talks over a drink with them at the resorts bar.Breakfast was plentiful and very good, using typical local and fresh ingriedients. The appartements we're simple, but clean, and very spacious.They come highly recommended for travellers who appreciate personal contact with locals and prefer smaller accommodation to a large Hotel complex.

The stuff was just perfect, helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The location is excellent. Easy to find, close to the sea and the city center. The amenities are in very good condition, as well as the breakfast was delicious.

The blankets may be updated, especially for a longer stay.

A warm welcome and hospitality throughout our stay. The generous freshly cooked breakfasts set you up for the day. The swimming pool was clean, water wasn't over treated with chemicals, and temperature was fine. Good sized rooms with comfortable bed. You are only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants yet this is a quiet tranquil place to stay.

Останавливались на неделю в Gultepe Apartments в начале мая. Хозяева - прекрасные люди, было приятно у них остановиться. О нас так заботились, как будто мы члены семьи. Подсказали куда съездить, что посмотреть. Мы конечно подготовились, но все советы были очень полезными! Апарт староват, и удобства самые базовые, но нас все устроило. Телевизор не работал, но нам было не нужно. Душевой кабины отдельной нет, просто слив в полу. Есть кухня, удобно сварить кофе. Уютный столик на балконе. Кондиционер работал. Машину есть где поставить. Бассейн есть, пользовались. Много зелени. До моря недалеко, обратно немножко в горку.

8 номер - душ капает, нужно отремонтировать. Также наладить либо заменить телевизор.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch von Ephesos, ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand, abseits vom Touri-Strom. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und lecker, mit den Gastgebern kann man gute Gespräche führen und bekommt Tipps, wohnliche Backpacker-Atmosphäre im Gemeinschaftsraum, seperater Eingang zum Wohnbereich, draußen gibt es Wäschleinenen mit Klammern.

Das Zimmer, die Möbel und die Ausstattung sind doch schon merklich in die Jahre gekommen und wirken vernachlässigt, nach dem Duschen "schwimmt" erstmal das Bad und bleibt nass, die Küche ist nur rudimentär zu gebrauchen.

Хорошие апартаменты рядом с женским пляжем. Очень приятные хозяева. Хороший турецкий завтрак. В номере есть плита, холодильник, чайник. На террасе есть стол и стулья. Внутри только кровать, шкаф и два дивана. Сам район тихий. При этом рядом есть несколько магазинов и остановка долмуш. Хозяева действительно очень приятные и гостеприимные. Несмотря на небольшие недостатки я могу рекомендовать эти апартаменты. Цена соответствует качеству.

Нам все понравилось, но для информации. Дом и номера видимо были построены в середине прошлого века. Дом совсем не современный. На кухне минимум посуды. Одна маленькая сковородка и кастрюлька. В спальне только одна тумбочка. Розетки все на высоте 150см от пола, не очень удобно. До пляжа не так что бы и близко. Нужно пройтись по улице два квартала.

L'accueil des 3 frères est formidable. L'emplacement est calme mais a deux pas des commerces et de la plage. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec une terasse pour manger. Jolie piscine. Petit déjeuner délicieux ! Merci ! La salle de bain est un peu minimaliste mais ça va quand il fait chaud.

Небольшой отельчик с замечательными хозяевами, очень душевно, чувствуешь себя как дома. Хозяин по прибытии все рассказал, дал несколько ценных советов по организации нашего отдыха. Расположен в тихом месте, но недалеко от пляжа и набережной с ресторанами и магазинами, примерно 10 минут ходьбы. Рядом с отелем всегда есть место для парковки. Номер большой, широкая удобная кровать, диван, кресло, есть кухонный уголок, полноценный холодильник, посуда. В общем при желании вполне можно готовить. Большой балкон со столиком и стульями. Есть бассейн с удобными мягкими лежаками. Вкусный сытный свежеприготовленный завтрак, в день отъезда попросили приготовить на час раньше, без проблем. Карту не пробивают, оплата наличными.

Санузел тесноват. Учитывая наличие кухонного уголка, было бы неплохо поставить какой-то стол также в номер.

Super vriendelijke mensen. Ontbijt was heerlijk! Appartement was zeer hygiënisch en super proper. Zwembad is echt geweldig. Wij hadden hier graag nog langer gebleven!!

Very lovely and friendly owner of the place. They treated us like family, we felt very welcomed. We definitely would come again. Breakfast was freshly made and good. All facility's were very clean.

Great experience! The stay was quite comfortable; the apartments are run by a family, contributing to the homy atmosphere. We had breakfast and it was delicious. The beach is close, but we used the pool more. We highly recommend!

One of our best experiences in the 3 weeks we have been in turkey. The three brothers treat you like family and are quick.to assist with tips and information. The accommodation is neat and always clean, the swimming pool is a big plus for anyone staying there. Breakfast was large and well prepared. We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment, the hosts, and the food. We arrived very late and the host welcomed us with such kindness that we immediately felt at home. They explained where the best beaches were, how to use public transport, and everything that might feel completely new and confusing to someone visiting for the first time. When our beach towels got stolen, they generously let us use theirs. Since we did not take our phones to the beach, the host even drew a map on paper showing us how to get to a specific beach. Every day they greeted us with a smile, always approachable and ready to help with any problem. When my boyfriend needed medical assistance, they called a vehicle for us and helped us find our way, which meant a lot. The breakfast was wonderful, a true Mediterranean spread that kept us full for the whole morning. We kept all our valuables in the safe, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was amazing, we had our own kitchen, always hot water in the bathroom, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi in our room was a bit weak, but it did not bother us because we spent most of our time outside. The sheets and towels were changed regularly and the trash was taken out every day. We really appreciated how attentive the hosts were to every guest, always available for a chat and ready to help. You really feel welcome, as if you are among friends. I was thrilled and I am sure we will return next year. At first I could not believe an apartment could have such a high rating on Booking, but now I understand why. Das Zimmer in der Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber in ruhiger Lage, die Besitzer der Unterkunft sind stets sehr hilfsbereit, offen und bemüht, geben Tipps zur Umgebung, beispielsweise zu Ephesos. Die Unterkunft ist dafür ein guter Ausgangspunkt mit Parkmöglichkeit, wenn man zudem die Nähe zum Strand nutzen möchte. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und die Poolanlage sehr schön.

Die Gastgeber waren super. Wahnsinnig nett und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen

Property is budget. No frills which I got used to. Old but clean enough and very very basic. I Stayed with my son we had family close by and it’s near ladies beach so we weren’t fussed. Plenty of character I thought…

We were charged for staining sheets. The owners blamed my son tee shirt for staying their sheet and pillowcase and wanted money to replace them. I wouldn’t have minded but these looked like ten year old communist era sheets with holes literally sewn up to repair them. Very petty move and quite cheap. I honestly didn’t want to go back. It was really awkward after that. Never in all the places I’ve stayed have I ever been asked to pay for dirtying sheets. It was very unfortunate. I was ok with the place untill then. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

Ruime kamers, het zwembad en de drie broers die de zaak runden. Het ontbijt was ook goed. De 3 broers waren zeer vriendelijk en altijd in voor een praatje en zeer behulpzaam. Oktay de jongste van het stel heeft ons goed geholpen toen mijn vrouw gevallen was en naar het ziekenhuis moest. De kamers kunnen een upgrade gebruiken maar voor ons was het prima.

Kan niets bedenken voor ons was het prima.

Super lokacija, izredno prijazni lastniki, predvsem Mehmet, ki je zelo zabaven, nama je samoiniciativno dal številne dobre napotke, domačno vzdušje. Zajtrk je bogat in okusen. Brezplačno parkirišče in bazen sta dodaten plus.

Понравилось абсолютно все, тихая улица, тихий контингент, очень хороший хозяин, мы их очень полюбили,не хотелось уезжать. Завтрак сытный, в номере все условия для проживания, на кухнном уголке плита,чайник,посуда, стаканы. Большой балкон,там стол и стулья. Попросили утюг,принесли. Единственное, ванная комната тесновата,там где раковина стоять неудобно,упираешься ногами к унитазу. Пс. Не было фена,но мы и не просили.

The location is great, its nearby supermarkets, busstops and the beach with its many restaurants. The apartment building was in a relatively quiet location, which was wonderful. The owners are great hosts, so welcoming, warm and helpful! Breakfast was good and could be customized. Beds were hard but good, the apartment was big and clean, with a little kitchen. It had a very carefree and happy atmosphere! I would love to stay here again.

This was our favourite spot of our Turkey trip. Mehmet and his brothers treated us like family, and their lovely apartment hotel was so nice. Not too posh, just comfortable . Excellent value for the room and amenities. It's a five-minute stroll to the beach with many great eating and drinking spots and incredible sunsets. Breakfast on site was homemade deliciousness with many choices, or have it all! And their pool and bar area was a super place to while away an afternoon. They gave us great advice about local tours and places of interest (Ephesus, Pamukkale, walk to Kusadasi Castle), and even provided an early breakfast when we had a tour pickup before the usual time. Mehmet arranged for a reasonable local limo to take us down the coast to our next stop in Bodrum. We can't tell you how special and at home these gentlemen made us feel!

There is nothing we would change, except to have spent a few more days there

Le matériel de cuisine trop rudimentaire, la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas (un peu vieille elle aussi). Il me semble aussi que l'un des 2 canapés de l'appart. pourrait être remplacé par une table et des chaises.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Завтраки вкусные, сытные и разнообразные. ОЧЕНЬ чисто. Рядом всегда были парковочные места. Отличное и тихое расположение, главное, рядом нет шумных мест. Море близко.

Супер доброжелательные, заботливые хозяева, в любое время можно про все узнать, попросить что-то необходимое. Нам было хорошо, уже скучаем! В субботу рядом с апартаментами рыночек (овощи, фрукты, сыр). Бассейн и то, что можно есть мушмулу с деревьев, очень радовало моего сына. А меня - большая кружка кофе на завтрак.

Sve je bilo daleko iznad očekivanja, unatoč pročitanim prethodnim odličnim recenzijama. Domaćini - tri brata - izuzetno srdačni, uslužni, skloni pomoći na svaki način. Lokacija vrlo mirna, u zelenilu, a vrlo blizu velike plaže ispod niza hotela, restorana, dućana i kafeterija. Doručak raznolik, obilat i ukusan. Apartman udoban i prostran, dvije odvojene prostorije, kuhinja i balkon s pogledom. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće.

Очень рекомендую эти апартаменты. Прекрасное тихое место очень близко от пляжа, магазинов, остановки долмушей. Хозяин Мемед прекрасно встретил, все рассказал и подсказал, как удобнее организовать наш отпуск. Очень вкусные домашние завтраки, чистое белье, удобная постель, есть условия для готовки, большой балкон со столиком, бассейн.

Все понравилось.Расположн отель на тихой улице без большого движения,до моря метров 400,магазины,кафе там же.На кухне достаточное количество посуды.Завтраки замечательные.Бодьшое спасибо хозяевам-создают очень теплую, домашнюю атмосферу.
