We had an amazing week at the hotel, the staffs were amazing, we love the entertainment activities and the staffs were really friendly. The pool was perfect and the private beach as well. I really recommend try the spa (Turkish bath was perfect and the Otoman restaurant with tradicional food as well, worth the experience)

The room decoration is a bit old, like the bed clothes and the curtains. Food could be better, not so good quality of ingredients, but overall was everything else perfect!

Место отличное, из-за островка рядом вообще не было ветра и волн. Единственное- к морю ведут ступеньки, по этому если вы любите именно море, а не бассейн и рассматриваете отдых с детьми/пожилыми людьми будьте готовы.

Нет понятия «тихого часа». Каждый день в обед начинает орать музыка в бассейне под отелем (аква дискотека или аэробика), а ночью в 22:00 начинается дискотека- тоже поспать не получится. Отель старый. Мы снимали 2 номера- в одном был очень старый кондиционер который и работал плохо и торохтел-с таким не поспишь. На раскладное кресло ребенку матрас не предусмотрен. Не удобно спать на стыках. Замок на балкон был сломан-выпадала сердцевина. Убирали хорошо, кормили вообще отменно, но ванные комнаты в номерах реально старый ссср. Вайфай ловил с перебоями. У моря вообще не ловил. Туалеты у моря были плохо убраны. Мороженное химозное самое дешевое. Вешалки в номерах (говорю о наших двух) сломанны-некуда вещи повесить.

Стаята беше голяма и с невероятна гледка. Ресторанта на терасата беше със супер гледка.

Стаята беше с доста остаряла и износена. Климатикът беше облепен със черен скоч. Вратата на банята не се затваряше. Храната беше еднотипна. Закуската беше най- зле. На закуска нямаше газирани напитки. Никакво разнообразие. Обядът и вечерята ставаха. Плажът е доста малък, каменист и с много мръсни шалтета. Басейните ставаха, но имаше малко зелено по плочките.

Erwartungen getroffen

Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In einem Zimmer, was für 3 Erwachsene gebucht worden ist,könnte auch ein einzelnes Bett,statt ein Bettsofa sein. Das Buffet am am Abend hatte nicht sehr viel Auswahl und auch nicht viel Abwechslung.

Tesisin çalışanları çok iyiydi. Konum olarak iyiydi. İmkanlar konusunda yine çok iyiydi.

Tesis gerçek anlamda eski hemde çok eski bir kere tuvaletleri bile kokuyordu. Klozetler sapsarıydı. Otel yönetimi acilen aşçısını değiştirmeli o kadar çeşit yemek o kadar çeşit meze bir tanesi mi güzel olmaz tam bir hayal kırıklığı.

J’ai apprécié uniquement le paysage et les chats qui se promenaient dans tout l’hôtel. Pour le reste, je n’ai malheureusement rien aimé, pas même le personnel. Tout le long de la plage, les chaises longues étaient sales, voire vraiment dégoûtantes.

Rien n’était bon. La chambre n’était pas correctement nettoyée et, durant toute la semaine, les draps n’ont même pas été changés ! Les produits d’accueil de l’hôtel n’étaient pas remplacés non plus. Même les animateurs faisaient constamment la tête : on aurait dit que le all inclusive, c’était eux qui le payaient à notre place ! Franchement, c’est du jamais vu. Ha oui sans oublier pas de wifi qui capte et ni la télé qui fonctionnait.

Хорошо отель. Большая территория, вся в зелени. Много возможностей для детского развлечения. Много баров и ресторанов, где всегда можно найти что покушать и пить. Удобный пляж, чистое море. Есть несколько бассейнов, отдельный бассейн для детей. Дружелюбный персонал, уборка ежедневно. Если чего-то не хватает, попросите не откажут. Возможно не идеально чисто, но сойдёт, если вы не капризны.

1. Много кошек на территории отеля, особенно в главном ресторане. Много мух, иногда кошмары. Это решаемые вопросы, почему-то отель этим не занимается 2. Анимация гудит вес день и до часа ночи. Аниматоры стараются, но можно и потише. Не всём нравится громкая музыка

The location was lovely, the private beach was great, gardens beautiful and well maintained, bedrooms cleaned daily.

The bar staff were not friendly and rude at times, tried to make conversation and even use some Turkish words but felt uncomfortable asking for drinks at times. The beach sun beds were all dirty and not hygienic, needs an overhaul.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Hotelzimmer und Garten waren sehr schön. Essen war gut, viele verschiedene Gerichte und Getränke waren verfügbar. Abendshows waren sehr schön.

Hotel war sehr voll. Strand ist zu klein, sehr wenig Platz fürs Liegestuhl. Mann muss sehr früh einen Platz reservieren sonst bekommt mann keinen Liegestuhl. Poolbereich ist genauso eng und sehr laut mit ganzen Tag laut Musik. Die Sportangebote wurden oft nicht stattgefunden.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit direkter Lage am Strand. Das Essen war für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist die Anlage bestens geeignet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Sehr großes Zimmer und mit vollem Meerblick. TOP !

Die Zimmer sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten modernisiert werden. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Situation mit dem Valet-Parking. Ich habe mein Fahrzeug dem Parkservice übergeben. Der Parkplatz, auf dem das Auto abgestellt wurde, war ein Schotterplatz. Nach der Fahrzeugübergabe stellte ich einen Nagel im Reifen fest. Zuvor war alles in Ordnung, daher habe ich den Verdacht, dass der Schaden dort entstanden ist. Noch bedauerlicher war der Umgang mit dem Vorfall. Mir wurde weder die Möglichkeit gegeben, mit einem Verantwortlichen zu sprechen, noch konnte ich einen Vorgesetzten erreichen. Auch mein Wunsch, die Kameraaufnahmen einzusehen, wurde nicht unterstützt. Unabhängig von der Ursache hätte ich mir hier deutlich mehr Unterstützung und Kundenorientierung gewünscht. Das fand ich sehr schade, da der Aufenthalt ansonsten wirklich angenehm war.

Təmizlik o qədər də yaxşı deyildi, həddən artıq çox insan var, baseyn və dəniz ətrafında yer tapmaq çətin olurdu.

The rooms,bathrooms and balconies are large and all have an amazing sea view. The staff,food and entertainment shows/mini club were nice. There is a minibus (nr. 5) from the hotel's entrance so you don't need a car to go/return back to the city center.

Even tough we didn't have a problem, the bathrooms were oldish, it needs some renovation. And also hotel is on the slope so you need to take stairs to reach the sea side, it may not be easy for families with strollers.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet hôtel. Le personnel très aimable, disponible et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. La nourriture était varié, fraîche et très bonne, avec beaucoup de choix. Merci à l'équipe en cuisine. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, aussi bien les chambres que les espaces communs. Le ménage est fait régulièrement. La Femme de ménage du 4ieme étages très professionnel. L'ambiance, les animations et l'atmosphère générale de l'hôtel au top. Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances reposantes et agréables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle semaine.

Concernant les ponts négatifs, il n'y a pas de choses particulières. S'il fallait toutefois proposer une petite amélioration, ce serait l'installation de quelques toboggans pour les enfants.

Les chambres étaient très spacieuses, confortables et agréables. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement la dame qui s’occupait du ménage des chambres : elle était toujours souriante, très gentille et faisait un excellent travail.Tout le personnel était très gent

je trouve regrettable que l’hôtel ne soit pas vraiment adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap. Je pense également que le personnel de la réception devrait être mieux informé des procédures de réservation. J’avais réservé trois chambres pour six personnes. Trois de mes invités venaient de Turquie et la réceptionniste a d’abord refusé de les accepter sous prétexte qu’ils n’arrivaient pas de Paris. Booking ne nous avait jamais indiqué une telle condition lors de la réservation. Heureusement, un autre employé est intervenu et a rapidement réglé la situation. Sans son aide, nous aurions pu vivre un moment très compliqué.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the beach.

The food is not good, the Wi-Fi is very weak, and the room cleaning is very poor. I do not recommend this hotel for families with babies or young children because there are far too many stairs leading to the beach.

-The staff at the mini disco were fantastic, and there were lots of fun activities for the children. This was definitely a big plus. -The food and staff at the Ottoman restaurant were fantastic. The food at the main buffet restaurant was otherwise okay.

- There were not enough sunbeds for the number of guests staying at the hotel. We were forced to wake up at around 7 a.m. just to have a chance of getting one, and even at that time many of the sunbeds were already reserved. There were signs around the hotel stating that guests were not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels before 8 a.m., but this rule was completely ignored. I was so frustrated that I spoke to the staff, but they told me that they could not do anything about it and that guests were free to reserve sunbeds whenever they wanted this year. It was a very poor system. You are supposed to be relaxing on holiday, not feeling stressed because you might be left without a sunbed unless you wake up extremely early. - Another issue was that we accidentally left our room key at the restaurant. The restaurant staff found it and handed it in at reception, but nobody contacted us to let us know that it had been found. When we later went to reception to ask whether they had received our key, they did not tell us that the restaurant staff had already brought it there. A lost room key costs €20, so the situation made us feel as though they were hoping to charge us for a replacement, even though the original key had already been returned to reception. - The cleaning was ok but didn’t change the bed sheets during our stay. And there where a lot of ants in the room. -The music by the pool was far too loud. We could barely hear each other when we were talking.

Everything was perfect! Excellent service, friendly staff, delicious food, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere. We had an amazing experience. Thank you for making our stay so special. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

De video’s en foto’s op Booking.com, evenals de posters, video’s en filmpjes die op locatie en op de televisies in het hotel werden getoond, zagen er allemaal prachtig uit. Helaas bleek de werkelijkheid heel anders te zijn. Bij aankomst viel het hotel in werkelijkheid behoorlijk tegen en kwam het totaal niet overeen met de beelden en de presentatie die vooraf werden getoond.

Daarnaast was het hotel bij onze aankomst duidelijk nog niet volledig klaar. Op verschillende plekken werd nog geschilderd en gewerkt. Wat mij vooral tegenviel, was de hygiëne. In de eetzaal waren ontzettend veel vliegen aanwezig. Bij het buffet, waar het eten werd opgeschept, heb ik met eigen ogen gezien dat er vliegen op en rond verschillende schalen met eten zaten. De vliegen gingen van de ene schaal naar de andere, wat ik bijzonder onhygiënisch en onacceptabel vond. Ook lagen er dode vliegen en waren er ramen waarop etensresten zaten die zichtbaar meerdere dagen niet waren schoongemaakt. Dit hebben we op meerdere plekken en op verschillende dagen gezien. Ik vond het zelfs lastig om rustig in de eetzaal te eten vanwege de hoeveelheid vliegen. Voor een hotel waarvoor je bijna €200 per nacht betaalt, vind ik dit absoluut niet acceptabel. De staat van het hotel en vooral de hygiëne voldeden totaal niet aan de verwachtingen die je bij een dergelijk bedrag mag hebben. Daarom is mijn ervaring zeer teleurstellend en vind ik dit persoonlijk een waardeloos hotel.

The location and scenery is superb. The stuff is veey kind, attentive, hard working, friendly and always trying to help. Big thank you for all the staff, including people at the reception, helpers, waiters, cleaning ladies and all that I might have forgotten. The food is good and the variety is also good. We never went hungry. It is close to the Ladies' beach, which we visited every day.

I hit my head against the rock while diving in the hotel's beach. The water was dirty and I didnt see it. The impact was so bad that the doctor had to put stitches. Paid too much for these stitches because I didnt buy travel insurance on time. The hotel stuff was very helpful to try to arrange the medical assisstance. Also big thanks to Ogulcan (MedLife worker at the hotel) who gave the first aid and arranged the pickup to the hospital. Do not dive at the hotel's beach. I asked them to put a sign there to warn people about underwater rocks. Also the room is a bit outdated. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which would be convenient to have. But tbh, we came to the room to sleep and shower only, so I was ok with the room facilities.

Hotel je ispunio sve nase zahteve koje smo imali, soba sa predivnim pogledom na more, ciste se svakog dana i dobijaju novi peskiri, kupatilo renovirano, krevet preudoban i prostran. Osoblje profesionalno i ljubazno, sve pohvale od obezbedjenja na ulaznoj rampi, preko ljudi na recepciji, sobarica, osoblja u restoranu...zaista ocena 10 + 😊❤️. Svima bih preporucio hotel jer je savrsen za odmor i uzivanje.

Ich bin begeistert über diese wunderschön gelegene und konzipierte, familienfreundliche Anlage mit Pool(s), Strand, spektakulären Meerblicken & Sunsets. In meinem Fall überstieg die erhaltene Leistung den gezahlten Preis deutlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub.

The only real highlight of the hotel was the view from the rooms. The sea view was beautiful and the rooms felt spacious.

Breakfast options were very limited and the quality of the products used was poor. At the bar, there was hardly anyone who seemed able to prepare proper cocktails and overall service quality was below expectations. Many areas of the hotel appeared to be staffed mostly by very young and inexperienced trainee employees, which affected the guest experience. The beach area offered almost no drink variety apart from a single type of beer, and the alcohol quality felt low throughout the hotel. Food options such as pizza and burgers were disappointing, tasteless, and poorly prepared. The hotel itself feels very old and poorly maintained. The elevators did not feel safe and I was actually stuck in one during my stay. The hotel promotes activities and entertainment, but in reality there was almost nothing to do. The pool closed very early (around 7 PM), even before it got dark. The beach area was also poorly maintained. Overall, both the food and beverage quality and the overall hotel experience were far below expectations.

Je n’ai jamais connu un hôtel aussi bruyant !! Les femmes de ménages passent à 7h dans les couloirs avec leurs chariots, passent l’aspirateur et bougent tous les meubles dans les appartements du dessus ! Si votre chambre n’est pas loin du stade, sachez que les ados sont autorisés à hurler jusqu’à pas d’heure. De plus dans leur premier commentaire ils annoncent que leur buffet que ce soit boisson et restauration est ouvert de 7h à 00h00. Mais ils ne détail pas vraiment car ce n’est absolument pas le cas, surprise quand on arrive de l’aéroport à 21h en pensant pouvoir manger !!
