High-end finishes, spacious and clean rooms.

No microwave

Room size was great. Service good. Emails answered promptly.

1. For tourists who dont speak Korean, the property could not help book any restaurants unless it was their restaurant. 2. Towels were not changed daily since housekeeping is not daily. 3. We had a party of 6, I reminded them multiple times about providing towels for everyone. I had to continue reminding each time it was time for change. 4. The property had no cot available. They did not offer a futon instead. Instead I was made to pay for a daily futon. 5. The property is quiet but far from many things. Luckily there were a couple of convenience stores around.

Spacious three bedroom apartment which weas clean, modern and quiet. Handy to have two bathrooms and a washing/dryer machine. Alot of restaurant and bar options within a 7-10 min walk (one in the hotel, which is an excellent Chinese restaurant) in the nearby shopping mall/theme park zone. Staff spoke enough English to resolve some small travel challenges for us with taxis which was much appreciated; while we intended to hire a car it did not work out so used taxis instead (uber mainly) which was fine since distances (ie. Hallasam Mountain, Seogwipo, Waterfalls, Hallim Park) were all within 30 minutes and cost is not that much for taxis. Hotel arranged for us to have a taxi for a full day trip to the East Coast which was great (Haenyo performance and Sunset Crater were highlights) for 250,000 KRW. Two theme parks near hotel (including water park) but more suitable for kids under 12. Swimming pool and spa facilities are extensive and impressive at the Somerset. Only 35 minutes to JeJu airport.

I should have read the fine print about needing to have an international drivers licence to be able to hire a car in South Korea!

The unit was perfect, very comfortable and clean, staff were attentive and helpful.

The pictures posted made it seem like the facilities were all within walking distance but in reality, will need a short drive to reach the main theme park and shopping area. If I do not need a big family space, I will prefer to stay at a place where the shopping and theme park is and getting 2 hotel rooms instead within the shopping area.

The place is strategically located to various places of attractions. Food choices within the hotel were also plentiful and various facilities within the compiund can also meet night time activities. Overall my family had an enjoyable time in our stay here . Highly recommended

More towels could have been provided as we had a family of 6 but had to share , although there are plenty face towels available

The flat is spacious and very convenient. The staff are all very nice. Location wise it is kind of a the mid of the island so not too far away from every tourist spots.

조식이 정말 맛있었고, 어른분들 모시고간 여행이라 레스토랑과 가장 가까운 위치에 숙소 정해주셔서 좋았습니다

찜질방 이용 시간에 대해 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 숙소 외에 다른곳 들렀다가 저녁식사까지 한 후 찜질방을 이용하기에는 9시 퇴실이 너무 촉박 했습니다. 그래서 찜질방 이용 포기를 하기도 했구요. 찜질방은 적어도 밤 12시까지는 오픈 해 주시는걸 한번 고려해 주세요

여러가지 부대시설이 많아서 가족 단위 여행으로 최고의 옵션이었습니다. 동선도 좋고 따듯한 방에서 방음도 잘되서 꿀잠 잤습니다. 급한일이 생겼는데 비지니스 센터가 있어 업무도 처리할수 있었습니다. 또 오고싶네요.

주차장이 조금 부족하였지만 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 신화 테마파크는 날씨에 따라 이용하지 못하는 시설들이 계속 생겼습니다.

Looks dated. Rooms didn’t feel very clean. Dusty. Definite wear and tear in the toilets.

唯一的小瑕疵就是不知道為什麼早上會飄出水管味。 公寓都很乾淨 可是空氣中有點水管味 如果對氣味高敏的人 這點可能比較麻煩

The facility was very comfortable for our family.

We checked in late and tired but unfortunately the front desk was not friendly.

가성비가 좋고 방 크기가 커서 가족이 묵기에는 좋았습니다. 취사를 하진 않았지만 다양하게 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 성화정 중식당 음식도 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장은 사우나 시설이 좀 노후 되고 위생상태가 만족스럽진 않았지만 수영장 자체는 수질 관리 등 만족 스러웠습니다.

연식이 좀 있다 보니 내부 가구 등이 좀 노후 된 면이 있지만 괜찮은 수준입니다. 다만 가장 큰 문제는 층간 소음입니다. 4박 5일동안 층간 소음에 시달렸습니다. 윗층에 투숙한 고객의 문제도 있겠지만 건물자체에 문제가 많아 보입니다. 윗층에서 걸어다니기만 해도 잠에서 깰 정도의 큰 소음이 유발되었고 안내데스크에 얘기 했지만 전혀 개선이 되지 않았습니다. 다른 부분이 아쉬운점이 없을 정도로 다 좋았지만 층간 소음 때문에 다시 선택하지는 않을것 같습니다. 탑층에 배정된다는 보장이 있으면 고려 할수는 있습니다.

패밀리 스위트 룸이라 방은 널찍하고 큰 편임. 리조트 내 건물이 엄청 많고 넓은 곳임.

레지던스형 빌라 건물이라 빌트인 드럼 세탁기가 있었는데 세탁기 배수가 안 되어서 많은 불편함이 있었다. 여행을 다녀오고 밤에 세탁기를 돌리기 탈수가 안 되어서 세탁기가 잠겨 안에 들어 있는 옷을 뺄 수가 없었다. 늦은 새벽에 수동으로 호스관에서 물을 빼고 나서야 잠금 기능이 풀리면서 옷을 뺄 수 있었다. 이런 점에 대해 미리 안내도 없었고 나중에 세탁기 때문에 굉장한 불편함을 겪었다고 이야기 했는데 죄송하다면서 과일을 보내주었다. 그런데 보내준 과일은 포도 한 알은 이미 상해서 흐물거린 것이었고, 애플망고는 익지도 않았고 씨가 너무 커서 우리가 먹을 수 있던 것은 껍질 밖에 없었다. 그리고 청사과는 엄청 셔서 먹을 수 없었다. 과일을 받은 것을 후회했다. 먹을 만한 것은 배 1개와 오렌지 1개 였다. 이런 상황에서 쥬스컵이 한 개 금이 가서 프론트 데스크에 알리니 우리에게 변상을 요구했다. 이렇게 큰 리조트에서, 4박이나 투숙을 했음에도 세탁기, 샤워실 배수구 상황이 문제가 있었음에도 우리에게 몇 천원도 안 하는 쥬스컵 변상을 요구했다는 점을 다른 여행객들이 참고하여 여행하시면 좋겠다.

６年前に利用しており久しぶりに泊まりました。済州市から車で35分くらいの所にあり移動はもっぱらタクシーかレンタカーになります。近くに小規模の飲食店とコンビニがあります。この地区は神話ワールドで巨大なリゾートエリアになります。快適でした。

Beautiful place for a vacation.

Difficult to get buses, but I guess its a Seogwipo thing.

The rooms were spacious.

None of the bathrooms/kitchen sinks had any warm or hot water. They eventually sent an engineer to come and fix the situation but I’ve never had to request warm/hot water in a hotel and our plans were delayed because we could not wash up. The property is very large so everything is spread out. You need to drive to the pool, the front desk, the convenience store, any facility on the other hotels. They locked me out of my room prior to check out time. I typically am able to reach the front desk immediately but in this hotel, it can take up to 4-5 minutes of hold time to reach any staff on the phone. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for or expecting.

Stayed with friends, quite, clean and fun place to stay

3박을 하니 3일째 수건교체 및 객실정비를 싹 해주셨는데 깨끗하게 잘 해놓으셨더라고요.. 침구도 깔끔해서 3박 하는동안 너무 잘 묵고 왔습니다.

We have to bring the trash out before we check out. I don't understand this since they will clean the room anyway after we leave so why do we need to do this? There is no garbage chute within the apartment so we had to get out into the trash area. The apartment has no safe. Some of the dishes including the soups at the breakfast buffet was not kept warm/hot.

편안하고 좋았어요

체크인할때부터 만족하지못했는데 숙소 배정받은것또한 정말최악이었는데 기분좋은가족여행이라 참고 숙소에들어가서짐을풀고 가족들과 저녁식사후 돌아와 마스터룸에 티비를켜고 이불을덮으려한순간 중간시트부분에 정체모를 축축함과 차가운이물질.으~~세상천지.. 바로 전화하니까3명이와서는 시트를바꾸려고하자 나는 이곳에서 묵을수없다해서 방배정을 윗층으로받았는데..ㅋㅋ 이곳역시 시트에 그으름 참어이가없어서 또전화함 내몸이 여행중이어서 피곤해서 시트만바꾸고.잠을자고 담날여행. 다시숙소 들어와서 식탁위에 참~~와인과 과일이 올려져있었는데. 참기분더러웠다.과일또한 어디서 먹다남은과일을가져왔는지 싱싱함은간데없고 에휴~~ 다시는 여기 신화 서머셋은이용하지않음 또 신화월드자체을 이용하지않을거임 최악중에 최악숙소

Staffs is friendly, environment is comfort. However, not too much Resturant option on top of those fancy ones. Nice to have free tickets for the theme park and it is nice to visit. No many people, don’t need to wait for long time for all attractions

가족여행으로는 최고네요ᆢ공간이나 내부시설(세탁기, 와인셀러,토스트기 등)도 훌륭하고 , 조용하고 조식도 맘에들고요 ㆍ너무 넓어 식당다니는데 좀멀고 길을 헤매기고 해서 바쁜 일정에는 비추입니다

Very clean rooms and beds are very comfortable. Hotel receptionists are very helpful and assisted me to install the taxi apps.

The apartments were luxurious and impeccably clean, with stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The resort had an excellent range of activities and amenities, making every day enjoyable.

처음 상태가 좋아서 만족했는데요 4박인데 청소는 한번도 안해주고 수건도 유료, 조식은 별로, 인터넷에 올라온 것들과는 시간들과 행사들 전부 다르게 되어있습니다

Family flat 非常大，溫馨舒適，每一間房間都很棒，洗澡熱水夠強很舒服。廚房配備齊全，但沒有菜刀、調味料。

언제나 만족하는 숙소입니다 부모님과 아이들 모두 편안하게 쉬고 왔습니다

Perfect for families - 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an all in one washer/dryer (although the dryer is not effective but a large drying rack is available) The area itself is walkable to the water/theme park and mall with a lot of restaurants. Great location and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. Our Villa accommodated the family of 5 very well with three rooms two baths that gave us the privacy among family members. It was easy access to local beaches and many museums. My daughter felt very safe running around the compounds and have beautiful landscapes. We would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and we would love to come back to same Villa.

온돌방 침구는 매우 별로였음. 요가 너무 얇아서 바닥에 눕는것과 별반 다르지 않음. 침구 추가를 1박당 돈 받는 것도 별로임. 베겟잇이 지저분하게 얼룩이 있었는데 뒷면이라 하루 지나서 발견함. 그 외에는... 3가족이 적당히 취사하면서 함께 지낼 수 있는 숙소로는 괜츈한듯. 정말 주변에 뭐가 없어 신화월드를 열심히 이용하고 즐기지 않으면 숙박비가 아쉬울듯 함.(우리 가족이 그러했.... 그치만 리조트 시설을 잘 즐긴다면 2박정도 괜찮을 듯 함)

Checking in at assigned time of 3:00 was not accurate at all. Found the lobby to be very crowded, when I got in the very long check in line, one of the staff member ask for my information, than entered into their info terminal, he stated I could choose to wait in line which was over a half hour to 40 minute wait, or return in an hour when the lines won’t be as bad. I chose to return in an hour, but my family wanted to wait indoors, so we returned to the lobby, we were allowed to check in at 4:00pm. I have never in all my travels around the world, have to wait over an hour to check in to my Hotel. The Hotel staff was pleasant, in most cases. Our room was very nice and clean, but we had a Substantial leak from the main rooms AC overflow. The Hotel wanted to relocate us, we decided to stay since we had already unpacked our clothes and stocked the kitchen. The leak was contained by the Hotel staff with buckets and towels. It was an acceptable compromise since the area involved was behind the living room furniture. The property had a lot of restaurants, with good accessibility, a convenience store close to our room. There was no contactless checkout, I had to go to the lobby to checkout, I needed to present my credit card so they could refund my deposit, a deposit I wasn’t expecting when checking in. We’re glad to move on to the next property,

가족여행으로 갔는데 조금 시설이 낡았을까 걱정했는데 걱정과는 달리 깨끗하고 시설이 좋아서 편안하게 머물렀습니다

コロナの流行以降、宿泊者限定の無料シャトルバスがなくなってしまったため、タクシーもしくは急行バスが交通手段となります。バス停からフロントまで（特に帰りの空港行き方面）は5分以上歩くため、大きな荷物があると少し大変かもしれません。
