Café da manhã banal; edificação do aspecto de um certo abandono e algo parado no tempo, e sem charme. O hotel parece ter sido bom no passado, mas tinha um aspecto de algo velho e sem atualização.

Cuando llegamos al hotel estaba completo y nos hicieron un upgrade a la suite Real. La experiencia fue extraordinaria. Desayuno muy completo, continental y asiático. Muy bueno Personal de recepción muy amable y servicial.

Nos dejaron toallas para las 3 noches q estuvimos alojados y no nos hicieron limpieza de la habitación. No sabemos el motivo. Aun así, al estar alojados en la suite no lo tuvimos en cuenta.

Excelente el desayuno, muy diversos y de muy buena calidad

Como no teníamos rentado auto, la ubicación se torna un poco compleja.

I love the pool site and it is very peaceful as it is quiet and clean. The bathtub was nice and clean. The room has direct access to the swimming pool.

Hotel is located in such a nice and quiet place, it even has a private trail. Rooms are spacious and cosy, soundproofing is also on point. Outdoor pool is so great to relax and regain strength after a day full of walking around all the great places around beautiful island of Jeju. There's even a CVS inside hotel in case you'd want some late night snack or forgot to bring some sanitary staff. Breakfast is served considering tastes of both, local and foreign guests. Staff is very frindly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

I have an enjoyable stay in this great hotel. When we checked in, Tim welcomed us and describe the hotel facility clearly with sincere attitude. When we entered the rooms, room facility is clean and tidy. A big balcony is inside the room, I enjoyed the wind with little wind breeze. Feel relaxing and full of happiness.

Jeju World Automobile and Piano Museum - an exciting and educational museum for young and old. The demonstration of children can also play to be a conductor and Piano room to play. Also, there is a dance hall with K Pop dance. The different pianos was interesting and lovely.! Please fo not hesitate to visit this interesting museum.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the hotel does not have an onsite restaurant within the same building as the guest rooms. The restaurant is actually in the clubhouse of the golf club opposite the hotel. The menu is also quite limited in choices. We also could not get ice in the guest room and were told we had to purchase this from the convenience store in the hotel. This is a good hotel to consider if renting a car to drive about in Jeju as it is quite far from the city centre. However you can use uber taxi and the cabs come very quickly like in 3-5 minutes.

The property is very luxurious and comfortable and the staff is very very friendly and polite . Food is very nice and also the ambience. Location is also very convinient to get buses and also get nice view of the mountain while having breakfast . Highly Recommend it

Thanks to my ALL Gold status and the off-peak season, we were thrilled to be upgraded to a spacious suite and enjoy the convenience of a late check-out. The hotel and the room are really great! The location of the hotel is great as well as it’s private and yet spacious. It’s next to a golfing area which areas a great view and has multiple amenities as well. The staff are really helpful and friendly, making the stay a lot more comfortable!

At the end of the year, I remembered a good memory of my last trip to Jeju Island with my boyfriend, and I visited Mercure Ambassador. The cleaning was neat and the staff kindly responded. I liked the quiet hotel and it was rather nice to have a quiet place. I was able to take the inconvenience.

A beautiful and super spacious executive suite! Two WCs is a treat! 😂 beds are a bit firm . Sofa is huge! There’s a bIG bubbling jacuzzi in the room too to relax your sore muscles . Amazing! And what’s best, you can catch the lovely sunrise from the room!

전체적으로 매우 깨끗하고 조용해서 가족들이 쉬기 좋았어요. 비가 와서 야외 수영장을 이용 못한 것이 아쉬웠어요... 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 더욱 만족스러웠습니다.

I recently stayed at Mercure hotel adjacent to Teddy Valley Resort, and it exceeded my expectations! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious suite, making our stay even more comfortable. The room was well-appointed, and we had plenty of space to relax. The teddy bear theme throughout the property added a unique and charming touch, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. For those traveling with a rental car, this hotel is ideal—its location offers easy access to explore the surrounding areas. It might be a bit challenging for guests relying solely on public transportation, as options nearby are limited. A rental car is recommended for the best experience.

100점 만점에 95점 숙박 장소입니다. 먼저 단점부터 말씀드리자면.. 숲속 한 가운데 있는 숙소라서 그런지 여름철에 숙소 안 습도가 상당히 높았습니다. 이불이 축축해져있는 상태였으니까요. 에어컨 제습 상태로도 완전히 해결이 안되는 습도였습니다. 결론적으로 이 습도는 그다지 불편한 점이 못 됐습니다. 호텔 수영장 너무 이쁘고 아담했습니다. 매일 아침 조식을 먹었는데 맛있다고 생각했습니다.

5년전엔 좋았는데..많이 낡아졌네요.. 그래도 중간 이상은 가요..가성비 좋아요

9박10일 일정으로 아이와 함께 머물렀습니다. 무엇보다 수영장을 이용할 수 있어 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절합니다.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located just off the highway in a golf-resort setting, and it was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was a convenient location to access the other inland attractions in Hallim and the West Coast. The buffet breakfast was very good. There are good restaurants just 5-8 minutes drive from the hotel. A car would be very useful staying here. We were able to explore St Isodore Farm just 12 minutes drive from the hotel and from there to the West Coast.

Surrounded by forest staying here felt really peaceful and relaxing. Super friendly and helpful staff, communication in english was easy. There’s a tiny market at the hotel for any essentials. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The pool area is pretty. Plenty of parking spots available.

There’s no restaurant at the hotel, you can go over to the club house though. Since there’s no vegetarian meals on the menu I didn’t try it. Without renting a car I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

시끄러운데서 놀다왔더니 전반적으로 차분하고 조용한 분위기가 좋았어요. 수영장은 규모가 크진 않으나 전반적으로는 매우 만족! 온수풀이라 밤에도 애들이랑 짧은 시간이었지만 잘 놀다 왔습니다^^ 조식은 음.. 깔끔하긴 하였으나 가격대비 쏘쏘~ 그래도 근처 식당이 없으니 아쉬운대로 먹을만한.. 다만 로비 입구나 숙박동 내부에 넘어가는 길 등 대체적으로 턱이 살짝 있는 편이라 유모차랑 캐리어 끄는데 중간중간 걸리는 부분이 있었음. 그래도 규모가 크지 않은 숙소인데다 턱이 높지는 않아서 통행에 큰 문제는 없었으나 아주아주 약간의 불편함이 느껴지는 부분이었어요. 그리고.. 자고 일어나니 아기 볼에 모기는 아니고 개미인지 뭔지 모를 벌레에 물렸는지 빨갛게 부어올라서 평점 조금 뺐어요ㅠㅠ 어른들은 괜찮은데 아기 얼굴이.. 속상하네요.. 그래도 전반적으로는 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

제주 3박중 1박을 했는데 여기서 제일 숙면을 취한듯. 일단 침대가 아늑했고 주변이 조용한데다 암막커튼도잘 되어 있어서 편하게 쉴수 있었다. 다만, 차가 없을 경우 주변 식당을 찾아가기가 좀 귀찮은 점 빼곤 훌륭. 게다가 1층에 편의점까지 있어서 넘 편리했다.

수영장 2시간밖에 이용못해서 아쉬웠어요.

호텔컨디션이 너무좋았고 수영장인 정말 만점 주고싶네요 편안하게 잘쉬다왔습니다

겨울철 온수풀 이용할 수 있어서 다른 거 크게 안보고 갔던 건데 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 우선 전체적으로 차분하고 조용했던 분위기가 너무 좋았구요. 계절적 특징이겠지만 수영장도 조용한 분위기에서 이용할 수 있어서 너무 만족스러웠네요. 물도 깨끗하고 온도도 딱 좋아서 윗공기는 차갑지만 몸은 아주 따뜻하게 물놀이 할 수 있었어요. 룸컨디션도 너무 좋아요. 넓직하고 테이블과 의자가 많아서 편리했어요. 저희 룸은 서향이었는데 오후에 따뜻한 햇살이 깊숙히 들어와서 아주 예쁜 풍경을 연출해줬답니다. 뭐하나 마음에 들지 않는 부분이 없었던 곳입니다

호텔명 바뀌어서 몰랐는데 예전에 2박 했었던 곳이였네요 그때도 기억이 좋았는데 이번에도 편안히 잘쉬었다 왔습니다 감사합니다

룸 컨디션은 좋았으나 난방 작동하면 소음이 났고.. 로비 문은 수동 도어라 캐리어 끌고 가는데 불편함. 조식뷔페는 도로 건너편 클럽하우스 식당을 이용하는데 은근 귀찮음. GS25가 무인으로 운영 되고 있어서 좋은데 전반적으로 자잘하게 불편한 점이 있고, 딱 3성급 호텔 수준임

리노베이션한 수영장이 너무 예뻐서 방문했어요- 오래된 호텔이긴하지만 더블침대 2개가 들어가도 넓은 편이고, 클럽하우스가 바로 앞이라 골프 여행으로도 좋아요. 곶자왈 숲에 둘러싸여있어 조용해요. 다만 부대시설이 별로 없고, 모든 음식을 다 일회용기에 주고, 아직 테디밸리에서 머큐어로 완전히 넘어가기전인지 이름만 바뀌고 모든게 테디밸리 그대로인점은 좀 아쉬웠어요.

테디밸리CC 내의 호텔입니다 주로 라운딩하시는 분들이 묵는 숙소같습니다 룸컨디션은 깔끔하게 준수합니다 하지만 직원들은 서비스마인드가 전혀 없는것같습니다 3성급이라 벨보이가 없을것은 압니다만 비도 많이 오는날 차가 바로앞에 들어와도 프론트직원은 데스크에 앉아 본인할일만 하고 가방들고 체크인하러 사람이 들어와도 인사도없고 체크아웃때도 역시 너흰 나가라 난내볼일 볼란다 세금포함 28만원에 잡았습니다 가격은 매리어트급, 직원마인드는 모텔수준입니다
