주변에 뭐가 없는데 편의점마저 공사중이라 힘들었어요 ㅠㅠ

櫃檯服務人員都不確認訂單編號的，臉超臭 低樓層的很清楚的能聽到樓上房間的腳步聲

Es war gleich neben dem Jeju Aerospace Museum und der Parkplatz war inbegriffen. Ausserdem gab es einen 24/7 Convenience Laden.

房間很大，洗浴有分開，但房間內的陳設有點太像會議中心。

地點很棒，房間寬敞

床一般沒有很好睡～我跟同行者睡醒都會腰痠背痛

Stayed for 2 nights, room was very spacious, wee bit dated but still very functional. Separate shower and toilet. Plenty of park if you have a car.

The CU attached to the property is incredibly helpful so I wouldn't have to go far for a convenience store. Staff was very helpful, beds were great, the room was always promptly cleaned and restocked. Hotel front desk is English-friendly.

The hotel is a little out of the way, but it means quiet nights which I enjoyed. If you don't rent a vehicle, you will need to take the bus or uber to get to other locations.

We were in the area to visit friends so this hotel suited us perfectly. The room was huge with a lovely view of the surrounding area. Near a brewery with a tour and also green tea tour. We loved that they were flexible and helped us to check in a bit early, which made our travel plans so much easier!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The view was beautiful. There is a restaurant that's reasonably priced and a CU convenient store on the premises. The location is easily accessible by bus.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This time we had a much larger room, which was wonderful! It was just as clean as before. The staff is attentive and helpful. The cleaning ladies are very nice. The CU convenience store in the lobby is a great bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the Texas style restaurant with nice people.

Everything was nice & clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and included a wardrobe closet, mini fridge, kettle, and 2 bottles of water each dayThe cleaning ladies were kind and accommodating. The island is rural for the most part, so we took a taxi every day, which was arranged for us by the front desk. The 24 hour CU convenience store in the lobby was a bonus so we didn’t have to take a taxi for snacks or drinks. There was breakfast downstairs at an additional cost, with of variety of foods. It was also convenient. If you book & pay 1 day or more in advance, it is 2000 won less. The BBQ restaurant next to the lobby had delicious Tex Mex food. The owners were very friendly.

The room was very spacious and clean.

Location was good since we are planning to visit the osulluc tea museum. It was just 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff appeared aloof, with no greeting or acknowledgment upon our arrival for check-in. When we asked for assistance to dispose of a small paper bag (smaller than A4 size), we were simply directed outside to find a bin, without any effort to assist. We eventually had to dispose of it ourselves. This reflects a lack of basic service and hospitality. Given this experience, a self check-in machine would likely provide a similar level of service. While we understand this is a 3-star hotel, a basic level of courtesy and service should still be expected.

조식을 근처에서 먹을 곳이 없어 하는수 없이 호텔 조식을 먹게 되었는데 질적으로 넘 떨어지는 음식이 아쉽더라고요.

Good location, near Osullok Tea Museum, Spirited garden and Camelia Hill Garden. Amazing Texas BBQ near reception, must try BBQ!

Breakfast is not so good, there are no many choice for non-Korean tourists.

Big room size for family and floor heating was very nice and warm to stay during winter season.

직원들이 친절함 방이 넓고 샤워실과 화장실 분리되어있어 쾌적한 사용 가능 마루바닥이라서 카페트바닥보다 청결

근처에 식당이나 가게가 없어서 먹을 것을 사서 들어가야함.. 1층에 cu 편의점이 있긴 하나 작아요 로비에 방향제 냄새가 엄청 강해서 머리아픔 방 형광등을 켜도 어두운 편

淋浴間沒付腳踏墊，洗完澡出來比較麻煩

방이 넓고 쾌적해요!! 샤워부스도 두개나 있어서 이용하기 편리했습니다

믹을만한 게 없어서 조식이 쪼꼼 아쉬웠네요~

Bigger than normal rooms

We lost our way because the staff didn't inform how to get our room even though it was a different building.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me call and check for tickets for the Udo Submarine. The room is very big and it has two showers. There is a convenience store at the lobby.

There is no washing machine or laundry service. We had to drive 8min to a self service laundry . But the hotel staff was nice to help us find the place and checked the payment methods.

Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Views of the tea plantation and the sea beyond are gorgeous. It’s quiet.

항공우주 박물관 바로 옆이라 좋았어요

샤워실 거울이 안 보일만큼 청소가 안되어있습니다.. ㅠㅠ 위치나 밖에서 보이는 것에 비해 안에 시설은 열악합니다. 로비 편의점에 물건 거의 없으니 밖에서 사시는 것이 나을 듯하고요..

Big & spacious.

It has very large rooms, great location literally right next door to the aerospace museum and O’Sulloc, convenient, comfortable and very inexpensive. 24 hour convenience store in the lobby. We stay here every time we come to Jeju.

Fixtures feel a bit dated and basic but it’s well maintained and has everything you need.

제주도 남서쪽 여행하기애 좋은 가성비 호텔입니다. 산책로도 잘 되어있고 주차장 아용도 편합니다. 조용하게 쉬기 좋은 호텔이고 객실에 샤워부스가 2개 설치되어 있어 가족끼리 너무 편리했어요^^ 밤에 쏟아지는 별과 풀벌레소리 너무 좋았어요~

Le calme, l'environnement de l'hôtel. La superficie des chambres, la literie.

Dans notre catégorie de chambre : pas de lampe de chevet. Eclairage principal très froid, type "boucherie". Le petit-déjeuner est essentiellement coréen (soupes, légumes, viandes...). Pas de vrai petit déjeuner occidental (seulement 2 sachets de brioches industrielles posés sur un table, avec du lait froid à disposition). Pas de chocolat. J'ai du demander du lait chaud.

전관이 아름다워요

아침식사 시간을 7시에서 6시쯤 오픈하면~~

일단 방이 크고 쾌적했어요 이번 여행 5박6일 동안 매일 호텔을 옮겼기 때문에 비슷한 가격 대의 다른 호텔들과 직접적으로 비교할 수 있었는데 여기가 제일 좋았어요

직원들이 친절하지 않은 건 아닌데 응대하는 분위기가 좀 사무적이라는 생각이 들었어요

침대 쇼파가 오래기돼 쿠션감이 없어요

타 시설보다 넓고 조용했습니다

에어컨이 예전 모델이어서 불편했고 저희가 방문 했을때는 오설록으로 이어지는 산책길 관리가 되지 않아 도로로 다녀와야 했습니다

cold and soulless atmoisphere, smelly corridors and stair shafts, very disappointing breakfast with pre-canned food , no fresh fruit or vegetables, may be Korean liking but definitely underpar for international standards

The place was nice. The personnel was so friendly and kind. They provided us some guidance for attractions near. Also they have a convenience store inside so was very helpful for a night snack.

La habitación mas grande de lo esperado, personal amable y tiene su propia tienda de conveniencia

La ubicación perfecta para finalizar el día después de recorrer la parte centro- norte de Jeju City e iniciar temprano al otro dia el itinerario por la zona oeste y sur de Seowipo City, visitando primero Osulloc ya que está a 2 minutos en auto o taxi. El restaurante muy bueno, cenamos mi esposo y yo en el restaurante que está junto al lobby y la cena estuvo deliciosa. Muy limpio y cómodo. El mesero amabilísimo.

Muy bien, me gustó todo.

Staffs were great

対応も良く綺麗でよかったが、イベント会場の神話ワールドまでタクシーで5分と近いが、ホテルに帰る夜中のタクシーが来なくて焦った。

Large, spacious rooms, filtered water station at the lift lobby, which made it convenient to refill drinkable water, convenience store located at the hotel lobby. 15-20min walking distance to the Osulloc Tea Museum.

The location was more suited to those intending to rent a car to travel around. There are buses right outside the hotel, but it required multiple transfers to travel to further locations.

The gym is bad… but overall the hotel is good

The bathroom can be abit bigger. Lighting not bright enough. Hotel breakfast need improvement.
