Old, not as advertised, the hallway to get to room is incredibly dark , no one cleaned the room in our 3 night stay. Sheets and towels smelt weird. Very very loud at night and in morning.

Que habían gradas, el elevador solo es un nivel! Y si o si tienen que subir los dos primeros niveles con maletas, el elevador es para una persona y una maleta, es horrible, la recepción esta en el tercer nivel, cuando bajan del elevador aún hay que subir gradas! Terrible! NO TIENE ELEVADOR!!!

There was a bit of street noise on the 1st night of our 3 night stay.....but its to be expected with the perfect location we wanted

Am herausragendsten fand ich unsere Betreuung. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, hat uns alles persönlich erklärt, was wir wissen mussten (z.B. wie man die Klimaanlage bedient), und uns obendrein noch persönlich ausführliche Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt und im Speziellen für Restaurants mitgegeben. Das Zimmer selbst war ausgesprochen geräumig und top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt, also großartig.

Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns ein bisschen schwergetan, die richtige Tür zu finden, weil nirgends ein auffälliges Schild angebracht ist. Das Treppenhaus des alten Gebäudes, in dem die Unterkunft liegt, aber nicht zur Unterkunft selbst gehört, ist leider nicht ganz so sauber. Es riecht muffig und es gibt gelegentlich Ungeziefer, aber alles hinter der Türschwelle zur Rezeption oder dem Zimmer ist vollkommen sauber.

Place is dirty, there’s bugs on the bed, stains on towel and pillow cover and room is all dusty I complained for Lucio and apparently for him my complaints are unreasonable. I needed to carry my luggage for a flight before I reach the elevator. AC doesn’t work. I don’t recommend.

Nous avons été surclassé et la chambre était vraiment top. Le personnel est très sympa et de très bon conseil. La localisation est vraiment super. Je recommande !

Location was steps to the Duomo and all luxury shops . The staff Lucio was very accommodating and responsive . Cannot stay enough about the great location !

I had to hold at least 4 keys to enter the property . We entered through a giant door and either take a very old elevator or walk up at least 3 flights of stairs . Hallway was dark in the staircase and a bit creepy, because it is an old building . They should do sensor lights. Otherwise the room was fantastic. The AC was cold which was great for the scorching outdoors . Facilities in the room were modern .

可以盖的只提供了毛毯没有被子。由于是老楼，电梯从二楼才有，对于行李很重的人不是很友好。

Konumu duomoya çok yakın oda temiz ve konforluydu. Lucio çok iyiydi valizlerimizi taşımamıza yardım etti ve bir kaç restoran, market önerisinde bulundu.

Geceleri çok hareketli olduğu için dışarıdan çok ses geliyor yalıtım çok yok.

The location is excellent with easy access to a ton of tourist attractions and popular restaurants. The staff were very sweet, helped us reserve taxis and restaurants. HAS AC!

The rooms are on the second floor and carrying the luggage up and down (even with the elevator) was a bit of a hassle.

La ubicación de 10! Todo súper limpio muy cómodo. El personal muy atento y amable, pudimos dejar las maletas allí sin problema y todo perfecto. Volvería sin duda.

位置不错，离景点都不远步行可达，往返火车站可以坐公交不用拖十几分钟箱子。前台接待会讲解一下周围环境景点，需要的话也可以提供一些餐馆推荐。 房间内的设施还不错，比较齐全。

电梯是那种小的老式（手动关门）电梯，且需要先上一层楼，腿脚不便或者大件行李的要注意。楼梯感应灯好像不太灵，我基本上手机打开电筒走的。

Location is perfect, it's in the middle of everything. Bed is comfortable enough, I would have thought I requested for 2 beds and not a queen sized bed. Bathroom is clean but it took a long time for the water to go down whenever you shower, something is wrong with the drainage. It would have been better if there is an elevator all the way to the floor where we stayed at.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro città; camera spaziosa, pulita e fresca.

La ragazza che ci ha accolti, seppur gentile, parlava a malapena italiano (a Firenze!). Il parquet in camera era rotto in un punto (mancava un listello) e abbastanza rovinato in generale. Considerato il prezzo del soggiorno, ci aspettavamo un minibar più fornito (c'era solo acqua) e una maggiore cura dei dettagli.

Localização excepcional, fizemos tudo a pé, e a acomodação é bonita, moderna e aconchegante. Todos os dias deixavam alguns snacks, água e cafés para nosso consumo. A recepcionista extremamente gentil e atenciosa conosco.

Precisa subir alguns lances de escada para chegar no elevador (quando está com malas não é tão confortável, ainda mais se estiver com idosos) e o checkout é cedo.

Struttura molto bella in posizione ottima e centralissima. Zona molto silenziosa seppur in pieno centro. La camera bellissima.

This place is basically an expensive backpackers room. There’s definitely no luxury and no suites as they claim. Our room was tiny! We were aware of the stairs to get to the lift but they didn’t mention there’s a lot of stairs between floors. It’s also dark in the stairway and sometimes we struggled to find the light as they’re in odd spots. E.g. you come out the lift and have to go down stairs with no light as it’s on the next landing. Dangerous. Then there’s the keys. You need 4 keys! One goes into the wall for power. My husband wanted to go out but I didn’t so we had to take the key off the ring which had obviously been done many times before. Management complained about that. Reading the reviews I have to wonder how many are real because this is not a 4* place. Our aircon DID NOT WORK. Management said different but they weren’t sleeping in a tiny hot bedroom as Florence is having a heatwave. We had staff in 3 times to fix it but it didn’t work. Simple. After 5pm we couldn’t contact anyone. The last woman who tried to help simply stated it doesn’t work. We know! The bed was also made up of 2 small singles with flimsy bedding. Because of this we checked out after the first night. We requested a refund and the tourist tax for a night back but they flat out refused so we had to pay the tax again at our new hotel. This place advertises itself as something it’s not. It’s a glorified backpackers though the location is wonderful. But aren’t all backpackers? They also WhatsApp’d me a month or so before arrival asking for my credit card details, despite us already paying in full months ago. We’re home now and things aren’t so frantic so will definitely be making a full complaint to Booking.com.

Nice big room, everything was modern and clean. Staff were very helpful at check in and allowed us to just leave the keys in the room and disappear at check out (we were leaving early morning). All communication was easy through WhatsApp if necessary. The location of the room is second-to-none - literally around the corner from the basilica/duomo and in the centre of all the shops. 10 minute walk down to the Arno river through the central shopping area.

Lovely room with huge ceilings and perfect location, we have stayed here before and loved the place. Staff are excellent and very kind arranging dinner reservations.

Our room this time had ac stains running down the wall, minimal issue but I have high expectations with premium rooms.

I did not like the fact the front desk hours were so late and closed early. Your 24 hr emergency did not respond. I called several times in 45 minutes. We locked our keys in our room.

The room's location was incredible. The view was great, and the room was very pretty. The staff went out of their way to decorate the room with a rose petal heart for our anniversary. The hotel also has an elevator after you go up one flight of steps, so that's very helpful with luggage. We loved our stay.

Location, Location, Location. So cool to enter through the old front doors into a big stone entry vestibule. The room was large, airy and unique. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was more comfortable than ours at home! Despite being above a busy street corner it was very quiet. Staff, which we rarely saw, were very accommodating, helping us upon arrival and calling a taxi when we left.

There were a lot of steps. It is an old building with a very old, small elevator that started on the second floor and only stopped on even numbered floors. If you pack light, no problem, otherwise be prepared for a lot of hauling. In order to accommodate renovations into this old space we also had steps leading to our bathroom. Not a problem for us, but again, although part of the charm of the place, something to note for other guests.

The rooms are in a large building with heavy locks & doors. Every time someone enters, you are awake because of noise. No elevator for all the floors so you have to do some steps with the luggage.

A acomodacao nao é bem um hotel. So tem funcionarios entre 08h e 17h. Nao tem cafe da manha. O acesso é muito ruim para quem chega com malas e/ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomocao. Para ter acesso ao elevador, que não serve todos os andares e é muito pequeno, é necessario subir uns 4 lances de escada

Might’ve been our room or just unlucky, but very noisy in the 3 nights we were there from outside. People screaming and shouting into the early morning. Definitely a lingering sewerage smell in the building itself (NOT THE ACTUAL ROOMS). Shower did have a bit of mould.

The property is well situated. We walked mostly and found everything to be easily accessible from the location of the property. The accomodation was clean and our room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is one of the main things for us. Perfect stay!
